We had our wedding arranged and are simply thrilled. From the planning, the preliminary discussions to the celebration, everything was well planned and always very friendly and warm. Simply a great team. Thank you for making our day unforgettable.

The food and drinks were excellent, with the vegetarian menu particularly notable. The service was very attentive and friendly. All wishes were fulfilled immediately. Highly recommended.

Nice clean rooms. But we didn't know that the hotel was in the airport's entry and departure path. So just before five in the morning, the first planes thundered over the roof. The only negative point! Great breakfast, and the rest was good. Hence four out of five stars.

If you want to have good or excellent food in the Hanover region, you eat here. I have sat and eaten here several times in the beer garden and in the restaurant, as well as used the rooms for celebrations. From reception to billing, the service was always friendly, attentive, but never intrusive. There isn't a negative word to say about the food. I claim to have eaten every part of the menu (except the monthly specials) and was not disappointed either with the cooking of the meat or with the taste of the fresh (of course only offered seasonally) asparagus! Although the food here costs 1-2 euros more, I'm happy to invest that in top-quality catering. I can't leave any negative points about my one night stay in the hotel either! The only small point of criticism is that it can unfortunately be a bit noisy in the dining room at peak times. Otherwise it's worth a longer journey!

Saturday June 29th, 2024 1:10 p.m., officially only open from 5 p.m., unfortunately the staff - due to the preparation of an 80-person celebration - was NOT POSSIBLE to provide 6 cyclists with a drink! ...if they are seen by others, more will come... There was or is nothing going on at the moment! And you can't even see us behind a hedge in the garden... What's the problem? We have never experienced such an excuse (srrvice) in any southern holiday destination!!!

Super delicious food was invited for a birthday. Service was super nice and very attentive. Top can be recommended. We often go to the café there and they also have very nice cakes, all homemade.

I booked a stay here with my son. I had changed my booking at the last moment as my son also decided to come with me on this trip. I could not change it on hotels.com so I had called them to ask if it was ok. It was not a problem. They warned me that desk personnel was available until 21:00. They have quite some parking space but it was full because of a wedding. There was one spot free for electric cars but I decided not to park there as my car was fully charged. At the desk it seemed that they had a few unnecessary steps but the woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, just like the bathroom. We decided to eat in in their outside restaurant. The guy where I ordered understood me perfectly even though my German is so so. I can recommend the Schnitzel with Bratkartoffeln because of the delicious mushroom + sauce they serve with it. My son, who does not like them normally, heard me praise them and decided to taste 1. After that he emptied the whole bowl on his plate. The room was a bit warm (we had had a whole day of 24 degrees Celsius). There was no aircon, but we could open de windows and that helped a lot. The beds were quite hard so I was a bit worried but the next day my back felt really good so I can only say they must be good quality. The breakfast was really good. Both quality and the selection. We could eat outside (in another garden). Again the personnel was helpful and friendly. All in all I am very happy that I did not get a hotel in Hannover but decided to stay here.

Some rooms have no air conditioning and heat up to sauna temperature. Heating pipes or hot water pipes run at full speed in the floor and provide additional heating. Impossible to sleep in summer. Unable to open windows due to air conditioning in other rooms and noise. Breakfast good.

Eat the way you want with everything that goes with it. If you can get space, enjoy your meal

Wir waren ins Restaurant Bullerdiek zu einer Familienfeier eingeladen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren nett hergerichtet, der Service aufmerksam. Es gab Kalt/Warmes Buffet. Reichlich Auswahl und geschmacklich hat alles (was ich probiert habe) gut gepasst. Hervorzuheben war noch der gegrillte Ziegenkäse, der war super! Selbst bei den Süßspeisen zum Abschluss war alles prima Ich habe den ganzen Tag eigentlich keinen ernsthaften Kritikpunkt gefunden. Selbst Lade-Möglichkeiten für E-Fahrzeuge waren vorhanden

Incredibly awesome restaurant and hotel. More service is almost impossible. I/we give it 5 stars in all categories. The kitchen is absolutely amazing ***** If I could I would give more stars, it's always a taste explosion in my mouth. Greetings to all employees, you are doing a great job and you can tell that you love it, please keep it up, we love the catering industry too much.

I assume that the restaurant, with its down-to-earth but extremely excellent offering at star level, will soon be featured in the Michelin Guide!

We spent a nice evening in the beer garden. Tasty sit in a relaxed atmosphere. Drinks are self-service and food is brought to the table.

No hotel stay, just restaurant visits.

Eating in the beer garden was catastrophic! Everything from a deep fryer - fries taste like schnitzel / schnitzel tastes like fries everything tasted like old oil .. the whole beer garden was very unkempt .. we don't have to put up with that anymore .. It's a shame because we often enjoyed being there but that's how it turned out done for us...

A very chic hotel with very friendly and competent staff If you need accommodation in the area or just want to go out for something to eat, there is a clear recommendation.

I visit the Bullerdieck restaurant several times a year for a variety of occasions. From birthdays, baptisms, Christmas, or even our own wedding, we have celebrated everything here and have always been completely at peace! The service is absolutely top notch, very friendly and competent. I would describe the restaurant itself and the menu as good middle-class with a modern touch. Here you move with the times and the quality of the food is also very high. I can also highly recommend the beer garden in summer.

I visit the beer garden regularly and have not been disappointed so far. Very well attended on public holidays. Always my pleasure.

Very nice old house without being old-fashioned, the rooms are very nice, the service from the time you come in to the time you leave is world class, very friendly, accommodating, with humor and charm, and the food is fabulous, great starters, visually appealing, decorative and mega delicious, not a long wait, everything was great, highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, breakfast is very tasty. If you cannot attend breakfast on the weekend, you have the option of a packed lunch. The rooms are very nicely decorated and you can find everything you need.

Been there today for the second time this year 2024. The service remains excellent and particularly worth mentioning. I always enjoyed the food in the restaurant. Very friendly and competent service. One of the best restaurants in the region. Long-established family business. We also spent a pleasant night there on the occasion of a birthday party.

Unfortunately I can't give a review for the rooms as we only went to the restaurant as we live nearby. My husband and I love coming here, it's always something special. Staff very friendly and kitchen great, quality also very good. We prefer to sit in the bar area, that's where we feel most comfortable. And we are really looking forward to the beer garden time again, we can only recommend it.

In itself a good hotel, with a very good wellness facility. The staff was mostly very friendly. The only problem that really bothered me was the smell of the fryer grease, which you can smell throughout the hotel. If you did something about it you could definitely give the hotel 4-5 stars.

Wir waren als Familie im Bullerdieck. Wir können nur sagen, dass hier von Anfang an alles gestimmt hat. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Servicekräfte, welche ihr Handwerk noch gerlernt haben ! Man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Das Essen ( "Chateaubriand") war von hervorrander Qualität. Der Wein dazu - einfach klasse. Wir kommen wieder.

The hotel is in very good condition. The rooms are a little older, but perfectly adequate. The internet is stable and the sauna area is sufficiently available. The breakfast was very tasty. Parking spaces are available and the service can be defined as good to very good.

Wir verbrachten einen wunderbaren Geburtstagsabend im Restaurant Bullerdieck. Wir wurden zunächst überaus herzlich begrüßt, insbesondere das Geburtstagskind wurde warmherzig empfangen. Die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit zog sich wie ein roter Faden durch den ganzen Abend. Es ist sehr schön, wenn man sich als Gast derart wertgeschätzt und wahrgenommen fühlt. Es wurde sehr nett auf Sonderwünsche bei der Essensbestellung eingegangen - und das Essen selbst hat uns absolut begeistert! Sehr gute Qualität, ausgezeichneter Geschmack, wirklich nett angerichtet und toll serviert. Es ist lange her, dass wir irgendwo so zufrieden mit Essen und Service waren. Danke dafür.

War außergewöhnlich lecker... Waren zum Weihnachts-Brunch dort. Ein toller Service und zuvorkommendes Personal... Viel Vielfalt und Auswahl vom Frühstück, über Suppe zu den Mittagsgerichten bis zur leckeren Dessertauswahl zum Schluß. Danke für einen tollen Tag bei Euch. Wir waren im Restaurant essen. Sehr leckeres Essen , guter Service, feine Location

Wir waren zum Weihnachtsbrunch. Der Service war freundlich. Aber das Buffet war sehr altbacken und variationsarm. Vegane Angebote gab es gar nicht. Und trotzdem wir telefonisch vorher nach vegetarischen Angeboten gefragt hatten waren die Möglichkeiten sehr gering. Für grünen Salat, nen Stück Käse und Rührei aus dem Tetrapack war 56 Euro sehr viel. Die vegetarische Alternative waren asiatische Bandnudeln wie am Bahnhof. Ich frage mich woher die guten Bewertungen kommen. Jedes Hotel in Hannover hat ein besseres Frühstück.

Essen und Service wie immer erstklassig !

Wir waren zum Geburtstagsessen im Restaurant und begeistert von Qualität des Essens, dem Service, den ich anderen Orts so nicht mehr finde und dem Ambiente. Gehobene Gastronomie, in dem man noch Wert auf ein besonderes Erlebnis legt. Keine Massenabfertigung. Man sollte Zeit mitbringen. Das ist slow food zum genießen. Empfehlenswert. Der Weg lohnt sich.

Wir hätten ein so gutes Restaurant nicht in einem Landgasthaus erwartet. War anspruchsvolle, gehobene Küche bei einem guten nicht abgehoben Service Der empfohlene Grauburgunder war ein Knaller

Seit über 30 Jahren feiern wir unsere "großen" Familienfeste im Restaurant Bullerdieck, zuletzt den 80. Geburtstag meiner Mutter Mitte Juli dieses Jahres. Soweit ich mich erinnern kann, waren all diese Feste hervorragend ausgerichtet und wir wurden immer zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit bedient. Anlässlich der Geburtstagsfeier im Juli mit 10 Personen hatten mein Sohn und ich ein Chateaubriand (2 Personen Gericht), welches in dieser Qualität einfach "nicht mehr zu toppen" war. Alle Gäste unserer kleinen Feier waren mit dem Essen und auch mit dem ausgezeichneten Service sehr zufrieden. Obwohl das Restaurant an diesem Samstagabend sehr gut besucht war, hatte man alles im Griff! Herzlichen Dank an Familie Bullerdieck und an alle Mitarbeiter! p. s.: Im Hotel waren wir sehr gut untergebracht und auch den schönen Biergarten kann ich nur empfehlen!

Das Spargelessen war mit besten Zutaten köstlich zubereitet, die Gastgeber waren freundlich und haben die Gasträume während der Coronapause gut renoviert.
