Pommes Freunde in Fürth

I can't recommend this place. I've ordered twice, and both times something was missing. The taste is great, but if half the item is missing, it's not worth it!

The Fries Friends generally offer delicious food. The burgers, fries and sauces taste good and are usually freshly prepared. The variety of sauces is particularly noteworthy. However, I think the price is a bit high compared to other providers in the area, which spoils the enjoyment a little. It also happened several times that no one was to be found at the counter because the staff was either busy in the back or taking a break outside at the same time. This led to longer waiting times and a somewhat unprofessional impression. Overall a good option for a quick snack, but there is definitely room for improvement in service and value for money.

On Monday evening, February 24th, 2025, my girlfriend was visiting the city and wanted to buy something quick and easy to eat. Since the vegetarian selection besides bowls in Flair wasn't too big, it was supposed to be fries. Unfortunately the decision fell on “French fries friends”. We got in line shortly after 7 p.m., about an hour before the store closed. The employee impatiently asked what we would like. We replied that we would like to take a quick look at the menu which fries should be served with which sauce. 15 seconds later he asked again aggressively and impatiently with an evil look what we finally wanted. My friend said she would like the sweet potato fries with the cheese sauce. Visibly annoyed, the employee complained to us that there was no more cheese sauce and that no more orders were being taken because it was already too late. My friend was visibly intimidated and frightened by the employee's behavior. Unfortunately, I didn't switch gears quickly enough to react immediately. Exasperated, he then adds that the sweet potato fries are still available, but only with cold sauce like ketchup etc. Intimidated, she then decided on the sweet potato fries, which ended up being stale and soggy. It really wasn't worth it. If the employee reads the review here, please think about how you talk to other people, even if you don't feel like taking orders anymore and want to call it a day. Maybe put up a sign saying that you no longer want to serve customers from that time on or just close earlier?

Service was super friendly and citizens were good. Fries crispy. Of course it has its price.

The food is quite good, the service is less (unfriendly) but the biggest drawback when eating in the store is all the disposable equipment that should be solved better these days.

There was only one person in front of us who was being served. When we were too far in line, his dry statement was literally "there's nothing right now, I'll take a break and go have a smoke" and left. Real cheek! Actually he deserves 0 stars for the service!

We ordered a small menu - for 13€ each, fries were not crispy, the meat was frozen and without proper toppings, no cucumber, lettuce, no tomatoes, the sauces from the citizen tasted the same as we specially ordered the cheese sauce, The fries were still partly raw and cold. Last time we ate there! Disappointed!!The service was nice!!Never again

I've always enjoyed going there, but the new man who presses my ass is really unfriendly. I actually just wanted to eat a small menu and was waved off because there were too many large delivery orders at the moment and so sent away. I think that when it comes to a fast food restaurant, you should first worry about the customers on site rather than the deliveries. Really bad and unfriendly.

Smash Bacon Burger is an exquisite time since I arrived here in Germany to eat a good Burger, Highlighted by its Brioche Bun with a special touch, the Meat very well cooked to the end 3/4 past the point, totally acceptable for those who prefer by the Burgesses. The potatoes are fine, they could be better. The guys serve very well, for me it is super important because good service comes from there and indicates that what you are about to taste will be worth it. Good music and fast service, We will return more frequently. Pay attention because this Burgue is Great! Thank you so much.

McDonalds is better and cheaper

I was looking forward to the cheeseburger. I unpacked it and it was a roll with meat and cheese, no salad, nothing at all, I wasn't asked if I wanted anything, it's just a shame, I could have saved myself the 8-9€ ☹️

Super nice and patient service, even in the biggest crowds, the French fries friend remains friendly and calm and has everything completely under control. The 5 stars for the food are to be understood in relation to other fast food outlets. Even if you don't expect haute cuisine... I definitely enjoyed it - for little money. The ambience has the flair of flair 😉 ...and that of a fast food restaurant. But you don't go there to propose to someone or anything like that 🤭

Super tasty, smash cheese is recommended!

A few days ago I was at Flair with my wife and stood in front of the fries friends. We were hungry, so we ordered a hamburger with fries and mayo and cola. When the Pipserle started, our order was brought to us (it wasn't that busy). So super tasty, the hamburgers are great, the fries are a dream, the mayo is so good. In the meantime I also used the delivery service, well what can I say, I now order or eat from the fries friends more often.

Ordered for 6 p.m., delivered at 6:20 p.m Fries were missing and the burger was worse than a whopper for €4

Since I've been to Fries Friends several times before, I thought I'd visit this place too. However, when I arrived there was no one in sight. Another customer said the employee went to the toilet for a moment and would come right back. After 15 minutes of waiting I finally left - that was just not acceptable service to me. The burgers are otherwise okay and better quality than other fast food chains, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Very unfriendly service - unfortunately the loveliest fries ever. What a shame!

Service and quality have deteriorated significantly. Suddenly you are no longer a guest, but a workload to be processed. The mess dispensers are uncleaned and sticky. Fries made from the red potatoes now taste like fat and are partly burnt and are served lukewarm. For me it's no longer the first address when it comes to good fries or burgers.

Nothing tastes particularly special about the burger. You can buy better fries in Norma and make them yourself in the deep fryer. Employees unmotivated. No napkins I expected something better.

This was my fifth visit to Flair since it opened, and the food was always quick and well prepared. This time cheeseburger with classic fries. Since there are over 10 self-service sauces to choose from, you won't have to eat fries without ketchup. The size of the restaurant fits the usual customer frequency, I always found a seat and the staff were always friendly.

I've had better burgers, and the fries weren't worth the price, but the sauces were good. Anyone who has ever eaten fries in Holland or Belgium knows what I'm talking about.

Very nice employees. Burgers and fries are delicious. It's also good that there are different sauces that you can make yourself. Unfortunately, the department store is generally stuffy. Still happy again.

Such a great shop that can compete very well with the Burgerheart in Fürth. Great burgers. Staff super friendly and the food is great. Been there twice now, will definitely go back.

Food disaster, plus an incredible waiting time of 2 hours. I ordered via Lieferando. Everything cold. Forgotten sauces, all in all, pure disaster. Once and never again. I advise everyone against this restaurant.

Would go here again. The burger was quite good and I really liked the free sauces with the fries. But the fries were mostly extremely short and sometimes not crispy and the meat on the burgers looked much bigger in the pictures than it actually was. But generally I was quite satisfied.

“Best experience” Ordered food...because I was hungry, order canceled after 1.5 hours without a call, without anything. You deserve a minus rating for this. F…….

I was just eating with my partner. Single citizen costs 8.45 as a menu costs 12.45. I ordered 2 citizens in a menu worth €24.90. At the checkout I was asked for 32.20 where I asked the lady why I was told so much that it was the cola and fries I don't understand anything, it's a complete rip-off and the gentleman who worked there started arguing with me. I've never experienced such disgusting shops in my life. I really have to say that the staff is very bad and unfriendly.

Burgers quite good. The cheese burger menu comes with plenty of fries and delicious sauces. However, relatively expensive if it is not a special day. The competition in Fürth is sometimes of better quality. Eating there is quite nice, as there is also a quieter area where you can eat in peace with friends. The food comes very quickly. The employees are relatively nice.

Ambiance is fine. Staff very friendly. The fries are really good, but the burgers… brioche buns, fresh vegetables and salad. Everything is perfect and then a very cheap industrial frozen patty is added. This destroys the whole taste and mouthfeel. Take But please, fresh mince and then a smashed burger. Would fit perfectly. 2 stars deducted because of the patty, because the burger simply doesn't taste good.

Halal burgers and sausages are served here. The relevant certificates are displayed for everyone to see.

Ich finde die Auswahl an Saucen sehr toll, mein persönlicher Favorit ist die Samurai Sauce. Pommes gut gewürzt und Wartezeit war vollkommen ok (5-10 Minuten ungefähr). Immer wieder gerne.

Sehr nette Bedienung. Das Essen ist lecker und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Soßen.

Positives vorweg, die Bedienung war sehr nett, der Laden sauber und die Auswahl an Soßen ist super. Für eine kleine Portion Pommes knapp 4€ ist aber dann leider doch etwas übertrieben. Geschmacklich waren die leider auch nicht sehr gut. Nicht alle gleich warm, was vermuten lässt dass nicht alles frisch zubereitet wurde.

Also auf Sauberkeit der Tische,Stühle etc. wird scheinbar nicht so Acht gegeben aber die Burger waren ganz gut. Eine Vielzahl leckerer Soßen gab es aber.

Es war echt lecker. Etwas kalt. Waren aber froh darüber, dass das Grill nicht geputzt war um 19 Uhr, obwohl das Geschäft um 20 Uhr schließt. Wir waren letztens um 19 Uhr und haben kein Bürger gekriegt. wenn ein Kunde es will sollte man zubereiten Können 👍🏻

Direkt nach der Eröffnung wars super. Aber einige Wochen später arbeiteten plötzlich Menschen dort, die nicht einmal das Minimum kommunizierten. Ich bin trotzdem noch drei bis vier mal hin, weil ich dachte, es könnte sich ja verändern. Nun war ich wieder dort und habe eine nicht bestellte Currywurst mit Pommes und Getränkt bekommen und 12,60€ bezahlt. Nein. Das Angebot wäre gut und lecker. Daher 3 Sterne. Aber bestellen ist anstrengend.

Der Laden ist in einer Ecke, in der mehrere Essensläden vorhanden sind, untergebracht. Es sind im hinteren Bereich, ein paar Tische zum Verzehr vor Ort vorhanden. Die Auswahl an angebotenen Speisen ist gut. Habe einen Burger sowie dicke Pommes gegessen, die Portionen waren nicht unbedingt groß.

Mal wieder einen Guacamole burger gegessen, war wie immer echt gut, allerdings finde ich das sowohl der burger als auch die Pommes kleiner wurden.

Heute am verkaufsoffenen Sonntag das erste Mal hier gewesen. Der Internetauftritt und die Aufmachung vor Ort versprechen vieles, was letztlich nicht gehalten wird. Mit Essen im "streetfood-style" hat das leider garnichts zu tun. Von wegen knackige Pommes aus Belgien... Uns wurden absolute Standard Tiefkühlpommes serviert. Diese waren labrig,trocken,ungesalzen und lauwarm und werden auch nicht frisch zubereitet. Sie werden in großen Mengen vorbereitet und dann "warm" gehalten. Für einen Laden der sich Pommesfreunde nennt ziemlich traurig. Wenn man dann noch auf bereits gemachte pommes 10 Minuten warten muss und fast 10 Euro für zwei Hände voll bezahlt, beschließt man hier nichtmehr her zukommen. Schade für euch

War zwar lecker aber Sau teuer und die Pommes wablig und zu wenige , kein Bock auf veggie können die Hasen Fressen

Essen war an sich eher solala. Dazu sind die Portionen unglaublich winzig. Frisch Pommes sind das auch nicht. Man merkt dass es Tiefkühl-Fritten sind. Warum sind Sie also so teuer? Waren dazu auch noch lätschrig wie sonst was. Dazu hat das ganze noch 24€ gekostet. Übertrieben teuer, für das was man bekommt. Das Restaurant hat dazu keine Telefonnummer bei der man anrufen könnte, wenn man mal fragen hat. Eher schlecht als recht.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und heute habe ich mit dem Chef gesprochen und muss sagen war ein sehr freundliches und positives Gespräch.Da wir öfters dort essen kann ich sagen das nur gutes von pommes Freunden sagen burger sind sehr lecker und die pommes sind mega auch die verschiedenen sossen super lecker.immer wieder gerne

Geschmacklich ist es zu empfehlen was ganz und gar nicht geht ist das wen man im hinteren Bereich sitzt man ständig von der schwing Tür erschlagen wird weil die Mitarbeiter dort wie gestörte durch rennen und keine Rücksicht auf Gäste nehmen und das lässt man den Kunden auch spüren als Empfehlung setzt euch bloß nicht dort hin

Haben bestellt war geschmacklich eigentlich nicht schlecht aber zu wenig Wurst und alles in einen kleinen Karton gequetscht. Danach war alles lätschig natürlich.

Sehr gute Pommes und viel Auswahl auch für Menschen mit Zöliakie und vieles ist auch Vegan. Sehr zu empfehlen. Nur das Ambiente ist im Einkaufszentrum nicht so schön.

ich hatte Currywurst Spezial für fast 10€ mit Getränk, hab eine Pappschale mit wenig Pommes und eine Currywurst die geschmacklich nichts besonders wa(h)r. Beim nächsten Mal, vielleicht lieber einen Burger nehmen. Fazit: Für soviel Geld kann man sich auch was richtiges holen🧐

Mir hat es wie immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Kannte ich Pommesfreunde bislang nur aus München, musste ein Besuch in der neuen Filiale in Fürth natürlich sein. Die sehr leckeren Pommes mit einer tollen Sauce zu der Currywurst (oben drauf noch Frühlingszwiebeln) haben mir wie immer geschmeckt. Ich komme wieder!

Süßkartoffelpommes waren bis ich wieder in der Arbeit war frisch und kross. Einfach nur spitze, gerne wieder👌🏻

Burger sind super lecker und das Personal ist total nett und aufmerksam. Der Besuch hat sich definitiv gelohnt - war sicherlich nicht der Letzte!!
