You wait more than 2 hours for your food from the first round (even though the shop was almost empty). Then when we wanted to leave we had to pay the full price even though we only got 1/5 of what we ordered. Instead of us being accommodated with the price, we were expected to wait longer even though the 2.5 hours were already up. This is the first time I left the all you can eat hungry. I'll never go to this store again!

Once & never again. Had stomach pains for days including a visit to the doctor. I'm not the type of person who likes to write bad reviews, but I recommend everyone to eat there. Paid over €70 for poor food without a hint of quality. I find the “food” on offer really outrageous. You want to treat yourself and are looking forward to a nice evening and you get ripped off. Loveless, cheapest of the cheapest and a stomach ache for free.

Had stomach cramps and diarrhea overnight. Only the cheapest poorly prepared products. Rice brought to the table like it came from a cooking bag, unseasoned and dry (even so dry that the rice on the surface was plastic-like) Had 2 different breaded chicken snacks. Both were as dry and tough as jerky. That's because you send out things that are left under the lamp for half the day. Then came beef skewers that were like shoe soles. I've eaten better and it didn't taste good either. Then paid €66 for 2 people. Rip off

Ate there today for the first and last time. The place looked promising at first, but cleanliness is something else. The table was partly sticky, there were cobwebs hanging on the ceiling lamps, the decorations were carelessly stuck to the wall with tape. Well we were there for the food, so on to that. A lady came to our table and handed us our dishes and iPad to order. So first set the table yourself. When we ordered, we immediately noticed that the menu on site didn't match the menu on their website. For example, there was no takoyaki at all. The dishes came quite quickly, but seemed very carelessly prepared. For example, the fried squid had no vegetables, the cucumber salad had no dressing but only sesame on top, chicken teriyaki had no teriyaki sauce and “grilled” dishes were all swimming in a dark sauce with a lot of oil. It felt like everything had been fried. The fried salmon, beef, spring rolls and vegetables all tasted the same and you could literally wring them out. Tip: It's best to bring your own spices. The sushi was partly good and partly bad. The basics (Negiri, Maki) were okay, but nothing more. The sushi rice wasn't prepared properly either, it tasted like the standard rice you make at home. We go out for sushi very often and none of the dishes were like what we normally know. It was more like the All You Can Eat Chinese buffet, but a very bad version of it. Luckily we only chose lunch and not dinner, otherwise we would have unnecessarily paid more for the oil party. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant to anyone.

I went to Oishii with my girlfriend for “all you can eat” today on Sunday lunchtime. I think €17.90 for this offer is fair. Ordering was easy to do using a tablet and the food came quite quickly. The ambience is really very nice, that has to be said positively. The food was brought to the table by rather tough guys in sweatpants and bomber jackets and placed there bluntly on the table. The faces weren't very friendly. The taste of the food was ok, but nothing outstanding. If the customer expects a mediocre meal and the service is even more friendly and appropriate clothing is chosen, I can happily recommend Oishii.

The food is unacceptable. After almost two and a half hours of waiting, I received a delivery where the gyozas and spring rolls were cold, soggy and slippery. One bite of the spring roll was enough to make me almost vomit - the texture was disgusting, and the gyozas were no better. The condensation has collected throughout the packaging and made the food soggy, making it absolutely inedible and ending up in the trash. When I asked questions over the phone, I initially received incomprehensible, cryptic answers before it was finally explained that I lived too far away and was therefore the last stop. This is incorrect: I only live about a 14-minute drive from the restaurant. If even a simple order shows such quality defects, the delivery area should be urgently reconsidered. Such a service in no way meets the minimum requirements for quality and customer friendliness.

It was a great opportunity to spontaneously go out for sushi with friends and family here in Troisdorf. Unfortunately the quality of the food is now simply poor. We were so disgusted after a spring roll soaked in stale fat that we ended the evening early. Added to this is the service. It may be that there is a lack of staff. But being served by a delivery driver who smells strongly of smoke, with totally unkempt hands and a baseball cap on his head, doesn't suit an evening that costs 150 for 4 people. Sorry! Never again! And that's what a customer who was a regular here for many years says. I even enjoyed inviting customers here for lunch. In the future we will only go out for sushi in Siegburg. Here is a la card, the quality is great and the price, you can hardly believe it, is almost the same!

The sushi was completely convincing, as was the meat (e.g. the lamb chops). The soups offered could have been spicier. Unfortunately, the cocktails on offer are absolutely not recommended, as they have little to do with the original in terms of appearance and taste. But this is a restaurant and not a cocktail bar.

Consumption in the restaurant | Dinner | 40-50€ So, as sorry as I am: the service was attentive and friendly, but that was it: We sent the first order including the drinks via the iPad. After about 35 minutes, the first round of orders came exactly: 1 item!!! As I said, we ordered about 10 with 3 guests. We still didn't have any drinks by then! Now no nonsense: you sit there dry for 35 minutes and no one cares! I think drinks can be brought quicker. I don't want to go into detail now: but the three of us paid almost €150 and waited forever for the food and drinks. Furthermore, items were missing from almost EVERY round of orders! It's really bad, you don't know if there's anything else to come or if there's nothing more to come. As a precaution, I always ordered 2 Kölsch, who knows when the store will decide to deliver again. Cheers! Would you like an example? Ordered roast duck, what fun did we have with it: It didn't taste good because desert sand in the Sahara has more moisture, but duck powder was delicious. You stick the fork in => crumble - decompose - disintegrate! Just a grainy something left on the plate! I ordered a spoonful and spooned some fried duck! Great, a new experience. Did I mention that ordering via iPad was a complete gamble? Now comes the best: You order 7-8 items with 3 people and wait. And wait! And wait! And wait! And wait! And wait! And wait! And wait! And wait! And wait! ... ... Then the waitress comes to your table...Hurrah...we're happy...Oh, look, the tray is full of items or food... He puts the tray down, puts exactly 1, max. 2 items on your table and is fat again at the speed of light! And goodbye! He brings the rest of his tray to the neighboring table, and of course they are happy to get some too. In short: this is how the whole evening went. Ordered food and with a lot of luck got a small portion of it. The rest disappeared into Nirvana. What's crazy is that we still have things outstanding that we ordered as part of the buffet... let me think about it... I think around 7 - 10 items/orders are still open or not brought to the table. I think they're still coming...we've paid and are already home, but as we all know, hope dies last. Maybe I won't have to cook tomorrow, there's still something I can do! Conclusion: DISASTER! Only for people who like duck powder, they will love it! Everyone else please eat somewhere else! We've eaten there several times in the past, but today was the last time. It's not worth it to me/us, I'm not interested in it. Expensive - waited forever for food AND drinks (!) (drinks, get it?) - food mediocre! Not so soon anymore, i.e. h. There are really other stores where you can get more for less money!

We celebrated a birthday there. The evening itself was nice and cozy and we had fun. The food was ok so far. The first duck that was ordered was baked dry. The subsequent orders of duck were ok. Unfortunately, some orders didn't arrive, but at least one that we didn't order. The service made an effort to bring the things quickly. But the more crowded the store became, the more overwhelmed the waiters became. Addressing the waiters was often pointless because they were used to not being spoken to. The restaurant itself is ok. As I said, it was cozy. The only thing you're missing is a few decorative things that draw attention to the fact that this is a Japanese restaurant. We had fun choosing and ordering our things using the tablet. But the waiting times for the meals to arrive were sometimes too long, so that in the end you actually didn't feel like ordering anymore. I really missed the interaction with the waiters because it was pointless to ask whether the order was still coming. I can understand the other reviews, the good and bad. I'm torn on this too. Since we had a lovely evening despite everything, the rating is 4 stars. I think if you read the reviews here, you can still go there. Then you know what to expect. 😉 It's definitely fun there with a larger group.

Were here for the first time yesterday. We were there relatively late at 8:45 p.m. on a Thursday evening. The shop was relatively empty. We sat outside. Unfortunately it took 20 minutes until someone came to take the order. We opted for the all you can eat. The food came very quickly, which we found very good. In terms of taste, it was partly good and partly not. The things that didn't taste good were unfortunately dry and tasted like they had been sitting there all day. We usually know the sushi with the fried chicken with mayo. That's how it was shown in the picture. But it was just dry and not seasoned. The warm things also arrived warm. But sometimes the things tasted as if everything was made in a deep fryer. For example, the chicken somehow tasted a bit like fish. The grilled salmon also came without sauce. I know from other stores that Teryaki Sose is included. Of course you can order sauces individually, but unfortunately Teryaki wasn't included. All in all, we all got enough. Maybe it was just because it was already 9 p.m. Still, it's kind of a shame when you pay the full price and everything doesn't taste 100 percent. We still had a nice evening. But I don't think we'll go there again. There are much better shops in the area.

We were at Oishii again on a Sunday evening around 6 p.m. with two adults and four children. Since we can walk there, it has been a frequently used alternative for us when we feel like sushi. This time, however, the visit was really bad. It started with the iPad not working outside. After I went in twice we got a new one but had to sit in it. There was a shortage of staff. We waited about twenty minutes for each round. Many orders didn't come at all (edamame = you don't have to do much for it). When we asked, we didn't get an answer. Sometimes we received food that we hadn't ordered and was later brought to the correct table. As the children played outside, the entire place setting was collected, along with half-full drinks. In between, while the sushi plates were being cleared, an attempt was made to also clear my husband's place setting. We sat for over three hours for 5 rounds, even though the restaurant was only occupied by four other tables. Since the kids were getting tired and we were getting more and more annoyed, we left around 9:30 p.m. Not full (then the price-performance ratio is no longer right) and totally disappointed. When paying, they asked for a tip. An impudence. Even though it's down the street from us, we won't be going to Oishii anymore and can't recommend it.

We have been going to this place for over 9 years and it has been our “go-to” sushi man/woman because of the location, the ambience and especially the food. After I was there today, However, I was very disappointed. The sushi wasn't fresh (you could tell by the nori sheets because they become rubbery and the rice was slightly dried out and cold), the other dishes were over-fried, the chicken skewers/wings/strips were extremely dry, as if you had them several times warmed up, the drinks were warm and stale,… . So there were a few things that weren't to our satisfaction. The staff seemed new and uninformed, slow, overwhelmed, ignorant. Food was wrong or didn't come. The waitress was simply overwhelmed by the situation, did her best, tried hard, but despite all the pressure, was very friendly. I can also imagine that due to a lack of staff, preparations were made in order to be able to cope better afterwards. But in my opinion, that's what eating sushi is all about. That you get your sushi freshly made, your hot dishes freshly fried/fried or your drinks poured cool and fresh. This is what distinguishes a sushi restaurant from the Rewe-ready-rolled-packed-in-a-can or an Aldi sushi box. If you order the curry duck you get an incredible 150 grams of curry sauce (including vegetables!!!!) for €13.90. An absolute disgrace in my opinion. This means you get about 1/3 of the rice covered with sauce and you can then eat the rest dry.

The food was really great. It tasted delicious and there is a huge selection that you can order with a tablet. The rice was always totally fresh and delicious. The homemade lemonade was also really refreshing and delicious. Unfortunately we received two things at the table that we didn't even order and the waitress was super annoyed and rude. Since all the tables were in one room, it was incredibly loud and you could hardly hear the people sitting next to you. There was nothing Japanese about the restaurant either, it looked very run of the mill. Some of the dishes we ordered at the beginning only arrived after 2.5 hours. At that point we were no longer hungry and actually wanted to pay. You weren't allowed to take it with you, so the store threw it away, which is a real shame. Food waste should not be encouraged these days.

Unfortunately I have to correct my old review. I was super happy at the time (see below), but then the owner changed. We were probably last there two weeks ago. Sometimes the meals we ordered didn't come (to be fair, we were there on a Saturday evening and the shop was almost full), sometimes the warm food was unfortunately already cold or the portions were completely different sizes. - I really like ordering calamari rings, one time there were 2 rings, the other time there were 5 rings on them. - In addition, the service has unfortunately deteriorated. Unfortunately, some people are quite rude and tend to respond to questions in an annoyed manner. We also had to wait 40 minutes to finally pay. You can order very easily online, although it takes a good hour, the food is still delicious and you usually get a 20% voucher card for your next orders via direct sales. Review from 7 years ago: My absolute favorite restaurant. My boyfriend and I go there regularly and are thrilled every time. The conditions are great and the ordering system is also great. The best is of course the sushi. Always very tasty. The grilled products are also recommended. You can always ask questions and you will always receive competent information. The desserts are also great at the end. And for the unbeatable prices, I would continue to recommend it.

We were there for the last time today. Several times we were not brought what we ordered, but something completely different. We complained and said what wasn't brought to us. As a result, some time later something was brought to us again that we had not ordered. We had dinner at Oishii with the family on a Saturday evening. At the beginning everything was fine and the first two laps came relatively quickly. After a good hour the service stopped completely. From this point on, almost no food came to the table despite multiple orders (e.g. 4x cucumber salad ordered, 0x delivered). After another hour something to eat came again, but the wrong thing. The problem was that most of them no longer had a real appetite due to the waiting, which is why we asked whether the orders could be canceled so that food was not prepared unnecessarily and then ended up in the bin. The waiter then barked at us so rudely and lectured us about their "fine" policy that even the last person lost their appetite. Afterwards, despite the cancellation, we were brought food that we hadn't even ordered, as if we were being forced to pay extra for leftover food. By the way, packing up wasn't an option either, which the waiter was loudly upset about again. We were here for the first and last time. In terms of taste, the food was okay (not 5 stars, but overall tasty, no stomach upset), but the service was terrible.

So dear Mr. Restaurant Owner, If I call and think that the meat on my plate is a duck, you don't have to worry about ducks being much more expensive! The fact is, if it's supposed to be chicken (I sent the photo to a cook) then it's still not crispy baked chicken in a batter as stated!!! That was the first and last order from you! Actually, we always went to your restaurant, but that too is over now. Thanks for the food, which is now in the trash. Impudence!!! Oh yes... the overpriced sushi doesn't even contain ginger, wassabi or soy sauce. But everything went great ;) Herb dressing is missing too! Lettuce leaves crunchy streaked with brown... You won't find peppers or carrots in the bowl!

Great service and great food, even for vegetarians. Unfortunately there was no Japanese feeling; the premises could also be an Italian or better German restaurant. Appropriate decoration and music could make a difference.

The food was very tasty and was brought to you very quickly. The selection of dishes is large and there is something for everyone (in my opinion). The whole restaurant is very stylishly decorated and makes a nice picture.

In a word: absolute disaster! The first time the food was ok. The second time we had severe stomach problems after eating and decided to eat the vegetarian products next time. We then wanted to give the store a second chance and ordered vegetarian dishes home. The first order was canceled after 60 minutes. On the second attempt, the order was canceled again after 60 minutes. A lady called us and just said "Yes, I'm sorry but we didn't manage to prepare her food". There was no reparation or any other gesture that shows Oishii cares about its customers. In the future we will avoid Oishii completely and I recommend everyone to go to quality sushi restaurants. We may have been saved from worse stomach problems and therefore still got a star.

Disaster food was delivered to my home, everything was cold, the bowl had rotten cucumbers and there was no avocado, duck was delivered instead of chicken and after consultation, no understanding was sent and shown despite photos. Never again !!!!!!!!!!

If you don't want to spoil your stomach, you should go to another restaurant. Had all you can eat there and at first everything was good until my order didn't come or was delivered to another table. The people also ate some of it and when I spoke to one of the workers, he took the eaten plate and put it in front of us. I then told him that the order wasn't complete... I wonder if they've done that before, because after eating I got so sick at home that I had to throw up and I've never had that before

This was our first visit to Oishii Sushi, but not our last. Ordering with a tray is self-explanatory. Orders are brought to the table quickly and are of good quality. You can order 10 rounds in 2.5 hours, but I think whoever manages to do this will be honored with a photo in the restaurant😆. If sushi then Oishii Sushi & Grill in Troisdorf.

Keine verbalen Leute, zweimal angerufen, im Abstand von 30 Minuten war immer ein Fahrer unterwegs. Nach 90 Minuten stornieren wir die Bestellung, wir haben noch keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Bestellen Sie dort kein Essen, Sushi kommt von ihnen verkocht wie Suppe 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Heute das zweite Mal mehr als enttäuscht worden. Bei der letzten Bestellung schon über 1h gewartet. Heute nach 1h 15Min nachgefragt wo die Bestellung bleibt (hatten online direkt über die Webseite bestellt), wurden wir nur motzig abgewiesen das sie nicht ins System kämen. Als wir nach einer Lösung fragten, wurden wir abgewiesen und es wurde gesagt wir sollten doch gefälligst über Lieferando bestellen. An ein entgegenkommen war nicht zu denken. Service wirklich gleich null!

Durch einen Stromausfall haben die Tablets nicht mehr mit dem System kommuniziert. Dadurch haben wir sehr lange aufs Essen gewartet. Das kam jedoch erst raus, als die Gäste alle nachgefragt haben. Lieferdienste wurden währenddessen bedient Für den Stromausfall kann keiner was, dennoch leider kein schöner Abend

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, leckeres und frisches Sushi. Es war recht voll, da muss man sich natürlich drauf einstellen auch etwas zu warten, aber das lag vollkommen im Rahmen. Zwei Dinge wurden bei uns vergessen (All you can eat per TouchPad) auf Nachfrage aber sofort gebracht. Immer wieder gerne

Es fehlten über die Hälfte der bestellten Speisen. Wir haben knapp 3,5 Stunden vor Ort verbracht, da die einzelnen Bestellungen sehr lange gedauert haben, bis sie, wenn auch immer nur unvollständig, da waren. Essen an sich sehr lecker. Aber die viel zu langen Wartezeiten und fehlende Gerichte, vermiesen einem schon die Laune.

Wir waren heute zu viert da - also wenn ihr euch den Magen nicht verderben wollt, bestellt ausschließlich kaltes Sushi (unfritiert)! Das war lecker und in Ordnung. Die Auswahl war groß und für jeden etwas dabei. Aber: Die Miso Suppe hat leider nichts mit einer Miso zu tun. (Ich habe in Japan gelebt, ich kann es vergleichen) nicht essbare instant-suppe! Alles Frittierte war dann leider ungenießbar. Völlig tot frittiert, (Ente glich von der Konsistenz eher Holz, Spargel war zäh und unessbar) die Sorte Fleisch/ Fisch war geschmacklich innen nicht zu erkennen und es triefte alles vor Fett, da die Panade soooooo dick war. Vor allen Dingen bei den Ebi Tempura war man sich nicht sicher, was sich darin verbarb. Amüsant: der erste „asia Laden“, der einen K Klassik Teebeutel im Ingwer Tee hat 🙄…..

Nachdem wir einen Gutschein für Oishii Troisdorf erhalten haben, wollten wir Oishii nochmal eine Chance geben, da wir in der Vergangenheit sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben, bezüglich Service und Qualität des Essens. Nach reibungsloser Terminierung konnten wir vor Ort uns einen Tisch auswählen. Nach Auswahl des All-u-can-eat's, wurde uns ein Tablet mit dem bekannten Programm zur Auswahl der Speisen vorgelegt. Daraufhin bestellten wir Getränke und die erste Runde Essen. Die Getränke kamen sehr schnell an unseren Tisch, das Essen hat leider auf sich warten lassen. Nach 20 Minuten haben wir vollständig unsere bestellten Speisen erhalten. Dieser Rhythmus war im Laufe des abends ähnlich. Die Speisen waren recht lecker und waren alle warm. Der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig, es dauert alles was länger und die Kellner tragen Joggingshosen während der Arbeit. Wer also Zeit und kein Problem mit den Jogginghosen hat, kann dort ganz gut essen gehen. Ambiente ähnelt eher einer Kantine und ist nicht schön eingerichtet und sehr unpersönlich. Für uns war es wahrscheinlich der letzte Besuch, da wir mit dem Mikado in Sankt Augustin den perfekteren Sushi All-u-can-eat Anbieter gefunden haben.

Nach langer Zeit haben wir dem Oishi aufgrund eines Gutscheins nochmal eine Chance gegeben. Wir waren positiv überrascht. Getränke wurden schnell gebracht und auch die einzelnen Runden wurden schnell und nahezu vollständig an den Tisch gebracht. Das Essen war qualitativ gut und wirklich lecker. Wir bestellten alles bis einschließlich des Nachtisches. Der Service war gut, einzelne Bestellungen dauerten etwas länger, aber darüber konnten wir hinweg sehen, da es insgesamt deutlich flüssiger und besser lief als bei unserem letzten Besuch im letzten Jahr. Wir haben den heutigen Besuch nicht bereut und sind gut gesättigt nach Hause gefahren :-)

Heute dort Essen bestellt. Der Salat war in meiner Poke Bowl einfach dreckig- nicht nur etwas sandig - sondern richtig dreckig. Die Thunfisch-Rollen haben verdächtig säuerlich geschmeckt. Haben nicht mehr weiter gegessen , war uns zu riskant.

Typisches Sushi All you can eat, nichts besonderes. Preise sind fair, kommt man jedoch mit einer größeren Gruppe z. B. 15 Leuten ist das Personal etwas überfordert auch Änderungen in der frühen Reservierung vorher wurden nicht mehr beachtet. Dennoch ein Verhältnismäßig gutes Restaurant - die Apfelgyozas sind jedoch SEHR zu empfehlen

Wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet, die Sitzbänke waren sehr gemütlich und die Beleuchtung sehr angenehm. Das Essen war außerordentlich köstlich, von sushi über die warmen gerichte bis zum dessert hat und alles sehr gut geschmeckt, ich für meinen Teil kann das sushi nur als Muss bezeichnen. Die Bedienung des Bestelltablets ist ebenfalls sehr einfach und selbsterklärend. Die Karte könnte zwar etwas größer sein aber ansonsten war alles super. Das Wasabi ist denke ich das beste von allen die ich bisher gegessen habe. Das Personal kann zwar kein perfektes Deutsch aber es ist bei unserem Besuch nicht zu einer Sprachbarriere gekommen und das Personal war sehr nett. Das Essen lässt nicht lange auf sich warten und für das was man bekommt ist es sehr Preiswert! Klare Empfehlung.

Gemeinsam mit drei weiteren Personen habe ich hier das „All You Can Eat“ Dinner gegessen. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ganz gut, allerdings war das Sushi teilweise sehr trocken und die Wan Tan sehr fettig. Zu unserer Verwunderung haben wir mehrmals am Abend essen bekommen das wir nicht bestellt haben. Dem netten Kellner konnten wir das aber nicht verständlich machen, da er kein deutsch sprach. Auswahl ist im Vergleich zu anderen All you Can Eat buffets eher übersichtlich.

Wir waren jetzt schon ein paar mal hier und die Qualität hat sehr nachgelassen. Die Portionen sind viel kleiner geworden und das Buffet teurer. Wenn 3 Leute die gleichen Gerichten bestellt haben, waren die Portionen auch zu klein. Das Essen kam teilweise bis zu 50 Minuten zu spät. Beim Dessert kam es dann wieder vollständig. Einen Pluspunkt gebe ich dafür, dass die Reste (die die 20 Minuten zu spät kamen) eingepackt wurden.

Out of all the All-you-can-eats around Cologne and Bonn, this is probably on of my least favourites. They have an okay amount of variety in dishes but they were slightly greasy and had too much salt. The staff some were nice and others very unapproachable and rude. The place is nicely decorated. It's not bad but it's not worth the dinner price. The lunch price seems more worth it.

Hier stimmt alles, vom Essen bis zum Ambiente. Der Inhaber hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns aufgrund unserem ersten Besuch alles genaustens erklärt. Die Bestellung wird über ein Tablet angefordert so das mann selbst bestimmen kann wann die nächste Speise an den Tisch kommt, daher war der Verzehr von Vorspeise bis zum Dessert ein entspanntes Erlebnis. Visited the store for the first time via "Too Good to Go", noodles not of the normal standard, breading of chicken and squid rather unusual, unfortunately not again. A pity!

Were there with the company for the Christmas party. Ambiance is great, cozy, inviting. Staff, very nice, and responds to all requests, beer and food were brought quickly 😝. The food was very, very tasty, and the house's own Trölsch, also highly recommended. Overall very satisfied and can only recommend it, worth a visit.

Always good for a culinary surprise! Always ask about the specials from the kitchen. We have never been disappointed! Authentic Italian cuisine, what else can I say.
