⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein absoluter Geheimtipp in Bad Bramstedt! Das Essen in der Gazelle ist hervorragend – frisch, kreativ und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und besonders, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Tom, der Inhaber, ist mit ganzem Herzen dabei. Seine Leidenschaft und Gastfreundschaft spürt man in jedem Detail und machen den Besuch zu etwas Besonderem. Wer Wert auf gutes Essen, eine entspannte Atmosphäre und herzlichen Service legt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Es gibt die Gazelle schon so lange, aber ich war heute zum ersten Mal hier. Nicht zu fassen! Es wird definitiv nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein, denn es hat mir außerordentlich gut gefallen. Ich hatte das Lachsfilet mit mediterranem Gemüse und selbstgemachtem Pesto. Sooo lecker. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und das Ambiente einfach gemütlich. Ich komme sehr bald wieder.

Urige Location. Waren zum Frühstücksbuffet dort. Keine so große Auswahl - aber ok, allerdings sehr fleischlastig und der Käse eher Scheibenkäse aus der Packung. Der Fleischsalat war evtl. nicht mehr so ganz frisch ... Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. War ein gemütlicher Vormittag und satt sind wir auch geworden.

Das Ambiente ist sehr urig, skurril und einzigartig. Jeder Stuhl ist anders und markante Deko-Objekte zieren die Wände und Regale - es passt nichts zueinander, aber das macht den Charme aus. Das Essen und der Service sind auf jeden Fall topp! Die lecker gebackenen Zucchinistäbchen, der Brisketburger und die doppelt frittierten Pommes waren der Hammer. Alles sehr sehr lecker und zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne wieder. ☺️

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit in der Gazelle gefeiert und schweben auf Wolken. Von Anfang bis Ende absolut perfekt. Das Essen war der absolute Wahnsinn, die Servicekräfte unfassbar aufmerksam, es gibt nichts, was hätte besser laufen können. Tom und seine Leute haben unseren besonderen Tag noch viel besser gemacht, als wir es uns je wünschen konnten. Vielen vielen Dank für deine Ideen und deinen Einsatz und natürlich diese traumhafte Feier, die wir immer in Erinnerung behalten werden!

Wir haben dort einen sehr schönen Abend mit Freunden und Familie. Der Service war sehr freundlich und das Essen war schnell fertig und es war wirklich lecker. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! ☺️

Nettes Restaurant, etwas eigenwilliges Interieur. Speisekarte mittelgroß. Es gibt auch ein veganes Gericht. Wir hatten Zander und Gemüsecurry. War beides sehr lecker. Preise moderat. Gerne wieder.

Zwei vegane Gerichte, davon eins wöchentlich wechselnd, und eine vegane Vorspeise. Große Portionen. Sehr gut gemacht, sehr lecker, im Verhältnis preislich sehr günstig. Super gemütliches Ambiente, sehr nettes Personal. Das klingt übertrieben positiv, aber ich hab mich lange nicht mehr so wohl gefühlt in einem Restaurant. Außerdem ist es hier in der Region eine Rarität, gutes veganes Essen zu bekommen (man will doch nicht immer extra ne Stunde nach Hamburg fahren!). Hier zeigt sich vor allem: bei einer kleinen Karte kann man die wenigen Gerichte dann in toller Qualität anbieten!

Ein kleiner uriger Laden, Restaurantambiente in einer Kneipe mit Omas alten Möbeln, und sehr leckeren Pommes, Spare Ribs okay, hübsch angerichtet. Mir hat es gut gefallen.

Ich bin spontan in die Gazelle "entführt" worden und finde dieses Angebot sehr toll. Netter Service, nettes Personal und ich freue mich bald wieder zu sein.

Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant im mittleren Preisbereich, das man gerne weiterempfiehlt. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und entspannt, man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Besonders hervorheben muss man den Service – aufmerksam, freundlich und dabei überhaupt nicht aufgesetzt. Der Inhaber ist unglaublich nett und kümmert sich mit viel Herz um die Gäste. Der Kaffee ist richtig stark und geschmacklich top. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Das selbstgemachte Pesto war ein echtes Highlight – frisch, intensiv und perfekt abgestimmt. Was ich außerdem super finde: die kleine Karte. Statt endloser Standardgerichte gibt es eine besondere und ausgefallene Auswahl, die man nicht überall bekommt. Genau dadurch wirkt alles durchdacht und frisch zubereitet. Wer gutes Essen, starken Kaffee und ehrliche Gastfreundschaft schätzt, ist hier definitiv richtig.

Einfach immer wieder heimlich. Die Servicekräfte sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch auf individuelle Wünsche wird eingegangen. Danke an Tom und seine Crew.

Eines der besten, wenn nicht sogar DAS beste Restaurant in und um Bad Bramstedt. Ich kann es nur jedem wärmstens ans Herz legen und gehe dort immer wieder gerne mit meiner Frau und Freunden hin. Der Inhaber Tom ist ein herzensguter Mensch, bei dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Die kleine aber feine Stammkarte, wovon ich alles empfehlen kann (besonders die SpareRips), wird von einer wöchentlich wechselnden Speisekarte flankiert, welche für jeden Gaumen etwas bereithält. Ich würde empfehlen grade am Wochenende im voraus anzurufen und einen Platz zu reservieren.

Wir können die Gazelle für Familienfeiern nur weiterempfehlen 😊. Besonders gefallen hat uns das sehr gut dekorierte Buffet mit Speisen von einer ebenfalls sehr guten Qualität. Der Service war außerdem ausgezeichnet. Top! 👍

Das ist ein Laden ganz nach meinem Geschmack. Schon alleine das Ambiente ist ein Knaller. Wer mal hier in der Nähe ist, sollte hier einfach mal rein springen. Top.

Da hatte jemand richtig Bock auf ein außergewöhnliches Lokal. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an super wohl gefühlt. Überall gibt es hier etwas zu sehen, bei der Dekoration und Einrichtung wurde sich richtig ausgelebt. Das Personal ist super freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war der Kracher. Wir waren uns alle einig, dass das die besten Pommes waren, die wir je hatten! Eine überschaubare Karte ist für uns immer ein Zeichen für Qualität bei den Speisen- und genau so war es auch. Wir waren von vorne bis hinten begeistert und Pappsatt!

It was SO delicious! I was basically permanently hangry after four weeks of canteen mess at the Schoen Clinic, but the first bite of the fantastic salad at the Gazelle calmed me down completely. Add the gnocchi with burrata and my day was perfect! I almost had a little pee in my eyes because of happiness! Thank you and I'll definitely stop by again before I leave!

The menu is small but sufficient. The burger was the tastiest in a long time. It was a pulle brisked with a crispy cheese roll. The bruscetta was also delicious. The staff is quick and friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy.

The best breakfast buffet I had eaten in my life. I was visiting my daughter and we treated ourselves to the breakfast buffet and a glass of sparkling wine. It also impressed us in terms of price. The staff was cool and had fun serving us. So absolutely recommended. I think we'll try it again at another time.

Always very cozy here and the service is very friendly and you can tell that people enjoy their work. Have been here for breakfast and dinner and I can highly recommend both. The cocktails are also a hit. Unfortunately, card payment is not possible, but if you know that, you can adjust to it.

Wir waren Gäste eines sechzigsten Geburtstags, der sich als wahrer Feiermarathon entpuppte und vom Gazelle-Team perfekt umgesetzt wurde. Los ging es ab 11 Uhr, die letzten Gäste gingen nach MItternacht. Gestartet wurde mit einem sehr leckeren Brunch. Es war für jeden etwas dabei: Aufschnitt, Käse, Fisch, Salate, Eierspeisen, Müsli, Dessertvariationen, frisches Brot und Brötchen, diverse Kaffeespezialitäten, Softdrinks, Prickelndes zum Anstoßen, verschiedene Säfte - kein Wunsch blieb unerfüllt und das Essen war sehr lecker. Lecker ging es dann auch weiter, mit Kuchen vom örtlichen Bäcker - eine großartige Riesendonauwelle als Geburtstagstorte und verschiedene andere Kuchen. Wieder lecker! Wer abends noch Hunger hatte, wurde mit Scampispießen, Kartoffelgratin, Lammkoteletts, Lachs... und, und, und verwöhnt - es ist wirklich erstaunlich, zu was die Küche in der Gazelle in der Lage ist, wenn der Gast sich das wünscht. Verdursten musste auch niemand, besonders zu erwähnen hier, dass der Lilet Wild Berry bei den Gästen sehr gut ankam. Ein nettes Service-Team bediente flott und freundlich. Dass die Location urig-originell ist und über einen sehr hübschen Garten mit Terrassenmöbeln verfügt, sei nur der Vollständigkeithalber erwähnt. Ich muss sagen, ich hatte einen tollen Tag und kann die Gazelle für größere Feiern nur empfehlen.

Tom’s crew mastered my event with almost 80 guests on February 24th, 2024 with flying colors! The buffet was legendary for every taste, the service was unique - as were the “beer return rooms” 😂😂 and the location was absolutely top and not “off the shelf”. My guests and I were thrilled! Price-performance ratio is also good. Big thumbs up 👍

I am really excited!! Very friendly and competent service, delicious food and extremely fair prices. The store is also very chic and therefore has a great atmosphere. Even when there is a lot going on, the waiters don't create a hectic atmosphere. There is a lot of choice at the breakfast buffet, it is refilled regularly and there are also plenty of café variations (e.g. with oat milk). I have nothing to complain about and will definitely be back!

The owner is unique. Tom is always friendly and helpful. There are always great musical events. In the Gazelle you can eat very well, or just go for a drink.

From breakfast to the last drink of the night, it's a place to feel good with a very friendly and wonderfully relaxed team - and what's more, it's simply delicious!

The toilet is worth seeing but you only need it once. You can't tell from the color selection whether cleaning is taking place. It's admirable that there is a concession for this.

I really enjoy going to the Gazelle for breakfast. The buffet is always really great, a huge selection of rolls, cold cuts, cheese, fruit and vegetables. There's even muesli and yogurt with berries. Extra requests will be gladly fulfilled. The service is friendly, attentive without being intrusive. The price-performance ratio is absolutely top.

The first time there, very satisfied, everything went well

As already mentioned several times, the Gazelle is a very nice restaurant with a “special flair”. Various VEGAN options are also offered - top👍. Even on the menu that changes weekly, there is always a VEGAN dish. The quality of the food is great, the prices are absolutely reasonable. We felt very comfortable during every stay and would be happy to come back.

Wir waren vor kurzem zum Frühstücken hier. Das Buffet war ganz großartig, sehr vielfältig und mit sehr viel Hingabe angerichtet. Außerdem mag ich das Lokal vom Einrichtungsstil sehr - es ist nicht makellos aber genau deswegen so gemütlich. Alles Gute weiterhin und bis bald.

Kaffeespezialitäten inkl. , sowie Säfte. Preisleistung für das angebotene Buffet inkl. Getränke und der freundlichen Bedienung ist nicht zu toppen. Vielen Dank !
