Food - Doner kebab plate: Not tasty at all. The fries taste like ass, the meat is horribly germy. The best of the doner kebab plates came without any sauce at all 👍🏻 great. If I were you, I wouldn't order from here.

Too little didn't taste good either

Hello...I personally thought the place was great, but one day I ordered a burger that was supposed to come with a Coke. If it wasn't, I'm sorry. I didn't get my Coke, though. Also, the staff wasn't particularly polite, which I can understand. But even though they're busy, they could treat customers a bit more kindly.

I recommend the doner kebab with noodles but without the sauce. With plenty of vegetables, it's perfectly adequate! Very entertaining and hospitable owner. Football fans are always welcome. I was lucky enough to see the Süper Lig with a gala there on a Monday. All other restaurants in Schmalkalden stop serving food at 8 p.m. that day. Only the Heval Grill is recommended in Schmalkalden! ... Everything else in Schmalkalden is just "shabby fare" at best!!! Even 35 years of reunification, despite the solidarity tax and the complete modernization of the infrastructure, has still not been achieved! It's a good thing that the Osman restaurant doesn't care at all! Ta'mam!

Regretfully, my rating reflects my current experience. I have been a customer at your store for several years and have always been very satisfied with the service and quality. Unfortunately, the food on my last two orders was not good at all—it was overly salty and burnt. However, that is not the only reason for my low rating. What disappointed me even more was your staff's behavior toward my partner when he tried to buy food from you one day. He was treated rudely, abruptly, and anything but friendly. However, my rating is not final. It may change in the future if we have better experiences and more appropriate treatment on subsequent visits.

I've read a lot of negative reviews here, but I can't confirm them yet. I can't say anything about the delivery quality as I always enjoy my food on site. The ambience is exactly what you would expect from such a diner - not a gourmet restaurant, but clean and tidy. The team is always friendly towards me and the food is served quickly. I feel comfortable here. My favorite is the Dürüm: the dough is always fresh, the vegetables look attractive, and since the beginning of 2025 there has been even better meat. I'd love to come back! :)

As a well-known reviewer on Google Maps, I have to be honest in my reviews. The food here is absolutely delicious but the atmosphere in the restaurant is poor. It's hot inside which makes it uncomfortable to sit and eat. In my personal opinion, it is not pleasant to sit directly in front of the employees while you eat. I understand that the space is small and alternative solutions are difficult to find, but I suggest setting up an outdoor seating area in front of the restaurant. Especially in summer, sitting indoors feels like being in a sauna. Another point that really bothered me is the experience of ordering by phone. The employee was not friendly at all and even yelled at me and asked me to come to the restaurant to place my order. It may be that there was a lot of work at that moment, but this behavior is not justified. In summary, the food is very tasty but the atmosphere in the restaurant is poor. Service is generally good, but dealing with customers on the phone could be much better.

The pizzas are tasty and not greasy. Only yesterday we had a hair on the pizza when we ordered.

Something sweet in the kebab that didn't fit at all. Okay, it could be a matter of taste. But the meat from the day before doesn't work at all. The rest of the kebab skewer suggests this. Partly rock hard, partly soft. Vegetables and bread were in Oednung

First I had to wait over 1.5 hours for the food, then when I called I was told “yes, then the food has probably been lost, I'll make it again” and abruptly hung up. I still don't have the food yet. I just hope I get my money back somehow!

Was the last order. Drinks are constantly missing and recently the drivers have become cheeky and no longer walk the stairs. Last time he probably waited downstairs for 10 minutes until the fine gentleman finally came up. It also tastes rather bad than good. Look at the skewer, it has nothing to do with kebab 😂

If I could I would give 0 stars. I have never eaten a kebab like this in my life, the kebab bread was as if it had been dipped in water, it was soft and babbling, the cheese had no taste, it was like rubber, instead of garlic I had tzatziki It still tasted the same and had the same small pieces of cucumber as it did in the packaging. And it's not just this kebab I could keep writing.

I like to go there. Doner kebab and a large salad. . Simply good. Otherwise you don't treat yourself so much anymore. That always works.👍✨️

Essen war gut, Mitarbeiter freundlich, und schnell. Insgesamt sehr unruhig weil ständig das Telefon klingelt und sehr viel außer Haus geliefert wird. Also in Ruhe essen, unmöglich. Wie gesagt, essen gut, aber Ambiente bleibt leider ein Imbiss.

Ich habe eine Salami Pizza geholt und nach dem Essen ging es mir nicht mehr gut ich habe die ganze Nacht Durchfall gehabt bis frühs ich werde da keine Pizza mehr essen döner kammer essen und auch Salat und Döner Teller das kann mann essen und Nudeln mit Tomaten soße kann mann auch nicht essen die Die Soße schmeckt total salzig. Es war alles mal besser bei den sie lassen ganz schön nach.

Ich sage es als langjähriger Kunde, dass jedes Products Unternehmens mit äußerster Sorgfalt vorbereitet wird. Sie haben gerade 4 neue Kunden gewonnen :)

Für 6€ keine gute Pizza viel zu trocken und wenig drauf.

Essen schmeckt sehr gut aber Lieferung dauerte etwas länger als gesagt.

Ist bei Weitem das beste Dönergeschäft, was ich in der Region kenne. Das Fleisch ist super, das Gemüse immer frisch und der Service wirklich ausgezeichnet. Der Besitzer und all seine Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich - als ich mit der Familie dort war, haben wir auch einen gratis türkischen Tee serviert bekommen. Preise sind normal. Zu bemängeln ist, dass es bei Lieferung häufiger zu Irrtümern kommt. Dennoch würde ich die Bewertung nicht herunternehmen, da die Qualität super ist

Essen war super. Auch der Service war schnell und freundlich. Nur das Ambiente könnte besser sein. Alte Stühle und Essgruppen mit kleinen Riessen im Polster.

Döner-Laden meines Vertrauens. Gute Auswahl, alles wird frisch und schnell zubereitet, auf Sonderwünsche wird eingegangen und die Öffnungszeiten sind auch super. Egal was und wann ich hier bestellt habe, es war immer alles top und die Bedienung nett und sympathisch. Auch die Auswahl ist umfangreich und für jeden was dabei. Was ich nicht ganz so gut finde ist, dass man für eine Lieferung neben den Lieferkosten auch noch auf ein Mindestbestellwert kommen muss, hier wäre es schön, wenn es nur eins von beiden geben würde. Aber das wäre meckern auf hohem Niveau und ich bin froh, dass es überhaupt eine Lieferoption gibt.

Ein guter Mensch mit gutem Essen. Es schmeckt und es ist problemlos. Ich mag die Jungs! Der Chef ist ein guter Mensch! Ich mag ihn!

Gut und reichlich, schnelle Lieferung, empfehlenswert

Wahrscheinlich der beste Döner, den ich je gegessen habe. Das Fleisch ist außen knusprig, innen saftig und zart gewesen. Es hat super geschmeckt! Ich komme gerne wieder.

Man bestellt vor Ort und es ist viel zutun. Dies ist vollkommen normal!!! Aber wenn man dann die bestellten Döner zubereitet fragt man nochmal nach, was der Kunde wünscht!!! Aber nein hier nicht, auf einmal bekommt man den Preis gesagt und es ist alles fertig!!! Als die Bestellung aufgeben wurde, hat der Verkäufer sich direkt wieder umgedreht und sich anderen Dingen zugewandt!!! Nein Danke, nicht nochmal!!!

Super nette Leute... Durften vor eigentlicher Öffnungszeit in das Lokal und unsere Tochter auch die Mitarbeitertoilette benutzen. Die Portionen absolut riesig, Preis-Leistung hervorragend. Essen war auch mega lecker...

Ich gehe immer sehr gerne zu Heval -Grill dort schmeckt es immer super. Auch an Schnelligkeit ist dieser Grill nicht zu übertrumpfen. Selbst bei Stoßzeiten bleibt die Qualität immer gleich. Hut ab vor diesen Mitarbeitern ihr seit Spitze.

Preise sind in Ordnung und nach telefonischer Bestellung bei Abholung so gut wie keine Wartezeit.
