Very friendly staff, great service and centrally located!

For the first impression there is no second chance! When we arrived, the reception wasn't manned, it wasn't until the fourth ring that an employee came to check us in, the bell didn't really work, which is probably why it took so long. The first thing we heard was that the elevator was broken, luckily we had to "Only one floor high"! When you first looked into the room, you noticed the amateurishly taped-off room card reader, a broken spotlight in the entrance area, 4 hangers and a worn DND sign in the closet, a few hangers in the other closet that were also out of order, an empty closet underneath Desk, there was probably a refrigerator there? There was a bath mat in front of the bed, well-intentioned but dangerous because they are not slip-proof! In the bathroom: the heating looks like it has been eaten, the fittings are old and worn, there is a crack in the sink and two small " Quirks ", the artificial flowers are completely dusty and the ventilation is completely dirty, has it ever been cleaned? The bike shed without sockets

We can highly recommend the hotel. We received a very warm welcome and slept one night in a nice, clean room. The breakfast was terrific. Everything your heart desires and great service.

I'm here often. In my opinion, the service, reception, flexibility, friendliness and cleanliness are top notch here. Breakfast is 1a and doesn't have to hide behind big city 5*. Regional products are served, another plus.

The best hotel to stay in the area

The two of us stayed in this great hotel for one night, our room was very nice, spacious and well maintained. Our main focus, however, was the Michelin-starred restaurant Reuter in the evening, which really picked us up with its food and perfectly matched wine accompaniment. The extremely courteous and very professional service was also brilliant. Since I come from the catering industry myself, it is always a great pleasure for me to meet such committed, polite and passionate colleagues throughout the hotel. We would love to come back!!!

A very nice hotel! The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast and service were exceptional!

Brilliant breakfast, the cheapest rooms have room for improvement.
