Cozy hotel in a residential area. Very well-kept Italian furniture in the rooms, silk wallpaper and stucco moldings. Very clean. Despite an intensive search, I didn't even find any dust on the ledges or window sills (I don't normally do that, but I wanted to know now ;)). This is probably because the cleaning team is obviously not provided by an outside company. They are permanent employees of the hotel. So they don't clean "any property", they clean "their" hotel!! That is nice! Great lounge area, good breakfast. Sufficient parking space. Suitable for wheelchair users, barrier-free. Elevator wide enough, toilet on the ground floor obviously accessible for disabled people. I can't say the room.

Very nice hotel that absolutely convinced me. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! The traditionally furnished room was clean and tidy. Everything you need to stay overnight was there. The breakfast buffet was very attractively prepared and had a large selection. The staff is courteous and friendly. I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to stay overnight in Hamburg or is planning a vacation there.

The rooms were pleasantly large and quiet (facing the river). Varied breakfast buffet. Price/performance ratio okay. I deducted one star for the Wi-Fi, which works very poorly or not at all. Constant connection drops and very low throughput. I complained about this immediately upon arrival, unfortunately without any response or even any remedial action. Too bad.

We felt extremely comfortable during our 5-day stay ❤️ We were very satisfied with everything and thank you for a good time! We would particularly like to highlight the breakfast with all the charming people 'in the background'!

Very nice, welcoming and cozy hotel. The rooms were clean and functional. The breakfast was rich and delicious. We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Very friendly service. Since we only spent one night here, we cannot comment on the location and connection to Hamburg city center. But it is certainly possible by bus and train. Overall, the hotel can definitely be recommended We will definitely come back again.

Thought when booking, let's see. When driving into the parking lot, the outdoor area is unkempt and battered. Well I thought it would... Then at the reception there was a level of friendliness that we hadn't seen for a long time and it was genuine. Also well organized and check-in was quick. Restaurant there the service continued in the same way as the reception. Yikes All the purple pills taken? The kale was very good. Room furnishings a bit dated. But I don't sleep in the facility but lie in bed and that was very 👍. Bathroom always a good shower for the next day. Also tip top. Breakfast........ and that went beyond the scope of friendliness, attention, selection, freshness, etc. We are not in the Westin Plus in Berlin. Of course, at three times the price you still have bubbly and a bit of bells and whistles that no one really needs. That was finally appropriate for the price-performance ratio. A beautiful and large building. Hotel, restaurant, bowling and conference rooms in a house. The decor is cozy and the service is friendly. Parking spaces are plentiful and stops for the bus are nearby.

I stayed at this hotel for a seminar. I can only rate it positively, the room was clean and spacious, the service was great, very nice staff and the food for both breakfast and dinner was simply very, very tasty! I will definitely remember the hotel for a private trip to Hamburg and would be happy to come back!!!

Country house style hotel with a very pleasant atmosphere and cozy, well-kept rooms. A house to feel comfortable in. Very good, varied breakfast buffet. We have always experienced hospitable, attentive service during several stays.

Hotel really okay for the price. But €4.50 for a small cup of tea and €6.20 for a large spezi is just not possible! This is simply usury! And then a stupid comment like: "yeah, sorry. I don't do the prices." It's just a joke! First and last visit.

A really cozy and romantic hotel. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, I rarely see this good quality. The charging station isn't bad either, as you can be at Bergedorf train station in 20 minutes.

Rusted radiator in the bathroom is not acceptable for a four star hotel, sorry. Otherwise no defects found. Breakfast very good, the evening menu is very poor, little selection and prices are too high but the food is great. Very good service and nice staff.

The restaurant and lounge area are also great. The food in the restaurant is really good. Good selection of spirits at the bar (even more than the usual selection of whiskeys including some good Scottish single malts). The rooms are very well furnished, clean and spacious. Nice hotel in itself, but after a long drive of 6 hours we were greeted very unfriendly because we were there 2 hours early, which we hadn't expected, and we were super lucky with the traffic. Then we were informed that our 9 month old baby costs €15 per day (!!!), which we were not informed about when we made the reservation on the phone, nor is it anywhere on the homepage. We were told this was common practice. I have never heard or experienced this in any hotel. This is really annoying and completely incomprehensible. It's a shame that people are so family-unfriendly! We don't need a bed for our little one or a towel, we have that extra for her, so what are we paying this price for per day? Completely incomprehensible! Service staff otherwise really very friendly!

Beautiful hotel! All that's missing are mountains and you'd think you were in a wonderful Alpine hotel :) There is a lake behind the house that you should take a walk around!

Nice and chill. Mr and Mrs Simon and the whole team ensure a completely relaxed holiday experience. Lovingly adapted ambience, inside and outside. Top food, top breakfast buffet at great times. Every time my tummy is full because I can't manage to try everything. It's so delicious and has so much feel-good charm. Everything is in abundance. Recommend the fireplace room with the big old slippery leather backrests. Competent, friendly specialist staff, absolutely great.

Für alle Vabali Spa Besucher ist dieses Hotel eine perfekte Alternative mit besten ruhigen Zimmern und einem wunderbaren freundlichen Service- das Frühstücksbuffet ist unglaublich reichhaltig und auch sehr zu empfehlen- gerne immer wieder!

Super Restaurant mit veganen Optionen. Wir sind nur zum Essen gekommen und wurden hervorragend bewirtet. Sehr leckeres Essen mit regionalem Bier aus der Hamburger Brauerei "Landgang". Die Preise sind absolut der Qualität angemessen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch beim Weihnachtsbuffet gab es eine große Auswahl. Das Personal war super freundlich und machten einen sehr guten Job.

War am WE in Hamburg-Bergedorf zu einem 🛼 Artistic-Roller-Skating Lehrgang. Hotel liegt sehr nah an der Sporthalle; alles ordentlich, sauber und renoviert. Hatte ein EZ, alles war in gutem Zustand, die Möbel sind allerdings Geschmacksache. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war sehr gut, das Frühstücksbuffet ebenfalls. 👍

Sehr zuvorkommender Service, alles ist ordentlich und Sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Schnäppchen sind die Mahlzeiten hier allerdings nicht.

We stopped at this hotel at the last minute because of an issue with the car. But we absolutely couldn’t be happier with that decision. The rooms are clean, spacious and well kept. The night manager was welcoming and helpful. I will definitely come back!
