Very nice locations with great service

I stayed at the Hotel Forsthaus Fürth for a conference and was absolutely thrilled. The hotel is beautifully located, quiet, and well-maintained. I had a Classic Room with a forest view, which was very clean, comfortable, and pleasantly furnished—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast and lunch buffets during our conference were excellent: a wide selection, everything fresh and delicious. I also particularly appreciated the snacks, coffee, and light bites offered during the conference. The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating—I felt truly welcome. I highly recommend the Hotel Forsthaus Fürth, both for conferences and for a personal stay. I will definitely return for a short break and choose the hotel again.

To celebrate my brother's wedding, we stayed at the Hotel Forsthaus over the weekend. Naturally, for a guy from dark East Germany, it was a terribly posh establishment. The rooms were palatial, and the decor and ambiance far exceeded what someone like me would normally experience. The main event, of course, took place on Saturday in the hotel's own restaurant, which had been reserved by the bride and groom, and the staff left nothing to be desired. Starting with the champagne reception hosted by the friendly Nazir, who immediately handed me a new one as soon as I arrived with an empty glass. This wonderful, all-round, carefree feeling was promptly continued by Jörg and Gabriel, who always answered the fairly frequent beer emergency call with a smile and a full glass. A wonderful team in a wonderful place to celebrate such a festive occasion. Perhaps we'll see each other sometime soon.

Beautifully located hotel on the edge of the forest. The hotel is very dog-friendly; they even provided a welcome package for our four-legged friend. The spa and wellness area is beautifully designed. The gym is equipped with modern equipment, and the spa includes a sauna, a steam bath, and an indoor pool; everything is very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet is extensive; there should be something for everyone. Upon request, you can have various egg dishes freshly prepared, which we were very happy to take advantage of. You can enjoy a drink after dinner at the hotel bar. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! Very good room and friendly, helpful staff. There was even a bar, restaurant, and hair salon. The Bär restaurant had very good, friendly waiters and delicious cocktails. They even delivered nuts to us even though we didn't order them 😍😋 Truly delicious!

We were very satisfied. A beautiful hotel with everything you need. The rooms were absolutely clean, and the breakfast buffet was very varied. The spa area was also wonderful, although it was a bit chilly in the pool. Overall, recommended.

Very nice hotel in the city forest of Fürth.

We had a wonderful stay over a long weekend in October. The Cozy Room in the annex is indeed "cozy" (small), but absolutely adequate. The bathroom and shower could be larger, however. It might be tight for larger guests. The service staff were very accommodating. The rooms and the rest of the hotel were very clean. Of course, you can see that it's an older building, but it has been renovated and brought up to date with great effort. There is also free parking in front of the hotel. The nearest bus stop to Fürth city center is a 7-minute walk away. The breakfast is very extensive and leaves nothing to be desired. We didn't try the hotel restaurant because I don't think the price-performance ratio is right. We would come back anytime and had a great time.

A highly recommended hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly and professional service. Excellent wheat beer, and a fantastic bartender! Breakfast was very varied, and dinner was available buffet or a la carte. The food was delicious. The hotel is located near a forest, a perfect place for walks. It's quite far from the city.

Great hotel with a fantastic wellness area. The rooms are a bit older, but the bathrooms are newly renovated. The staff is very friendly, and the food at the Maximilian Restaurant is also delicious. The bar is open until midnight, and the bartender makes delicious cocktails. The hotel's interior is decorated in the style of a noble hunting lodge—very authentic and a real alternative to the sterile city hotels. We spent our wedding anniversary weekend here and highly recommend the Forsthaus.

The hotel would like to be rated 4 stars, but I only give it 3. I'd like to explain this in detail, but first I'd like to say that the hotel's substance would also warrant a 5-star rating, but something isn't right at the management level. - There are no replacement towels in the spa area. If something slips on the floor and gets wet, you can always run from the non-woven area all the way to reception...unacceptable. - The pool area is good, but the water circulation is so loud that you can't even hear what's being said on neighboring loungers! It's completely different and is anything but relaxing! - There are no flip-flops provided with the bathrobes. While the carpet isn't so bad, it's uncomfortable on the stairs and in the elevator. Especially when strangers are standing around. It's unpleasant. - There are no replacement pillows! Since the whole world switched from feather pillows to plucked yellow sacks as pillow filling some time ago, traveling has become more of a minefield. Even upon request, there was no "traditional" feather pillow! I find that unfortunate. Sure, plastic is cheaper, but that's how it feels: rustling, heat buildup, and unnatural "bouncing" followed by a stiff neck are the consequences. Sometimes even a half-full recycled pillow helps, but that wasn't available either. The goal here is to get back to down and feather pillows. - There is no coffee/tea station with a kettle in the rooms, which is annoying, as after being out all day, you would really like to enjoy a hot drink. - The staff's uniforms aren't tailored to them, but rather "off the rack." The in-house seamstress should take a look at this, as a lot of potential is being wasted here. This is especially noticeable at breakfast. The breakfast itself is standard and completely sufficient; neither over- nor under-the-top. - The bar isn't well-stocked for those with a small appetite. If someone doesn't want to spend €30 on a cheeseburger and doesn't even want the whole meal, there are few options. Small dishes for €8-10 to accompany an evening beer would be desirable. All of these points can already be found in well-run 3-star hotels, except for the separate bar. As mentioned, overall, the hotel is recommendable, but all the B-ratings due to inexplicable management deficiencies noticeably lower the overall impression. In short: You could feel much more at home here.

The Forsthaus impresses with its very friendly and dedicated staff, who make your stay a pleasant one. Unfortunately, the standard in other areas falls short of expectations. The rooms and cleanliness could have been more meticulous, and the wellness area doesn't live up to the impression conveyed by the description and pictures. In my opinion, the half-board option isn't really worth it: While the prepared meals were good, I couldn't confirm the breakfast, which many visitors rate as "very good." The selection of cold cuts and cheese was disappointing, as were the rolls. Overall, the stay fell short of expectations – a shame, because with a little more attention to detail, it could have been an all-around positive experience.

Quietly located luxury hotel. My room was relatively small at 16 square meters, but adequate. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well. I also appreciated that the TV was a smart TV and played YouTube. The wellness area was fantastic!

Great hotel for an overnight stay while traveling through. Delicious food, nice rooms, and friendly service. We've been staying here for several years now on our way to Austria. It's great with the dog, super convenient. You don't have to search for parking or a restaurant, and you can walk your dog in the woods right by the hotel to compensate for the hours in the car. Highly recommended!

The hotel has always been top-notch, and we were able to enjoy an overnight stay with breakfast as part of the "Guest in Your Own City" offer. The staff was always friendly and accommodating, the service exceptional and worth every star. The clean and beautifully furnished rooms are, in my opinion, perfect for conference guests as well as for weekend stays or vacations. The breakfast buffet leaves absolutely nothing to be desired, and we have rarely been offered such a diverse selection of fresh, cold, and hot dishes. We will definitely recommend the hotel and, if possible, visit again ourselves.

I'm now a regular customer and always look forward to my stay at the "family-run Hotel Forsthaus."

We stayed here for one night while passing through and can highly recommend the hotel. It's beautifully furnished, clean, with great food and extremely friendly staff. We had our three dogs with us – there were three bowls ready for them in the room. You can go for a walk in the forest right next door. We'd love to come back when we're in the area.

We wanted to celebrate our anniversary here – unfortunately, we weren't informed either during the reservation or at check-in that a large celebration was taking place directly below our room. A restful sleep was out of the question. Overall, the stay felt poorly organized, even though we had booked the cozy package. You'd expect that with a package like that, you wouldn't end up directly above a party location. The spa area was also disappointing: The sauna wasn't working, the water in the pool was much too cold, and no one seemed to care that a group of children had turned the entire area into a playground. No sign of relaxation. The restaurant aims for grand cuisine – the meat was cooked really well, other ingredients were rather mediocre. The portion sizes were very generous – and I say that even though I can certainly eat a decent meal. One thing you have to give the hotel credit for: The wooded surroundings are truly beautiful and perfect for walks. Those seeking peace and quiet, however, will find it more outdoors than indoors.

Always a pleasure – my favorite venue for events I've been here several times and have even planned several events myself here – and I'm thrilled every single time. This time, we were even able to spontaneously bring forward our originally planned event – ​​and that once again demonstrated how flexible and solution-oriented the service here is. What stands out here is that everything works. The technology runs smoothly, the process is professionally thought out, and you can tell that the people working here are passionate and dedicated. Disappointed, and breakfast for two people costs €48.00. They'd have to serve caviar and sparkling wine to achieve that. The rooms are worn, with barely any view of the windows and facing the backyard, overlooking the exhaust ducts. I don't know where the positive reviews come from. After five minutes in the room, we were simply disappointed and would rather leave.

We were guests at the Forsthaus for the first time and felt very comfortable. We received a very friendly welcome and generally the entire team at the hotel was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and quiet. We would particularly like to highlight the outstanding breakfast buffet: it really leaves nothing to be desired. We are happy to recommend the hotel and would of course be happy to come back!

Good food but relatively manageable portions.

Beautifully located, relaxing can be experienced just as well as hiking and sport. Service-oriented staff and the beautiful hotel make the experience complete.

Unfortunately there is no refrigerator in the comfort room and we didn't have a power socket on the left side of the bed. The sauna is quite large for a hotel sauna, unfortunately the steam sauna had no smell. The normal sauna comes with the option of making your own infusions. Please be careful in the swimming area there is a smoking area at the back, unfortunately the door cannot be opened from the outside. There are no signs indicating this either. Unfortunately I locked myself out. All in all, very modern hotel with a rustic design that fits the forestry house theme. The hotel bar is mega, super friendly staff especially Max, the prices here are completely legitimate for a bar. At the bar you can also get drinks that are not listed on the menu as long as the ingredients are there and you ask politely.

Very nice hotel with an equally great terrace. What doesn't work at all is the service there. You are not greeted or noticed. We went to the counter twice and asked for drinks. Then the waiter came. A few times people walked past our table, after about 15 minutes, I took the liberty of asking if we were being served. But the conversation between each other seems to be working. You could achieve significantly more sales here. The crowning glory last time was the loveless salad, which was always great before. Very unfortunate. I hereby upgrade from 2 stars to 5 stars. Yesterday we were in the forester's house on the terrace and were served by a Mr. Gabriel. Quick as lightning and also extremely friendly and accommodating. With so much warmth, we really enjoy coming here again

We were passing through and stopped here. Afterwards we realized that the hotel was also a great location for trips to the nearby Playmobil Land. The hotel has a great wellness area with a beautiful indoor swimming pool! We were completely satisfied. Great rooms, great breakfast. great service in a great location!

Had an incredibly nice, relaxing short vacation with the family at the Hotel Forsthaus. Very nice, well maintained, very clean hotel with flair. Everyone - the boss, who also lends a hand, and the staff - are extremely friendly, hard-working and leave no wish unfulfilled, no matter how small. Breakfast is one of the best we have experienced in hotels: nice, fresh selection in every respect and very good quality. Also little packaging waste. Rooms, bathrooms, SPA and fitness room very clean and well maintained. The beds/mattresses were also very good. Care products were pleasant and attention was paid to sustainability. Quiet nights and good air thanks to the location in the middle of the forest were also good. The hotel also has massage/physiotherapy and a hairdresser, each of which can be booked individually and is obviously well attended. Dogs are apparently also allowed in the hotel, we noticed that they were always well behaved and didn't bark. The hotel also has a wonderful beer garden with a playground next to it. Hiking trails of any length as well as parking spaces and an electric charging station in front of the hotel round off the Hotel Forsthaus' outdoor area offerings. We would love to come back.

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend with our dog. It was great! All the staff were extremely friendly, the location was ideal for long walks and the food, both breakfast and in the restaurant/bar, was really good. Our dog also felt very comfortable and was greeted extremely warmly everywhere. We have already booked our next stay!

We used the hotel as a stopover and were completely thrilled. Beautifully located on the edge of the forest, the hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere upon arrival. We received a very friendly welcome at reception and were briefly informed about all the options. We took advantage of the opportunity to charge our electric car, which was straightforward, cheap and uncomplicated. The room (we had a cozy room in the annex) was big enough, very clean and had everything you needed. The bathroom was also sufficiently large with the highlight that there were care products (soap, shampoo, shower gel) from the “Rituals” brand. After arriving we visited the wellness area. Everything was great here too. The sauna and swimming pool were very comfortable, very clean and there were also care products from the above-mentioned brand. We started the evening with a delicious beer at the bar. The bar is beautifully decorated and the service was extremely friendly, nice and accommodating. There is a restaurant next door, which we didn't use. But the ambience and menu looked promising. When we checked out the next morning, the very friendly and informative reception stood out again. An absolute recommendation from us, we will definitely come back to a very nice, charming and well-equipped hotel. Thank you for an all-round great overnight stay.

Family meeting with 16 people aged 5 to 75. Something for everyone. Very friendly reception. Nice, clean, quiet rooms with modern bathrooms. Swimming pool and sauna perfect. The two bar men are friendly, approachable and quick. The restaurant service was quick and very friendly. I love the phrase: “No problem!”. The kitchen can do something. The breakfast buffet and especially the ladies and gentlemen from the breakfast service can only be praised. We've been here several times and would love to come back. It gets better every year. Bravo!

Had a nice conference, great location and food

Great hotel, very clean, delicious food, extremely attentive and friendly staff, large pool, and really nicely decorated.

Unfortunately I can't give more stars. Despite our request (quiet room), we were given a room opposite the games room. After speaking to the room over the phone, we were first told that there were only two or three children in the hotel and that it wasn't that bad. All it takes is one child running into this room at 7 in the morning... We were then spontaneously offered another room one floor down, apparently fine. After moving in we noticed several defects. The bedside table light on the window didn't work, under the table it was very dusty, both shower gel dispensers were broken, so this room hadn't been looked at before. Of course we booked a cozy room but these things have to work. Complained again, it was fixed, but the light was broken again after a day. Unfortunately, there was a class reunion at the time we were traveling that massively increased the noise level in the breakfast room, so perhaps a side room could have been opened for this group. The website advertises an exclusive hotel, some guests came to breakfast without shoes, two families were playing ball in the wellness pool in the triangle, no one looked at it, which surprises us a bit because the emphasis here is on "classy", at least according to the prices in the restaurant. At some point you don't want to say anything more at the reception because it would actually be a matter of course for us to pay attention to these things. If you are traveling as a couple and perhaps have something to celebrate, I would not recommend this hotel on weekends. On Monday breakfast was more relaxed again. I would also like to mention that I have nothing against children or groups, but the hotel should cater to all of the guests' needs, and the options would have been available, i.e. an adjoining room, another floor,... We were somewhat compensated by the location close to the forest, for a nice walk. The breakfast was OK, it was also replenished at the buffet, good coffee, a bit of a choice for vegetarians, the cheese went elsewhere. Egg dishes could be ordered with various toppings. Staff also very friendly at reception and breakfast.

Here for a trade show. Incredible hotel, but a shuttle to the Fürth Hauptbahnhof would have been helpful.

Everything was great, I especially loved the swimming pool and the breakfast (especially the large selection of fruits). Another point I would like to highlight was the quietness in the hotel. It was so quiet, you almost didn't hear anything from the neighboring rooms. The only negative was the high room price, but overall I would come back any time.

The room is a bit small, especially the bathroom, but everything is fine for a short vacation. My boyfriend surprised me with a long weekend here for my birthday and I even got a piece of cake with a candle and a glass of champagne from the hotel for breakfast, very thoughtful.

I don't think it's okay that they just let you book and it's not cheap and then you go there, you want to relax and then we see that you have to go into the sauna without your bathing suits. This is completely disgusting and normal people have to be ashamed of something like that, because something like that isn't normal, it's normal in the shower and that, but at home. If there is a sauna like that, I think it has to be on the internet, then we wouldn't have booked it either, because we couldn't really relax that way, and in that case we didn't really enjoy the sauna. Otherwise everything is nice and the breakfast is also delicious and a lot, but it's not possible that you don't say that and don't say anywhere what the sauna is like. We went to other saunas and everyone was wearing swimwear. Many saunas that don't have bathing suits have it on the internet, but not here, they just want to make money and have lots of guests, but their transparency is 0

Very chic, classy hotel with all the trimmings, ideal for SPA to really relax. Nice and courteous staff, perfect rooms, everything absolutely clean and intact. The location is rural, but there is absolute peace and quiet there.

I have been a regular guest at this hotel in recent years because I am in the region every year for an event and have always spent 2-3 nights there. Because of this loyalty, I would have expected that the hotel would react accommodatingly in the event of an extraordinary circumstance such as a sudden illness - unfortunately I was taught otherwise. It's good that there is insurance for this, but a simple solution would have made a lot more difference here. My experience: I had a reservation from February 14th. until 16.02. and had to cancel due to illness. In my polite request, I asked that the cancellation fees be waived as a gesture of goodwill. Instead of showing understanding, I received the following answer: > “Unfortunately, you have booked a rate that can only be canceled up to 30 days before arrival, so we cannot deviate from the cancellation costs.” > (Mrs. S.O.) When I explained again that, as a long-time guest, I was asking for goodwill, I only received the instructional note: > “You would still have had the opportunity to book a flexible rate.” > (Mrs. S.O.) Why this attitude is disappointing: 1.Loyalty is not rewarded: As a regular guest, I would have expected more accommodation. Instead I was lectured about what I could have booked differently - an answer that was neither helpful nor customer focused. 2. No human solution: No attempt was even made to offer an alternative solution such as rebooking. Instead, rigid reference was made to the booking conditions. 3. Focus on quick profits: Obviously, only short-term sales count here and not the long-term loyalty of a loyal guest. Conclusion: The hotel has lost a loyal guest due to this inflexible and less than customer-friendly attitude. Certainly the loss of my bookings won't cause much financial damage, but for me what counts here is humanity - and in my case the hotel lacked that. There are numerous other hotels in the area that I will use in the future that will hopefully place more emphasis on customer satisfaction. Anyone hoping for goodwill or flexibility should look elsewhere. Not recommended!

Quiet, cozy hotel with great staff, excellent cuisine.

The hotel has a very nice, quiet location. The wellness area is really nice. For me the only thing missing was the service in the wellness area. When swimming and taking a sauna you get hungry or thirsty, but you have to take care of yourself.

We were only there for one night, but it is super nice. Nice reception, nice modern rooms with large walk-in shower, large TV and comfortable bed and the hotel bar with normal prices. There are also more than enough parking spaces available. We would book the hotel again immediately.

Beautiful hotel. Our room was very clean, and the ambiance was inviting and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, but I would have liked some vegan/veggie options. Perhaps cold cuts or something similar. I also enjoyed the food in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Nuremberg, right by the city forest! It's well connected, but still in a quiet location - ideal for dog owners. The room was very clean, all the staff were really friendly and the wellness area was particularly great. Large pool, perfectly equipped fitness area and beautiful sauna. It is recommended to book via the hotel's own website. By far the best price could be found there.

Charming hotel, friendly staff, nice bar and location. The hotel is a bit older, but has been well renovated and we were completely satisfied.

Cozy rooms do not deserve 4 stars; like the games room, they are located in the annex building on the 3rd floor. Far away from everything (on purpose?) Pillows and bathrobes must be def. to be sorted out (room 338!), the path to the indoor swimming pool is too long and too *cold*, especially in winter! When we asked for new bed pillows, only mini-small children's pillows were shown, what else wasn't there? Breakfast for €24 per day is not worth it in my opinion. Cozy rooms also don't have a kettle, just a fridge.

A great hotel, nothing is missing. Extremely good service, always for the well-being of the guest, you don't find that everywhere :) The room was ok, there was a sofa bed for the kids, it creaked with every movement and made the night's sleep a bit suboptimal. We particularly liked the pool area. Apart from small things, the hotel is absolutely recommended, we would be happy to come back.

Nice hotel with everything you could want

We spent the New Year here. Very nice, stylish New Year's Eve with a delicious buffet and pleasant entertainment program (piano accompaniment in the foyer; singing and dancing if you wanted; unobtrusive magician who went from table to table). Big fireworks display with champagne and midnight snack. Afterwards DJ in the bar. The room was clean and quiet, and the size (we had Cozy) was completely sufficient for us. The bed was very comfortable, we slept wonderfully for the two nights. The bathroom was small and windowless, but well equipped, including a towel radiator, Rituals products and a high-performance hairdryer. The breakfast buffet was very generous and had a lot of choice, even at a late hour. The fitness and spa area was very clean and equipped with enough different equipment and loungers. Wet towels could be left downstairs and new ones picked up at reception. There was a water dispenser and cups in the gym. The staff in all areas were very friendly and helpful. All in all, a few really nice days, with a pleasant entertainment program and plenty of sport and relaxation.

It is pleasant to stop at the forester's lodge after a walk and a visit to the wild boar enclosure. The food and service were always good. The forester's house is beautifully located on the edge of the forest. The coffee could have been improved last time.

The New Year's Eve gala was beautifully planned, the food tasted really great, and the presentation was also a feast for the eyes. Nice hotel. The breakfast is great…at €24/person but still a bit too expensive. The room was also great for the 3 day stay. Good hotel if you want to relax a bit. If you want warm water in the pool, you would rather go to a thermal spa...as the pool is far too cold to simply “relax”. It should also be mentioned that there are many different scents in the reception hall... could be a problem for sensitive people... all in all a nice hotel. But I don't think we'll come back.

A wonderful hotel. We spent 3 nights there. Very friendly staff, great rooms. Pure luxury. Highly recommended. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The wellness area with pool is top. The Advent menu that we were able to enjoy in the evening was very tasty, great selection and way too much. But top. All in all there is nothing to complain about. The stars are well deserved. Big thank you to the entire staff, we felt very comfortable. We will definitely come back. Price-performance class.

We have already stayed at the Hotel Forsthaus several times and would definitely book there again. You arrive and can immediately relax in the quiet location. Arrival with luggage to the front door. There are enough parking spaces and they are free. At the reception you are immediately greeted in a friendly manner (friendly team throughout the building) and everything is going TOP. The rooms are really nice, with a beautiful view of the forest, everything is extremely clean and finished. Nespresso in the room and Rituals products in the bathroom. MEGA. What more could you want? Our tip is to definitely eat in the restaurant, the burgers are to die for. And be sure to get a drink recommendation from the bartender at the bar, the guy is a brand and knows his stuff!!!! We'll be back with the whole family because the Playmobil Funpark is only a few minutes away.

We stayed in Hotel Forsthaus for two nights. Super nice location in the Fürth city forest, a few minutes walk from the wild boar enclosure. The hotel offers everything you could wish for. Super clean and beautiful rooms, great spa area with a beautiful pool and a first-class breakfast with something for everyone. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We can highly recommend the hotel to everyone and will definitely come back here when we are in Fürth again Many thanks to the entire hotel team

We stayed at the Hotel Forsthaus on the way back from our holiday in Austria towards Erfurt and stopped here for one night. At the Forsthaus you get a really extremely good price for a 4 star hotel as well as incredible service, a clean and organized hotel, with a relatively large room and well-equipped bathroom as well as usually included access to the spa and fitness world, which has Finns and a steam sauna Swimming pool, fitness studio and lots of comfortable lounging options are really impressive. We are already thinking about traveling back from Erfurt for a weekend!

We were only in the restaurant. The food was a total delight, the drinks were great too, and the atmosphere was generally super!

The choice of food in the restaurant could be a little larger, including the side dishes. We didn't use the wellness area. All in all a nice relaxing stay. Only recommended.

Forsthaus Hotel in Fürth has a lovely setting nestled in the woods, which provides a peaceful escape from city noise. Being surrounded by nature is certainly a highlight, making for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. However, in my opinion, the hotel’s best years are behind it. Although it continues to be expanded, it no longer meets the standards I would expect for a modern, accessible stay. As a wheelchair user, I found navigating the hotel to be quite inconvenient. Reaching my room required taking two different elevators and covering a considerable distance through corridors, which felt like more of a hassle than it should. For anyone with mobility concerns, this layout may be frustrating, especially with luggage. The breakfast offerings, too, seemed to have lost some of their former appeal. While acceptable for a short stay of one or two nights, the quality and variety didn’t match what I had previously experienced at Forsthaus. There are likely more interesting alternatives in the nearby area that offer better value. Another thing to consider is that the early spring weather adds a slight chill to the experience, especially being in a forested area. This might be less of an issue in warmer months, when the natural setting can be better enjoyed. Overall, while Forsthaus offers a charming location, it might not be the best choice for longer stays or for those requiring easier accessibility. I would recommend it for a brief stay if you’re primarily looking for a quiet spot, but with some good alternatives nearby, you might find a better fit elsewhere.

A very nice hotel with everything you need. Rooms, food (breakfast/dinner in the restaurant) and service are really recommendable 👍🏻 The 5th star would be given if there were a few smaller amenities. As an example, a small water bar in the spa/pool area so you can stay there longer.

Super friendly staff throughout the house. Rooms very small, especially if you travel with a dog. Bathroom also very small.

Our two nights were great with children in one room, everything was available. We had skipped room service and my wife was able to feast in the bar for free with a voucher. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Great staff

staff at the reception were kind, informative and helpful. the room was beautiful and clean with everything you need. the only negative is that the steam room wasn’t working when we visited and no one let us know prior to us going to the spa.
