We tried the lunch buffet once and the evening buffet once, there was always a good selection of food, 2 drinks were included. We really enjoyed the food. The staff is helpful and friendly and we think the price/performance is right.

Yesterday we had dinner in the Kaisergarten, as we often do: this time it was my niece's baptism and we were there with about 20 people including kids. Unfortunately, one child had a medical emergency, which is why the child and mother had to be taken to the hospital by RTW. Since the mother in question had just finished her plate at the buffet and of course we didn't want to throw it away, we told the young man who works there what had happened and asked if we could have this plate packed up. He said directly: “Of course, it wasn’t intentional that the plate was left full.” A little later when paying, we wanted to take something à la carte to eat for the child in the hospital and of course pay extra. But this was denied and instead the court went on the house. We're already regulars anyway, but after this top-notch service we'll be even happier spending our time there. In general, the entire staff there is always friendly and accommodating.

Sensational! This beautiful restaurant is located on the outskirts of Troisdorf, directly opposite a hiking trail on the Wahner Heide. There is plenty of parking! We were warmly welcomed by a young man who showed and explained everything to us. For example, the buffet (27 euros for adults, 14 euros for children under 11) includes 3 drinks, which you can get yourself from a very well-equipped cooling shelf. The food is incredibly diverse and is constantly supplied fresh. Nothing is kept warm forever and I found the quality of the food to be excellent! Conclusion: feeding anesthesia. Excellent value for money and very nice employees!

We can only recommend the Kaisergarten. My husband and I often eat there and are always satisfied. That's why we celebrated our wedding and baptism of our children there on November 2nd, 2024 with our approx. 45 guests. We were speechless: the tables were beautifully decorated, there were fresh white roses with gypsophila everywhere on the tables, we were welcomed very warmly and everything was taken care of. As always, the buffet was fantastic and we & the guests felt completely at home. When we wanted to cut our cake, they even brought us a music box and a cell phone so that we could play the song we wanted without asking. Just to make the moment special. We even received a gift bag with great wedding gifts from the Kaisergarten. Thank you dear team, you made the day perfect with your fantastic service. 5/5 stars for EVERYTHING! After I was terribly disappointed 2 years ago and wrote a detailed review about it (now deleted), I went to the restaurant for the lunch buffet last week. You have to give everyone the chance to prove themselves. Especially since there has also been a change of ownership. Everything was fresh, salads and sushi were excellent and even though I don't eat meat, there was enough choice of fish. It was a shame that there was no vegetable soup. The dessert buffet was very extensive. All in all, I and my companion were more than satisfied.

Barrier-free restaurant with large indoor and outdoor areas. The service is always very friendly and the buffet is freshly prepared. Price-performance is very good, especially for the all-you-can-eat during the week.

It's been a long time since I enjoyed an evening as much as I did tonight (at the Chinese restaurant). Great and friendly staff, fantastic atmosphere and very, very tasty food. The buffet is extensive and good. The beer garden was really cozy. You could chat in peace and spend a nice evening. Full 5 stars for that. Unfortunately the grilled salmon and grilled shrimp were not to my liking. The salmon tasted very soapy, there was too much lemongrass or something like that so you couldn't taste any of the salmon. And there was too much garlic on the shrimp, so the flavor of the shrimp was unfortunately lost. But it's just my taste. Others may like it just that way. We found enough other things at the buffet that we really enjoyed. We were definitely not there for the last time.

The ambience is simple, the service is friendly, but rarely seen... The price of the evening buffet on Sunday of €23.50 includes two drinks (0.33l). The selection of dishes at the buffet didn't convince me. Because this was the same as during the week, but you pay €16.50. There is no chef here to prepare the food fresh, which is standard in almost every Chinese restaurant on the weekend. There is only a limited selection of main courses here. There is also only one type of soup here (Peking soup). You won't find chicken soup like it is available in other Chinese restaurants here. The bedside buffet scores points with a chocolate fountain... All in all, the price-performance ratio here is absolutely not right! Charging just under €25 for this rather poor selection borders on outrageous! Well, you tested it, tried it once and came to the conclusion, once and never again!!

The Kaiser Garten offers a very extensive buffet and great service at good prices. I've eaten there several times and have always seen changes that have consistently increased the level. For me it is the best Asian restaurant in the region.

The food was outstanding! Very varied in taste and seasoning, especially compared to other Chinese buffets. The point is only deducted because it was unfortunately not guaranteed to be glutamate-free. Following the visit, the typical discomfort in the stomach became noticeable. However, not as violent as I have had at cheaper buffets. Basically, the quality and selection was so good that I was even prepared to pay the relatively high price of 26 euros per person. P. found it justified. It also includes three free drinks. The waitress was attentive and immediately there, but she was only there to take the order for hot drinks and clear away the empty plates. Everything else is self-service. The atmosphere was rather busy and practical, not particularly comfortable. But we sat well and were able to eat undisturbed. Since the restaurant is located a little outside, there is also sufficient parking space. For me, the Kaisergarten in the area is clearly THE recommendation for a Chinese restaurant.

A really great buffet with constantly changing special dishes and what is particularly important: no glutamate! I have a pretty sensitive stomach and I've never had a problem afterwards after eating. Yes, the decor of the restaurant is a bit old, but it is always clean, the service is very courteous and attentive, the price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable and in summer you can sit on a very large outdoor terrace. So my family and I enjoy going here. 👍🏼

Visited the store for the first time via "Too Good to Go", noodles not of the normal standard, breading of chicken and squid rather unusual, unfortunately not again. Too bad!

We came across this place by chance through Groupon and we all absolutely love it. We were warmly welcomed at the front door and were allowed to choose a spot. A bowl of water was immediately brought for our dog. The service was 1a attentive. The food was always freshly replenished (even though the restaurant wasn't very full). Particularly noteworthy are the fresh salmon side, the various types of sushi, the peanut sauce, lamb curry and also the huge dessert buffet. But we tried almost everything and there wasn't anything that wasn't tasty. You could take drinks from a fridge (even original RedBull was available) or cappuccino etc. were included in the price. It's been a long time since I've had such a good Chinese all you can eat and, above all, without subsequent stomach problems. Just perfect. Price-performance, top!! We will definitely come back!!

Was there on Sunday. Due to communion celebrations, some with separate buffets, we were absolutely overwhelmed. The main buffet was only replenished sporadically or not at all for some dishes. Quality mediocre.

We celebrated my daughter's communion in the restaurant. Upon request and consultation with the boss, we were allowed to bring over our table decorations for communion. It just looked fantastic. Everything was perfect that day. There were several celebrations in the restaurant that day. There was nothing missing. The food was refilled every second. Fruit, vegetables, dessert, sushi etc. there was something for every taste. Plenty of drinks. Children had enough space to play outside. There is a trampoline, basketball hoop, table tennis table. The restaurant is very nice. The ambience and atmosphere invite you to linger. The employees and the boss are simply a great team. We and all guests were very satisfied. The food was good. We had 9 buffets. A person drank a glass of wine. The rest have not exhausted their quota. However, we had to pay for the glass of wine. You wouldn't have had to settle based on the total sales.

Been back today for a few years. A disastrous meal with a bad smell. Salmon like water, noodles like cardboard and dirt everywhere. Toilets are like a rest stop and the plates are almost all dirty. Initially, in addition to the well-known Asian buffet, there was also a Mongolian buffet where you could choose fresh ingredients and then have them freshly prepared on a grill plate. Unfortunately, this no longer exists, which is a shame. Unfortunately, all that remains is the typical Asian buffet, consisting of ready-made dishes and fried foods. There is also starter soup and sushi, as well as a rich dessert buffet. The food itself is delicious, but the taste is a bit overloaded with flavor enhancers. I've personally been able to try better Asian buffets that were more varied and tasted more natural. From now on it would also be good if the warming containers were refilled with fresh food more often. If you're unlucky, you'll get food that has been in the warming container for a long time and is now dry and no longer tasty. Of course, this is also due to the buffet system and the timing. Seit dem Besitzerwechsel vor 4 Monaten sehr zu empfehlen. Wir gehen immer mittags grosse Auswahl sogar mit hummerkrabben und Muscheln alles sehr schmackhaft und nicht fettig.wir kommen gerne immer wieder.

Leider absolut nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Das Ambiente gleicht einer Kirmes, man muss es mögen. Das Buffet hat uns geschmacklich enttäuscht. Der Klassiker Rindfleisch mit Zwiebeln ist schon optisch unterirdisch. Warum schneidet man das Fleisch so ungleich und lässt die Stücke so groß? Aber was mich am meisten gestört hat, sind die vielen total zerkratzen Teller. Die wirken leider schmutzig. Ne Leute, das geht wirklich besser!

Ich bin immer wieder sehr zufrieden beim kaisergarten die Bedienung und das Essen ist eine 10/10 ich komme immer wieder gerne dort hin und würde es jedem weiter empfehlen !!!🤍🤍

Ein super gutes chinesisches Buffet mit einer ordentlichen Auswahl. Mittags hat man eine sehr gute platzwahl. Das Ambiente ist sehr ruhig und aufgeräumt. Das Personal ist super aufmerksam und räumt benutzte Teller unauffällig aber schnell weg. 🙌🏻 Super leckerer Nachtisch...
