A very good hotel and guesthouse right in the center of Erding. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and, above all, very good. The service is also good.

I can only speak highly of the restaurant. We had a cordon bleu, bratwurst, and dumplings in porcini mushroom sauce. To keep it brief: The food was absolutely fabulous. The cordon bleu was perfectly breaded. Generously and evenly filled. The fried potatoes were perfectly braised on the outside and so soft on the inside you could crush them with your tongue. The shandy was also very light, refreshing, and not too sweet. Finally, I would like to compliment the service. Charming and lightning-fast. Conclusion: If you're in Erding or the surrounding area, definitely visit the restaurant. I highly recommend it.

I can only speak about the beer garden. I didn't stay at the hotel. The service was very friendly. Due to the large number of people, a bit of a wait is normal, so it's not a negative point for me. The food was very tasty. Everyone has to decide for themselves what they like best about the drinks. We enjoyed everything. The location in the city center is perfect. Highly recommended 👍

Unfortunately, the prices here are now way overpriced for the food offered and the unfriendly service. There are much better restaurants in Erding!

Yes, I can recommend it. The staff is mostly friendly, but there are a few who are a bit grumpy. They have the most delicious pork knuckle.

We stopped there on a long journey to eat a schnitzel, and we weren't disappointed. Besides the incredible size of the schnitzel, the service was also very friendly and cheerful. The value for money is very good, and we highly recommend the Wiener Schnitzel. 🙂

The restaurant is okay, but nothing special.

The food was cold and the service was very slow, despite the beer garden being almost empty that evening. It's a shame to have spent money on this.

Bit disappointed with my last visit. I love this place, but some people can make your business turn on its head. Greeting mutually in German but ask for the table in English. Seated by the table, but after 15 minutes of ignorance without receiving a menu left (while experiencing other tables around arriving after us and servised). So left for more friendly place around the corner. I value owner reaction to my review and will gladly visit again 👍

Don't go there. They gave us a dark table in the hallway next to the store, saying that they had reservations even though there were a lot of empty outdoor tables. When I went there, there were only Asians sitting there. The waiter didn't come around except to take our orders. The food and beer were not that good. This was the worst experience I've had out of all the famous German beer houses I've been to. It completely ruined the last day of my long trip.

We were in Erding for a week because of the war in Israel. We ate at the restaurant, the food was delicious, fresh, a huge selection of food. We visited the restaurant three times. We enjoyed it so much. Only the last time, people who were smoking sat next to us. It was very difficult for us. Smoking should be banned in restaurants. Anyone who wants to smoke should go out under the umbrellas and go smoke on the sidewalk. Other than that it was great

The Zwiebelnrostbraten is excellent, accompanied by an excellent Weissen.

I can only review the inn, as I've never stayed there before. And then you have to differentiate a bit. The beer is well-known, and I particularly like the Urweisse, so the decision is easy. The food has always been good, but this time I was unlucky with the onion roast beef, which was unfortunately overcooked. Since I was quite hungry, I ate it straight away anyway. The waitress handled my criticism very professionally, pointed out that I should complain immediately next time, and gave me an espresso on the house. That's how I imagine service should be. I would definitely visit the inn again.

Good Bavarian food in the beautiful city center of Erding. Great value for money for the "Erdinger Weissbräu." The onion roast beef was medium-rare, and the Kasspatzn (cheese spaetzle) was a delight. The pork medallions with mushroom cream and spaetzle were also absolutely delicious. To finish, we had Kaiserschmarren (smothered pancakes) for two. This is what a good restaurant visit should be like – we'd happily go back again.

The food is always good, the atmosphere is always friendly, and the location is great. The prices could be a bit lower, but they're still okay for the location.

The service was a complete disaster. You wait a long time to be assigned a table, and then you have to ask for menus yourself. We had to ask for the bill three times. The food and drinks were very good, though.

The food was really good, considering it's a Hofbräuhaus. We found the service to be friendly and courteous, but actually a bit slow. It wasn't busy, but we had to wait quite a while for service. So, we can recommend it and will come back next time we're in Erding.

On June 16, 2025, we stopped by the Brauhaus Erding. The service was prompt and friendly. We ordered a Wiener Schnitzel and a Gäuboden roast pork. The food was absolutely amazing. What we paid here for two half-liters for €50 was even better! We would have paid a good €20 more in Potsdam. We'll be back!

Everything was perfect! Very nice and clean rooms, and the staff was consistently friendly. I also recommend the restaurant. It was a very nice stay.

Special and excellent food, high level of service

The original Bavarian hotel and restaurant. Originally from the Erdinger Brewery. Everything is top-notch. Not far from the airport, just under an hour into the city. PS: Here, too, the traditional Weisswürstchen are only available until 12:00 PM.

Somewhat complicated access, otherwise very nice and comfortable

We went there for dinner. I had a pizza, and it was absolutely amazing and huge. Very friendly service and a lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

Sat outside in the full beer garden under a large umbrella. Beer garden fully occupied, but still relatively quick and nice service! Food was plentiful and very good.☺️ Unfortunately, the food wasn't particularly warm, but that was definitely due to the number of guests. Still a successful visit! Thank you ☺️

Very disappointed with the quality of the food. The meat consists mainly of fat, the dumplings are like from Pfanni, fried onions and salads come from the bucket. Only the beer was good!! Once and never again!!!

Were there for dinner. Arrived 5 minutes before the kitchen closed, but still received a very friendly welcome and were given something to eat. The pork knuckle and the Kässpatzen were super tasty. We didn't even pay €50 for 3 drinks and 2 delicious meals. SO WELL RECOMMENDED!!!

Service very bad! I really have to think about what that could be, did I not look “rich” or “solvent” enough, or too “foreign” or what was going on?! I had guests from abroad, my cousin with her children. I wanted to show her something really Bavarian, we went to this tavern, or whatever it's called, because it looks traditional. None of that! The waiter immediately looked at us condescendingly and didn't want to come at all. Then he came with an expression as if I owed him something. I greeted him and my cousin wanted to know what a roast game meant, whether it was a deer or a pig. He replied annoyed: “It’s just wild!” I immediately asked: what's wrong with you? Why are you so unfriendly? I was just speechless when he said: If you don't like it, go somewhere else! I've been living in Germany for almost 20 years, I've never experienced anything like this! I had never heard from anyone before: go somewhere else! I stood up and said I wanted to speak to the manager. To which he shrugged his shoulders and left. I'm behind, I say several times, call your supervisor! He disappears into the kitchen. I ask the other cellars, they all shrug their shoulders and look away! What is that?!!! Completely unprofessional and disgraceful! I felt so humiliated! As a human! As a woman! As a foreigner! What didn't suit you???? Then the superior came and said distantly: I'm sorry that you saw the situation that way! What can I say about that? I very much hope that they themselves end up in such a situation where they feel so degraded and humiliated in front of their guests. Maybe only then, and only maybe, will you consider what's going wrong.

The price-performance ratio was very satisfactory, the food was excellent and the drink was also served very quickly. We were very disappointed with the service as the staff acted very unprofessionally. The waiter couldn't handle the fact that he didn't get a tip at all. And got cheeky while walking….

Had a "small snack" of Obazda and mushrooms in cream sauce with Knödel which we shared for 2. Really good. Terrace was open, not too busy although Easter weekend. They had Oktoberfest brew which was, naturally, really good. Service friendly and efficient. Prices normal. Will definitely come back

The brewery tour is highly recommended. At the end there was something delicious to eat.

We went for lunch with a group of 15 people. Food very good! Service quick and very friendly. We had fun with the service. 🤣 She is an original. That's why we were there again the next day and without a reservation, shortly before 9 p.m. we got a table for 10 people 👏 and also warm food. THANKS!

Somehow getting old. You expect more from the name. Eating in Own restaurant was middle class, many things not freshly made. Knuckle not crispy, spaetzle bought. Furnishings neither rustic nor modern. The staff was nice, but my problem with the billing could not be resolved for two days. Quote: yes, my colleague doesn't speak German very well, I was told when I left. Everything was very clean! Not enough for over €200 a night!

The Erdinger Gasthaus convinced us across the board. The food was not only very tasty, but also freshly prepared and lovingly presented. The service was very friendly, attentive and always tried to make sure we had an unforgettable evening. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, just right for a relaxing evening with family or friends. We would love to come back and can highly recommend the Erdinger Gasthaus!

Great service and super delicious food. Especially in the inn, Angelika gave us such great advice and provided us with everything our hearts desired. It's rare to find a service like this anymore. I can only recommend it to anyone who comes to Erding. Thank you again for everything, we will definitely be back.

I only rate the inn. We really liked it there. Rustic, cozy... reasonable price/performance ratio. 0.5 liters of wine for 4.60 euros... you can only dream of that in the hotspots of the Palatinate. Pork knuckle was crispy and very tasty. Points are deducted for the slightly rubbery potato dumplings. And our waitress, who took 30 minutes to clear up. Otherwise worth a visit!

Way too expensive! For 4 nights, the hotel website paid over 845 euros, parking and breakfast (!!!!!) NOT included! Room smell very strange and musty. Breakfast OK but not really special. I've stayed in other major cities, such as London, for less money and with better quality and nicer accommodation. I definitely won't be booking here again! At the reception they said that they were not responsible for what the booking platform required. It's strange when I book it via the hotel's homepage! :-(!

I was a guest at the hotel because I was attending a training course there. When I arrived in the morning, I couldn't even find the hotel entrance right away because there were no signs. Only when I asked a friendly gentleman passing by did I find the long hallway leading to the entrance behind the building. Unfortunately, there were no signs indicating that the "night entrance" had to be used even during the day. Arriving at the reception desk, there were three ladies crammed into the small reception area. Two of the ladies didn't even smile when greeting me. I felt very unwelcome. The room itself was very clean. The only thing that really annoyed me was the air conditioning/heating control in the room. It glows so brightly that the entire room was illuminated at night. I also found it very unpleasant that the church, which was directly outside my room window, rang every 15 minutes until 11 p.m. and every 15 minutes starting at 6 a.m. Considering that the room costs €155 per night with breakfast, I find this inappropriate (the distance to the church was maybe 30 meters from the window!). The restaurant/inn, with the exception of two very nice ladies, is staffed exclusively by interns and temporary workers, who unfortunately didn't speak or understand German very well. The "waiters" touched the tops of the glasses when serving, which is extremely unhygienic! The cleanliness of the cutlery and glasses was also unfortunately not ideal. I repeatedly found fingerprints and food residue on the dishes. The breakfast buffet was unfortunately located in the farthest corner of a small side corridor and had the feel of a side corridor with storage. While the selection was quite extensive, there were unfortunately no juices, and I found the layout rather poorly laid out. The buffet was also relatively far from the breakfast dining room. Here, too, I didn't know where breakfast was served when I first walked in, and only after asking was I shown where to go. The temporary workers just stared at me without asking if I needed any help. Overall, the hotel was fine for a one-night stay for a training course. But nothing more. If I didn't have to, I wouldn't come back!

Was charged a tip without saying anything after I told the waiter one of the dishes was terrible. He said he misunderstood tbat I wanted to tip after telling him I disliked the food. The rest of the food was fine but this kind of actions/service makes you not want to repeat again. No kindness after we disliked the food, nothing. Very bad to be honest, I have never seen anything like that even though I always tip when the food/service is good.

The hotel seems like to have stopped in time. It looks like something from old century. Everything very clean though. The service and the staff was always very helpful and with a nice smile on their faces. The location is good, since its right at the main town square. Walking distance to anything. But not to the Erding Therme. The rooms are as old looking as the hotel itself. And on the room they gave me had a very annoying problem with the heating fan. Which it was making a very loud noise. The breakfast was modest but at least with a good coffee. The menu at the hotel restaurant had very few options. But the food was good. Overall, I'd say is a good stay for a few days.

Great location in the city Center. 5 min from Therme Erding by car. Has a few shops close by. The beer and food were great!

I didn't stay at the hotel so I can only report on the restaurant and can't recommend it. Carelessly prepared food that is neither convincing in terms of taste nor quality. Simply mass processing for tourists...if they want to taste good Bavarian cuisine, they should go somewhere else.

Unfortunately I can only say something about the restaurant, which was all very good in terms of service and staff. Price was also completely okay. Simply great.
