In the café up there just before Heaven's Gate, simply delicious and nice, friendly staff. You have the best view.

I was able to book the room on tel. Demand not to advise when a panoramic corner room is available for a period of 7 days. The promise to check this and send me a written notification was not kept. 2 stars remain from my first visit; another one will not take place because I have not received any response to my request.

The Hotel Neptun is okay in itself. It's a bit outdated in places, but everyone is very nice and helpful (I thought until Friday). Room: mine was more modern than my companion's. The carpet was dirty, something stuck to the table and there were also stains on the lampshades. (Star deducted) When I came into the room, the painter was still there painting the balcony and there were still gloves on (it's not so crazy for me now) One morning the cleaners stood in the room while I was standing there half naked and stared at me, apologized after 2 seconds and left. The lady doing the pedicure was super nice and professional. The staff at the lobby bar were also courteous and nice. You have to be careful when you go through the elevators, they tend to close when you're in between. Now to the topic of why 2 stars are deducted: There was a wedding from Friday to Saturday. From 10 p.m. on the 19th floor the party really started. My bed was vibrating from the bass and the music was so loud that I knew what song was playing. At 11:30 p.m. I called reception because there was a quiet night and we needed sleep because we were leaving the next day. The answer? "Yes, I can call upstairs to have the bass turned down. Otherwise we offer earplugs" I'm not at a festival where I need earplugs, but in a 5 star hotel! The bass was turned down, but the music wasn't. In addition, the guests above were jumping, so I thought that a horde of elephants were running above. Then they called downstairs again and what happened? "Yes, it's a wedding, what should I do. We have earplugs, complain to the boss" Sorry, it's quiet from 10 p.m. and the party lasted until about 2 a.m. No consideration is given, the hostel on the Reeperbahn was quieter. The parking garage is not for large cars. Had to maneuver back and forth to get out. Are we coming back? According to Warnemünde: yes Hotel Neptune: no! In my opinion it is not a 5 star hotel.

Hello We've been in this hotel for 3 days now, unfortunately far too short. It was beautiful, it completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was super clean. The rooms were beautiful. The view of the Baltic Sea when showering was breathtaking. The breakfast was super tasty and plenty of choice. The staff was super friendly, except for one and two at the reception, but everyone has a bad day. Hats off to everyone’s daily performance. Keep it up. We'll definitely be back.

My daughter and I went to NEPTUN for the second time this year. Room and bathroom clean. Good housekeeping! The breakfast and evening buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Very friendly staff. Nice wellness area. Only the shower heads in front of the sauna need to be descaled. We'll definitely be back!

Everything you would expect from 5 stars. A place where you feel in luxury.

There is no relationship between price and performance. The location alone is really great. Otherwise there is no comparison to a “real” 5-star hotel. GDR flair (especially the dining room), everything is pretty old. No air conditioning, no kettle in the room (usual 5-star standard), endless waiting times at reception and elevators. Some really rude staff. The breakfast and evening buffets are also of average quality. For 250 €/night you clearly have to offer more! 5-star is different.

Per: -Great view and every room has a balcony. 1 free bottle of water in the room, but at 250 euros a night you can expect an item for 50 cents if you arrive thirsty. However, only once per stay. Con: - Price-performance poor, restaurants overpriced (39 euros for a veal schnitzel?) - Pool too cold and old-fashioned, needs to be renovated (like many other things) - There is no whirlpool that is supposed to be there (no, a 100x100cm area in a normal pool that bubbles is not a whirlpool...) -Balcony furniture at Aldi level - update: Breakfast quality noticed today that ham comes from the butcher shop, plus point, still a lot of sausage products for the boomer generation (pressack, yellow sausage and co). Prosciutto Crudo? There is salmon, but it is also of lower quality. No portafilter coffee for breakfast in one 5 star hotel... Just machine or filter, sub-par and a very bad trend. At least you can order an omelette, but they won't actively tell you. - Old TV where Miracast/Chromecast doesn't work, no smart functions such as apps with Netflix or similar. - Wi-Fi in the room no or poor reception (2 lines). - No irons in the room, nor can you have one brought to you. You could also provide a steamer but no. There is also no ironing room where you can iron yourself, no, I don't want to pay 8 euros for a polo that takes just 5 minutes to iron 🙄 the argument is with fire brigade bans and high-rise buildings, strangely in every other high-rise hotel chain this has never been a problem in DE and countless countries. This way you can also save costs and make money. There are also irons with an automatic switch-off, which is apparently not known here.

I wasn't there, but I bought a voucher. I was able to have this sent home free of charge. The voucher looks really valuable and comes with a nice envelope. Unfortunately, something like this doesn't happen very often anymore, but giving it as a gift is so much more fun. Thank you!

We stayed at the Hotel Neptun with our grandchild for Warnemünde Week. Always wanted to check in there. For us it was the first and last time as it was disappointing for a 5 star hotel. 3 star hotels can keep up just as well. The most positive thing is the beautiful view. The breakfast is also quite ok. Our booked breakfast was also advertised on the 19th FLOOR, but what we were not told beforehand was that for this view you would have to pay an additional €20 per person on top of the breakfast we had already booked. We skipped this floor and had breakfast on the second floor, where the view of the water was also great. The parking garage is awesome. €25 per night. The parking there was probably still designed for Trabis. You can also argue about the cocktail prices, €15 per cocktail. Room very small. Just don't take an extra large suitcase with you. Queues at reception and impersonal mass processing. I prefer the many smaller hotels.

It was my first time at the Hotel Neptun and I really liked it. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was plentiful and the staff was consistently friendly and accommodating. The prices are of course corresponding to a 5-star hotel. It certainly wasn't my last visit to this hotel :) What's positive is that all rooms have a sea view and the location right on the beach is of course ideal.

We were satisfied with our stay. There are some “criticisms”. We had booked a parking space at Neptun. We pulled into the driveway with license plate registration. But not out again. How can that be? We raised the problem twice at reception. I can get into the parking garage, but I can't get out again. The barrier didn't open even though our license plate number was recorded in the system. Another point of criticism on our part is the seating at breakfast and dinner. Solo travelers and couples block/occupy tables of four. The staff should take a look here. It just can't be. There was no space available, there were three of us and we had to sit at a table for two. In the room/bathroom it would be nice if the shower gel was refilled when it runs out. Cleanliness was good.

Wonderful sea views from all rooms.

The hotel is not customer oriented at all! Only profit is in the foreground. A small mistake when booking cost me several hundred euros! Even though I immediately reported the mistake to the hotel! Not even a change in the date was accepted, despite my many accomodations! The employees were unfriendly and made no effort to find a halfway satisfactory solution for me. At any other hotel in this star category, accommodation would be a given.

As always, it was a wonderful stay. Requests are taken into account when making a reservation, the staff is very accommodating and friendly - especially towards children. We'll stay loyal and come back soon...

We felt very comfortable. The room was big enough and very clean with a great view of the Baltic Sea and the city. The service throughout the hotel was excellent and the friendly staff was particularly noteworthy. Breakfast and evening buffets are excellent and varied. Excellent staff here too. In Neptune you can also “endure” a few rainy days on the Baltic Sea.

This hotel is incredible. My husband and I made a mistake on the date and even though we have been guests at this hotel several times, we are not offered a refund or a change of date because it was supposedly a special price (the "special price" was €324). The employees are unfriendly on the phone and don't make any effort to provide us with a solution. I definitely expect something different from a hotel like this. An impudence...

We stayed at the Neptun Hotel as a family for ten days. It's a nice hotel, but I wouldn't describe it as special. I definitely wouldn't give it five stars. The rooms are very nice and of course have a great view of Warnemünde and the Baltic Sea. A very special thank you goes to our room fairy. Cleaning was carried out very thoroughly every day. We had fresh towels and received a friendly, good morning and lots of smiles every day. Unfortunately, this does not apply to the rest of the staff. Maybe it's part of the company philosophy. But unfriendliness is very important. What struck us particularly negatively on the first day was the bald porter. We've never been to Neptune before and we couldn't have been received in a more grumpy way! Terrible!!! We preferred to bring our suitcases to the room ourselves. And the bald wellness employee is even unfriendly! People constantly looked into the saunas and changing rooms without asking or knocking. The doors were slammed and the water cups were filled with a loud and ill-tempered sound. Actually, this area is there to relax, but thanks to the gentleman, I didn't feel that way. Otherwise the wellness area is very nice. The swimming pool was also fine. We asked about family times for the children and were told quite rudely that it is not a children's hotel and therefore no family times exist. The Neptune should perhaps be a bit more family-friendly; the hotel guests didn't find the children a nuisance. The breakfast was rich, but definitely not varied enough for a five-star hotel. My conclusion, it was nice. But unfortunately nothing more. And as I said, a huge thank you again to our room fairies!!!!!

After eating in the wine bar, we visited the hotel bar. This is simply and beautifully furnished. The barman was very nice and the piano player played beautifully. I can highly recommend a drink there.

Probably the only 6 star hotel there is in Germany with a restaurant upstairs in the Sky Bar but the prices are high but of course you also get 5 star cuisine... Very classy hotel probably the most famous in all of Rostock Warnemünde and Mecklenburg Western Pomerania. .. And unfortunately I have to apologize that I can't give you 6 stars ✨✨✨✨✨✨... I have been coming to the Neptun for years and always feel comfortable in this relaxed environment and relax like no other hotel in Warnemünde. Of course, this has its price, but I'm willing to pay as long as the quality remains at this high level...

For us (still) the first address when visiting Warnemünde... But the signs of diminishing service strength due to a lack of qualified human capital are unfortunately obvious. Very unpleasant for a 5* hotel…

Sensational - I'm thrilled - from the room, from the restaurant, from the pool, from the sauna - sea views everywhere Great service, top rooms, friendly staff, great food, champagne for breakfast no matter how much, coffee machine in the room, tray in the room where everything is explained to you and you can order, balcony covered, pick-up at the train station - you can't list it all - feel completely comfortable - and in a top location - I'm thrilled A more exclusive hairdryer 😉 and there would be 20 stars, that's 19 1/2 - big praise to the whole team here

We've been going to Neptune for 20 years now, so I don't think there's much to write about! The additional view is an eye's width. The staff is a well-rehearsed team, friendly and accommodating. What I have to complain about are the rolls and the bread, which wasn't always fresh, but that's all a matter of opinion! We will be back...

The only time I was away from the hotel was on the beach

We are regular visitors/overnighters to Warnemünder and wanted to try out the famous Hotel Neptun. Unfortunately, in our opinion this is not a 5 star hotel. The view and the location as well as the food are great and you can't find it anywhere else. The friendliness of the employees is also worth mentioning. However, if you like the old GDR charm including the corresponding people over 65, this is the right place for you. Unfortunately, the swimming pool also has yellow tiles and doesn't spray much Charm. The sauna area, on the other hand, is great. But we won't be checking in here anymore because it's not modern enough for us.

We spontaneously decided to stay at the Neptun Hotel for one night as many other hotels were already fully booked. Of course we had corresponding expectations given the price. Unfortunately, these were not fulfilled. We arrived with an electric car including a bike rack and wanted to charge our car too. We were greeted by a very nice doorman who kindly explained to us that the charging stations in the outdoor parking lot unfortunately didn't work and that we would have to drive into the parking garage. Unfortunately it's so narrow there that we have to take down the bike rack first. Said and done. We were also warmly welcomed at reception. Unfortunately, the people on duty had no idea about the charging stations and how to activate them. Here we did some research ourselves. Unfortunately, the charging itself still has to be paid for separately. In other hotels in this price range, this is possible for a small flat rate or even free of charge. The room on an upper floor was attractive, although a bit old. We still didn't sleep well. The sun was already so high in the room in the morning that you had to leave the balcony door open to ensure pleasant air quality. There was a lot of traffic outside from 7 a.m. onwards, which didn't allow you to get a good night's sleep. The curtains are well-intentioned, but the gap at the top means the room is still as bright as day. The spa was great - very friendly staff work here. :) When we wanted to have breakfast around 9 a.m., we initially waited in line for the elevators for 15 minutes. All the elevators that stopped were full. At some point we took the stairs, which unfortunately led us first over the parking deck and then around the house again through the main entrance into the lobby. After 25 minutes we were at breakfast. The breakfast was very good at times. But in some places not. You get the latte macchiato yourself in cups from a machine - the quality is mediocre. The waffles and crepes had been there for quite a while and tasted just right. It could be even better - at least for the price you pay. The location and view were of course sensational. Guests were almost exclusively pensioners - most of them arrived by coach. One of them left at breakfast time, which is why the elevators were full. All in all ok - but just not worth the price.

The prices for the parking garage are far too high but that's exactly the same in the public parking garage next door.

Good overview of the town and the harbor.

...I've stayed in the hotel several times and got married there 40 years ago. Now, as a little surprise for my wife, I wanted to reserve a table for breakfast in the Skybar." That's not possible, I was told to "get in line"😭 ...if that's not a service... My question would be: ....wrong staff or bad boss?

My wife and I stayed at the Neptun again because there is no comparable beautiful and pleasant hotel on the Baltic Sea with such great service and many offers. The rooms are great, we couldn't find a single point of criticism. What was new for us was the quick service if you think the room doesn't need to be completely cleaned. Then just the beds are made, everything is filled up and it looks like new again. If you hang the corresponding door sign outside on the door, the room will quickly be brought back into shape. For us, everything was already done when we came back from breakfast. Just great! The Weineck restaurant is also great. We didn't manage to eat somewhere else in the evening because the atmosphere, the service, the food and the delicious wines are just great. What was new to me was that there are infusions in the sauna in the wellness area! Excellent. Either I missed this on previous visits or this is new. In any case, we were very happy about it. The infusion times and the infusions could also be recorded in the Daily Prophet (guest information that is on the breakfast table in the morning). We are already looking forward to our next stay at the Neptun and would like to thank the entire great Neptun team!

Unfortunately it wasn't very bright in the bathroom, the cosmetic mirror was too dark, I told reception and they wanted to take care of it, nothing happened. The mirrors and glass walls were poorly cleaned, streaks. In the foyer, seats ripped off, photo. The breakfast buffet was very good.

I gave my husband a night at the Hotel Neptun for his birthday. When checking in, the employee wasn't really communicative but friendly. Unfortunately we were shocked when the room arrived. The room was full of hair, in the bed, on the bed, in the bathroom, on the couch and also sand from the beach. We complain immediately. It was cleaned again as no other room was available. But even after that, the hair in the bathroom didn't go away. Something like that is not possible for a hotel of this category. A short apology from the receptionist had to be enough for us. We will not recommend the hotel. That's a shame because the location and view are beautiful. But that shouldn't happen to this extent for the price. The breakfast was ok, everything was there but nothing stood out. The swimming pool was also ok. We can't judge the rest.

The associated parking garage is only suitable for small car models....

Absolutely disappointing. Price-performance ratio is not right at all. Broken bathrobes, towels are not changed, dinner is absolutely poor, elevators are an absolute disaster, everything is very tight,… Spa area doesn't justify the price. I had booked a cosmetic treatment and without asking my eyebrows were dyed into a thick bar-shaped shape, terrible. It was a painful treatment to squeeze out bruises through the pimple (I cried), never again! Just because the hotel is right by the sea it doesn't deserve 5 stars!!! No recommendation!!Never again!!!!

The conditions are like in the old GDR times. Apparently 4 stars. Knitting is carried out according to regulations. Sad..! Ask if you can get a cup of coffee at 6am. Answer is sorry, we have our RULES..!!! NEVER AGAIN..!!!!

We have been guests at the hotel for a week Hotel Neptun in Rostock Warnemünde. During this time we learned to love the hotel. From the 5th floor there is a great view of the surrounding area and the Baltic Sea. Rarely found in a hotel a lot of things that are true at first glance. Whether the environment, the cleaning staff, the kitchen staff, the waiting staff, everything was great from the first time. None of our tour group from Leipzig had any reason to “complain” about anything. A big thank you from everyone to everyone involved at the hotel. The kitchen staff were particularly praised, as they go to great lengths every day to ensure that all hotel guests are satisfied. You should also definitely mention the really great café on the 19th floor. ..

As always, a lovely experience. Deceleration in the spa, luxury in the furnishings and a breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired. Until the next short vacation

Time there again (3-4 times in the 90s) and we weren't pleasantly surprised. The room was changed upon request because we were initially accommodated in a room that had not been modernized and felt like it was from the 90s. The modernized double room de luxe was very modern and beautiful. The lighting in the walk-in closet was out. 4 days no repair. Even the flashlight I wanted didn't come. The room cleaning was very good and also very friendly. The heavenly breakfast included in the room was nice, but the service wasn't always attentive (orders forgotten, overlooked for a long time, no questions asked), even though it wasn't full. Egg dishes were usually not as desired in terms of hard/soft. Dinner at 50/55 euros per person without drinks is definitely too expensive. However, the food and the very good service in the Weineck restaurant are recommended.

After 5 days on the Aida we wanted to stay 2 more nights in Warnemünde. The choice fell on the famous Neptun 5 star hotel. When you think of 5 stars you think of great service, great ambience etc. The only thing that was great is the room or rooms. They all have sea views and that's really great. The sauna area was also very nice. But the rest doesn't deserve 5 stars. We were at the hotel around 11 a.m., we were aware that we weren't allowed into the room yet, but we dropped off our suitcases and went for another walk through Warnemünde. The reception said an SMS would come when the room was ready. We were back around 1 p.m., a quick inquiry revealed that our room was currently being cleaned, and we would receive a text message when it was finished. We sat in the lobby until 3 p.m., exactly opposite the reception. The three employees saw us! At a 5 star hotel I expect the service that I might get a coffee. At 3 p.m. we went to reception and asked (no SMS yet) and the answer was: Oh, the room has been ready for a long time. Aha.. we only sat opposite each other for 2 hours! At breakfast, a prickly lady with a hairdryer gave us the table where we were allowed to have breakfast. All the service staff looked bad-tempered and unmotivated... When I got a second plate of food I had to ask for cutlery, in a 5 star hotel the guest has to ask for cutlery! There were 2-3 other incidents, none of which were dramatic, but as I said, the Neptun prides itself as a 5 star hotel. All employees are encouraged to travel with Aida or MSC, where you realize that the guest is king.

Very nice staff, animals are welcome on the 15th floor. Food great, view fantastic. Especially from the toilet in the upstairs restaurant.

When we arrived we were greeted and treated very politely. The hotel staff are all very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. The rooms are very stylishly decorated and there is plenty of space to store your things. The view from the balcony is amazing. The spa area is also very nice as is the fitness area. The breakfast offering is also sufficient. So all in all, price and performance are good and appropriate. Definitely worth a visit.

We were there for a week and can't say anything negative because everything was really good! Breakfast is always great, either upstairs with a beautiful view or downstairs - also with beautiful views of the Baltic Sea, but also the diverse options in the area!

I have been to Neptune several times at irregular intervals I can only recommend it. The breakfast is first class. The wellness area is top. The room was very clean and in excellent condition. The prices at the bar are okay for the ambience and the live music. The surrounding area, such as the old stream or the town, are recommended. I was lucky, there was a cruise ship there. Aida. The staff was always friendly and helpful and always present. The cocktails were great. Oh, I would like to say one more thing. In the morning on the way to breakfast, from the 17th floor, the elevator door opened and I was speechless, except for a hello. There was an extremely pleasant, well-dressed lady standing in front of me. I actually wanted to tell her that if the 🌞 is already in the elevator in the morning, nothing can go wrong during the day. The lady also helped me in the evening when I visited the Skybar without a reservation. When I asked the bartender, I found out that it was the manager on duty. Very nice and helpful. This is the second time I've been to Neptune. The rooms are a bit narrow in section, but an architect decided that way before our time and doesn't detract from the overall impression. The furnishings were great, especially the selection of pillows and the lighting gadgets. For longer stays I could imagine that more space in the wardrobe would be good and perhaps a room safe. Nevertheless: I felt comfortable the second time too, because the house still exudes its architectural history, but I think it has been carefully modernized according to what you as a guest want to see today. I found it particularly good that, despite the large house, I was treated very friendly and personally as a guest. There was a bit of a joke in there too, a nice word here and there. The evening musical entertainment (piano, guitar, singing) was certainly adapted in repertoire to the predominantly older audience during my visit, but was wonderfully subtle, so that you could also sip a cocktail while having a nice chat. I experienced breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet style on the first floor and would be very confused if I had to write what I missed. I particularly liked the rich selection of fish, and as a cheese junkie I would like a little more cheese without having to say that I was dissatisfied. The hotel's support for the seminar was great and working with a view of the sea is of course a dream. Now I really hope that I can come here again

The plan was to stay in a “5 star bunker”. Ok rooms are only available from 3 p.m. (I think it's stupid, but that's how it is) So if it feels like the whole hotel wants to check in at 3 p.m., then the reception has to be fully occupied. 20 minutes waiting time is unacceptable. After we checked in we went to the room. View is breathtaking. I couldn't find another expression. The rooms are small but ok. However, there should be no dust behind the heater. In the bathroom I found a pair of old socks from the "previous tenant" under the toilet bowl. I find this at least difficult for 5 stars, not to say annoying. Now off to the spa area. The bathrobe I had just unpacked was broken. One corner was hanging down. But no matter... The charm of the early 60s awaited us in the pool area. The pool is filled with salt water and has a pleasant temperature. On the way back the bathrobe was changed and all was right with the world. The breakfast buffet was great. There was nothing to complain about now. Plenty of seating, food and coffee. Just great....Would I come back? Well I don't think so for 2 nights including breakfast almost 900 euros. It wasn't worth it after all!

What's unique is the fantastic view you have from up there and the Warnemünder storm bag. Unfortunately, the service was too slow and not everything was delivered at the same time, so my coffee was almost cold when the waitress brought the storm bag. A pity.

Everything was perfect, you organized a very good New Year's Eve celebration. There is nothing to complain about. We felt in good hands. Thank you so much keep it up

Arrogant young man at reception. Room was ok but the hallways were too narrow for our wheelchair. The same applies to the elevators. The view from the room was great. The breakfast was nothing special, there were only baked rolls. We had to pay 25 euros for the parking space because there were better hotels where we had it free.

Very nice hotel, have been there 😊 4 times and will go back again.

I wanted to book a suite for my older parents, but unfortunately there is not a single room that has a normal table with chairs for playing cards and there is no way to get one (not even with an extra charge). It's a shame, but the holiday wouldn't be a holiday without the beloved card game. If this is possible at some point, my parents would very much like to visit this hotel.

Coming is always 'coming home' again

A bit old school, but everything neat and clean. Fully equipped room. Breakfast was good, but never 5 stars. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall very expensive.

We stayed there for one night at the beginning of December 😊. Even though I grew up only 30km away, I have never stayed at the Neptune before. We had a room on the 11th floor, with a view of the beach, the tea pot and the old lighthouse 😊. The view was breathtaking 😊. The room was really cozy and nice 😊😍. Nothing is missing 😊. Breakfast the next morning was spectacular 😊. It was so diverse and very tasty 😊. The service was really great 😊. It doesn’t matter whether it’s in the afternoon with cake, at the reception or at breakfast 😊. A big thank you to everyone 😊

We were there in 2023. Not very attractive on the outside but best quality on the inside. The 80s-style pool isn't the prettiest, but the saunas and the rest are great. Compared to the 5 star Radisson Blu Świnoujście (which we tested this year), the Neptun is clearly superior. The upper floors are particularly recommended as they have an absolutely impressive view.

Nice location, everything is within walking distance.

We spent 5 days in the hotel in March 2024, partly for business and partly for private purposes. We really liked the hotel. Initially we had a room on the 5th floor with a view of a ventilation system that was making quite a loud noise. Luckily we were able to move to a nicer room higher up the next day. That worked very well. From the room you have a great view of the Baltic Sea and the beach. When you leave the hotel, you are immediately at the sea and on the endless sandy beach and the beach promenade, a dream. Breakfast is served every day until 12 p.m., which is really great, especially if you want to do some exercise beforehand, so you don't have to rush. The breakfast buffet is available in two restaurants and leaves nothing to be desired. You can sit directly with a sea view, really a highlight. The staff were without exception very friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness was perfect. What wasn't so nice is that the WiFi is extremely slow and it was hardly possible to check work emails, let alone stream a movie. The Wi-Fi is probably simply too weak for the high number of guests, and this should urgently be improved. Even when we contacted the hotel staff about it, things didn't get any better. Fast WiFi should be a given these days! The wellness area with seawater swimming pool and saunas is very large. The sauna area is nice and modern, the ambience of the swimming pool is a bit old and does not meet 5 star standards. It is more reminiscent of a municipal swimming pool. The pool is nice and big and great for swimming, as long as it isn't too overcrowded. You can get towels upon request when you enter the wellness area and that works very well. All in all, we would definitely recommend the hotel.

Everything was great. Only my birthday was forgotten.
