A small but charming bistro pub in town. The food is fantastic! Freshly prepared at a fair price. They also offer seasonal dishes! It's a cozy place to sit, whether you're just stopping by for a beer or a meal. The staff are incredibly friendly and always in good spirits. Reservations are highly recommended, and—very important—they only accept cash!

A very cozy, colorfully decorated restaurant with a really nice atmosphere and very friendly service. You immediately feel welcome and they look forward to welcoming you. The food is not too expensive and plentiful. And most importantly, it's delicious. The spare ribs for 17.00 are incredibly tasty. The meat falls right off the bone. Highly recommended.

The food was delicious, and the drinks were very generous, especially for the price. It wasn't more than €60 for three people, including tip. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

Da hatte jemand richtig Bock auf ein außergewöhnliches Lokal. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an super wohl gefühlt. Überall gibt es hier etwas zu sehen, bei der Dekoration und Einrichtung wurde sich richtig ausgelebt. Das Personal ist super freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war der Kracher. Wir waren uns alle einig, dass das die besten Pommes waren, die wir je hatten! Eine überschaubare Karte ist für uns immer ein Zeichen für Qualität bei den Speisen- und genau so war es auch. Wir waren von vorne bis hinten begeistert und Pappsatt!

It was SO delicious! I was basically permanently hangry after four weeks of canteen mess at the Schoen Clinic, but the first bite of the fantastic salad at the Gazelle calmed me down completely. Add the gnocchi with burrata and my day was perfect! I almost had a little pee in my eyes because of happiness! Thank you and I'll definitely stop by again before I leave!

The menu is small but sufficient. The burger was the tastiest in a long time. It was a pulle brisked with a crispy cheese roll. The bruscetta was also delicious. The staff is quick and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy.

The best breakfast buffet I had eaten in my life. I was visiting my daughter and we treated ourselves to the breakfast buffet and a glass of sparkling wine. It also impressed us in terms of price. The staff was cool and had fun serving us. So absolutely recommended. I think we'll try it again at another time.

Always very cozy here and the service is very friendly and you can tell that people enjoy their work. Have been here for breakfast and dinner and I can highly recommend both. The cocktails are also a hit. Unfortunately, card payment is not possible, but if you know that, you can adjust to it.

Wir waren Gäste eines sechzigsten Geburtstags, der sich als wahrer Feiermarathon entpuppte und vom Gazelle-Team perfekt umgesetzt wurde. Los ging es ab 11 Uhr, die letzten Gäste gingen nach MItternacht. Gestartet wurde mit einem sehr leckeren Brunch. Es war für jeden etwas dabei: Aufschnitt, Käse, Fisch, Salate, Eierspeisen, Müsli, Dessertvariationen, frisches Brot und Brötchen, diverse Kaffeespezialitäten, Softdrinks, Prickelndes zum Anstoßen, verschiedene Säfte - kein Wunsch blieb unerfüllt und das Essen war sehr lecker. Lecker ging es dann auch weiter, mit Kuchen vom örtlichen Bäcker - eine großartige Riesendonauwelle als Geburtstagstorte und verschiedene andere Kuchen. Wieder lecker! Wer abends noch Hunger hatte, wurde mit Scampispießen, Kartoffelgratin, Lammkoteletts, Lachs... und, und, und verwöhnt - es ist wirklich erstaunlich, zu was die Küche in der Gazelle in der Lage ist, wenn der Gast sich das wünscht. Verdursten musste auch niemand, besonders zu erwähnen hier, dass der Lilet Wild Berry bei den Gästen sehr gut ankam. Ein nettes Service-Team bediente flott und freundlich. Dass die Location urig-originell ist und über einen sehr hübschen Garten mit Terrassenmöbeln verfügt, sei nur der Vollständigkeithalber erwähnt. Ich muss sagen, ich hatte einen tollen Tag und kann die Gazelle für größere Feiern nur empfehlen.

The service was great, people often asked if everything was good. Price performance is also top. Everyone at the table was surprised and expected it to be more expensive. Tom’s crew mastered my event with almost 80 guests on February 24th, 2024 with flying colors! The buffet was legendary for every taste, the service was unique - as were the “beer return rooms” 😂😂 and the location was absolutely top and not “off the shelf”. My guests and I were thrilled! Price-performance ratio is also good. Big thumbs up 👍

I am really excited!! Very friendly and competent service, delicious food and extremely fair prices. The store is also very chic and therefore has a great atmosphere. Even when there is a lot going on, the waiters don't create a hectic atmosphere. There is a lot of choice at the breakfast buffet, it is refilled regularly and there are also plenty of café variations (e.g. with oat milk). I have nothing to complain about and will definitely be back!

The owner is unique. Tom is always friendly and helpful. There are always great musical events. In the Gazelle you can eat very well, or just go for a drink.

The toilet is worth seeing but you only need it once. You can't tell from the color selection whether cleaning is taking place. It's admirable that there is a concession for this.

Had it on the agenda for a long time and finally achieved it today. A breakfast for four. Three buffets and one sandwich as desired. One thing in advance: the service was bomb! The buffet is extensive and of high quality. Unfortunately no scrambled eggs. Definitely upon request. Always a happy and genuine recommendation in the otherwise dreary gastro scene of Bad Bramstedt. I really enjoy going to the Gazelle for breakfast. The buffet is always really great, a huge selection of rolls, cold cuts, cheese, fruit and vegetables. There's even muesli and yogurt with berries. Extra requests will be gladly fulfilled. The service is friendly, attentive without being intrusive. The price-performance ratio is absolutely top.

As already mentioned several times, the Gazelle is a very nice restaurant with a “special flair”. Various VEGAN options are also offered - top👍. Even on the menu that changes weekly, there is always a VEGAN dish. The quality of the food is great, the prices are absolutely reasonable. We felt very comfortable during every stay and would be happy to come back.

Wir waren vor kurzem zum Frühstücken hier. Das Buffet war ganz großartig, sehr vielfältig und mit sehr viel Hingabe angerichtet. Außerdem mag ich das Lokal vom Einrichtungsstil sehr - es ist nicht makellos aber genau deswegen so gemütlich. Alles Gute weiterhin und bis bald.

War heute mit einer Freundin dort zum Frühstücksbuffet dort. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Ein schönes gemütliches Ambiente. Das Buffet hatte genug Auswahl, Käse , Wurst , Schinken , Obst , Marmelade, mediterranes… verschiedene Brötchen und frisches Brot, für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Kaffeespezialitäten inkl. , sowie Säfte. Preisleistung für das angebotene Buffet inkl. Getränke und der freundlichen Bedienung ist nicht zu toppen. Vielen Dank ! Es gibt immer leckeres Essen-egal ob das morgendliche Buffet oder Mittagessen. Alles ist mit Liebe ausgesucht und es gibt hervorragende wöchentliche Angebote. Die Kellner sind aufmerksam und fragen im richtigen Moment nach einem zweiten Kaffee. Hier kommen wir gern hin!

Ich liebe es! Von außen so unscheinbar und von innen einen ganz eigenen Charme. Die Bedienung ist sehr herzlich, das Essen super lecker und die Preise stimmen auch. Ich gehe hier sehr gerne hin! Lediglich einen Punkt Abzug, da es keine Kartenzahlung gibt, was in der heutigen Zeit schon umständlich ist.

Urige Gaststätte mit viel Flair. Gutes Essen. Freundliche Bedienung. Preis Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Toiletten als Kunstwerk. Immer wieder.

Tolles Ambiente und köstliches Essen in lockerer und gemütlicher Atmosphäre - die Gazelle von Tom bietet alles, was man sich für einen gelungenen Abend außer Haus wünscht. Es gibt eine wöchentlich wechselnde Speisekarte (meist ab Mittwoch auf Toms Homepage nachzulesen) und ein paar Stammgerichte. Außerdem eine kleine Karte, die immer mal wieder wechselt: Flammkuchen, Pinsas, Pasta... Das junge Personal ist freundlich und immer um das Wohl von Toms Gästen bemüht. Es gibt auch immer wieder tolle kleine Konzerte, üblicherweise mit Hutgage. An diesen Tagen ist es meist besonders voll. Also am besten vorher anrufen und einen Tisch reservieren.

Frühstück so überhaupt nicht toll🤔... Backshop -Brötchen...Auswahl nicht so toll. Selbst beim Bäcker besser👍 Hab den Inhaber bei verschiedenen Anlässen als kreativ und einfach nur KLASSE!!! erlebt. Ist schon ein Guter 👍 Am Frühstück muss er noch arbeiten in

Wir kamen mit 7 Personen um 11 Uhr zum Sonntagsbrunch und fanden ein leeres Buffet vor. Das sogenannte Buffet wies folgende Speisen auf: ein Rest von Rührei (kalt), ein Rest von Tomate und Mozzarella, eine Aufschnittplatte mit 3 Scheiben Wurst auf der sich die restliche Salat-Deko befand, ein wenig eingetrockneter Fleisch- und Farmersalat, 3 fast leere Schalen mit Marmelade ohne Löffel, 2 kleine Schalen Müsli, eine leere Schale Quark, Brötchen zwar ausreichend aber ohne Zange. Lediglich eine Servicekraft versuchte das fast überfüllte Lokal zu bedienen. Hier sei erwähnt, dass diese Bedienung alles versuchte um die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen, allein jedoch auf verlorenen Posten kämpfte. Wir bekamen also auf Nachfrage das spärliche Sortiment nachgelegt. Unsere Bewertung fällt verständlicherweise mangelhaft aus. Der Preis von 19,50 EUR pro Person ist somit nicht im geringsten gerechtfertigt. Schade, das Frühstück war in der Vergangenheit immer sehr gut und der Preis angebracht!

Wir haben hier Silberhochzeit gefeiert mit 120 Leuten. Ich habe selten so eine schöne Feier in so tollem Ambiente erleben dürfen. Schöner Außenbereich, tolles Essen, wahnsinns Team (hier wird alles möglich gemacht) und der Gastwirt lebt seinen Beruf. Es waren alle sehr sehr glücklich! Geile Zeit in Bad Bramsteft verbringen = Gazelle !

Wenn man mal abschalten möchte, ist man hier genau richtig. Nettes Ambiente super Bedienung. Und das Essen ist sehr lecker. Ob nun das Frühstück oder am Abend alles ist perfekt. Ich gehe sehr gerne dort hin.

Ganz toller moderner Laden. Das Essen ist lecker. Ich habe eine Pinsa gegessen die fast wie angekündigt an den Tisch kam. Nach der Beschreibung des Kellners und meiner Vorstellung hätte die Pinsa noch etwas mehr in Richtung Focaccia gehen dürfen, dennoch absolut lecker! Die Karte erschlägt einen nicht, aber bietet dennoch ausreichend Auswahl für jeden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend! Das Ambiente ist sehr modern und mit liebe gestaltet. Ich kann jedem empfehlen den Laden unbedingt mal auszuprobieren und vielleicht lieben zu lernen :-)

Essen gut, keine Nachfrage nach 2. Getränk, sehr laute Musik. Gespräche nur durch Schreien möglich.

Tw. harte Stühle aber das macht die flexible Küche und das sehr nette Personal leicht wett. Sonderwünsche werden gern erfüllt und spontane Kreationen stellen hier kein Problem dar. Übrigens: Liebhaber von Spare Ribs kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten - bessere gibt es wohl kaum! Im Sommer sitzt es sich hinter dem Restaurant zudem recht gemütlich und ruhig.

Leider bin ich hier zwiegespalten. Das Essen war lecker, das Personal höflich und der Preis war okay.... Aber was für absolut nicht geht sind Toiletten die nicht funktionieren und auch nicht sauber rochen. Mal abgesehen von der Gestaltung der Toilettenräume die ja Geschmackssache ist aber definitiv nicht meiner.... Auch konnte ich nur Barzahlung machen was bei 4 Leuten inklusive Getränke schon mal etwas mehr ist und wir gerade so genug Bargeld mit hatten um die Rechnung zu bezahlen.
