Highly recommended. Since the Forellenstübchen restaurant is very busy, reservations are recommended. The staff are very attentive and courteous. The food is excellently prepared and presented. The portions are generous. You can choose your own salad from the salad bar. Payment is currently cash. All in all, a very pleasant evening in a beautiful setting.

Several of us ate fish and ribs as a daily special. Everyone was extremely happy, which is rare. The service is very nice and attentive, the atmosphere is rustic, but not mass catering. The boss cooks himself, and does it really well. Absolutely recommended as a destination for a just over 20km bike tour from Hanover. We'll be back, maybe also for the upcoming asparagus

Highly recommended. We made a stop there on our motorhome tour. The food was very tasty and plentiful. Schnitzel was freshly made and the fish was also very good. The prices were reasonable given the good quality of the food. Service was very friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. Parking spaces directly in front of it and big enough for our motorhome. If you want something special then you've come to the right place. A mega schnitzel but the fish dishes are also very tasty. Super nice service. Here bosses still work for you themselves.

Yesterday I celebrated my big birthday in the Forellenstübchen. Everything was perfect all around. Starting from the first contact to the end of the celebration. All guests were enthusiastic about the food, service and ambience. Many thanks to the Horn family and team.

Anyone who likes fish will love it! The Hamburg panfish in particular was so tasty, rich and tender that we were all extremely happy with it. But the schnitzel dishes were also very good and so were the portions. Onion soup beforehand is also great. The service was super friendly and quick. Full marks!

Best restaurant in Wedemark and the surrounding area - the selection is varied and everyone will find something. There is always something new to discover on the map. The food is always fresh and really something special. Price/performance ratio is perfect! The service is great - not a quick turnaround, but really a polite and charming atmosphere. Reservations are recommended! All in all, a really great restaurant with honest people behind it. Definitely worth several visits and “out of the house” is also highly recommended!

We saw the reviews and went there without a reservation. We went in and waited a bit because both servers were busy. We were greeted warmly, and when we asked for a table for two, we were lucky because someone was paying, so we got a free spot. The table was re-laid, and we sat down. The menu was then brought, and we could choose at our leisure. The menu includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, beers, pilsners, wines, coffee specialties and spirits, appetizers, salads, main courses, fish, and dessert. We ordered drinks, which were brought quickly. Then we ordered the food, which was brought promptly. The bruschetta was great; there were five pieces with plenty on them, enough for two people. The food tasted very good, was served hot, and the portions were large. The side salad was served with a dressing of our choice; our request for mayonnaise was confirmed. The value for money is very good. I recommend making a reservation. We were there at 7 p.m. on a Sunday evening, and all the tables were occupied or reserved. The waitresses are very friendly, and the service is excellent. The ambiance is appropriate, and the feel-good factor is very high. The parking lot is large, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, payment is only in cash, which is the only drawback today. Don't let the name fool you; they also serve fish specialties, as well as many other delicacies.

A great restaurant in the middle of nature. If you're in the mood for a large, delicious schnitzel, you should definitely stop by. Of course, there are other dishes on the menu as well.

We were there on November 30th. We ate in the Forellenstübchen with a group of 10 people and felt very comfortable there. Pleasant cozy atmosphere. Very attentive and courteous service. The food is down-to-earth and rather rustic. There are fish dishes as well as schnitzel and burger dishes in all variations. All the food was very tasty and delicious. The portions quite large. Overall a very good price/performance ratio. In my opinion, the restaurant is a clear recommendation for a nice evening.

A really nice welcome, delicious potato pancakes for the little ones and a really good schnitzel - thin, crispy and tender. Size more than sufficient and the sambal sauce with a pleasant spiciness. The fried potatoes are spicy and crispy!

Today, October 20th, 2024, we had dinner here. Although we didn't make a reservation (we'll do that next time), we were lucky and got two nice seats in the restaurant. The waitresses were extremely nice, attentive and accommodating. We felt very well looked after. The wine was excellent with appropriate temperature. Our food, salmon and salmon trout, grilled to perfection. The side dishes were just as tasty and the vegetables had just the right bite. All in all, a great meal and the restaurant team really deserves the stars! We would love to go there again from Isernhagen and can warmly recommend this restaurant to our friends and everyone else with a very clear conscience!

Everything was really good! Service good, food great! I was glad that my plate was so big because otherwise the schnitzel wouldn't have fit on it 🤣 we sat on the terrace, which is protected from wind, rain and sun with a tarpaulin. A slug worked its way up to it and we shocked the waitress because we thought we hadn't ordered it and it wasn't cooked yet 🤣🤣🤣!!! The menu has fish or meat and not tons of different dishes, but what you can get is really good! It was a very nice evening

I love the ambience of this restaurant. It always reminds me of our old house in Norway. Every dish so far has been very good! Mmmm. Personally, I always look forward to the buttery, huge schnitzels. My mouth is watering again. 😉 The fresh salad buffet that you can put together yourself is particularly delicious! There is one minus: unfortunately it is closed on Mondays AND Tuesdays. Accordingly, table orders for Wednesday are difficult to place because it doesn't seem to work online. Unfortunately, this restaurant is usually fully booked, making a spontaneous visit there almost impossible. So it makes sense to reserve well in advance!

Getting an appointment for a free table is quite difficult. But once you made it, a great log cabin ambience. Nice service and super tasty food, whether salad, fish or steak.

Egal ob Abholung wegen Corona oder vor Ort - immer freundlich und auch wenn das Stübchen glühte wurden wir immer herzlich behandelt. Essen ist exzellent und sehr gute Portionen! Leider gibt es nicht mehr den Hellendorfer Misthaufen, weswegen viele dahin fahren.

Lecker war es, nett draußen zu sitzen, auch wenn es jetzt im Herbst abends etwas kühl wird.

Ich liebe dieses Lokal,waren jetzt schon 2x dort und zuletzt haben wir 75 Geburtstag von meinem Schwiegervater in Juli gefeiert.Das Essen ein Traum ,Bedienung zuvorkommend, Preise völlig in Ordnung. Mit Hund kann man draussen auf der Terasse setzen, drin nicht was aber in Ordnung ist. Wenn ich Fisch essen möchte gehen wir jetzt nur zu Forrelenstübchen. Der Geheimtipp für Steaks ,Schnitzel , Burger und Forelle

Es ist schon etwas her, dass uns die Umfahrung eines Staus auf den Strassen, in das Forellenstübchen geführt hat. Welch ein Genuss 🐟. Die Forelle war 'best off'. 👏. Bedienung und Ambiente vorzüglich. Wir werden bald mal wieder hier einen Besuch abstatten zur kulinarischen Freude 🍽️

Gemütliches Restaurant, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Umfangreiche Speisekarte, ausgezeichnete Fischgerichte ( gebratene Forelle, Regenbogenforelle vom Feinsten!! ). Ausgesprochen freundlicher und sehr schneller Service, angemessenes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Immer wieder einen Besuch wert, telefonische Reservierung empfiehlt sich auf jeden Fall. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Sehr nettes Personal und super leckeres Essen! Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt! Wir waren mit Freunden dort, und diese fanden es dort toll!

Wie kann ein so nettes Team einen einzelnen Abend soo verkacken? 1. Wir hatten lange vorher reserviert. Die Reservierung wurde aber nicht näher berücksichtigt. Bekommen haben wir den Eseltisch in der Mitte (der ganz sicher nicht reserviert war). Trotzt der Zusage auf einen anderen freiwerdenden Tisch gesetzt zu werden, sobald möglich, saßen wir bis zum Ende an diesem Platz, selbst als der ganze Laden bereits leer war. 2. Auf die Karte ganz zu Beginn warteten wir 25 Minuten (das war der Bedienung aber unendlich peinlich, wodurch die Getränke aufs Haus gingen). Um uns herum wurden die Gäste scheinbar zeitnah bedient. Nur wir wurden auch sonst nur noch zum absolut nötigsten im Anschluss kontaktiert. Ein "ist alles in Ordnung" blieb gänzlich aus. 3. Mein Rindersteak hatte eine dicke Sehne komplett durch. Das Zerkauen war unmöglich, hier hab ich mich noch durchgekämpft. Die anderen beiden Steaks vom sog. Misthaufen waren dagegen fantastisch. Meine Frau hatte dasselbe Gericht. Ihr Steak war zart und saftig zugleich. 4. Die Bratkartoffeln waren auf der rechten Seite großartig, auf der linken Seite muss ein Salzstreuer ausgekippt sein. Ich esse immer und grundsätzlich auf, aber davon ist mir schlecht geworden. Das war gut und gerne Mal die vierfache normale Menge Salz. Meine Frau hatte exakt dasselbe Gericht. Das war wirklich toll. 5. Das Klo war leider von irgendeinem Vorbenutzer komplett zugekackt worden. Ich musste, da dringlich, erstmal fremden Kot reinigen. Auch hier haben andere bestimmt mehr Glück als ich an diesem Tage. Bestimmt haben andere Gäste einen tollen Abend. Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde unwillkommen und am falschen Ort gefühlt. Ich insbesondere hätte sehr gerne nur noch geweint. Meinen Hochzeitstag hätte ich gerne mir an wirklich jeder Stelle völlig anders vorgestellt.

Gut zu finden, ausreichend Parkplätze. Ein Freund hat das Restaurant für eine Feier als geschlossene Gesellschaft gebucht.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliches Personal, ausgesprochen leckeres Essen und eine gemütliche Sonnenterrasse. Herzlichen Dank dem ganzen Team.

Wir waren auf einem Dienstag da. Es war voller als erwartet. Wir haben trotzdem noch einen Platz bekommen. Das Essen war sehr gut und kam auch sehr schnell. Was mich aber gestört hat, ist das man nur Bar zahlen kann. Es wird keine Kartenzahlung akzeptiert. Leider wird das auch nicht auf der Internetseite erwähnt. Nach Corona und der Aufforderung auf Barzahlung zu verzichten, kam das für mich sehr überraschend. Daher 1 Stern Abzug. Insgesamt kann ich das Restaurant aber auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Man sollte nur vorher egal an welchem Wochentag einen Tisch reservieren. Update 09.07.23: Stimmt, es steht auf der Homepage. Dann habe ich es vorher wohl übersehen. Es ist relativ klein geschrieben. An der Eingangstür habe ich es gesehen. Auf 5 Sterne geändert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles top, nur stand leider nichts auf der Webseite, das nur Bar zahlen geht.

Unsere Gruppe war nun schon häufiger hier und kann sowohl die Burger,die Schnitzel als auch die Forelle sehr empfehlen. Der Service ist sehr nett und das Ambiente gemütlich. Ich für meinen Teil komme sehr gern wieder.

Vom Geschmack des Fisch hat man wegen dem ganzen Fett nichts mehr geschmeckt. Ebenso das Gemüse und die Soßen waren viel zu fettig und salzig. Den großen Männergruppen um uns herum hat es geschmeckt (große Portionen mit eben viel Fett).

Super Essen, super Bedienung. Besser kann man es nicht machen.

Sehr schicke Location im schönen Blockhaus Aussehen. Sehr freundliches Personal und selbst dem Chef/Koch ist es wichtig sich um das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste zu kümmern und nimmt sich die Zeit um Persönlich Hallo zu sagen. Essen war sehr lecker.
