Best meal I've had in a long time. I can only recommend it

We were only here as restaurant guests, but the service was courteous, the food was of good quality (priced a little high, but not unrealistic), the beer garden is nice and shady and the outdoor activities for children are really wonderful. (Goats, sandpit, climbing frame, model railway... our children didn't want to leave.)

The best part is the journey. From the highway you can backpack to the restaurant. Parking spaces in front of the door, a big plus. The large terrace is of course a good place, especially in summer. The food was quickly at the table...the seasoning was too weak for my companions. Well...that's a matter of taste. The service was friendly and accommodating...the price was a bit high, but not excessive. Actually normal these days...

The location and the quality are right. However, it is not necessarily a place for the common people and the prices are a bit high. Upscale hotel cuisine, not a normal beer garden. Nice playground for children in the back with goats.

Nice food and Spielplatz - good option for kids and adults to enjoy a meal. Unfortunately, it was our unlucky day regarding the service. When we went inside to pay, we only asked ONCE and waited patiently for our waitress. The bartender also asked if she could help us in the meantime, and I said "no, thank you. We're just waiting to pay." So, she also asked another older waitress about us paying, not realizing the older waitress had already told us to wait. The older waitress was very unfriendly and said twice to her "I told the lady she'll have to wait!" My son and I overheard this and were both surprised and very disappointed by her rudeness. Nonetheless, we handed he young waitress Trinkgeld after we paid by card and she didn't even look at us - barely said "thanks" and just set it down and then ignored us. Not even a smile. Usually, I'd say something on the spot, but my son was tired and wanted to go home. Honestly, up until that moment, I was happy to know about this place, especially as a parent, but sadly, because of such an unpleasant experience with the staff this time, we won't be returning. Customer service goes a long way. It fell very short this time.

I was there for lunch with work colleagues, the service was great, the food was absolutely delicious and the dessert was a dream ☺️ of course the prices are a bit higher, it's just a hotel 😅 I can only rate the restaurant here.

The Hotel-Restaurant Dechbettener Hof, accompanied by the delivery service "Die rasenden Schweizer", offers a near-perfect experience with only a few small flaws that could easily be remedied. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and we look forward to returning. The reservation went absolutely smoothly and uncomplicated. We were warmly welcomed and quickly got our table. The order was taken quickly, which we really liked. Particularly noteworthy is the attention to our dog, who was given a bowl of water after asking - a small but important service point. You could proactively ask if you can place a bowl. The food at the Dechbettener Hof was of high quality and tasted good. It was obvious that fresh and quality ingredients were used. Every course was a pleasure and reflected the skill and dedication of the kitchen crew. The culinary experience was consistently positive and left little to be desired. The service was attentive and friendly. The waitresses and waiters were always present without being intrusive and fulfilled our wishes quickly and competently. This contributed significantly to our pleasant stay. A small downer was the temperature in the restaurant. With the windows open it got very cold at times, which was uncomfortable given the windy and rainy weather outside. Here it would be desirable to either keep the windows closed or at least ensure a more pleasant room temperature at certain times. Instead of leaving many windows open over a long period of time - only occasionally. The price level of the restaurant is rather higher. However, you have to remember that high quality has its price and the running costs of such an operation are not insignificant. If you want to eat well, you should be prepared to pay accordingly. Considering the good quality and good service, the price-performance ratio is reasonable. The additional service of the delivery service “The Racing Swiss” is interesting. However, the website is currently not functioning optimally and orders must be placed through external suppliers. It would be desirable if it were possible to order directly via your own website in order to be able to fully use the service. Another point of interest would be the scope of delivery and the radius that the delivery service covers. This could offer future guests more flexibility and improve service. For example, if the experience remains positive, I would also like to order from beyond Pentling (Großberg, Niedergebraching, Hohengebraching). Conclusion: The Hotel-Restaurant Dechbettener Hof is definitely recommended. Small improvements in the room temperature and the background noise could make the experience even more perfect. I look forward to revisiting the restaurant at different times and with different dishes to see if the high quality remains consistent. With just a few nuances for a perfect stay, the Dechbettener Hof is a good choice for connoisseurs of Bavarian cuisine. Overall, I rate the stay 4 out of 5 stars and look forward to further visits.

We celebrated our 40th birthday there and we have to say that it was a completely successful celebration. The planning was absolutely uncomplicated, all wishes were taken into account and many ideas were brought in that made the evening unforgettable. The staff is top, helpful, friendly and on the ball! Food - a dream and all guests were thrilled! Thank you for that! We'll be back at the Dechbettener Hof for the next celebration!

Nice, rustic restaurant with several large rooms and lots of seating. The food was good and very filling in terms of quantity. Salt and pepper were a bit lacking in both dishes and the food is relatively expensive. Nevertheless, we can warmly recommend the veal pancakes & röschti as well as the onion roast. It is advisable for visitors to Regensburg to take the one-hour walk back to Regensburg city center after eating. This means that the food is not so heavy on the stomach and the route is also very pleasant.

We had a small Christmas party for work. The service was excellent 👍very natural, unobtrusive and yet always present. We had the impression that the lady really enjoys her work...you don't see that often these days, really great. The food was very good and of high quality, but I personally felt it lacked a bit of spice. Everything could have had a bit more of a kick, but that's always individual. Today I was at the Dechbettener Hof again with my wife and someone I've known for a long time. We wanted to sit outside and have lunch. We also got a nice table outside, the staff was very friendly. We ordered the drinks and then took a look at the menu. I almost fell backwards out of the chair. Wiener Schitzel with fries just under 25 euros?! I looked at the date on the card again, and surely an old card from DM times was accidentally handed to me? No, unfortunately not, they are really serious. I can't say anything about the quality of the food, but given the prices I don't want to know. We're definitely not stingy and I'm willing to pay good money for something special, but when the simplest dish costs 25 euros, the fun stops for me too. If we hadn't already ordered the drinks (which were of course overpriced), we would have gotten up and left straight away. We then drove three kilometers further to the Schweinswirt in Niedergebraching, got a nice table outside without any highway noise and ate like a prince for half the price. Everyone who writes here says the prices are reasonable and okay - the sunlight was probably a bit too intense or the inflation compensation was too high during the collective bargaining. We're not talking about star cuisine here, it's a perfectly normal inn, certainly not bad, but nothing special either. Who thinks almost 25 euros for a simple dish (Wiener Schnitzel, not rump steak!) is reasonable, I don't know. We were definitely not prepared to pay these outrageous prices and just a little further saw that there was another way and certainly not worse. The Dechbettener Hof will never see me as a customer again. Addendum to the host's answer: Of course a Wiener Schnitzel is made from veal, what else? If it were made from pork, it would be called Wiener Schnitzel and not Wiener Schnitzel. I don't pay €24.90 for a veal schnitzel either! Maybe I'm being stingy, but I would rather say that I've stayed down to earth and have little desire to retroactively compensate the catering industry for two years of lost earnings due to Corona. I am well aware that this was not an easy time for a restaurateur. But that's not my problem, I have my own.

Das Team war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, besonders der Chef, der mit seiner warmen Art und Hilfsbereitschaft den Abend zu etwas Besonderem machte. Die Flexibilität des Geschäftsführers, auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen, hat uns beeindruckt und unsere Feier noch unvergesslicher gemacht. Das Essen war exquisit und hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Jeder Gang war ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, und die Präsentation war ebenso beeindruckend wie der Geschmack. Die Küche im Hotel-Restaurant Dechbettener Hof verdient definitiv höchstes Lob. Die Hochzeitstorte war ein wahres Meisterwerk und schmeckte genauso gut, wie sie aussah. Jeder Bissen war ein Fest für die Sinne, und die Konditoren haben offensichtlich ihr Handwerk perfektioniert. Unsere Gäste schwärmten noch lange von der köstlichen Hochzeitstorte. Die Lage des Restaurants ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, mit einer malerischen Umgebung, die die Atmosphäre noch romantischer gestaltete. Der Bankettsaal, in dem unsere Feier stattfand, war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot den perfekten Rahmen für unsere Veranstaltung. Zusammenfassend war unsere Erfahrung im Hotel-Restaurant Dechbettener Hof von Anfang bis Ende herausragend. Wir möchten dem gesamten Team herzlich danken, besonders dem Geschäftsführer, für ihre außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft und ihren Beitrag zu einem so bedeutungsvollen Tag in unserem Leben. Familieäre Atmosphäre , super nettes Personal, auch bei vielen Gästen immer zuverlässig, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Im Sommer auf der Terrasse sitzen, Kinder beobachten und ihnen freien Lauf lassen auf dem großen Spielplatz. Kinder sind sehr gerne gesehen und sie fühlen sich auch wohl hier. Empfehlenswert, reservieren ist immer eine gute Idee!

Wir waren im Restaurant zum Essen eingeladen, und ich muss sagen, die Küche ist einfach spitze. Selbst der Beilagensalat, den man oft als übersäuertes Etwas kennt, war sehr lecker. Die Portionsgrößen sind so, dass auch ein guter Esser satt wird. Vom Preis her würde ich sagen gehobene Preisklasse, die man aber auch schmeckt. Wer seine Liebsten mal in ein gutes Restaurant einladen möchte ist hier auf jeden Fall gut aufgehoben. Das Restaurant ist sehr kinderfreundlich, inclusive einem kleinen Kinderkarussell.

Mein Gericht fand ich okay, aber nicht wirklich gut. Die anderen Gerichte waren versalzen. Preis- Leistung stimmt für mich nicht. Zudem kaum vegetarische Gerichte. Service/Bedienung war gut.

Wir haben im Dechbettener Hof unsere Hochzeit gefeiert und können Familie Mascarello und das komplette Team zu 1000% weiterempfehlen. Ein solches Maß an Professionalität und Freundlichkeit sucht wirklich seinesgleichen. Von ersten Gesprächen über Menüplanung, genauer Ablauf, Dekoration etc. haben wir uns super gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Alle Wünsche wurden perfekt umgesetzt oder eher übertroffen. Das Essen war wahnsinnig lecker und sehr schön angerichtet. Die Service-Mädels sind auf Zack, super professionell und dabei noch für jeden Spaß mit Groß und Klein zu haben. Wir kommen für jede Feier sehr sehr gerne wieder! Tausend Dank, ihr habt unsere Hochzeit unvergesslich gemacht. Familie M.

Kaffee in Ordnung, Kuchen leider nicht. Streuselkuchen war eiskalt, trocken und geschmacklos, wahrscheinlich gerade aufgetaut. Für zwei Kaffee und zwei kleine Stücke Kuchen sind in diesem Fall 18 Euro zu teuer.

Man muss klar trennen zwischen Restaurant und "Hotel".... Das Restaurant kann ich wirklich empfehlen. Netter, zuvorkomnender Service, sehr gute Speisen 🤗... Auch für Familienfeiern sehr empfehlenswert. Aus diesem Grund haben wir dort auch unser Zimmer gebucht.... Großzügig, 30 bis 40 qm gross..... Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer, welches ca 25 qm inklusive Bad hatte.... Das Hotel liegt genau neben der Autobahn, deshalb war an schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht zu denken... Bei Außentemperaturen um die 35 Grad eher schlecht... Klimaanlage natürlich nicht. Was aber besonders ärgerlich war... Wir hatten von Freitag bis Montag mit Frühstück gebucht... Telefonisch. Bei unserer Ankunft erfuhren wir dann, dass von Sonntag 17 Uhr bis Dienstag geschlossen ist und wir aus diesem Grund auch kein Frühstück haben werden. Die Gutschrift erfolgte bei der Abrechnung am Sonntag. Sage und schreibe 3.50 Euro pro Person Abzug.. Es gibt übrigens auch keinem Aufenthaltsraum.... Alles in allem sehr armselig... Wir nie wieder!

Das zum gleichnamigen Hotel gehörige Restaurant liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums in der Nähe der Autobahn, von der man aber auch im Freisitz nichts hört. Interessant sind vor allem die Gerichte mit Schweizer Einschlag. Die Bedienung ist freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell.

Vorallem an unsere Kinder wurde gedacht. Ein gut ausgestatteter großer Spielplatz, Kinderportionen für jedes Gericht möglich, am Ende bekommen Kinder zb. einen Gutschein um mit dem Karussell zu fahren. Freundliches Personal. Trotz vieler Kunden, meisterte das Personal ruhig und zuvorkommend den Ansturm.

Verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Sehr gutes Essen, große Auswahl, wieder so toll wie vor Corona. Schöne Terrasse, Spielplatz, 2 Ziegen, große Freilufteisenbahn, innen Kinderkarussel.

Wir haben über Lieferando bei dem Lokal bestellt. Bestellzeit ca. 15 min früher als angegeben, sehr freundlicher Fahrer, der noch Tipps zum Anrichten des Salats gegeben hat 😉 Das Essen war trotz Lieferung Restaurantqualität. Schön heiß, sehr ansehnlich auf dem Teller. Toll im Geschmack, der Beilagensalat riesig! Es ist etwas teurer, aber das Geld wert. Ich hatte das Wiener Schnitzel mit Petersilienkartoffeln und sogar auf Details wie Preiselbeeren, Zitronen und ein kleines Petersiliensträußchen wurde gedacht. Perfekt! Würd ich wieder bestellen! Update: Wir haben es mittlerweile schon mehrere Male ins Lokal geschafft und ich kann es nur empfehlen. Sehr freundlicher Service, tolles Essen, riesige Portionsgrössen. Alles was wir bisher bestellt haben war hervorragend. Plus: Hundefreundlich 🐾🐾

Sehr leckeres Essen und immer wechselnde Gerichte, die sich von anderen Wirtshäusern in Regensburg abheben. Bin auch sehr happy, dass ihr einen Lieferdienst anbietet und die Speisen immer warm und frisch liefern könnt. Ich bestelle gerne bei euch und bin auch ab und an mal vor Ort zum Essen :-) Weiter so!

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel. Wir waren auf Durchreise und es liegt sehr günstig nahe der Autobahn. Trotzdem eine ruhige Umgebung mit vielen Bäumen. Schöner Gastgarten mit Spielplatz (und Ziegen). Unsere Zimmer waren modern ausgestattet mit guten Betten.

Waren ausschließlich im Restaurant. Essen einwandfrei, Nachspeise super, Personal sehr freundlich. Abzug für relativ kleine Portionen trotz expliziter Zusatzbestellung (Beilagen) und etwas lange Wartezeiten für Nachbestellung (scheinbar Personalmangel). Haben wir beides angemerkt. Die Servicekräfte können nichts dafür - kommen wohl wieder.

Ein gutes Restaurant in Regensburg mit Deutscher und Schweizer Küche. Das Personal ist freundlich und relativ schnell. Plätze gibt es viele (drinnen und draußen). Das Essen (Urner Käsesuppe) hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Preislich im Rahmen. Pluspunkt: Der Chef hat sich auch gezeigt und die Gäste gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Gerne wieder! Einen kl. Modellbahnhof und Spielplatz und ein Ziegengehege gibt es auch. Da das Restaurant seine Terrasse direkt neben der A93 liegt, hört man etwas den Lärm der Autobahn (wobei die Lärmschutzwand das ganze aber recht gut abschirmt).

Der Service ist gut, nette Bedienungen und optisch ist das Restaurant einladend. Leider sind die Preise in keinster Weise zu rechtfertigen (z.b. ein Shot Schnaps 2cl kosten 4,60€) und das Essen schmeckt nur mangelhaft ( in meinem Fall bezogen auf die Schweinemedallions mit spätzle und die Flädlesuppe). Über das Hotel kann ich nichts sagen, da wir hier nur gegessen haben. Falls man im Lotto gewonnen hat ist man hier also nicht falsch.

Angeblich sollen hier 25 Fachkräfte arbeiten, ist das Restaurant voll, sind jene überfordert, alle Personen am Tisch können nicht zeitgleich essen. Das Essen ist nur lauwarm, Beilagen übersichtlich. Kuchenauswahl ok, Kuchenstücke klein und kalt. Kaffee bitter. Toiletten sauber. Eingang mit Stufen, für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung oder Rollstuhl nicht geeignet. Speisen und Getränke für Qualität und Menge im Preis relativ hoch. Klientel viele ältere Menschen, mit vermutlich hoher Rente. Einrichtung altbacken. Es ist nicht schlecht hier, doch auch nicht der Burner.
