We had Ms. Reischl plan our new kitchen there. Everything went very smoothly and was a lot of fun. She immediately addressed our requests and changes and incorporated them into our plans. There were even a few pleasant surprises, like a wine rack. She also showed us the products in the store when we were having difficult decisions. I'm very happy and will definitely be back. 😊

Not even a star, bought a kitchen. Nothing but trouble. After nine months, the kitchen was finally complete. Beforehand, there were so many installation errors: the stove was warped, the dishwasher was installed crooked, the cabinets were crooked—it couldn't be worse. 😕 We'll never buy a kitchen here again.

Don't do this to yourself! Absolutely abysmal service from this furniture store. About my story: I ordered garden furniture, which was supposed to finally be delivered after a seven-week wait. The day arrived, the truck arrived. Then the disappointment hit: the installer got out with the EC device in his hand and said I had a table and a chair with me. My first question was, "Where is the corner bench?" The installer said, "It'll probably come later!" I then called customer service, who simply replied, "Yes, the corner bench isn't coming today and won't be coming anytime soon; it's no longer available!" When I asked how that could be, since I had a purchase agreement, all I got was, "Yes, I'm sorry, you should have been contacted this morning..." I wasn't! But here's the thing: After a seven-week wait, they seriously wanted to inform me on the day of delivery that the product they wanted was no longer available!? Another good comment was: "You can now consider whether you want to keep the table and chair...." No suggestions for solutions, no "I'll see what we can do..."...nothing! I should have just listened to the many bad experiences my friends had with Höffner. Wasted vacation day, deposit was sitting with Höffner for almost two months, could have been invested better... If I could, I would give even fewer stars.

I ordered two box spring beds (each 120x200cm) and the packaging contained a bed box (each 2 x 60x200 cm). When the fitters arrived, they said they couldn't carry the beds up the spiral staircase – even though the dimensions would have been perfectly suitable if they had been unpacked on the ground floor – but they refused "due to insurance coverage." I even offered to accept responsibility in writing – but that was also rejected. The impression was unfortunately clear: The fitters simply didn't feel like working and were looking for the first excuse to leave quickly. Customer service looks different. The beds were simply taken away again – without a solution, without consultation. For a furniture store of this size, this is absolutely poor customer service. Instead of help, only excuses. This is not how I imagine delivery or assembly. Very disappointing, Höffner! I've bought a lot from Höffner over the years – probably €25,000 in total. But after this experience, I'm finally done with it. Something different every time, it's enough. I even have photos of how they installed my wardrobe, dirtying all my walls, and installing them with the wrong dimensions. Buy somewhere else, save your money. Quality isn't good at Höffner either. You read the reviews from me or other customers and think, oh, it's probably an isolated case, but no, unfortunately that's not the case. I've heard from many of my friends that they also bought from Höffner and always had problems.

Absolutely unacceptable – an imposition on any customer! I ordered a bed. They promised a delivery time of up to 11 weeks. In fact, I waited 15 weeks. 12, 13, 14 weeks passed without any real information or apology – just plain ignorance. Then, suddenly, I was given a delivery date in the 15th week – as if that were completely normal. I informed customer service that I work and couldn't be home until after 5:00 PM. The response was unbelievable: "We don't care, you have to be home by 12:00 PM." No consideration, no respect, no customer service – nothing! This company treats its customers as if they don't care at all. Stay away from this store. If you want to avoid hassle, frustration, and disrespect, you should definitely not order from here.

Disastrous customer service I bought a bed over a year ago, including assembly. Shortly after assembly, it started squeaking so loudly that restful sleep was no longer an option. Since then, I've complained about the defect several times. Two repair attempts were made, but both were unsuccessful. The repairman himself said that he would do something, but the problem would probably recur. That's exactly what happened. Customer service is extremely difficult to reach. I sometimes wait weeks or months for a response. I'm currently in the third round of complaints, and once again I haven't received any helpful information. Instead of a solution, they say they're still waiting for feedback from internal contacts. I'm disappointed and frustrated. I'm fed up with any more waiting without results. Perhaps, at least with this review, customer service will finally address my complaint.

We wanted to buy wardrobes and a shelf for a boy's room today. Unfortunately, there was no professional advice available. First, we waited until our colleague came back from her break. Then she explained to us that these wardrobes weren't available individually, even though the prices were on them and a catalog was available. Afterward, she looked it up and changed her mind. But we wanted a different color and a different wood tone. She said again that only the color from the showroom was available. The different colors and wood tones were even posted on a board. Then we left without buying anything. You should train your salespeople before you let them loose on customers. And I've never experienced such disinterest.

Ordered garden furniture. The seller said delivery would be quick because the Bristol series is ordered by the thousands from China and stored in stock. Delivery was quick by Höffner standards, about two months. However, the bench and chair were damaged. Some of the cushions are junk because the metal parts were placed on them in such a way that the compression doesn't come out, leaving you sitting on stripes. The technicians said someone would come and replace the parts. However, Höffner support sent an email saying they're offering €100 compensation, but they won't replace anything because they're out of stock. Um... yeah. It's a complete scam. I suspect Höffner is buying defective, cheap junk and trying to sell it here. That's how brazen, inflexible, and customer-unfriendly they are making money here, that's my impression. We've informed our lawyers, who recommend going through the consumer advice center as a first step. I can only advise everyone to contact the consumer protection agency or their lawyers immediately. Never again Höffner!

Hello, Unfortunately, our first visit was very good. We got everything we needed. We had bought dishes. When we first opened the box, we noticed that the dishes had scratches and dents. So we went back to the store. The second visit was very unpleasant. We were rudely told that this is just how things are with dishes and that we shouldn't be so upset. When we asked about an exchange, we were rudely told that it was just the way it was, and if we weren't satisfied, we should look elsewhere. We then had the extremely nice colleague cash out the money and left. We haven't experienced anything so unfriendly in a furniture store for a long time.

We had our kitchen, manufactured by Alno, planned by Höffner in Fürth. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired for us, we have clean light gray wall cabinets where fingerprints are hardly visible, clear edges with black handlebars, and a work island with Nero Assuluto worktop and Bora hob. We would like to thank Ms. Reischl very much for the planning and advice. She fully responded to our wishes and explained to us in the kitchen studio the advantages and disadvantages of various features such as cupboard opening mechanisms, base units, recessed sinks, worktops, etc. and arranged everything according to our wishes in the planning software. We were very satisfied - the best advice so far. The kitchen planner was a perfect match for us. We'll be happy to come back if we need a kitchen again and say thank you very much 😊 and are very excited to see what the kitchen will look like when installed. (Attached is also a photo of the printout of the 3D visualization without devices, unfortunately a bit gritty, the black handle strip on the refrigerator is manufactured for us in the factory, but was not possible in the software input)

The company doesn't meet deadlines, lies on the phone, technicians treat you like dirt, and the deposit is kept. Please don't sign anything, nice tugboat company. The measurements don't fit, electronic devices are simply not included in the plan, even though they have been mentioned several times. I no longer want the kitchen and am now being forced to take it. The delivery date was the 14th calendar week of 2025, now it is the 24th calendar week of 2025, and the excuses don't stop.

Bought kitchen. Had to wait over 4 months. Due to an error on Höffner's part, two new cabinets had to be ordered. Now I have to wait months for the new cabinets. The built-in dishwasher does not work. The fitter said my angle valves were defective. I had both angle valves replaced at my own expense. The dishwasher still doesn't work. Höffner has been informed about this for over 7 weeks and nothing has happened! No pig will come forward! They pass it on to subcontractors and they pass it on to others. Not even a date has been set yet as to whether anyone will take care of it! Defying a purchase contract! I've been without a dishwasher for over 7 weeks now. It's pure disappointment! Bought a table and lounge - but the service was subpar It's hard to believe but despite the "advice" we decided to buy it - albeit with a bad gut feeling. Starting with an overwhelmed salesman who was supposed to sell the garden furniture alone. The good man neither listened to our wishes nor accepted our no to the chairs. We wanted different chairs because we didn't want any wood on them - but everything was presented to us as a cheap look. Then we just sold ourselves for the table and a garden lounge. There was 40% anyway and "just for us" he gave it his all and added 10% - when he was creating the order, he told the other seller in our presence that he shouldn't forget the 10% that everyone gets. The next thing is when ordering and the final price! At first it was said with all the percentages and then the whole thing came to just under €2000 - after I asked him several times whether they were the products we wanted, he finally realized that it was a number twist! And instead of €1948 it is now €2318. No excuses, nothing - a huge queue behind us. And he just kept going. To top it all off, at the checkout the saleswoman rolled her eyes at us when we paid €2000 in cash!!! All in all, I suspect we won't find our way there any time soon. We are still considering withdrawing from the purchase this evening. You shouldn't come out of a store like that, feeling so bad and being fobbed off and treated like that. Höffner should definitely consider where customer service begins and where it ends!! Update: no understanding, no kind word, nothing came from them Order processing. The only thing that counts is the purchase contract and cancellation fees. I should have just ordered online instead of locally. Then you would have the right to withdraw. No attempt to help or appease. Nothing is given to customer satisfaction here!!!

On April 29th, 2025 we visited your restaurant in the Höffner furniture store in Fürth-Nuremberg. On the one hand, the quality of the food was absolutely inadequate: the currywurst with fries was extremely salty, old and lukewarm, the sausage was barely edible and the fries were old and looked as if they had been baked in fat again afterwards. For a company like Höffner, which values quality and customer satisfaction, this is unacceptable. However, the experience outside was much more serious: at around 5:20 p.m. - while we were eating with a one-year-old child - we were rudely asked by an employee to vacate the area. The umbrella was folded up and we were told to sit in the blazing sun next to smoking guests, despite the heat. We just had to shake our heads and laugh because in a short space of time we were able to experience once again what it was like as a parent with a child in Franconia to be seen as a problem and not as a guest. The employee in question (older, with a pigtail, thin, tattooed and smoking himself) showed no consideration, did not wait until we had finished our meal and also prevented us from driving our stroller away while he dismantled the umbrella with a cigarette in his mouth. This behavior was extremely shameful and completely disrespectful to us.

Phew, a lot of experiences that were good and bad. In the end, I decided on 3 stars as objectively as possible. I bought a kitchen that we planned with an on-site appointment. I give the service appointment 3 stars. The employee made an effort, but we found there was a lot of time pressure. Selection of the range 5 stars. There was a lot to see, a lot to touch and you could immediately get an impression with the 3D program. I give 1 star for cash payment at the checkout. A slightly larger sum was taken to the back in an area not visible to the customer. And both sides have come out with different amounts. Of course I can also say it's my own fault because I could have transferred it. But I didn't and now, in my opinion, I have had to accept a high loss. That alone led me to leave only 1 star as a review for a long time, but that wouldn't be justified for all services. The fitters during construction were the best in my opinion. There are 5 out of 5 stars here. Of course there were some difficulties, but good solutions were found. They were really nice too. If you like, the only thing I didn't find was the optimal solution for the final strip afterwards. A complete board was not taken here. Here, boards X were cut together arbitrarily and the gap dimensions of the cabinets above were not taken into account. But the 5 stars from the fitters don't matter. Anyone who has read this far. I will no longer shop here because of my experience at the checkout, which of course does not suit all employees of this large company. I also recommend only paying by card.

I had an appointment with Mr. Oehme to plan the kitchen at Möbel Höffner in Fürth. Unfortunately, the date didn't meet my expectations at all - especially not with a planned budget of around €20,000. The process was very disappointing: Mr. Oehme merely drew the floor plan on a piece of paper and hardly responded to my wishes or ideas, even though I even showed him a photo of a kitchen from the exhibition. There was hardly any advice in the actual sense - alternatives were neither actively suggested nor was ergonomic aspects or sensible walking routes taken into account. My questions were only answered superficially or not at all. When a kitchen was suggested to me for €35,000-40,000, I asked about cheaper alternatives. He showed me some fronts, but without any real advice. The fact that these materials were very susceptible to fingerprints and smudges was simply ignored. Instead of a complete plan, I only received a rough sketch on paper - to be honest: I could have made this sketch myself. I felt spending an hour there was a complete waste of time. Especially since I knew just as little afterwards as I did before. Afterwards I drove to Segmüller in Nuremberg without an appointment and was warmly welcomed there. Although I didn't have an appointment, an employee took time for an initial consultation that was much more structured and professional. I made a real planning appointment there for next week - the consultant even took 3 hours to go through everything with me in detail. Overall, a very disappointing experience at Höffner. With a planned investment of this amount, I would have expected significantly more commitment, expertise and service.

An incredible amount of exhibition space, but unfortunately a lot of it is only available to order and therefore a delivery time of around 3-4 weeks is almost normal. The pricing is currently very confusing at times with the 40% promotional price or 1/2 price promotion. But nevertheless, the salespeople want to work there, enjoy their job there and give you very adequate advice. Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication, we only decided on a dining room table; the garden lounge will probably have to come from somewhere else. We then saw on the internet that it was exactly the price we thought it would be. Nevertheless, there was very little going on at the checkout. We were there Friday afternoon. There were also a few delicacies in the treasure trove and the decoration, lamp, bed, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and outdoor compartments were all super large and actually had something for all tastes. There was also an incredible amount of crockery and cutlery sets. From Aza, Villeroy & Boch, KHG and many “no-name”. Gladly again. Much better than Ikea, Lutz and co.

It's hard to believe that Höffner combines the prestige of his brand with such a bad, fraudulent Dinoland exhibition in the parking lot. I guess they got good money for it. We were cheated at the checkout and had to pay 12 euros more than the advertised price. It's just bad inside, half of the things are broken. The store is simply a disgrace for any little dinosaur fan. You can't even display the biggest dinosaurs, they just don't fit, so they just get chopped off the side. Please don't go!

Basically, everything here is well thought out for the customer and is presented very attractively. It's easy to find your way around as a customer and the range on offer is really huge. The space is used well for furniture exhibitions without appearing “oppressive” or even “constricted”. Shopping for furniture is actually fun here. It's also a very nice place just to stroll around and get an overview of what's on offer. My family and I have often bought furniture here. The advice is also good. Every year we have to make a major purchase, this time a new sofa. As always, I started my tour of the large furniture stores. And like so many times, Möbel Höffner got the upper hand this time too. On the one hand, the decisive factor was that I discovered that the Switch upholstered furniture is PETA-certified. So you can be absolutely sure that you are relaxing on a piece of furniture for which no animals had to suffer or die. On the other hand, I was extremely satisfied with the advice. Mr. Abbar listened carefully to my wishes and then showed me the appropriate specimens. He showed a lot of competence and patience when selecting the material - although I usually already have a pretty clear idea, I still want to see all the options so that I can be really sure that I have made the right decision. Mr. Abbar took a lot of time and advised me in detail about the advantages and disadvantages of the various textiles, without ever giving me the impression that I was too demanding or weak in decision-making. There was also no unpleasant sales pressure built up, as I have experienced elsewhere. All of this is the reason why I will continue to buy larger pieces of furniture from Möbel Höffner. Finally, I would like to suggest that PETA certification be advertised a little more strongly in the future or made more clearly visible. I only found the relevant reference because of my intensive search. If I had been aware of the certification beforehand, I would have immediately chosen the SWITCH series - and without a doubt many others would do the same to avoid financing animal suffering with their money. A clearly visible notice in furniture stores, in brochures and online media would be a good guide!

Customer service Arrogant and very bad. We are very strict when it comes to complaints or returns of furniture, even if the fault lies with Höffner. It's OK that you have to pay for incorrectly ordered furniture when you return it, but that you also have to pay because of poor quality was new to me. I definitely won't buy anything here anymore.

Not recommended. The consultant doesn't say "Hello", she doesn't say "Thank you", she just prints out a piece of paper without saying a word. The goods issue is obviously not staffed and when an employee comes, they are totally unfriendly.

Customer service is very important here. You can't reach anyone and even if you drive a long way to the store, you're fobbed off with delivery problems and a lack of staff. Never again höffner Fürth, even though the kitchen department is by far the best within a 25 km radius. The only annoying thing is that there are no price information on exhibition kitchens, so you have the feeling of being at the mercy of the seller. A treat. The checkout staff, however, make it possible for you to decide not to enter the store again. Older people are ignored and reprimanded so that they can only escape from this hustle and bustle without any goods. Doesn't happen to us anymore. Too bad.

Absolutely disappointing customer service at Höffner! Despite a long waiting time and multiple delivery postponements, the living area did not arrive as agreed. Wrong information was given several times. Communication was chaotic and unprofessional, causing unnecessary stress. In order to prevent further delays, the living area was picked up on site, personally by me. The helpful cashier manager, who personally took care of the collection at the branch, as well as the competent managing director, who apologized for the inconvenience caused, should be positively highlighted. Conclusion: Höffner's customer service is unreliable and needs improvement. However, the personal support on site from the managers was very good.

I called the legal department here regarding a cancellation matter. My contact person was Daniela P. I politely presented my concerns and tried to find a compromise. The lady was so rude and snippy, rattling off her response at a breakneck pace. She immediately addressed me as "good man." When I said I wanted to be addressed by my name, she simply hung up. You can't find compromises with this lady; she's probably responsible for speaking rudely to customers. To the bosses at Möbel Höffner: Anyone who reacts to customers like this doesn't belong here. Regarding the owner's response: You don't need to reprimand me as a customer, but rather train your employees in customer service or remove them from customer contact. I was simply expressing my displeasure. I'm not interested in a factual review, but rather in how you are treated by some employees here, even when you are friendly yourself. If you read the reviews, I'm not an isolated case. Normally, you apologize for such behavior.

Incredible! wanted to get advice about a kitchen, so unfriendly that we went to Höffner for the last time. When we wanted to find out whether the price was already the reduced price, we were spoken to so stupidly at the checkout and at the information desk that we gave our customer card back. Water damage after Höffner's kitchen installation: After several months and legal action, the damage was repaired after 10 months. Until then, the installed furniture, some of which was damaged by the water damage, had been stored in the living room. The processing and customer service were a disaster.

A furniture store that we can only recommend! We bought our first kitchen there 8 years ago and have now ordered a new kitchen because we are moving. From the consultation/planning to the execution, everything was perfect. We are very satisfied because our kitchen consultant Bruno Gillich, with whom I was on a first-name basis right from the start, was so responsive to our individual wishes. He fulfilled almost all of our wishes ("no induction cooker" 😉) and gave us detailed advice. Now we hope that the delivery and assembly will still work, which we are convinced of, and then we can only say: Top furniture store, we'll be happy to come back! Kind regards at this point to the very friendly salesman Bruno and his colleague, who ended up working together as a team, something you rarely see. It was a lot of fun! If we need a kitchen again in our lives, we'll always be happy to go to Höffner in Fürth.
