See here an average of 30 euros, which is possible if you eat a burger. You pay at least 40 euros for a steak. Enough choice and the food was good. We had burgers and grill, all were good. There are mainly Dutch sing-alongs on (fairly loud), so it is full of Dutch audiences. We thought it was fun, but you have to love it.

We had a good meal, but the staff was very pushing us to order food even though we first wanted something to drink, once we had finished eating our plates were taken away almost immediately and we were pushed to pay and leave . When paying I had to ask for my change (over 11 euros) and it was immediately assumed that this was a tip. In short, the food was good, but don't sit here when it's busy if you want a relaxed meal

The food is very good, but unfortunately a bit expensive (Ceasar salad for just under €20) You are also asked whether you have finished eating and whether you can take the plates with you, even though you are still eating the last bits. Otherwise it was very good.

Shakira is a nice person to be served by, she brings life to the brewery. Hot chocolate with Bailey and whipped cream went well. Shakira also liked hot chocolate with rum and whipped cream. All in all a nice day and evening and a great time to spend in Hexe Bolker 4

If I could give 10 stars I certainly would. What a great tent. Great food and super friendly service. Even though the restaurant was filled with a total of 100 plus guests, the food was served very quickly. If I am in Dusseldorf again I will definitely come here again.

I've been coming here for years... The food is great and the service is quick and courteous. The drinks are perfect I have currently been here every evening for a week. Every dish is different but very classy.

I visited with colleagues on a business trip. It seems like the main focus is on German cuisine, but the atmosphere is multinational. There's cheerful music playing and a fun atmosphere. I ordered the rump steak and it came out on a griddle, which was a pleasant surprise. My colleague seemed happy with the schnitzel as well. The chocolate soufflé I ordered for dessert was also great!

Very popular place. The owner was very helpful in getting us a table. Lively atmosphere with good music. Excellent table service with professional, happy, and knowledgeable staff. You are paying for the great location but it is worth it as the food, drink and service is very good.

Saarland is super excited. 😍 Update a day later: We were warmly welcomed like regular guests. The food was perfect and sufficient. If I'm in Düsseldorf again, I'll definitely come back. The atmosphere is just great. The prices are completely ok. All in all, Saarland remains enthusiastic and will definitely come back.

The Essan wasn't bad BUT It's strange that after paying 70 euros for food, you have to pay someone 1 euro for the toilet. And when you want to pay, they charge you 2 euros more than on the bill...

I highly recommend the German pig's trotters. It only costs around 18 euros before 5pm. The skin is crispy and the meat is juicy and tender. The food is very delicious. The price will increase during dinner after 5pm. If you want to kill time during the day, you can go there. Take a seat~

10 11.2024. Bowling club 11 people, 6 p.m. meal time, 10x schnitzel with fries, all far dry, portions plentiful, but not edible, 1x spare ribs plentiful and the finest. Service staff friendly and prompt! The boss was very unfriendly! Summary, not recommended, rip-off, overpriced!!!

Ein paar Meter vom Rathaus/Marktplatz. Nicht top Lage, sondern auch sehr freundliches und angenehmes Personal. Wir hatten je ein ordentliches Wiener Schnitzel, das extrem schnell nach der Bestellung serviert wurde. Wir waren ausserdem erfreut, dass Ketchup und Mayo direkt ohne Nachfragen dabei war.

It is a classic beer restaurant, but the foods are very good and the service is fast enough. I will visit this place again when I'm back to Duesseldorf.

I love pepper schnitzel and especially the schnitzel in the Hexe. Unfortunately I was very disappointed today. No longer the delicious, juicy schnitzel, but a tough, dry and flat schnitzel. Hopefully you haven't switched to ready-made schnitzel now. It would be a shame. The spaghetti carbonara and drinks were very good as always. As always, the friendly service is worth highlighting.

Very good place to eat. We ordered the typical knuckle from there and some nachos to accompany it and everything was very delicious and more than enough for 2 people. The atmosphere with very pleasant background music. I recommend it

Food was good. Had the schweinehaxe — love the crispy skin. Food portions are huge and value for money in this area is spot on. Service was unbelievable. Hate seeing places like this being understaffed, but this was the opposite. You will not get parched in this locale. Great experience.

I had Schweinhaksen (pork trotters) and rib eye steak. I stopped by this place by chance during a short period of time during a business trip, and I am very satisfied. First of all, if you look at Schweinhaeksen, since this is his second time, his evaluation of himself has limitations. But what's especially good is the sour cabbage that looks like it's been squeezed into a bundle, and it's very attractive. The cabbage, pig's feet, and beer are amazing. If you request the steak separately, they provide salsa and cheese, and eating it together is very delicious. I live overseas, so I eat steak often, and it's different and good. I stopped by this place because I wanted to eat for experience, and it was so good that I ordered two and the beer and wine were great. The staff are also very friendly. I will stop by again next time I come. Pinot grigio wine is also delicious.
