Beans Country in Wedemark

Unsere Hochzeit im Beans war wunderschön und unvergesslich. Beim ersten Treffen waren wir noch ziemlich unentschlossen und hatten gar keine so eine richtige Vorstellung davon, was wir wollen, was alles möglich ist und besonders woran man so alles denken sollte. Die Beratung war einfach die beste überhaupt! Durch die herzliche Art, die vielen Ideen und all die Möglichkeiten, die uns gezeigt wurden, haben wir uns direkt in das Beans verliebt. Wir haben uns super aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Freundlichkeit, die Unterstützung und die Liebe zum Detail haben unseren Tag zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für das Beans entscheiden und können es von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Eine absolute Idylle. Das Essen ist wahnsinnig lecker. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm. Der Service - so wie man ihn sich vorstellt. Mein Sohn sagte: "das leckerste Fleisch was er je gegessen hat". Wirklich empfehlenswert!

Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Nachmittag verbracht. Tolles Essen, große Portionen und faire Preise. Man sitzt im Garten wirklich sehr schön. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Dazu toller Service und leckere Getränke. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. P.S. Danke für das Bierglas :)

Super Partylocation. Ich war als DJ dort und kann nur das Beste über die Location sagen. Wer in der Wedemark feiern möchte, ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben.

Super tolles Ambiente mit sehr lieber Bedienung:) Hat uns allen sehr geschmeckt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wie immer sind wir herzlich bedient worden. Das Essen war heute etwas besonderes, es gab Spanferkel! Zart und sehr lecker! Große Portion mit Kraut, Brötchen und Kartoffelsalat. Unser 13 Monate alter Sohn bekam auch etwas passendes. Das Kuchenbuffet ist auch immer wieder einen Besuch wert! Vor allem der Apfelkuchen sei hier zu erwähnen 🤗 Man fühlt sich wohl und kann gut und gern einige Zeit dort ausharren.

Wir verbringen hier regelmäßig unsere Mädelsabende in gemütlichem Ambiente und freuen uns jedes Mal schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Der hervorragende Service und das äußerst gute Essen suchen seinesgleichen.

Ein Kleinod in der Wedemark, was man gar nicht vermuten würde. Sehr gemütlich, drinnen liebevoll eingerichtet, draußen ein großer Biergarten und Spielplatz. Ein aufmerksamer Service und leckeres Essen und Trinken lassen den Wunsch aufkommen, unbedingt noch einmal hier einzukehren. Interessant auch das Angebot für Kaffee und Kuchen "satt' vom reichhaltigen Buffet. Absolute Empfehlung für das Beans!

Nach einer Wanderung auf dem Geolehrpfad 'Bewegte Steine' sind wir in einer grösseren Gruppe (20 Personen) dort eingekehrt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Den Allermeisten hat es gemundet. Freundlicher Service. Tolles Ambiente. Empfehlenswert.

Bestes Essen im neuen Beans in Elze-Bennemühlen. Lachs Tartar und Kürbissuppe machen Lust auf mehr. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Pilzrahmsauce schmeckte leider überhaupt nicht. Pilze total zäh,also TK-WARE.Ich erwarte im Restaurant frische Pilze. Schnitzel dünn,bisschen trocken aber ok.Pommes gut,musste aber extra bestellt werden.

Waren auf einen Sonntagnachmittag zum Essen. Bedienung war nicht empathisch, sehr unfreundlich und schnippisch. Habe ich lange nicht so erlebt, absolut unterirdisch. Lange auf 4 Getränke gewartet, obwohl das Restaurant nicht voll gewesen ist. Essen hat auch etwas länger auf sich warten lassen. Geschmeckt hat es, deshalb 3 Sterne. War wieder ein Versuch.

Ich hatte Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln. War lecker, hätte mir aber ein anderes Verhältnis Schnitzel/Bratkartofdeln gewünscht

Ein tolles Restaurant mit gutem Service und gutem Essen. Die Preise sind gerechtfertigt und angemessen

Wirklich empfehlenswert Gutes Essen, das auch immer schnell nachgelegt wird. Für jeden etwas dabei ob Veganer, Vegetarier oder Fleischesser hier findet jeder was leckeres zu essen.

3.Besuch, mit einer größeren Gruppe und alle Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. 2.Besuch, Nikolausrag 2025: Sehr positiv empfinde ich: Das Essen ist absichtlich salzärmer, was mir die Freiheit des eigenen Nachwürzens gibt. Darauf wird in der Speisekarte auch hingewiesen. Geschmacklich ist das Essen sehr vielfältig, eben was man nicht an "jeder Ecke" bekommt; die Teller sind gut gewärmt und das Essen wird gut warm serviert. Vegetarisch sehe ich als völlig unproblematisch an, es gibt eine gute Auswahl. Die Menge ist so bemessen, daß ich mit Vorsuppe, Hauptgericht und Nachspeise wirklich sehr sehr satt war. Preislich schätze ich das Lokal in die obere Mitte ein, was aber dadurch, daß die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und freundlich ist, und für mich der Geschmack und die Qualität des Essens sehr hoch ist, kein Problem darstellt. Die 5 Sterne bleiben. 1.Besuch Mitte November 2025: Ich spanne mich gerne mal negativ vor und habe im Nachherein erst mal die 1-Sterne-Rezensionen gelesen. Und ich stelle fest, daß die meisten von ihnen älter als 1 - 2 Jahre sind. Mein Besuch beschränkte sich auf einen Milchkaffee. Aber auch bei dem wurde auf meinen Wunsch eingegangen. Ich habe als Servicekraft nur eine Dame und einen Herrn mitbekommen, die aber beide sehr freundlich und redselig waren. Gerne wurden meine Fragen beantwortet. Nun bleibt es spannend, was das Essen betrifft. Ich kenne viele kleinere anheimelnde Restaurants und von der Preisgestaltung her muß ich nach Überfliegen der Speisekarte unter Vorbehalt sagen, daß sie durchaus einen Preis-Vergleich nicht scheuen muß. Das wird dann ein weiterer Besuch zeigen, wenn ich von der bestellten Portion auch satt werde. Immerhin fahre ich 110 km dort hin, was eigentlich weit außerhalb meiner Toleranzgrenze für ein Restaurant liegt.

Wir waren mit vier Personen hier und haben "Flammkuchen satt" genossen. 8 verschiedene deftige und 2 süße Varianten stehen zur Auswahl. Wir haben uns einmal durch alle Sorten durchprobiert, fanden sie alle sehr lecker und waren fast ein wenig traurig, dass wir unsere persönliche Lieblingssorte nicht noch einmal bestellen konnten, aber der Bauch war voll. Der Service ist super freundlich und herzlich und das Ambiente sehr gemütlich mit alten, wunderschönen Tischen, Sofas und Polsterstühlen. Die Tische sich liebevoll mit Tischläufern und Stoffservietten gedeckt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this place at all. I used to go there often and enjoyed it. Now, however, it's no longer a place where you feel welcome as a guest. The service staff were incredibly rude and arrogant. This condescending way of speaking to people has, sadly, become a masterpiece here. And yes, everyone can have a bad day, but to tell a small child (5 years old) who wanted a hot chocolate with cream (whether it was vegan whipped cream or something similar), "Well, you should have brought that from home; I don't have any," is beyond rude and inappropriate. The price of almost €13 for a coffee and cake buffet with pieces of cake measuring about 3x3 cm is also very steep. One of the children tried two pieces of cake, which tasted sour and were extremely dry. We paid €6, but then decided to spend our money elsewhere where we would rather be valued and welcomed as guests. ... Conclusion after this last visit: never again. Zero appreciation; service staff should perhaps receive further training regarding courtesy and customer satisfaction.

We met at Beans for our class reunion. We were given a room just for us, with a large TV, so we could watch movies from our school days undisturbed. The service was good and the food was excellent. I ordered banana soup and a salad, assuming a soup would be a small portion. But I was wrong... Both were delicious and beautifully presented, as were all the dishes my former classmates ordered. Afterwards, I received many compliments on our excellent choice of venue. Thank you for this wonderful afternoon/evening.

I had the pleasure of DJing a wedding at Restaurant Beans in Wedemark and was absolutely thrilled! I received a warm welcome, was immediately offered a drink, and was shown exactly where to set up my equipment. Superbly organized! The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and the venue itself is modern, stylish, and perfectly suited for a dream wedding. I can wholeheartedly recommend Beans and would be delighted to provide the music for another celebration there!

I've often been there for the coffee and cake buffet on weekends. The service is always attentive and quick. You can't help but feel comfortable there. The beer garden is just as cozy in the summer. Keep up the good work!

It doesn't get any better than this. Top-notch food, something for everyone. Vegan, wheat-free, vegetarian, and meat options. Super friendly team. They even answer questions about specific dishes (we once made jackfruit ourselves, which was edible, but here it was divine – mainly due to the right fruit and a fantastic marinade). We'd gladly come back anytime. The prices are affordable for the quality and freshness.

Absolutely great food. But a grumpy, unfriendly waitress. I understand that you don't have to be a ray of sunshine, but you can at least treat people with a bit of decency. I felt very uncomfortable in her presence. The rest of the service staff, on the other hand, were really nice. What a shame.

Beans is simply outstanding! Both as a restaurant and as an event location. We celebrated our wedding there and received such excellent support during the planning phase and on the day itself. Everything was simply perfect. Thank you for making our day so unforgettable!

Absolutely unsuitable for coffee. You can't order individual slices of cake, only a cake buffet for €12. The prices are beyond belief: for four pancakes (5-6 cm diameter) you pay over €10.

The food is very expensive for the quality. Four pancakes (5cm in diameter) cost over €10. While the decor is nice, it's not conducive to eating cake. You can't buy individual slices of cake; instead, you have to pay €12 for a buffet with very little choice. The garden was unfortunately closed. Furthermore, instead of Sprite, as advertised on the menu, they served lemon soda.

Nice, large outdoor area. We actually wanted to have coffee and ended up waiting there for about an hour before the shop closed, which prompted the waiter to check his watch. Since they only offered a cake buffet, we decided against it.

We were there for my sister's wedding, and it's a truly beautiful place. The buffet was fantastic, and the food was constantly being refilled; the rooms are quaint and cozy. The restrooms made a very special impression on me, as they were clean and actually even "cozy." They thought of everything a woman might need to freshen up. I thought it was extremely cool that there were no paper towels, but rather small terry cloth towels (in sufficient quantities!). This is a very sustainable approach and feels completely different from the rubbing paper you're used to. The staff was always present and really friendly, always asking if there were any requests, and if there were, they took care of it very quickly. If we didn't live so far away, we would definitely be there more often! It was a beautiful and successful day, thanks to you!

Excellent vegetarian and vegan food with truly sophisticated combinations of ingredients. It's truly a taste experience you rarely find. Plus, very friendly staff and a lovely ambiance.

Nice place to hang out, nice little playground. The food is tasty, but there's little choice and it's very expensive.

We were there today for a wedding. The ambiance is truly lovely. The staff are very friendly and polite. The food was delicious and beautifully presented.

Unfortunately, we didn't like it at all. We went there following a recommendation, and the online menu looked very promising. On the spot, the menu only offered the schnitzel and the classic burger. Unfortunately, the vegan bun was rock-hard and almost impossible to cut. The burger wasn't particularly tasty for the price either. Nothing special. Personally, I was bothered by the waiters running through the guests in the beer garden every few seconds with items from the buffet (?) of a wedding taking place in the hall. It made it very uncomfortable. The ambiance, however, was positive. We were also very pleased when, after the first greeting from the kitchen, we were given a second one due to the long wait.

Today was my third time as a guest. The first few times, the service was very friendly and the food was good. Today, I received very rude service. Then, the risotto, from the special offer menu, was ordered vegan and received with bacon. The special offer menu was also completely confusing. Entrecôrte dishes were offered with both vegetarian and vegan labels. No compensation, only the barest apology. For a restaurant that prides itself on being vegetarian and vegan, this was a complete failure. I know everyone is dealing with staffing issues, but this arrogance and ignorance was unprecedented. It's a shame; over the past few months, profit has once again taken precedence over quality.

We celebrated my cousin's wedding there, and it was simply beautiful. The ambiance is magnificent and provides a dreamlike backdrop for special occasions. I would especially like to highlight the vegetarian buffet: everything was delicious, lovingly presented, and prepared with great flavor. The service was attentive, friendly, and always available without being intrusive. All in all, a perfect day in a fantastic location. Highly recommended!

We celebrated our wedding at Beans in the large party barn and can highly recommend the venue. From the initial, very detailed preliminary discussion with the owner to the very quick response times to all our questions and requests throughout the event, we felt very well looked after. We had a wonderful outdoor ceremony on the beautiful lawn surrounded by nature. The venue itself is gorgeous and very well air-conditioned. The service was very attentive and fully committed throughout the day. All of our guests, including us, were more than thrilled with the venue and the vegan/vegetarian food. Vegan and vegetarian food in Wedemark. You can enjoy excellent food in a rustic setting, especially for vegans or vegetarians. It's worth a visit! You can also enjoy your meal in the wonderful garden!

We tried to reserve a table for 19 people today. We were surprised by the response, asking what kind of profession we were in to make such a request. We were also told that the kitchen staff would be overwhelmed with such a large group. I found the phone conversation rude and unaccommodating. For this reason, we unfortunately didn't manage to visit. Therefore, it's not recommended for larger groups.

We spent a wonderful day together with our dog. First, we enjoyed something delicious warm, then a little later, a specialty coffee and cake. We sat in the garden in the wonderful weather and had time to enjoy and chat. Many thanks to the team; we'd love to come back.

We were guests at Beans in 2024 for our family reunion and wanted to try it again, as things didn't go so well last year. The ambiance is absolutely lovely, the flowery menu whets the appetite, so we made a second attempt yesterday. But last night, with 34 people registered, was a real disaster! By the time the last of us got our food, the first ones had finished long ago. We found the loud announcements and harsh remarks from the service staff very unpleasant, and it took four attempts before the vegan asparagus plate arrived in a truly vegan version. Almost all of us were very disappointed with the quality; two portions were not charged because it was out of the question, which is a real disappointment. It's a real shame when you leave with a grudge as a guest. One hopes that Beans will work on its service and quality so that it can be happily recommended.

Beautiful beer garden, with a wide variety of dishes, whether vegan, vegetarian, or flexi-friendly. Overnight spot for two RVs, very quiet after the restaurant closes.

Pretty good food but don’t come here with a large group, as they can’t handle it. This is the second time we came her with our (quite big) family, and the orders constantly went wrong, plus lots of us got their food while others had to wait. Most plates were finished while others didn’t even had their food yet. Definitely won’t come back here with the fam.

I was invited to a celebration here. The atmosphere was fantastic and the food was delicious. As advertised, there were meat, vegetarian, and vegan options. Overall, I was very impressed.

We were there on a Saturday with a large group. We had vegetarians and meat eaters, and everyone was able to find something on the menu thanks to the extensive selection. The dishes are incredibly delicious and truly creatively prepared. The server was super friendly and made us feel like we were in a Michelin-starred restaurant. A truly wonderful experience all around! We'll be back!

We discovered this restaurant while passing through and were thrilled. The food was delicious and high-quality. A dream for vegetarians. The staff is very friendly! We were the last ones there and were kindly given a short tour of the entire grounds. We were even able to sleep in our rooftop tent in their parking lot. I would come back anytime.

I like to criticize, but there's nothing here! The prices are very fair, the food is among the best I've had in years, and the service was truly fantastic. The restaurant also has the perfect location in a small forest. Incredibly rustic and close to nature. The decor strikes a wonderful balance between modern upcycling and traditional architecture. If we didn't live on the other side of the country, we'd definitely be regulars! These dishes are all so sophisticated and delicious that I really have to recommend everyone to stop by. PS: Apparently, you can also have wonderful weddings here. Gorgeous

A very attractive yet cozy location, perfect for celebrating. We felt extremely comfortable and well looked after at the wedding reception, to which we were invited as guests. From the farm's decor to the delicious food and the attentive and friendly staff, it was a perfect day! Highly recommended!

Burger was half raw, the fries were rock hard, the prices were salty! EUR 16.80 is a proud price for such a small burger. We went there twice: the first and the last time!

Our wedding was beautiful and professional, just as you would expect. From the first appointment we felt very comfortable, all of our wishes were taken into account and we received excellent advice. The whole staff was very nice and attentive, the food was of the best quality. And even if little things went wrong, we responded immediately. Spontaneous requests could also be implemented. You can eat well and have a great party here. We would love to come back, including to the restaurant.

This was my second time at Beans Country and I enjoyed the beer garden in the summer and the fireplace room in the winter. Dining there was the right decision in both cases. As a vegetarian, it's a dream to experience so much choice on a menu. The ambiance is very cozy, and the service very friendly and accommodating. I had the vegan duck breast in the winter for just under €23. The menu was worth the effort, but the portion sizes are rather small for the price. It's certainly fine if you're not very hungry, but my friend, who I went with, also said that she wouldn't eat there with her partner because he wouldn't get full. As a suggestion for improvement, I would perhaps like to see more grams in the side dishes (vegetables, potatoes, dumplings, etc.) to make the experience more enjoyable. Nevertheless, I would eat there again 🙂

Rather by chance, after a hike. we came across this restaurant at the end of the universe. And were very positively surprised. The service was quick and friendly. The selection and food are of good quality and priced to suit today's times. Keep it up and always keep the customer in mind.

Old cozy farmhouse, feel-good atmosphere. All you can eat cake buffet is a really good idea with a delicious selection of cakes and very good coffee. The employees are warm and present. Low barrier. I'd love to come back.

My partner is not vegetarian, but I am. We were both thrilled by the variety of the menu with lots of great vegetarian dishes, but also classic dishes like burgers etc. for non-vegetarians. There really is something for everyone here and both the Mr. Cauli steak for me and the burger for him were unbeatably good! The drive from Hanover to Beans was definitely worth it as it is a super romantic restaurant. The festival barn on site was particularly impressive; I could imagine getting married here one day ;)

On the occasion of our 5th company birthday, we invited 200 customers to Beans. And what should we say? It was a really nice day! Thank you for really delicious food and great service! We decided on this location at fairly short notice and everything still fit perfectly. Our customers and we will certainly remember this beautiful day with you for a long time. We got married here and absolutely love the store. Very good vegan-friendly food and great ambience with a classic style with selected modern elements. The playground and the cute donkeys are a great bonus, especially with small children.

We found this restaurant by chance while on vacation in the Aller-Leine Valley. The card was quickly studied and the selection was made. Our child also found something suitable. The quality of the food, selection and service were top. Prices very reasonable for what is offered. Keep it up!!

A beautiful location with super attentive staff. The food that day was a bit underseasoned and some of the meat was a bit dry, but overall it is highly recommended!

Unfortunately I can't rate the food at Beans. We actually wanted to eat there today, but the miserable service put a damper on our plans. My cold starter, mixed salad, was served after 3/4 hour. The bottled beer we ordered was brought after 15 minutes. After 1 hour our food was still not nearly ready for us to eat any time soon. So we drove back hungry. That was the first and last attempt to eat there today. Many other guests were also upset. However, we were the only ones who had the courage to go.

Absolutely recommended! Very tasty and good quality! Price/performance ratio is great! Small criticism: I missed fruit.

Where should we start, from the food, service to the Althof family! Simply everything is great! We like to eat there because it's super fresh and delicious, but there are also opportunities for our two girls to play and children are welcome there. We also celebrated our wedding there (barn) from the first meeting to our big day, everything was always uncomplicated, super friendly and there were always a few tips included! THANKS ! Our guests were all thrilled and I think there will be a few more “regular” customers 😊 But the service team with Kai at our wedding also needs to be mentioned, they were all super attentive, friendly and played along with every joke! THANKS !

At brunch about three weeks ago I would have recommended this restaurant without reservation, but unfortunately I have had to go there since yesterday, September 1st. 24 row back a bit.... the (young!!) staff was probably a bit overwhelmed??!! After the delicious meal we asked for a dessert menu, all the desserts were not cheap...ice cream menu! The request was first brought and only later were we informed that there would also be a cake buffet from 2 p.m....my dessert for €10.30 didn't taste good at all (there were three other guests at my table who tried it). it worked that way too!! I would have been grateful if the staff had mentioned the cake buffet... Then I would have simply had a choice... Well, bad luck...I'll be wiser next time...

What a great, loving restaurant. We were able to stay here with the motorhome for free. Lots of very creative and delicious vegan/vegetarian dishes and the husband was also very happy with his schnitzel. We felt completely at home, thank you for the lovely evening.
