The three of us were there on November 3rd, 2024 and it was a complete disaster. Immediately after eating, still on site: Diarrhea!!! The way the toilets looked, I was by far not the first! My companion wasn't feeling well after dinner either, that can't be a coincidence! Really incredible pictures, disgusting. Apparently there is absolutely no cleanliness and hygiene here!!!! I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. At the fresh meat counter: Beef fillet and lamb fillet were what the signs said, but they were absolutely not this type of meat!!! This is deception and fraud!!! I asked them about it and at first some young guy tried to tell me that it was fillet, until an older gentleman (the boss) came over and said: yes, sorry, he will change the signs!!! Don't want to know what kangaroo meat really is??? NEVER AGAIN This review is 100% true.

Today I was with you and actually wanted to spend a relaxing evening, but unfortunately that was difficult. Of course there is a lot going on on a Saturday night and the noise level was really enormous - children running around and screaming, families partying loudly. It was pretty chaotic, almost like a huge family gathering where you don't really want to be. You have to accept that, but it wasn't pleasant. About the food: There is a wide selection, you have to give that to the concept. After all, the dishes taste different, unlike other similar buffets where everything kind of tastes the same. The presentation was appetizing, especially considering the crowds, and the staff really tried to clear up quickly and keep order. But in the end it's just not what I imagined for 32 euros. While you can eat and drink as much as you want, the dining experience was questionable. It's hard for me to give really bad criticism because you get a certain amount of performance. But the experience itself just wasn't good. I'm sorry.

Large Chinese restaurant with a classic and really good Mongolian buffet. Have been coming here again and again for many years. No matter whether as a couple or with the family. If you like Asian cuisine, you can't go wrong here.

Until about a year ago, we were regular visitors to this restaurant and really enjoyed it, especially because of the excellent shrimp. We kept coming back mainly for the shrimp, as they were simply deliciously prepared and were the highlight of the buffet. Unfortunately, the taste has changed recently and the quality seems to have declined. The shrimp no longer tastes as fresh and flavorful as it used to, which is a shame since they were the main reason for our visit. We hope that the restaurant returns to its former level, as we would like to visit again more often

The food is pretty average but plenty of choice. A bit impersonal, but that's mainly due to the size. The children's play area is unfortunately very, very bad. The 4-5 toys that are there are all broken. The staff is very nice. 32€ for all you can eat and drinks.

Went there for lunch during the week for the buffet. We were thrilled with the large selection at the buffet, everything we tried was fresh and tasted very good. Large selection of sushi and soft drinks were priced at €18 per person. Included. No big queue at the buffet, the waitresses were nice and accommodating.

I had been there a few times in the past. The food is okay and is always refilled regularly. There are also a few more service staff and the empty plates are cleared away quickly, which I think is a good thing. Unfortunately there were too many guests so we had to wait longer and longer to get something. Also, compared to my last visit, the price no longer includes having raw ingredients prepared, so I paid €10 for 1 plate. The buffet had everything your heart could desire and everything was very, very tasty. The waitresses were neutral, not extremely friendly, not unfriendly. The price is of course impressive on a Sunday. I definitely enjoyed lunch.

We decided to celebrate my wife’s birthday in a small circle, the atmosphere was generally good, seafood for every taste, a large selection of meat, cold beer, desserts, drinks, ice cream. I liked everything, but the price is too high in my opinion.

We always enjoyed going, but now we go very rarely. I don't think the price/performance ratio is quite right. Parking is also quite difficult. And if you sit there for longer than 2 hours you have to pay a surcharge of €3.00 for each additional hour.

Unfortunately I have to say that I'm a little disappointed. The food was okay but not like before. After the renovation there is nothing to see of the dining rooms. Cobwebs are still present and the toilet is a disaster. Probably won't visit again. It's a shame but the price-performance ratio is far apart.

The children's area is just sad, 3 small things on the floor, and a broken slide (dangerous), the store is busy, sometimes there are up to 20 children in these 5 square meters, and there are exactly 3 small things in terms of toys. So I think a few hundred euros would be possible to invest... Food is good, everything else is ok so far. 32€/person is just sporty, but you have to know for yourself.

There is a large selection at the buffet, the things from the grill take a while but there is a large selection of drinks. Everything I tried tasted good. The plates were cleared relatively quickly. Card payment is possible, but only at the exit.

Really tasty for all-you-can-eat buffet, but on the high end of reasonable prices, even if you can eat a lot. Friendly staff. It's big enough that there are always free tables, but the more people there is, the noisier it gets. Some parking space by the street in front of the restaurant, but not always easy to find a free spot.

It was a very good restaurant, the food was very tasty but not like in a 5 star restaurant, which I don't expect with an all you can eat buffet that comes with drinks included. We paid €30 per person for the all you can eat, which I found justified for what I ate 😁

A good place if you want to eat and drink a lot for a low price and if you preffer quantity over quality. There are lots of foods to choose from - the sweet sour chicken was amazing as well as the fresh made stir fry. The sushi was disappointing as well as the desserts. There was also unfortunately no still water in bottles. The restaurant is also extremely loud similar to a cantine.

My wife and I went to this restaurant for her birthday in the middle of last week. We looked at the menu online in advance and chose the appropriate dishes. We entered the restaurant looking forward to a lovely evening. We then had to register at a kind of “ticket booth”. A rude lady then gave us a plastic card with the words "Table 1". One of the service staff then picked us up and led us to our table. I've already seen the amount of €32 on his order pad. When I asked for a menu the answer came; "There is only food from the buffet and that for €32 per person. Not just today but every day of the week." At this moment I asked myself why there is a menu on the internet. In my opinion, everything is aimed at people who are very hungry or who are looking for mass. We left the restaurant disappointed and without ordering anything. We definitely won't be coming back again.

We arrived at 2:00 p.m. and lunch break was probably at 2:30 p.m. We still had to pay the full €32 per person for half an hour and we had to pay €16 for the leftovers so we could take them with us - Where people are starving in other countries, in this restaurant people would rather throw away their leftovers than let them take them away for free. Shame, I can't really think of anything else to say, I've actually always liked going there even though the price is very high, but after this promotion I won't go there anymore and I'll also inform my friends and relatives 👎🏻 Huge thumbs down!

Poor offer for a Chinese buffet.

The buffet offers a large selection of different dishes. There is a salad bar and a sushi counter. You can also put together a plate yourself and have it grilled. There is a wide selection of dessert. There is also ice cream and soft ice cream available. Drinks are included in the price. Choice of water, lemonade and coffee. Alcohol is limited per person. Otherwise, for the price you have 3 hours to eat and drink. Staff is nice and attentive.

Actually, I would like to give no stars at all for the food and service, but unfortunately that's not possible. Both on the restaurant's website and when researching on the Internet (Google) I found menus with various main courses starting at around 10 euros. Knowing this, I reserved a table for 3 people. In the restaurant we finally found out that there is only buffet food for 32 euros per person!!! I ask myself, is the information on the Internet intended (dish from around 10 euros) to ensure that at least someone enters the restaurant? Despite the horrendous price, we decided to stick around, hoping that at least the quality was right. What can I say... The food was lukewarm at best!!! The quality was sometimes poor to unsatisfactory!!! The salad buffet (doesn't really belong in an Asian restaurant) was the best part. For an overall below-average meal, the three of us paid a whopping 95 euros!!! Once and never again!!!

We like going to Hong Yun Lai. The food is good, the selection at the buffet is extremely rich and fresh. Service at the buffet is understandably limited to clearing away, and the staff can barely speak German. You can now find this in many restaurants. The furnishings are marble-chic, which creates a sophisticated atmosphere. Deduction only for the men's toilet, the urinals could slowly be put in order.

Very large selection of Chinese delicacies. The warm dishes were all warm or hot. The food tastes very tasty. The only disturbing factor: the sauces are lined up one after the other - unfortunately there are people who then let the peanut sauce drip over the other sauces. This is not good for allergy sufferers... The only thing that's annoying is that there are just really anti-social people who fill their pockets with the free drink bottles and take them home with them. I wouldn't be surprised if bags were searched when paying... There was no control whatsoever as to whether the plates were empty or whether there was still anything left on them. There is a very large selection of dishes (which are replenished quickly), as well as significantly more drinks than in other restaurants of this type. Dishes are cleared directly at the table, the service is generally very good, and the prices are reasonable.

Great restaurant and not expensive

The food was great, only the rice was a little bit dry but that wasn't the problem for me. Really liked the fried chicken with sweet sour sauce. Also the option to get as many as you want non alcoholic drinks was great (including water) and I got 2 beers( there are also non alcoholic options). Additionally they have very unusual options for meet like kangaroo meat and zebra meat( all other kinds also available) but I haven't tried them. Something that wasn't great, was the atmosphere, it was you could say a little bit loud, but that would be expected from a buffet with tons of people. Overall liked it.💪🏿 Would go for a second time!
