Super delicious sushi. If you order it via the app, you get 30% off. Atmosphere: Eating there has the feel of an abandoned, vacant shopping center, especially in the evening. The ambiance isn't recommended for a date. But I was in Düsseldorf for work, so it was okay. If you like super delicious sushi to order or pick up, this is definitely the place for you. The food quality is definitely top-notch.

The sushi is rock-solid (you can't compare it to authentic Japanese, but that's beside the point). Individual requests are also very important. For example, we're dining as a couple and wanted the sushi portioned accordingly (i.e., a 6-piece maki, 3 pieces each in a box). Although this requires additional effort, our request is fulfilled. When we want to order sushi, we always go to Holy Rice.

I recently visited this place and was very pleased ✨☺️☺️☺️Everything was incredibly delicious - from appetizers to desserts, you can feel that they cook with soul and from high-quality products. The service is top notch: the staff is polite, attentive, but unobtrusive. It was especially nice to get a nice discount - a trifle, but the mood immediately even better! The atmosphere is very cozy and comfortable, you really want to stay here longer. I definitely recommend this place - it's worth coming at least once, and then you will definitely come back again 🙂‍↕️😍😍😍

Order NEVER received — last night ruined, 60 euros gone! I ordered from this restaurant last night via Lieferando for over 60 euros (order number: F3JM9W). The delivery was supposed to be to a hotel, and I specifically provided all the correct information, including my phone number. According to Lieferando, the order was supposedly delivered — but I never received it last night! I was reachable by phone the entire time and waited at the hotel reception. No one contacted me or dropped off the food. I tried to contact the restaurant several times by phone — unfortunately, to no avail; no one answers the phone. So, I had no way to get my food last night or resolve the issue with the restaurant directly. The result: Over 60 euros was spent for nothing, and an evening I wanted to spend with my girlfriend (who traveled from far away) was completely ruined. This is absolutely unacceptable. I honestly feel very ripped off. I await a response from the restaurant to resolve this situation reasonably—whether through a replacement delivery or a full refund. I strongly recommend ensuring better communication in the future so that other customers don't have to experience such disappointing experiences. My order number again: F3JM9W. I sincerely hope the restaurant strives to find a fair solution.

The sushi tasted very good. The first time you use the app, you get a 50% or even a 30% discount. We ordered so much that we would have had to pay over €72, but by using the app, we got a large batch of sushi (36 pieces), two bubble teas, and miso ramen for €36.17. That's just about €18 per person for a large, varied, filling meal with drinks. Super cheap, we were full, and it tasted good 😋 We even got free ice cream while we waited for our order. We were truly spoiled there 😁 Great service!

I can only speak from my perspective Holy-Rice is reasonably priced and the food tastes very tasty, I always like the fried sushi rolls Tempura vegetarian rolls 8 ST. and it's worth it.

One of the best if not the best quality sushi+ delivery service in DDF. Big initial variety in menu growing with time. They often offer some discounts. We regularly order from them.

The bubble tea was very, very sweet, I know it differently from other shops, but that's just a matter of taste. Next time I might even have it delivered, they also deliver to Langenfeld! TOP!

I used to regularly and happily order from this company. Unfortunately, I now feel forced to forego it because the minimum order value has been raised to €20, which doesn't make sense for me as an individual. Usually my order is a maximum of €15 and the difference is charged as a surcharge, which I find unreasonable. Ordering used to be easy via WhatsApp, but you no longer receive any feedback there. As a customer, you no longer feel valued, which gives the impression that customer satisfaction is not a priority for the company. What a shame!

The sushi is super small for the price and tastes great when it expires. The delivery person was annoyed because he had to drive 8 km (by car). I prayed I wouldn't order there anymore. The boss there is just super cheeky. I hope this hell will close at some point.

Mit abstand einer der schlechtesten optionen, isst überall, nur nicht bei Holy Rice. Ich möchte nur jeden warnen da zu bestellen. Qualität ist unter aller sau und als ich via. Lieferando die beschwerde eingereicht habe, musste der Support mich sogar noch einmal anrufen weil der Besitzer ernsthaft zum support gesagt hat, dass die mich darauf hinweisen sollen dort nicht mehr zu bestellen. Seetang roch sehr streng, Fisch war qualitativ minderwertig, danach war mir sehr übel.

Avoid! Terrible terrible service. Submitted an order through Ubereats, but no one ever showed up. As we waited for about an hour, we decided to call the restaurant and after a few calls they finally picked up only to tell us that the food would be with us in 10 or 20 minutes. The food never showed up and they didn’t pick up the phone when we tried calling again.

gestern dort um 20:30 auf lieferando bestellt, nach 2 stunden wartezeit rief ich dort an und erkundigte mich nach dem essen: alle bestellungen seien vor 30 minuten raus und es müsste in 5-10 minuten da sein (da fragte ich mich schon, wie das essen da bitte noch warm sein soll…) nach weiteren 20 minuten war immer noch nichts da. ich rief wieder an: essen sei in 5 minuten da.. nach 10 minuten war es dann auch endlich da (2,5h wartezeit) der lieferant war sehr nett und entschuldigte sich für die wartezeit. wäre das essen warm gewesen, hätte ich mir vorstellen können, dass es sehr lecker ist. allerdings kam alles kalt an. man müsste ein wenig am lieferdienst arbeiten..
