Hotel & Restaurant Schützenhaus - Peine in Peine

We are being let into the open here. Book a hotel for one night and you don't say a word about the great fun taking place in the hall downstairs. We're actually lying here in bed as if we were sitting at the bar. Sleep is out of the question for the next few hours.

Stopped in spontaneously and didn't regret it: schnitzel and salmon were very tasty. Very nice service. We would love to come back.

Super nice staff and the food is excellent. We've had several family celebrations there and we've always been thrilled. Great, keep it up

Today we had dinner at the Schützenhaus with 8 people. The service was very nice and competent, the food left nothing to be desired. Mainly German cuisine is offered. All special requests were taken into account. The rooms are spacious and despite the large number of guests, it was surprisingly quiet. We'll definitely come back.

Christmas buffet - December 25th, table 31 - unfortunately service didn't work

We were there on December 25th. for Christmas dinner in the Schützenhaus. Basically, the hall was beautifully set and the tables were spread out. So far so good. Unfortunately, our experience with the service and the buffet wasn't all that good. Nobody felt responsible for our table. We were only able to order drinks after groups that arrived after us had already received their starter - wild mushroom soup. Unfortunately, when our soup came, it was cold. The buffet was extensive and tasty in itself, but unfortunately it was no longer hot and the tiramisu for dessert was not labeled as containing alcohol. This was noticed because we were there with two children and they thought it was chocolate pudding. It was nice with the family, but unfortunately nothing for us next year.

Great, charming service staff. We were there for a Christmas party with around 100 people and were very well looked after.

Four of us ate here. I recommend a table reservation. Access is not barrier-free. There is a larger staircase in front of the main entrance. We were able to park right in front of the door. The audience was more like 70+. The ambience is getting old, but still makes an upscale impression and exudes coziness. The service was polite and courteous. The food was extremely good and reasonably priced. Since it was Sunday, there was even a free dessert. We were all very satisfied and it certainly wasn't our last visit.

A somewhat outdated hotel, but that's not bad in itself Positive: - good location near the pedestrian zone - If there is breakfast there is a sufficient selection - Beds are made daily - Fresh towels every day Negative: - Breakfast is made according to the operator's whim - very thin walls - On weekends there are events taking place in the large hall, which you can easily follow in your room (you can hear almost everything). The room is on the 2nd floor - my afternoon nap was interrupted today by a marching band warming up for this evening - last night was accompanied by a live DJ - Rooms are not vacuumed

Unfortunately the worst food I've ever eaten at a party. Loveless, tasteless, extremely small selection - not even salad. Selection inappropriate for vegetarians. Drinks expensive. Service “annoyed”.

Simple but very nice and familiar hotel. I was able to check in at very short notice on the rest day without any problems. The room was simple, but clean and there was nothing to complain about. Great location right next to the train station. The boss always tried hard and took care of his guests. Breakfast buffet was small but fresh and tasty. Food in the restaurant is very tasty and prices are very reasonable for these portions! Thank you for everything!

Great hall for events. Somewhere, however, cigarette smoke wafted into the hall from a smoking room. Not nice for non-smokers. Hence the devaluation.

Simple but cozy hotel, rooms are tidy, I noticed little things such as: loose bed lights, door handles that are not properly attached, the beds were too soft for me personally, the breakfast buffet was minimalistic, it was enough to fill you up, generally thumbs in the middle.

Great food. Asparagus with schnitzel is recommended.

Plenty of parking spaces right in front of the house...pre-ordered food came quickly and was really tasty, would be happy to come again at any time!

Wir waren dort essen . Haben sogar kurzfristig einen tollen Tisch bekommen . Alle sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Koch, kocht dort mit Herz und Seele. Sehr gutes Essen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wider.

Direkt vor der Tür ausreichend Parkplätze Empfang freundlich Vorspeise Kürbissuppe sehr gut gemacht Hirschkalbsbraten sehr Lecker zubereitet. Personal sehr freundlich, immer sofort da wenn man sich noch etwas bestellen möchte. Preis Leistung sehr gut wir kommen wieder Vielen Dank

Wir waren zu einem Geburtstag eingeladen zum Essen, welches hervorragend war! Gänsebrust mit Klößen und Mandelrosenkohl wirklich köstlich! Trotzdem es voll war kam das Essen sehr schnell. Das Personal war sehr freundlich

Tolle Location! Das Team des Schützenhauses schafft es immer wieder, eine große Anzahl von Gästen am Buffet sehr schnell zu bedienen und mit einem lecker, schmecklichen Essen in einen schönen Tanzabend zu schicken. Schnell, freundlich & lecker bei 300 Leuten - Respekt und Anerkennung! 4 Jahre später - hatten gerade wieder eine tolle Geburtstagsfeier! Die leckere Suppe wurde an die "runden" Tische gebracht und danach ging es ans Buffet! 3 Sorten Fleisch (Wild, Maispouladen und Roastbeef), dazu buntes Gemüse, Pfifferlinge, Kroketten und Rosmarinkartoffeln. Plus kalte Platte und diverse Nachspeisen. Die Variation "Roastbeef mit Cognac-Pfeffer-Sauce, Pfifferlingen, grünen Bohnen und Rosmarinkartoffeln" war der Hammer! Eine Schmecksplosion für den Gaumen! Lieben Dank an Gastgeber und Küche!

Wir haben im oberen Saal gefeiert, aber nicht dort übernachtet. Daher kann zu den Punkten Zimmer und Service keine Aussage getroffen werden.

Wir waren hier für eine Nacht untergebracht, Zimmer Tip top und sauber . Frühstück war reichhaltig und ansprechend angerichtet. Der Service super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne und jederzeit wieder ☺️

Wir haben für 1 Nacht dort eingecheckt, leider ohne Frühstück, da Personalmangel war, dafür fanden wir den Preis fürs Zimmer sehr teuer. Und dann hatten wir im DZ nur 1 Bettdecke und 1 Kissen! Obwohl dem Personal Bescheid gegeben wurde, hatten wir KEIN zweites Bettzeug!!!

Für Feierlichkeiten sehr zu empfehlen. Tolles Essen und super Personal.

Als Hotel kenne ich diesen Ort leider nicht da ich aus Peine komme aber als Restaurant und das kann ich nur weiter empfehlen sehr netter und Guter Service und auch sehr leckeres Essen besonders zu Empfehlen ist die Hochzeits Suppe

Die Zimmer sind Standard. Aber alles war aufgeräumt und sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Vom 18. frei.

Empfang vom Personal erst unfreundlich, ging im laufe des Tages. Im Internet war zu lesen das man Frühstück nachbuchen kann dem war nicht so (wegen Personalmangel) so musste man sich in der Kleinstadt etwas suchen. Naja war ja nur eine Übernachtung.

Habe am Schnitzelbuffet teilgenommen. Wir wurden mit zu vielen Menschen in einen zu kleinen Raum untergebracht. Das Buffet wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Sehr enttäuschend

Ich kann dass lokal wie die Zimmer nur weiter empfehlen. Dass essen war mega lecker und der Service super freundlich. Preis - Service - Essen - Zimmer Super👍👍👍

Wunderbares Restaurant mit schmackhafter Küche. Die Preise sind in Ordnung, die Bedienung schnell und freundlich.

Das Essen war gut und man konnte gemütlich sitzen. Das Ambiente ist etwas in die Jshre gekommen. Service gut.

Herausragend gute deutsche Küche mit immer freundlichem und schnellen Service! Sehr zuvorkommend = Kaum hat das Getränk den letzten Schluck erreicht wird man schon sehr nett gefragt, ob es noch etwas sein darf. Und zwar nicht aufdringlich sondern ausschließlich zuvorkommend! Das Schützenhaus ist immer wieder einen Besuch wert!

Im großen und ganzen sehr schön gemacht ,ein großes Lob an nelly ,bei ihr kann keiner verdursten auch der junge mann an der Bar- top ,im Gegensatz zu seiner Kollegin, eindeutig keine Lust ,Gäste freundlich und kompetent zu bedienen ,ein absolutes no go ,bitte nächstes Jahr was anderes machen

Wir waren positiv vom Ambiente überrascht. Es lohnt sich .Der Standort, Parkplätze , Ambiente, Essen,Service alles bestens.

Hotelbesuch ohne Essen. Große zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer. Sauber und ruhig ( bei Zimmern zum Hof). Hab mich wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren im September 22 das erste Mal seit den 80er Jahren wieder dort zum Essen. Hell umgestalteter Gastraum ohne das Flair der Vergangenheit zu verlieren. Wir waren jetzt 3 Mal da und das Essen war erstklassig. Wir hatten trotz vollem Haus kaum Wartezeit. Preis und Qualität top. Das Personal, war trotz Stress in der Vorweihnachtszeit umsichtig, freundlich und aufmerksam. Dickes Lob an das ganze Team, wir kommen gerne wieder.
