FUYU台灣美食坊 in Düsseldorf

Sieht von außen nicht nach viel aus, darum sollte man reingehen. Ambiente ist ok, aber Essen steht wohl mehr im Fokus. Essen schmeckt ziemlich authentisch, so eine Suppe hatte ich auch schon öfter in Taipei.

Wir haben zum ersten Mal taiwanesisch gegessen, aber es war sehr lecker. Und wir wurden von den freundlichen Mitarbeitern sehr gut bedient 👍🏽

Köstlich, preiswert und der Kellner war super nett!

Ich hatte die Beef-Suppe und die Hähnchensuppe. Geschmacklich waren beide wirklich sehr gut und die Qualität der Zutaten hat mich überzeugt. Die Beef-Suppe für 16 € finde ich allerdings etwas teuer. Meinem Geschmack nach hätte die Brühe noch etwas mehr Salz vertragen, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Ob das Essen wirklich authentisch taiwanesisch ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen, da es mein erstes Mal mit der taiwanesischen Küche war. Insgesamt war es aber eine sehr gute Erfahrung und ich würde das Restaurant wieder besuchen.

Ich bestellte Nudeln mit eingelegter Senfknolle und Schweinefleischstreifen. Die Schüssel war riesig, aber die Nudeln selbst waren nicht besonders gut. Sie waren zwar gekocht, aber die Konsistenz erinnerte eher an halbgebackenen Teig – zäh und unangenehm. Die Brühe war durch die eingelegte Senfknolle nicht sauer genug, was etwas enttäuschend war. Hoffentlich schmeckt es besser, wenn ich beim nächsten Mal etwas anderes bestelle.

Kleines Restaurant mit köstlichen Gerichten, darunter leckere Gyoza (gefüllte Teigtaschen), knusprige Tintenfisch-Tentakel, Wan-Tan und Wan-Tan-Nudeln, Rindfleischnudeln, Garnelennudeln und gebratener Reis mit Schweinebauch und Ei. Nette Leute.

Mega leckere Ramen mit richtig guter Brühe und frischen Zutaten. 🍜 Sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre und freundlicher Service. Komme gerne wieder!

Meine Brühe war leider geschmacklos und bei den Garnelen wurde nicht der Darm entfernt. Ausserdem waren sie Tot gekocht. 3 Sterne weil sie es ohne Kompromiss zurück genommen haben. Ansonsten wären es nur 2 Sterne geworden.

Das Essen ist sehr authentisch und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Ich hab mich nett unterhalten können und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Bei meinem nächsten Düsseldorf Besuch komme ich gerne wieder. Es ist normalerweise schwer einen guten Taiwanesen zu finden.

Das Besondere an FUYU ist, dass die Gerichte von Natur aus in kleineren Portionen und zu günstigeren Preisen serviert werden. So kann man viele verschiedene Sachen bestellen und eine Vielzahl von Geschmacksrichtungen bei einer Mahlzeit probieren. Perfekt zum Teilen oder einfach, um die Speisekarte zu entdecken. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und gibt tolle Tipps, wie man das Essen noch besser genießen kann. Und ehrlich gesagt, selbst ein kurzer Besuch für eine gemütliche Teepause ist einfach herrlich. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Lust auf authentisches taiwanesisches Essen haben – oder einfach nur einen gemütlichen, schönen Moment genießen möchten!

Ich kann gar nicht in Worte fassen, wie sehr ich dieses Restaurant liebe! Der geschmorte Schweinefleischreis, die Schmorplatte und das Salz-und-Pfeffer-Hähnchen sind einfach unschlagbar! Unbedingt probieren, und der Preis ist auch super 🫶🏻 Jedes Mal, wenn ich dort bin, werde ich von einer netten jungen Dame bedient; sie ist sehr freundlich. Im Sommer gibt es sogar spezielle kalte Nudeln. Ich liebe dieses Restaurant ❤️

Schmeckt wie in Taiwan! Tolle Atmosphäre und schneller Service! Einmal hingehen reicht einfach nicht, um all die leckeren Gerichte auf der Speisekarte zu probieren.

Eine Stunde Zeit gehabt um den nächsten Zug zu bekommen und ein bißchen Hunger gehabt, bei Google nach was leckerem geschaut und hier gelandet. Absolut empfehlenswert und für den kleinen und günstigen Hunger. Die Bedienung war super nett und freundlich, Essen top und schnell am Tisch, es gibt nichts zu meckern und daher ein klare: Ja ! Ambiente ist bei dem kleinen Laden naturgemäß nicht soo im Vordergund aber das ist auch nicht wichtig.

Das geschmorte Schweinefleisch mit Reis war köstlich und preiswert und duftete herrlich. Ich weiß nicht, ob es Zimt oder etwas anderes war, aber es war auf jeden Fall sehr lecker. Außerdem war einer der Kellner ziemlich gutaussehend, fast wie aus einem taiwanesischen Teenie-Drama.

Mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant. Ich kommen manchmal nur dafür nach Düsseldorf. Das Essen schmeckt einfach unglaublich. Die ersten Male habe ich vegetarisch gegessen. Kann ich empfehlen. Esse ich trotz Fleischoptionen immer noch super gerne. Der Service ist absolut super und man kann alleine oder auch mit mehreren kommen. Kleiner Laden aber es ist trotz diesem absolut einmaligen Geschmack immer ein Platz frei.

Preis Leistung beeindruckend gut. Die Portionen sind echt groß. Das Restaurant ist sehr klein und nicht für große Gruppen gedacht. Es ist außerdem sehr leiser, da alle Gäste sich nicht so laut unterhalten. Durchaus angenehm! Die Bedienung ist freundlich und aufmerksam.

Hab vor einem Jahr hier gegessen. Ich war sehr zufrieden: nicht teuer, nicht überfüllt und man muss nicht anstehen, wichtig ist das Essen schmeckt sehr geil (obwohl es simple ist). Aber weil ich sehr wenig Salz esse, finde ich dies ein bisschen salzig 😅. Trotzdem sehr lecker und empfehlenswert!

Sehr zu empfehlen. 👍Schmeckt Taiwan 🇹🇼 raus, der Tofu und 排骨酥 Foto2 sogar besser als das, was wir in Taiwan Urlaub bekommen hatten. Koche und backe selber leidenschaftlich, merke, dass der Koch Kochen liebt und mit seinem Herzen kocht. 🫶💯 Die selbst gemachte Wurst und Ei habe nach Hause mitgenommen und heute zum Frühstück gegessen, ebenfalls gut. Werde noch mal hin, wenn wir wieder in Düsseldorf sind.

Delicious, cheap, and filling – a meal can be had for around 10 euros per person. I eat here several times every time I'm in Düsseldorf and I still crave it. The only downside is the limited seating; during peak hours you might have to wait or get takeout. Otherwise, it's perfect.

It's full of the flavor of home in Taiwan, and it makes people who miss home feel very homesick.

One of my favorite restaurants in Düsseldorf. Rather unassuming from the outside, but the food is incredibly delicious and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a large, delicious soup or a variety of small plates. Had pork rice here (No.18). The pork was soft and well cooked in soy sauce, very comforting with rice. Simple flavors, not fancy, but warm and satisfying. Good portion for the price. Nice place for an easy Taiwanese-style meal.

Absolutely delicious and incredibly affordable. The Taiwanese rice noodles were fantastic. Blanched pointed cabbage, fried tofu, and soy milk perfectly complemented everything. The mapo tofu was also really nice. So much of the food here is just so good. Highly recommended.

The environment was very comfortable and the restaurant had a warm atmosphere. Needless to say, the service was super friendly. The braised pork rice was very fragrant, but it was on the sweeter side for me. The side dishes, especially the cabbage, were delicious, and the fried tofu was also very tasty. The fried chicken cutlet brought back so many memories of home – highly recommended! The braised dishes were also very fragrant; they probably added some sesame oil. A must-try when visiting this city!

Super delicious and great value... Where can I find braised pork rice for 8 euros? It's generous without the added sauce. The fried chicken is so crispy and juicy, it's a real steal compared to pre-made fried chicken. The chili sauce seems homemade too; not spicy but fragrant! I was so satisfied and will definitely be back...! If they had some side dishes to help with the greasiness, it would appeal to a wider range of palates.

So what can I say: The best Taiwanese noodle soup restaurant there is? Fuyu is an insider tip, and simply delicious! The karaage is heavenly, as are the fried steamed dumplings. The No. 3, with chicken, is my favorite and very good. The veggie soup also has tofu in it, which could be seasoned a bit better, but otherwise it's simply wonderful❤️ The portions are really large, and all I can say is, it's a top-notch place. The service, specifically the chefs and the friend, is incredibly kind and sweet, everyone together❤️

Food 6/10: I only rated the beef noodles, which was below average. Taiwanese beef noodle soup isn't a dish you get here.

⭐Really cozy with its tiny tables and high bar, entrees written on wood planks hanging on the wall. The Chef ⭐The chef appears to take deep pride in his work and joy in seeing his customers happy. ⭐There’s an inviting charm of this tiny hole-in-a-wall place that now grandeur or glamour can compete with. ⭐My main concern about the food is that the sodium level in the soup is way too high for anyone’s health. If I worked in this neighborhood and went to this place regularly for lunch, my doctor will soon be very worried about my BP level. Otherwise it’s a lovely place.

Never tried Taiwan food before thats why it was little bit spécial for me. But as an asian it gives me a nostalgie of a little restaurant in my home town.

The noodles were handmade which isn’t written on the menu, they had the perfect texture, a bit bouncy not too soft but not too hard. The mapo tofu was amazing. Even the rice. The wontons in the wonton noodle soup were sooooooo good, super soft skin and a really flavourful filling. Sadly the broth was lacking a bit in flavour. Price wise it’s okay

Maybe his beef noodles suit the taste of this city. But this dish wasn't worth it for me, the soup was too salty and the noodles were weird. But the amount of beef is the only thing worth celebrating. What is sold is the feelings of foreigners towards their hometown.

Unfortunately had a bad experience. We ordered two noodle soups. The broth and noodles tasted almost like nothing (like water). The only vegetable available was a pak choi leaf. The chicken was totally soggy and didn't taste good. Unfortunately it was inedible. We could have donated the €30 instead. We shared our opinion there and the employee only said that the chicken was soggy because it was in the soup. We have a different opinion, in other restaurants the chicken tastes good even if it has become a little softer, but we have never experienced anything like this. We would have liked a different reaction. Unfortunately we cannot recommend the store.

The restaurant impresses with authentic dishes that are freshly prepared. The soups taste very good and in general Taiwanese cuisine is “something completely different”, which is good. The menu is clearly laid out and the prices are absolutely reasonable. The staff is friendly. The only drawback is the cleanliness of the restaurant. Here and there you can see dusty cobwebs, the furniture is very old and partly broken, the ventilation doesn't seem to work properly, so the walls, tables and chairs feel greasy and the clothes absorb all the smells very quickly. We could work on that.

Very tasty Taiwanese food for little money!! I always order the wonton soup or the soup with chicken strips. Very pleasant soup and it is very light on the stomach. The wantans with meat filling are also super tasty. Best Taiwanese food I've ever eaten. The shop is quite small but fortunately not so packed. In any case, a big recommendation from me!!

My girlfriend and I go here at least every 2 weeks. We wanted to try ramen in Little Tokyo at some point, but it was raining and everything was very crowded with queues, so we noticed the shop because no one was standing in front of it. We went in, sat down and were told if we decided quickly, an exception would be made because the kitchen was actually already closed, so we decided quickly and it's been our favorite restaurant ever since, there's nothing that Fuyu doesn't have tastes good, the real hit is the wonton noodle soup. The staff is super nice. 11/10 Never closes!

First restaurant we tried in Dusseldorf. The price was quite reasonable, the braised pork rice was good but the noodle lacked a bit of flavor to my taste.

We had a very good experience at Fuyu. The foods we ordered were Taiwan authentic. The braised pork rice was definitely the highlight and similar to those we tried in Taiwan. The pieces of braised pork were so soft that they just melted into the rice in my mouth. The portion was big enough for one person considering that it was quite hearty. The fried tofu was also very tasty. The crispy tofu was in harmony with the slightly sour salty sauce and the fragrance of chopped cilantro toppings. And the price was affordable at €8 per pork dish. The place was quite small with only 3 tables and places along the bar area. It would get quite noisy if all seats are taken. Cash is preferred although meastro card is possible. Credit cards are not accepted.

The proud boss packed so little rice and meat. And we just said she was immediately angry. We were totally shocked. I have never experienced someone so unfriendly and bitchy. It can't be true. Never, I would definitely not recommend it. Not at all !

Although it is Taiwanese food, it may have to cater to local tastes, but I think the overall taste is very different from Taiwan. I ordered several bowls of noodles and they were all very salty. The signature beef noodles were full of bean paste flavor, but the meat was much thicker. A group of us felt that the noodle soup was really too salty. The portions of side dishes are small and the prices are not low. There are many meals to choose from in the store, I think we After trying it, I probably won't come back again.

Homemade noodles - I noticed that immediately and also the great wontons. Of course I have a different Tawainese broth than the Japanese one, you have to get involved with the Immermann. The people who work here are friendly and personable. My first time learning Taiwanese.

I've been flying to Asia regularly for years, but I've never tasted such delicious Peking soup. I especially like to order them with noodles, which makes them even more filling. The place is small and authentic, which I like very much. The only disadvantage: Since it is quite small, you sometimes have to wait a little longer for a seat.

Good little Taiwanese restaurant with good prices. The rice with mapo tofu tasted quite good and according to my friend, the homemade noodles were very tasty. (I would try the noodles next time too) The menu is manageable (which is good for people who have difficulty making decisions!) and you take your own drinks from the fridge. The restaurant only has a few seats and can be quite cramped. The service is okay, but the food was good and served quickly. Payment only in cash or with EC card.

All delicious! It is recommended to add an egg to braised pork rice. Personally, I think noodles are better than braised pork rice. Although the salted crispy chicken only has four pieces, it is very big.

There is a lot of meat in this. I was completely full after just one bowl. The texture is also good. The noodles taste delicious. However, the soup is a little salty for me. It's a cozy place where you can feel comfortable eating alone. The portion size is really enough for the price. If I lived closer, I would definitely come here every week.
