Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant, das wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen können! Schon beim Betreten begeistert das außergewöhnliche Ambiente des historischen Bahnhofs. Das Gebäude wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und ist absolut sehenswert. Hier trifft Geschichte auf eine stilvolle und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Der Service war hervorragend – aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Essen hatte ein sehr gutes Niveau, war geschmacklich ausgezeichnet und ansprechend präsentiert. Ein rundum gelungener Restaurantbesuch. Wer in Konz ist, sollte sich dieses besondere Lokal nicht entgehen lassen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Ambiente ist nach wie vor sehr schön. Und das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Das Personal war sichtlich bemüht und sehr nett, aber leider etwas überfordert. Die Auswahl hält sich in Grenzen und ist preislich gehoben.

Hallo Wir waren heute hier essen und leider auch bei dem neuen Betreiber waren wir enttäuscht. Die Speisekarte ist äußerst überschaubar. Schnitzel im allen Varianten, Flammkuchen und ein paar Salate. Geschmacklich leider enttäuschend. Schnitzel angeblich „handgeklopft“, fragt sich nur von wem, sahen eher nach Fertigware aus, dazu kein Geschmack. Die Pfeffersauce hatte den Namen nicht verdient. Flammkuchen „naja“ Salat mit Putenbrust war wohl in Ordnung. Also kein Wiederkommen geplant. Schade ——————— Die Rezession, siehe unten, ist 4 Jahre alt und zu dieser Zeit war alles in Ordnung. Zuletzt war die Performance eher unterirdisch. Jetzt gab es endlich einen Wechsel des Betreibers. Ob jetzt wieder alles so läuft wie es sein sollte, werden wir in den nächsten Tagen testen. Es wäre wirklich, wenn Konz wieder ein vernünftiges Restaurant hätte. ————— Vor 4 Jahren: Zum ersten Mal hier, sehr schön. Endlich ein echtes Restaurant in Konz. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleine Karte, dafür alles auf sehr gutem Niveau zubereitet. Netter Service. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Für Imbiss Qualität ok, aber von so einer Location erwartet man sich mehr. Somit ist preislich noch viel Luft nach unten. Die Bestuhlung hätte auch gerne Sitzkissen gesehen (im Biergarten). Schnitzel waren recht flach und schienen mir frittiert zu sein. Anstatt vorweg zu fragen was man trinken möchte (bei 30 Grad) wartet man erst geduldig auf die Karte. Auch dann wird nicht nach Getränken gefragt. Erst wenn man essen bestellt. Zusammenfassend gesagt, Essensqualität Imbiss Niveau. Schade für das schöne Ambiente.

Das Lokal hat am Dienstag gerade erst wiedereröffnet. Es werden gut bürgerliche Gerichte angeboten. Die Karte soll laut Service-Kraft im Laufe der Zeit erweitert werden. Das Essen war geschmacklich gut und der Preis angemessen. Die Service-Kräfte waren alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Dies war nicht unser letzter Besuch.

Wir waren heute abend zu zweit dort und haben sehr leckeres Essen (Salate+Apfelstrudel als Dessert) und Trinken draußen im gemütlichen Biergarten genossen - und das nach dem Inhaberwechsel zu humanen, erschwinglichen Preisen!! Wir waren erst vor höchstens 2-3 Monaten dort und da waren Essen und Service klasse! Daraufhin heute nochmal spontan vorbei geschaut, von den damaligen tollen Gerichten war kein einziges mehr auf der Karte. Die Karte wurde komplett überarbeitet und jetzt gibt es mehr oder weniger nur noch Bistro-Gerichte (hauptsächlich Schnitzel, Flammkuchen und überteuerte Salate). Schade, ist anscheinend ein neuer Besitzer. Dann sollte man allerdings die Bilder / Menü auf Google ändern, dort werden gewisse Gerichte wie Original Wiener Schnitzel noch angepriesen. Für solche Bistro-Gerichte kommen wir nicht mehr. Sehr schade

Wir haben Tische vor Wochen vor der Erstkommunion reserviert, eine Woche vor der Kommunion nochmal Rücksprache gehalten. An dem Kommunionstag wusste das Personal von Nix, der Tisch war nicht geschmückt, keine Ambiente. Viele Getränke waren ausverkauft, und beim Abräumen unserer Tische von anderen Gäste Brotkörbe etc. bei uns hintergelassen... es war sehr erniedrigend! Das Einzige, was 2 Sterne verdient hat, war der Kellner, der dem Kommunionkind, der zum Boden zerstört war, paar Kaffeekekse als Geschenk angeboten hat...

Wunderbar umgebauter alter Bahnhof. Ein Abstecher lohnt sich, allein schon wegen der vielen Fotos an der Wand… aber das Essen war auch lecker.

Alles in allem normal. Ansonsten nichts zum Essen und Service, wir haben fast alles vergessen.

All you can eat heißt dort 1 Teller mit 9 Scampies !!!! Mit Diskussion und Hinweis daß es ja All you can eat heißt und wir bei der Reservierung auch nachgefragt haben, gab es dann nochmal einen Teller voll....als wir dann noch einen Nachschlag wollten hieß es : es gäbe nichts mehr, man müsste auch noch was für andere Gäste aufheben! Erst nachdem erneut diskutiert wurde und wir erklärt haben was all you can eat heißt, haben sie sich bereit erklärt noch was zu bringen. Wir fühlen uns verarscht. Und was mir auch noch ganz übel aufgestoßen ist war das der Kellner anscheinend in einem billigen Aftershave gebadet hat .

Der Historische Bahnhof in Konz ist eine wirklich schöne und stilvolle Location – das Restaurant ist gut ausgestattet und bietet ein angenehmes Ambiente. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch, dass wir freie Platzwahl hatten. Allerdings ließ der Service deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Wir bestellten zunächst Wasser, das lediglich abgestellt, aber nicht eingeschenkt wurde. Beim Wein hingegen wurde sehr großzügig eingeschenkt. Der Kellner war insgesamt wenig aufmerksam und hat sich während unseres Aufenthalts kaum um den Tisch gekümmert. Bei der Vorspeise (Carpaccio) kam es bereits zu einer kleinen Unstimmigkeit: Das Gericht wurde zunächst bei meiner Frau abgestellt, obwohl es für mich bestellt war. Zudem wurden zwei kleine Teller gebracht, obwohl die Vorspeise nur für eine Person gedacht war. Die Hauptgänge kamen erst etwa 50 Minuten nach der Vorspeise, was den Eindruck vermittelte, dass die Bestellung möglicherweise vergessen wurde. Meine Frau hatte ein Rumpsteak medium bestellt, bekam es jedoch eher medium well serviert. Mein Schnitzel wurde wiederum zunächst meiner Frau serviert. Geschmacklich war das Essen insgesamt gut, allerdings war der Spargel deutlich zu hart. Beim Abräumen haben wir die Kritik ruhig angesprochen. Uns wurde gesagt, dass es weitergegeben wird, jedoch erhielten wir keinerlei Rückmeldung dazu. Fazit: Eine tolle Location mit grundsätzlich schmackhaftem Essen, allerdings mit klaren Schwächen im Detail und vor allem im Service. Für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität erwartet.

Sehr schönes Ambiente im wirklich sehr schön renovierten alten Hauptbahnhof. Essen 4/5 Ambiente 5/5. Preise sind etwas gehoben, aber nicht übertrieben.

Ein wirklich besonderes Restaurant. Schon beim Reinkommen fallen sofort die beeindruckend hohen Decken und die stilvolle Einrichtung auf, das ganze Ambiente wirkt sehr angenehm entspannt. Das Essen hat das Niveau absolut bestätigt. Ich hatte das Lachsfilet mit Reis. Der Lachs war perfekt gegart, die Sauce fein abgestimmt und insgesamt einfach richtig gut. Besonders positiv sind mir auch die Kellner aufgefallen, die allesamt aufmerksam, freundlich und präsent waren, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Was ich ebenfalls sehr geschätzt habe: Man kann sich dort richtig gut unterhalten. Keine unangenehme Lautstärke, sondern eine Atmosphäre, in der man gerne sitzen bleibt. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung sowohl fürs Essen als auch für das Gesamtgefühl.

Ambiente und Essen sind wirklich erstklassig, Geschmack und Qualität top. Beim Service ist allerdings Luft nach oben. Es hat nach dem Platzieren anfangs fast 20 Minuten gedauert, bis nach Getränkewünschen gefragt wurde und in zweieinhalb Stunden Aufenthalt wurde nur einmal auf Nachfrage nochmals eine Bestellung aufgenommen - wir waren mit 6 Personen dort und hätten alle wesentlich mehr getrunken. Schade.

Service, selbstbedienung. Ist aber Super

Sehr schönes Ambiente und gutes Essen. Nur leider hat uns gestört, dass ein Mitarbeiter des Bedienungspersonals sich ständig in die Haare greift. Wir finden das unhygienisch. Sonst können wir diese Restaurant weiterempfehlen.

Leider waren nur 2 (die Armen) im Service, hat dann halt gedauert. Da wir aber gerne länger brauchen (hatten lecker Aperitif und dann Weinchen) hat es uns nicht gestört. Andere schon.

Ich habe dieses Restaurant in den letzten Monaten dreimal besucht, um es objektiv zu beurteilen, sowohl zum Mittag- als auch zum Abendessen. Ich kam nach langer Zeit wieder, da die Qualität des Restaurants in den letzten Jahren merklich nachgelassen hatte. Nach meinen jüngsten Erfahrungen muss ich zugeben, dass sich die Situation nicht verbessert hat – und ich plane nicht, in den nächsten ein bis zwei Jahren wiederzukommen. Warum? Das Gebäude, in dem sich das Restaurant befindet, ist ein architektonisches Juwel und gehört zu den besten in Konz. Von einem Restaurant in diesem Gebäude würde ich erwarten, dass es sich in derselben Kategorie bewegt. Die Speisekarte ist, wie üblich, überschaubar, und die meisten Gerichte, die ich dort gegessen habe, entsprachen dem, was man in Deutschland erwartet. Was das Restaurant jedoch beeinträchtigt, ist der Service, der in vielerlei Hinsicht unaufmerksam ist. Einmal, nachdem wir lange auf einen Platz warten mussten, nahmen wir zu zweit einen Vierertisch in einem fast leeren Restaurant. Wir hatten uns für einen Tisch am Fenster entschieden. Der Kellner erschien endlich und erteilte uns eine Lektion: Wir sollten beim nächsten Mal am Eingang auf ihn warten – oder einen kleinen Zweiertisch nehmen. Beim Servieren von Speisekarte, Getränken und Essen ging es dann noch langsamer zu als bei seinen unwillkommenen Belehrungen. Ein paar Wochen später kehrte ich mit zwei anderen Personen dort zum Mittagessen ein. Da ich wusste, wie streng sie mit ihren Abläufen umgehen, war ich überrascht, eine Dame mit drei Hunden zu sehen, die sich ohne Wartezeit an einen Vierertisch setzte. Ich hatte eigentlich nicht vor, im ZOO zu Mittag zu essen, aber die Hunde benahmen sich zum Glück. Vor Kurzem war der Service in unserer Dreiergruppe extrem langsam, und selbst unsere Getränke in Flaschen dauerten 15 Minuten. Das Essen war bestenfalls mittelmäßig, und der Salat im Caesar Salad bestand aus dem gelben Mittelteil, den man normalerweise in den Kompost wirft. Nachdem ich fast zwei Stunden dort verbracht hatte, musste ich dreimal nach der Rechnung fragen. Um ehrlich zu sein: Ich verstehe, dass es an diesem geschäftigen Tag unerwartet Personalmangel und damit längere Wartezeiten gab. Aber ein „Entschuldigung“ oder „Die Getränke gehen aufs Haus“ wäre mir lieber gewesen als ausdruckslose Gesichter ohne Interesse und sichtlich enttäuscht über das fehlende Trinkgeld. Kurzum: Warten wir am Historischen Bahnhof Konz auf einen Zug mit besserem Essen – und vor allem besserem Service 😉. Hoffentlich kommt er pünktlich.

Tolles Restaurant mit hervorragendem essen und zuvorkommendem Service.

Tolles Ambiente, sehr besonders und gemütlich, lecker, sehr guter Service, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, alles zur besten Zufriedenheit, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider ein durchweg enttäuschender Besuch. Essen: Das Essen war nichts Besonderes. Die Ingwer-Möhren-Suppe hatte keinerlei Tiefe und wirkte fad. Das Kalbsschnitzel war zwar handwerklich gut gebraten und souffliert, doch das Fleisch hatte offensichtlich überhaupt kein Salz gesehen. Die Pommes waren eine Zumutung: komplett fettig, regelrecht in Fett gebadet. Getränke: Zum Aperitif bestellte ich ein Glas Sekt. Auf der Karte steht lediglich „Glas Sekt“. Auf meine Frage, ob dieser Brut ausgebaut sei, konnte der Kellner keine Antwort geben – schlimmer noch: Er verstand die Frage inhaltlich überhaupt nicht, bejahte sie dann aber irgendwann. Natürlich war der Sekt nicht Brut. Auf Nachfrage an der Theke, an der extra eine Fachkraft nur für Getränke zuständig war, erhielt ich ebenfalls keine Auskunft. Aussage: „Wir haben eine Hausmarke.“ Mir wurde schließlich die Flasche mit den Worten „Bitte, können Sie gucken“ hingestellt. Darauf stand klar und deutlich „Dry“. Service & Ambiente: Der Service war ebenso enttäuschend. Unser Kellner war nicht in der Lage, Blickkontakt herzustellen. Während er die Bestellung aufnahm, bediente er mit der rechten Hand sein Handy, die linke steckte in der Hosentasche. Dazu tänzelte er hin und her und schaute ständig in der Gegend herum. Die Krönung: Das eigentlich schöne, historische Ambiente wurde abrupt zerstört, als eine größere Essensbestellung mit einem Servierwagen direkt an unserem Tisch vorbeigeschoben wurde – ein Wagen, wie man ihn zuletzt aus Kindergarten oder Krankenhaus kennt. Als kurz darauf auch noch die Getränkebestellung (vier Gläser!) mit demselben Wagen serviert wurde, war vom Ambiente endgültig nichts mehr übrig. Insgesamt leider ein Erlebnis, das weder dem Anspruch noch dem Ambiente gerecht wird. Keine Empfehlung.

Wir hatten einen Tisch zum Thema "Italienischer Abend" reserviert. Unser Fazit: Für knapp 50€ pro Person war das Menue durchschnittlich und der Sänger schlecht platziert. Wir bekamen zwar auf Wunsch einen anderen Tisch als direkt neben dem Sänger aber in der hinteren Halle war es sehr ungemütlich. Wir hatten uns von dem Abend mehr erwartet. Der Service war sehr freundlich!

Wunderbare Idee, köstliches und gesundes Essen, hervorragender Service. Ich empfehle die gebackenen Feigen, den Veggie-Burger und die Ofenkartoffel. Auch die Salate sind fantastisch.

Great atmosphere, excellent service, small menu, very good food!

We had reserved a table for 5 pm today via OpenTable. According to OpenTable, I could even have booked for 4:45 pm. When we arrived shortly before 5 pm, the door was locked. So we wandered around for a few minutes. At 5 pm, the door was indeed open, but we were told that they weren't actually open until 5:30 pm. However, we could sit down and have a drink until the kitchen opened. We politely declined and left. That's not what we call service. Perhaps the information on OpenTable should be updated.

The ambiance is great, stylish, and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. The restaurant has been beautifully renovated. However, the food leaves much to be desired. The fries tasted like old oil, and the Wiener Schnitzel wasn't crispy. The portion sizes were rather small and therefore not commensurate with the somewhat higher price. The dessert was okay, but nothing more – and again, the price was far too high for my taste. The service staff, on the other hand, did a good job.

Everything was perfect here. We only stopped by briefly today for tea and dessert while others enjoyed lunch, and we received first-class service. With hot chocolate with cream and crème brûlée, or tea with apple crumble, we were able to escape the everyday world for a few moments. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful historic place, meticulously restored. The service was very attentive and considerate. We'll gladly come back for a meal next time. Looking forward to it!

Unfortunately, the ambiance and food quality aren't close to each other. The vegetables resemble frozen Balkan vegetables (buttered vegetables with peppers). Unfortunately, the Wiener schnitzel wasn't flattened, and the breading wasn't souffléd. The fries were also completely lacking in flavor. The service is friendly.

The food doesn't even come close to matching the ambiance. A beautifully restored historic train station, but the dishes are more than average. A standard menu with burgers, baked potatoes, etc. The mushrooms on the baked potato were cold. However, the price is high. The service is friendly and attentive, but unfortunately overwhelmed; they couldn't even bring menus to our table, so we had to "borrow" them from the neighboring table.

A la carte or lunch. Good restaurant with a nice, small menu. The food is VERY good. Service is friendly and discreet. Low noise level. Dogs allowed. Always happy to return.

Although there were only two people serving and it was unusually busy for a Wednesday evening, you couldn't tell. No one seemed stressed, overwhelmed, or even unfriendly. Quite the opposite. We did have to wait a bit longer, but we saw what was going on and were completely understanding. It's not fast food, after all 😉 The food was delicious, and the ambiance is really cozy and chic. We'd love to come back. Deserves 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The food, service, and decor are highly recommended. As a train station, it's quite loud, even at moderate capacity and despite the soft music.

Drawn by the beautiful location and the good reviews, we happened to arrive on Thursday Steak Night and were served a fantastic steak for only 24 euros. Together with the delicious pepper sauce, it was a real treat! Friendly and helpful staff provided the perfect finishing touch.

We ordered a bottle of wine with our meal, but without any real explanation, we were served a different wine. My wife ordered a salad with chicken strips and was served chicken breast. They swapped it out by cutting the chicken breast into small pieces and placing it on a salad.

This was our first time here. The food and service weren't impressive.

The food is okay, but the price/performance ratio is only average. The service is very attentive. The terrace is lovely, and the interior is superbly ambiance, which suggests exclusive dining, but unfortunately, it doesn't live up to that. Overall, it's okay: a great atmosphere with average food. So, the food still needs improvement, despite the great atmosphere.

Very tasty food, at weekends lunch is only a la carte, other days you can order from the lunch menu.

Friendly and competent staff! The overall atmosphere is very pleasant, and the staff is also very friendly and competent. I enjoy visiting this restaurant again and again!

The ambiance in the old train station was very good. Beer garden lacking in atmosphere... A little more greenery would have been nice. Seating comfort could be greatly improved. The food was unworthy of the overall experience. Veal schnitzel from the deep fryer. Fries and schnitzel tasted rancid, and such a small portion for such a high price. Everything looked so unappealing and tasted like it had been reheated. The high price of €27 for this mini portion and the inferior quality was very disappointing. The service was very good and very receptive to criticism, taking our complaint very seriously. Otherwise, it would have received even fewer stars. And the restaurant was sparsely staffed, so there's no excuse for the kitchen being overloaded. You can't build long-term customer loyalty like that. In my opinion, this requires a complete reorientation. I'm definitely not coming here anymore.

The staff was very attentive. The food was good and plentiful. The price was reasonable for the quantity and quality.

A meal together as a family should touch all the senses. We were able to enjoy it, were warmly welcomed without prejudice, and were able to gain new experiences. Wonderful.

45 minutes for two meals, and the hamburger was still cold. When you walk in, you're immediately checked in, no thanks. The atmosphere is very nice, but if you look in the corners, it's dirty and there are crumbs from the last customer, and it's too expensive for this kind of food. Some chip shops are better.

What a fantastic experience! The restaurant is situated in a beautiful location, in the historic Konz train station. The atmosphere is particularly charming and authentic. The food was excellent – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The prices were surprisingly reasonable, especially compared to the Netherlands. We spent less than €200 for five people, including drinks. Incredible value for money! The service was perfect, exactly as you'd expect: friendly, attentive, and professional. A 10 out of 10! As the icing on the cake, we were even given a dessert on the house – a small gesture, but it made our evening complete. In short: this restaurant is an absolute must-try for anyone in the area. We will definitely be back!

Konz's Historic Train Station is an oasis in Konz's culinary desert. We may not have found the other good restaurants, but we had an excellent meal at the station and received friendly, authentic service. Thank you for that.

We've enjoyed eating at the Historic Train Station for years. Today, the service was as friendly and attentive as ever, although at times overwhelmed due to being simply understaffed. Drinks and food were still served promptly. Unfortunately, the menu has been significantly reduced, and classics like the conductor's pan are no longer available. Apparently, children or families are no longer the target audience, because the children's menu...is no longer available either. However, upon request, you can get frozen nuggets for the same price as the homemade ones, with a handful of fries. Two years ago, it was 5 stars, today it was only good enough for 3 stars. We were disappointed today and won't be coming back for a while.

Great, quiet location with a historical building with a nice outside seating area. Cosy atmosphere inside. It took a while until the waiter came to our table despite a small number of customers. It also took quite a while until the food was delivered. The veggie burger was really nice, but the boiled rice of the chicken breast dish far too dry - the cook should have noticed that, that's a QA issue. Given the somewhat elevated prices of the restaurant, the service and the dry boiled rice spoiled the overall experience. They need to make an effort to live up to the standard set by their prices.

Family dinner with 20 people I felt like I was in a kebab shop. The quality has deteriorated so much. Greetings and ordering were addressed informally. I don't really care – but it bothered some of us. Orders were taken after 30 minutes. I'm used to ordering drinks first, then food. Today, both were taken at the same time. After (almost) everyone had their drinks, we had already been sitting at the table for an hour. Then one of the first meals arrived. Of course, you can be a nitpicker – I can also pick up the ordered drink myself at the counter. Perhaps the service staff is a bit overwhelmed. But everything comes together here. The steak we ordered was dry and cooked all the way through. It was returned. Burgers were cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. Chicken breasts were partially cooked and dry. Another chicken breast was not really cooked. It was nicely presented for us. The side salad can be forgotten. OK – when we asked "I'll bring it right away," unfortunately, there was no response. This was definitely my last time here. Especially given the turnover at our small table, we could have spent lunch somewhere better, with more friendliness and better service. What a shame :-( The funniest part came after we paid. As we were leaving, the waiter approached us and said he'd forgotten to charge us for a few drinks. Then our hostess paid for it – unprofessional.

I've always enjoyed visiting this restaurant. I had my favorite dishes, which, for whatever reason, were removed from the menu. Now the menu is considerably smaller, but I still think it's delicious. An absolute highlight in Konz! This historic train station impresses not only with its beautifully restored ambiance, brimming with charm and history, but also with its excellent food and consistently warm service. The dishes were fresh, creative, and incredibly delicious—you can taste the quality in every bite. I would especially like to emphasize the extremely friendly and attentive service—you feel welcome from the very first moment. Families with children are also in good hands here: child-friendly, relaxed, and with loving attention to detail. A place to feel good and return to—highly recommended!

I went there for breakfast with my two daughters for the first time today, and we were absolutely thrilled. The service was excellent and super friendly. The buffet was very varied, plentiful, and beautifully presented. We look forward to our next visit.

We wanted to eat a salad in the heat outside (37°C). Unfortunately, it was just as warm inside the restaurant. Nevertheless, we decided to stay. The salad was unfortunately as warm as the restaurant itself, and the bread basket with dips we ordered with it was COMPLETELY dried out. When we complained, we were told that the bread had been sitting in a draft all day 😫 (a very poor excuse). In any case, I complained about the meal, noting that I didn't want to pay for the bread basket (almost untouched). It was actually listed on the bill anyway and was only removed after we asked again. First and last visit

I can't understand the many good reviews. Four of us have been here twice now. Little choice of food, but the dishes were rather low-quality. The steak we ordered rare was cooked to death, and the rare had to be explained first. The burger was extremely sweet, but unfortunately, it didn't overpower the taste of the cheap meatball patty. The fries were good. The salads had the style and dressing of a doner kebab garnish. The service was friendly, which is two stars for that, but inappropriately chummy and unfortunately very, very slow. We went to the bar to order our last round of drinks because no one else was coming. Last visit there...

We found out through Facebook that they've recently added a breakfast buffet. So we made a reservation right away and went there for breakfast for the first time this morning. The breakfast was very plentiful, with something for everyone. A few minor points would have been the icing on the cake for us, which would have given us 5 stars, so it's 4.5, which is unacceptable. - It would be great if they had small bowls for the jam instead of having to pour it directly onto the plate. The bowls could also be edible :P - Since we generate quite a bit of waste, we repurposed a cereal bowl and put the packaging for butter, Nutella, etc. in it. A small tabletop trash can would be nice here, and they also come in stylish designs. - Something that bothers me most of the time is that there are no small bread knives for cutting the rolls. This way, you always end up "shredding" the rolls, which isn't very nice. ... admittedly, those were a few minor criticisms. Otherwise, we were very satisfied: - Delicious fruit salad - Extensive cold cuts and cheese platter - Several egg dishes like scrambled eggs, fried eggs, etc. - Several types of bread and rolls - Fruit like passion fruit, melons, etc. One thing is certain: we'll be back :)

The food was below average: frozen vegetables, instant sauce, and undercooked rice. Portion sizes varied greatly (for the same dishes).

The ambiance was great, although the bass of the music was a bit annoying. The service staff was very friendly! The food was ordinary, nothing special. The side salad had a poor dressing, and the lettuce also looked a bit worn. The carrots tasted like they came from a jar. 😕 The veal Wiener schnitzel is not recommended; it's tasteless. Everything was rather disappointing; I won't be eating at this restaurant again. It's a shame, after the great review on TV. The online menu is not up to date.

We highly recommend this restaurant. A fantastic location. The staff was super accommodating and extremely fond of children. The food was served warm, with fresh ingredients, even in the children's menus. The aperitifs were very well mixed. Kudos to the kitchen and the service! We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Haben dort Schnitzel bestellt die waren mit der merkwürdig aussehender grauen Panade nur 7-8 mm dick. Der Vegane Burger wurde aus der Karte genommen und dafür ein Curryreis Gericht angeboten. Auch Geschmackssache war nicht gut. Zum Abschluss eine für Fünf Euro eine heiße Schokolade.... ein heißes Wasser mit Kakaopulver und Sahne obendrauf die runterlief. Lieblos Geschmacklos nicht zu empfehlen.

It was pretty chaotic. Service was completely overwhelmed. Food was below average. I wanted to give it a try despite the many bad reviews. But I was proven wrong. I think it's stupid when Mr. Gülgen takes his guests for fools. Reviews are deleted here. Not particularly clever, though. Recently, there were a lot of 1-star reviews. Now there isn't even one. I find that very dishonest.

Compliments to the historic train station in Konz. We celebrated our son's communion there on May 3, 2025. The food and service were truly excellent. All of our guests were more than satisfied. Added to that is the uniquely beautiful building and the stylish furnishings. Best, Det Endres

What an atmosphere! A beautifully restored train station that is tastefully decorated. The service is young and committed ("You can choose a table for two."). After we were seated, the drinks were soon taken and served quickly, while the food order was taken. Barely ten minutes later the food was already there (!?). Pros: Generous portions. However, my Brussels sprouts and spinach curry could have used a little more salt and the Brussels sprouts a little more bite. At the same time, I would have liked the spinach to be chopped less...

Ich hatte hohe Erwartungen, immerhin erster Platz in mein Lokal dein Lokal. Ich hatte die Schnitzel da ich gerne Schnitzel esse, die waren so platt geklopft das ich vor lauter Parinate kein Fleisch raus schmecken konnte, dann lieber weniger auf dem Teller dafür aber das Gefühl das man Fleisch im Mund hat. Pommes kann man nichts falsch machen, aber Salat also so lieblos geschnitten das ich eine ganzes Radieschen in meiner Salatschale hatte und die Tomate war auch riesig nein auch das Auge isst mit. Ich werde nicht mehr so viel Geld bezahlen für so ein Essen das kommt ja noch hinzu

The restaurant is absolutely amazing! Very nice restored train station. The service is also very good and the food is great. The only point is that it can get a bit noisy when there are a lot of people in the large hall.

We've been here twice now. First of all, the food is very good. The Brussels sprouts and spinach curry in particular was something new and very delicious! Price-wise it seems okay to me too. On our last visit, however, the service left something to be desired. At the beginning everything went relatively quickly, but when we wanted to get the menu for dessert again, nothing came for a long time. At some point we asked the waiter again and his reaction seemed as if he had forgotten that we had asked for cards. The wait for dessert was a bit long. But he was friendly (: What I noticed on both visits was that the music was a bit loud. It's beautiful and suits my taste exactly, but the volume is a bit much. Lowering it a bit wouldn't be bad. But all in one it's still good and nice :)

Were there for the company Christmas dinner. Beautiful, stylish and unique interior, the service was friendly, the prices were reasonable and the beer was cold 😁 Parking spaces from the restaurant itself, weakly signposted in the dark (to the left of the building), but there are plenty of parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. There is only one star deducted from the food based on your own taste, the herb salt on the steak was definitely too much for me. Otherwise it was great 👍

Chic building. Nice ambience. Ordered 2 starters about 60 minutes ago at 1:30 p.m. 2:30 p.m.: Service came and apologized: I forgot to give the starter I ordered to the kitchen, which is now closed. The drinks and 1 bread basket (which I can still finish) are on the house.

So enttäuschend! Dieses Restaurant hat leider eklatant beim Thema Speisenqualität und Service nachgelassen! Nach der damaligen Eröffnung ein absoluter Gewinn für die Region - kulinarisch als auch beim Ambiente und dem Gesamteindruck des Personals - mittlerweile aber leider Null-acht-fünfzehn- Niveau mit überteuerten Preisen. Am 4. Adventswochenende nahezu leer gefegt, kaum Gäste anwesend, und dennoch ewig langes Warten auf den Service und das Essen.... Getränkebestellungen wurden sogar komplett vergessen, das Essen wurde nahezu kalt serviert, der Beilagensalat wurde auch nach Hinweis des Fehlens nicht nachgeliefert, die Gesamtqualität leider mangelhaft (Cesars-Salad meiner Tochter unzureichend geputzt, an Dressing wurde dramatisch gespart, der Lachs meines Mannes eine absolute Miniversion, mein Steak leider nicht medium wie gewünscht, sondern durch und dennoch nur noch lauwarm).... Außerdem wurde offensichtlich an Heizkosten gespart, was den Abend ungemütlich anmuten ließ. Positiv zu bewerten waren der Brotkorb mit einer wirklich guten Brotauswahl und das Ambiente des Gebäudes - deshalb 2 Sterne..... Leider wird dieses Restaurant aus unserer persönlichen Lieblingsliste gestrichen!
