Even Japanese people can be satisfied with the friendly reception and room cleaning! The parking lot was also spacious!

Very nice atmosphere and very good quality food

On September 27th, 2024, my family was a guest at the Blume restaurant to celebrate my 70th birthday. From the beginning to the end of the celebration, we were very satisfied with the service of the restaurant team. All of our wishes and agreements were fulfilled to our complete satisfaction. Big thanks go to the kitchen team led by Mr. David Barth. The meal in the evening and the rich breakfast were very tasty. All of us as a family can only warmly recommend the Blume restaurant. Many thanks again from the D. Wachsmann family from Rangsdorf/Brandenburg.

Quiet and simple place to stay one night

Lovely family hostel, tidy and clean. The owners were helpful. The room is clean and well equipped. It is in a quiet location and has a parking lot.

Family-friendly guesthouse and restaurant not far from the city center by car. Good value for money, with nice helpful owners, free parking. It has an orderly and clean equipped room.

My work colleague Werner and I had the schnitzel and asparagus and the asparagus soup several times - it was a poem on the left, the veal schnitzel on the right, the pork schnitzel - big praise for the kitchen and of course also for the service

We were from the far north (Husum) from March 22nd. until March 24th in this hotel. I felt very comfortable there. The hotel is not very big but very comfortable. We were welcomed there in a very relaxed and fun way. The rooms are very neat and clean. The food was very tasty. The service was very accommodating and responded to every request, sometimes with a casual comment. You can tell that everyone is having fun and working well together. I can only recommend the hotel. And thanks to the staff.

We only knew the Blume Restaurant from the stories of our parents, who had last been there decades ago, and therefore had no expectations. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we received a very friendly and, above all, warm welcome and were so pleasantly surprised that the place was lovingly and, above all, age-appropriately set up even for our son (this was the first time in Wolfsburg!). The food was really great and the service was hard to beat. No matter whether you are young or old, if you want to experience really good German cuisine, you MUST go to the Blume restaurant.

Very tasty food and very friendly service

The restaurant's food is super delicious! I had the Jägerschnitzel with mushrooms and peas! The service is very, very friendly and I immediately felt at home! The room is very clean and nicely decorated and inexpensive! I will gladly come again!

We were passing through and quickly looked for a restaurant. Really absolutely TOP! Delicious food, German cuisine, which is rarely found these days. We will be back!

I was at the Gasthaus Blume with my husband and our daughter a while ago. We came in and waited for someone from the staff to assign us a table. The boss herself was serving that day. She left us standing there without any attention. When the boss finally tried to ask us what we wanted, we immediately got the answer: "We can't do that anymore today." This woman's arrogance cannot be surpassed. Pride comes before a fall!!!

Da ich hier nur gegessen habe kann ich das Hotel nicht beurteilen. Das Essen war allerdings sehr gut und lecker.

We were here for only one night with my husband, and had a pleasant stay. The bed is spacious and super comfortable, more to the softer side. The shower is spacious enough and has good water pressure. There is a water kettle, a charging spot for your phone, a mini fridge and a tv. There wasn’t anything in the fridge, so I advice you buy a few things from a store nearby, especially if you’re planning on staying on a Sunday. We did not have time to dine in the restaurant, but they seem to offer German traditional style dishes. The staff is super polite and funny. No worries, they also speak perfect English. Early checkin was possible, and I guess late checkout would have been arranged without problems either.

Wir haben den 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes im Gasthaus Blume gefeiert. Wir waren total begeistert. Das Essen war einfach nur klasse und die Gäste waren alle sehr zufrieden. Frau Blume ist eine sehr liebe Gastgeberin und natürlich ist die Bedienung und die Küchencrew nicht zu vergessen, vielen lieben Dank an Alle, die uns diesen schönen Abend beschert haben. Wir waren heute essen im Restaurant es war sehr sehr lecker sehr sehr gut sehr freundliche Bedienung es hat uns sehr gut gefallen kann ich nur weiterempfehlen

Tolles Restaurant, gemuetliche Atmosphaere und Essen sehr typisch. Wir haben mit unserer Familie an einem Sonntag hier Mittagessen gehabt und haben uns wie zu Hause gefuehlt. Immer wieder gerne :)

Sehr gemütlich, freundlich und sauber. Wir waren mit unserer Gruppe zum Abendessen, Keine Große aber sehr ausreichende Speisekarte. Zusätzlich Spargel Karte. Alle Speisen waren sehr geschmackvoll und gut portioniert. Kalbsleber mit gebratenen Zwiebelringen war besonders lecker. Spargeln waren zart und sehr gut geschält und bis fest gekocht. Schnitzel war leider ein bisschen trocken. Sauce Bernes war zu wässerig und geschmacklich flach. Sehr freundliche Bedienung.

Ich war hier im Sommer zum Abendessen. Innen ist es gemütlich und sehr sauber mit viel Raum.Der Außenbereich ist gemütlich und sehr nett eingerichtet. Eine sehr angenehme Anordnung. Die Tische sind schon staffiert und das Personal ist sehr,sehr nett und freundlich. Das Essen ist frisch und sehr gut !! Ich werde sicher wiederkommen. Der Koch macht sich immer Gedanken um aktuelle Dinge auf die Karte zu zaubern. Auch sind Sonderwünsche kein Problem. Alles TOP !!!

Das Essen (Spargel und Zander) waren von sehr guter Qualität. Der Service war freundlich. Dennoch muss angemerkt werden, dass bei einem Preis i.H.v. 28,90€ für das Essen die Sauce Hollandaise mit einem Aufpreis von 3,50€ (!!!) hinzukam. Ich hatte jeweils 2 Apfelschorlen. Für diese wurden stolze 11,60€ verlangt!!!! Alles in allem mit knapp 50€ für eine einzelne Person ein extrem teurer Abend und kann daher nicht weiterempfohlen werden!

Fui a este lugar junto a la oficina de Volkswagen con mi colega. El lugar es tranquilo y limpio. Pedimos cerveza Weiss sin alcohol, como la cerveza, pero un poco más dulce. Luego vino el plato principal - cordon bleu. Era enorme y muy caliente. Desafortunadamente, no es todo, también debe ser sabroso. No digo que estaba completamente apagado pero no tan bueno como parecía.
