Unfriendly staff! When we asked about a customer toilet on the ground floor, we were kindly told "it's right there!" In the bed department, the employee didn't feel like giving advice either. It's better to order online.

In the sofa department we met Mr. A., an incomparably competent salesman who was open about the strange pricing in the furniture industry, so that we were able to get good advice and sign with a good feeling.

We planned and bought a high-quality kitchen and thanks to our planner and his team we are very happy...yesterday was the last day of installation and I can only say one thing Top with five stars...we had a great one Assembly team

You should probably have read the posts here beforehand 🤨 this store is the most incompetent I've ever encountered, what a disgrace! DO NOT SHOP HERE! The chest of drawers ordered has now been delivered for the third time and for the third time one of the three packages is wrong and of a different model, meaning it cannot be assembled. Is it really that incredibly difficult to check three model numbers before shipping? So look at it? Read? Just look? In addition, the packages are always broken at the corners and so are the contents (Hermes). Nobody can read there either, the packages are always upside down, even though the direction is written on them. Firing and closing everyone at Höffner, THAT is neither business practice, nor customer service, nor serious.

First purchase from Höffner Fürth in years. Unfortunately, poor delivery service and really poor complaint management. Wrong sofa delivered (5152004 instead of 5129509 - if the right customer is waiting!). Packed and placed upright in the living room. The sofa that was ordered was stated on the delivery note. Error discovered immediately upon unpacking. Delivery service was already gone. A report about the incorrect delivery could still be passed on to the furniture store. After one (!) day callback: Yes, our sofa was found (where? at another customer's house? in the warehouse?). No dates can be specified for the return of the incorrectly delivered sofa and the delivery of our ordered sofa. But we will get in touch. Still not done after a few days. Calls to the Höffner headquarters and various Höffner service numbers go nowhere or you don't feel responsible! One would expect that such a well-known furniture store would correct its error immediately, since a second customer was also affected and the delivery distance was less than 12 km. Very disappointed with Möbel Höffner Fürth.

NEVER HOFFNER AGAIN! We recently had an frustrating experience at the store. We reached out for assistance as our couch delivery was delayed (more than 5months). In just 1hour we explained about our situation to 3 different employees as every time a new person attended us. Also, we experienced such a rude behaviour from a staff near the cash counter. She treated us very badly. Not sure this how she ll talk to the locals here as well or it was only to us. There was no proper communication between the employees n each one will tell us something different every time. Total waste of time, energy n money. Never again!

I was positively shocked. I was a little hungry and wanted to eat a little something. But the selection there is amazing! Large selection of antipasti, many different and great salads, menus with a good price-performance ratio. Large selection of cakes. Great drink selection. For 35€ with dish, salad and drink…for 2 people. I will definitely go to Höffner again. If you didn't know that yet, you must have been here. The restaurant is also busy, and rightly so. Unfortunately I wasn't allowed to take photos. It's a shame because the buffet was well prepared.

My last experience at Höffner in Fürth was absolutely outstanding and deserves an honorable mention. I recently purchased two bathtubs that posed a challenge due to their size and weight. But thanks to the team's exceptional support, this challenge became a seamless experience. First of all, I would like to praise the cashier manager, who impressed me with her extraordinary friendliness and willingness to help. She was extremely accommodating and helped me throughout the entire purchasing process, making me feel truly valued and well looked after. The warehouse staff also deserve high praise. Without their active help, it would have been impossible to transport the bathtubs safely. They were extremely dedicated and professional and I am incredibly grateful for their support. The entire experience at Höffner in Fürth was consistently positive. The staff was not only helpful, but also extremely competent. From the selection of products to the processing of the purchase, I always felt well advised and supported. Overall, I can fully recommend purchasing from Höffner in Fürth. The excellent customer support combined with high quality products makes this place my first choice for future purchases. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful experience. Great shopping experience at Höffner! I was looking for new furniture and found it at Höffner. The selection is huge and the quality of the products is impressive. I would particularly like to praise the friendly and competent staff who helped me with the selection. The purchasing process was uncomplicated and the delivery was on time. I can definitely recommend Höffner!

This furniture store is proof why stationary retail is at its end and whoever treats their customers like this doesn't deserve to survive on the market, even one star is still too many! The purchase of a simple extractor hood with the order number 5097995 turned into an ordeal lasting several weeks for me, at the end of which I received a completely wrong product from a completely overwhelmed saleswoman (even though I had pointed out myself that the packaging had a different brand name than I wanted to buy) and then three for me too! Different prices were mentioned (there was no price display in the department) in the end I was supposed to pay 149 euros instead of 126 euros and then finally 279 !!Euros I drove back and forth 4 times for free, invested a lot of time and ended up with nothing again Hood there. After two weeks, I'm still waiting in vain for a written statement or even an apology about this unacceptable and unfair approach, and apart from a missed call, I haven't received anything. I can advise anyone not to buy anything there, otherwise a 20,000 euro kitchen will end up being 40,000 euros or completely different appliances will come in than agreed. I have now received an almost identical extractor hood model from another brand online from Amazon for the first price mentioned without incorrect price information, with only three-day shipping and that too with free shipping and absolutely reliable and without straining my nerves. Who needs a furniture store with waiting times of several weeks where you also have to pick up your incorrectly ordered goods yourself and that affects your customers when it comes to the price kidding? NEVER AGAIN, I actually prefer to go to XXXLUTZ and even there the service isn't great

We have to take a stand here. We were ordering furniture for our new apartment. We received excellent advice for the living room (sofa and wall unit) and especially for the kitchen. Despite our low budget, we got great furniture and are looking forward to having it in our apartment.

Stay away from Höffner!!!!!! Unfortunately, we have not had a good experience with the Höffner company in the last two years. We bought a kitchen for €25,000 in total with the other furniture for almost €50,000 from Höfner and only had problems mostly with the kitchen and unfortunately the whole thing still has no end. Unprofessional staff. The fitters barely understand German. We can't agree on anything. Our kitchen was delivered at the end of March this year. We are now at the end of the year and the deficiencies have still not been remedied, which is catastrophic. I wouldn't recommend the Höfner company to anyone. Everything is dragging on incredibly long. Wrong measurements are taken and false promises are made that cannot be kept. I've actually never experienced anything like this in my life and I want to warn people. Even this one star is too much!!!!!!! I hope my review helps some of you. We are super unhappy!!!!!
