Hotel Löwen Mannheim-Seckenheim in Mannheim

We have been regular customers for years, always book from one year to the next, really nice staff. Standing here today. The hotel is closed! Unbearable! Without any information to us, we are now on the street, thank you very much...

The hotel has a fairly good location and a good breakfast. Unfortunately, we received a very dirty room, whereupon we were told that you had made a mistake and that the room was actually closed and that it could not be given away at all. We took up the case with the reception and received a written confirmation the following week that we would receive a refund for the room. That was 2 MONTHS ago now.. again and again you are put off or assured that you now have all the data, but unfortunately there is still no trace of our money.. very, very sad, but you don't treat customers like that around.

Everything was getting old and needed a renovation. It's unbearable in the attic in summer, the bathroom has limescale on the fittings and the "own smell" of this hotel is more off-putting than anything else. The service is top!

Quaint hotel with very nice staff. The rooms are very clean and the location is also great, you can get to both Mannheim and Heidelberg super quickly

I've never had such a bad hotel in my life.

Good, older hotel. The staff are friendly, the rooms are small but functionally furnished. The breakfast is good. A parking space is available directly at the hotel.

Room dusty, faucet completely calcified, shower dirty. Carpet has probably never been cleaned either. The room furnishings are very outdated. No hot water (!) available when showering. Staff friendly, but overshadowed by the rest.

Very nice little room with everything you need, you can even treat yourself to a coffee or tea. Very nice staff.

Clean, well-located hotel with parking in the yard. Very nice staff also at the hotel bar. The rooms are small but absolutely sufficient for a few nights. Good price-performance ratio. Rich breakfast

The hotel is old, but you have everything you need, tea, water...rooms were very clean. The best thing was the breakfast, many thanks to the super nice receptionist who served us coffee every day. 😊

Very pleasant hotel, actually had nothing to complain about. At the next opportunity I might come back for a few nights

So about the Internet, I don't know? 0.09MBIT was already a lot in the 80s, but in 2023 you are not allowed to advertise with WiFi, that is fraud, there are additional costs for those affected!!!! I don't even want to talk about the shower head, which must have come from the same time (judging by the deposits) or the crooked TV...it's always HDMI. Clean yes, small rooms Okay, friendly too, but the internet doesn't work for 2023!!! Correction: At 5 a.m. it's a whopping 5MBIT! Telekom is outdoing itself again.

Old fashioned and small rooms but that's all the charm! The location is excellent. The staff is kind. The only thing missing is an air conditioner in the room

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber alles sehr sauber. Toller Service und leckeres Frühstück.

Einzelzimmer wirklich nur eine schlafsofa

Kurz gesagt: nur das Frühstück war super, die service Kräfte dort sehr freundlich. Der Rest war grottig. Maximaler renovierungsbedarf. Teppichböden aus den 70ern. Wir bekamen auf Nachfragen nichts von der bar in der lobby und wurden sogar um 20 Uhr aus der lobby geworfen, da die Dame an der Rezeption in den Feierabend wollte. Finger weg, Abstand von halten.

Ein Hotel was in die Jahre gekommen ist, Bar vorhanden aber geschlossen. Ein ganz großes Lob an den Zimmer-Service. Alles super gesäubert, Sachen zusammengelegt usw. Zum schlafen alles super , Matratzen auch.

Eigentlich wollte ich mich hier nur negativ äußern, weil sowas wie diese ˋDamé am Empfang geht überhaupt nicht, möchte aber hier keinen Namen nennen. Es ist halt immer der erste Eindruck — sollte die Hotelleitung mal überlegen! Was mich aber dann die nächsten drei Tage sehr überraschte, war das ganze andere Personal! Vom Frühstückspersonal bis zum Zimmerservice (das T–Shirt zusammenlegen war übrigens ganz lieb), einfach nur sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Nochmal ein Danke!

Zimmer sind sauber und groß genug. Bad modern und schön. Personal freundlich. Leider funktioniert der Fahrstuhl ab 22 Uhr nicht mehr. Musste das gesamte Gepäck in den 4. Stock schleppen. Frühstück ist ok.

Ganz okay preis und Leistung ist in Ordnung Frühstück super
