Very delicious kebab. The best tarzyki sauce I've ever had.

My taste buds have just been wonderfully delighted. My partner and I had the pleasure of dining at the Kaisersaal in Bad Bramstedt today, where we enjoyed pork medallions in a creamy mushroom sauce with croquettes and salad, as well as vegan burgers with sweet potato fries. Since I'm more of a vegetable person, I savored this harmonious blend of grated radishes, fresh sprouts, finely diced bell peppers, and a diverse mix of leaves in a mild, appealing dressing. I'm not exaggerating when I say I haven't enjoyed food this much in a long time. The burger was also an absolute delight. I certainly came away with a suggestion for how to improve my own burger buns in the future (I could be wrong, but I think the halves were briefly fried in vegan butter and then drizzled with a little balsamic vinegar). The vegetables were perfectly cooked, and a few small pickles added a nice touch. The meal came with crispy, but by no means dry, sweet potato fries. I'm sure if I'd had room for dessert, I probably would have cried, I was so incredibly happy. My partner was equally impressed; the croquettes were definitely freshly made, and the meat was pink inside, though it had clearly been cooked thoroughly to kill any unwanted flavors. It was tender and paired beautifully with the creamy mushroom sauce. We were both absolutely delighted. I was so focused on the food that I could even block out the noise around me (I'm very sensitive to noise). We also loved the warm service from the taller lady with short blonde hair. I really can't find a single thing to criticize, so thank you so much for this memorable evening, and I hope to see you again soon!

The two of us went over from the Calabrese restaurant for cocktails. The service was fantastic and attentive. Great cocktails, and it was considerably quieter than over at Calabrese. If you want to end the evening in a relaxed atmosphere, you should treat yourself to some delicious drinks here.
