Great hotel with a huge park to relax. Breakfast buffet with an above-average selection. Very courteous staff.

Very pleasant hotel, nice rooms, beautiful garden. Very friendly reception with clear information. Very nice dinner, limited menu but nice portions and very tasty. The breakfast has a very generous choice and is presented in smaller portions so that you always get everything fresh on your plate. Lovely soft towels in the bathroom.

Service is very important here 👍🏼

Clean hotel in a central location

Really nice hotel with free parking, nice rooms and a large outdoor area. Everything was available in the room, you can have missing things brought to your room (fridge, kettle). Room clean, everything very pleasant. Breakfast was very good, very sweet with ginger shots, dips and many other little things.

Beautiful hotel with quality above its price. We found it curious and gave it a touch of personality that it was a hotel with a religious motive, all the rooms had the name of a saint in addition to their number. The garden and common areas are great. Highly recommended if you are passing through or for longer stays. The staff are lovely, the rooms are clean and spacious with a current decoration. The only somewhat negative point is that there were not many staff who spoke English, but I understand that it is not an area with a lot of foreign tourism. Still they did everything possible to understand you. The environment is beautiful

Very nice and well-kept hotel in Kempten. The center is also easily accessible on foot. About 15 minutes and you are at the basilica.

The hotel is spacious and modernly equipped. The rooms are practical, The sliding door to the bathroom saves a lot of space. Unfortunately we had the room directly above the terrace door of the restaurant, which was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was varied and there was always fresh toppings.

Best place for hiking. Was here with my family and can only recommend it.

A really nice and quiet hotel with super nice staff. MI a park-like garden that was well maintained. The breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of everything. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Quite liked this place. Again, 15 minutes walk from the old town, hotel is in nice surroundings with plenty of parking including a nice tree shaded area behind the hotel. Rooms were clean and standard, no Aircon though. Breakfast was free/, included and quite a good selection. Would recommend.

We were your guests with our music club for 3 days at the Hotel St. RAPHAEL and felt very comfortable. The hotel room was very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was awesome. Lovingly prepared and the selection was very, very good. There was nothing missing. THE staff was very friendly and helpful and we all felt very comfortable. Will definitely come by again.

Wir waren 2 mal dort, auf der Hinreise nach Südtirol und auf der Rückreise von Südtirol. Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel in ruhiger Lage und guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück mit vielen Besonderheiten, Abendessen ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr ansprechender Service, angefangen von der Rezeption bis zum Frühstück oder Abendessen.

The rooms above the kitchen are horribly loud. It's now 10:30 p.m. and there's still rumbling and rumbling from downstairs. Sleep is out of the question. Now dishes are constantly being washed. There's really nothing to feel comfortable here and I won't have pleasant dreams until late at night.

What really bothered me was that when I checked in, the payment had already been made! Almost went back home! On Sunday at 7:00 p.m. the restaurant was already closed and we didn't get what we wanted to order. The service was good. The rooms were down to the "carpets" - I just find carpets unhygienic.

We stayed at this hotel with a bus group. All participants were more than enthusiastic about the hospitality. Very nice staff in all areas, friendly, accommodating, just great. Breakfast and dinner were great, the rooms were modern and clean. Absolute recommendation!

Relaxed hotel in a good location, you can walk to the old town in about 10 minutes. The breakfast has a wide selection and is really very good. The staff there are very friendly, parking is free.

Were invited to an event. Service was friendly and tried hard but unfortunately incredibly slow and disorganized. Drinks were sometimes requested five times and the guests were very patient. The food was good and plentiful, although the pieces of meat (onion roast) were very different and unfortunately mine was also done. Unfortunately, the food came to the table at a huge distance; some were already finished when the rest came. The concept of inclusion is great, but it should be thoroughly organized. The room was incredibly noisy, you couldn't understand the person you were talking to, terrible acoustics.

We stayed here for the second time during our transit to Austria. Breakfast was still very good! Everything was fresh and quickly replenished. Room was neat and clean. The hotel was quiet.

Tolles Hotel mit leckerem Essen, gutem Service und angenehmer Atmosphäre. Wir hatten das Hotel für eine Tagung genutzt.

Wunderbares Essen und die Leute in der Küche und im Restaurant sind so nett und auf zack. Echt auch als Restaurant zu empfehlen

Zimmer sind ordentlich sauber und zeitgemäß. Frühstück war gut 👍

Meine Frau und ich sind jetzt schon mehrere Male in diesem außergewöhnlichen Hotel untergekommen. Wenn wir Richtung Italien unterwegs sind, machen wir dort gerne Zwischenstation. Das Gebäude ist sehr groß (ehemaliges Nonnenkloster), die Zimmer schön und modern, sauber und ruhig. Ein großer Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus, außerdem gibt es noch eine Tiefgarage. Das Personal ist immer freundlich, das Frühstück echt klasse! Das Restaurant haben wir noch nicht genutzt, da es in der Altstadt so tolle Läden mit zünftigem Essen gibt. In ca 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt bzw. Altstadt. Wir werden auch zukünftig dort logieren, wenn uns der Weg gen Süden führt ;-)

Ein tolles Inklusionshotel. Ein noch besseres Frühstück. Alles was das Herz begehrt, überwiegend selbst hergestellt. Sehr freundliches, aufmerksamen Personal. Wir waren begeistert und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Das Frühstück ist sensationell. Wir fühlen uns stets willkommen. Das Ambiente ist entspannt und alle sind sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bin dort zum Abendessen 2- 3 mal im Jahr. Immer freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Essen. Freunde von mir oder Familie übernachten dort und waren alle sehr zufrieden und waren angetan vom Frühstück. Tolles Sommerfest, alles immer sehr gut. 👍 👍 👍

Albergo e reception ok Ci ha accolto una ragazza brava e professionale. Quello che non mi è piaciuto è il fatto che ho prenotato questo hotel perché dovevo fare una sosta in moto e saremmo arrivati tardi perciò contavo sul ristorante per non muoverci. All'arrivo ci è stato detto che c'era un evento e non si poteva mangiare. In questi casi avrei preferito, per accontentare il cliente, che ci fosse stato proposto anche un panino giusto per non uscire anche perché pioveva. La receptionist ci ha agevolato prestandoci un ombrello e indicandoci i vari ristoranti.

Das Hotel liegt recht zentral und die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Restaurant bietet ein gutes Abendessen und das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch gut. Ich empfehle das Hotel definitiv!

Wir waren für eine Kurzurlaub 4 Nächte im Juli dort. Die Zimmer verfügen über genug Platz und sind dem Zweck entsprechend eingerichtet. Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend 👍🏻 Beim Frühstück blieben für uns keine Wünsche offen. Am Hotel befinden sich genug Parkplätze und eine Tiefgarage (kostet extra). Was wir im Nachhinein sehr negativ fanden ist das Thema mit der Allgäu-Walser Card. Wir wurden überall gefragt ob wir eine solche besitzen und haben uns noch gewundert, dass es im Hotel keine gibt. In einem Instagram-Beitrag haben wir dann, nach unserem Aufenthalt, ein Angebot gelesen, das diese Card beinhaltet. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass diese Karten nur auf explizite Nachfrage an der Rezeption ausgehändigt werden (aus anderen Regionen kennen wir es, dass man solche Karten automatisch beim Check-in dazu bekommt). Wir finden es mehr als schade, dass man noch nicht mal einen Hinweis beim Check-in bekommt, weil wir hätten uns durchaus bei unseren Vorhaben einige Euros sparen können.

Auf der Durchreise in den Süden hier übernachtet. Es herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war schön, Frühstück sehr gut! Die Stadt ist fußläufig erreichbar in 10-15 Minuten. Das einzig negative war das laden unseres Autos an der E-Ladesäule, bzw. die Kosten für das Laden. Über ein Euro pro KWh, das fand ich schon recht viel!

Auf unserer Reise nach Südtirol haben wir hier eine Zwischenübernachtung gemacht. Die Zimmer sind funktionell aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bad war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Servicekräfte alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Gebotene Frühstücksbüffet war sehr vielfältig und lecker. Es wurde stets nachgelegt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Wir waren anlässlich einer Tagung hier. Gute Zimmer, jedoch ohne Klima und Kühlschrank, dafür bequeme Betten. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot. Ca 15 Minuten Fußweg zur Innenstadt. Schöne Terrasse. Gegenüber ist ein Krankenhaus, hier landet auch mal nachts der Helikopter. Bei empfindlichen Schlaf, lieber Ohrstöpsel mitbringen.

Das Hotel und seine Mitarbeiter sind absolut empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig, sauber und angenehm leise. Das Restaurant bietet lokale Spezialitäten mit perfekten Preisen. Besonders möchte erwähnen, das das Hotel Mitarbeiter mit Handicap beschäftigt und dies ist wirklich beeindruckend. Der parkähnliche Garten perfekt. Als Seminar stehen Räumlichkeiten zur Verfügung. Rundum toller Aufenthalt. Danke.

Wir haben auf der Durchreise im Hotel einen Zwischenstop eingelegt. Wir haben tolles Wetter erwischt und konnten auf der Terrasse zu Abend essen. Der Zwiebelrostbraten war super mit hausgemachten Röstzwiebeln und selbstgemachten Käsespatzen. Auch das Frühstück am nächsten Tag hat uns überzeugt und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen nach unserem Urlaub gerne wieder.

Hier wird noch liebevoll gekocht. Zander war ausgezeichnet, nicht so trocken, wie er leider in vielen Restaurants angeboten wird. Das ist dann eben nur noch knusprig und das ist schade um den Fisch. Salate waren auch ausgezeichnet und das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist auch korrekt.

Super Restaurant im Hotel St.Raphael. Wir waren total positiv überrascht vom guten Geschmack und dem sehr guten Service! Kässpätzle, Braten, Pulled Pork Burger oder leckerer Salat - es war für jeden etwas dabei, die Teller vorgewärmt und toll angerichtet, das Essen sehr geschmackvoll. Super :)

Das Essen war super, zu empfehlen ist die pfifferlingsuppe, sie ist einfach phantastisch! Das Ambiente ist sehr schön ruhig, viel Grün, gut zum Erholen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Immer wieder gerne!

Das St. Raphael ist schlicht aber schön eingerichtet. Der Service ist sehr freundlich. Die Karte bietet neben Tagesgerichten sehr gute und abwechslungsreiche vorwiegend regionale und deutsche Küche an. Auf der Terrasse die an einen parkähnlichen Garten anschließt sitz man sehr schön und entspannt.,

Ins Restaurant im Hotel St. Raphael kommen wir mit der Familie immer wieder gerne. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Karte bietet vor allem regionale Küche, aber es gibt auch Tagesgerichte. Man sitzt angenehm sowohl drinnen als auch auf der sehr schönen Terrasse, der in einen Park übergeht.
