Here, you can sit comfortably inside and watch football on several screens and a giant screen. There are also nice outdoor seating areas. Prices are comparable to Hamburg standards. The service is prompt.

We "only" had a coffee there and wanted to reserve a table for the evening, but unfortunately everything was already booked (it was a Saturday). The staff were super nice and friendly.

The food was delicious and highly recommended. And the location was great, fitting for the Reeperbahn.

A typical sports star where you can have a drink and watch sports. Unfortunately, the food has become significantly worse recently and the majority consists of frozen products. There is also salad that is no longer fresh. Despite the location, the prices are too high.

The food is convenience food of very low quality, cocktails are served with sweets instead of fruit decorations, there was a football broadcast, which we found very disturbing. The service took a while at first, but then it was very quick and friendly.

I actually like the Herzblut, but this has bothered me enormously in the past and it is still the case today that it always closes very early. We were there on a Saturday and just before twelve we were told it was the last lap. I don't understand it, there were still a lot of people inside and there was a lot going on outside on the Reeperbahn anyway. The page says Open End which is simply not true. I have often had the experience that it always closes very early. You should then change the times on the site, because the open end is not midnight.

Reservations are recommended. Food was delicious and the portions were also very good. Friendly and courteous service.

One can only say excellent cocktails. Price-performance ratio is definitely right here! Generally very comfortable and worth recommending!

Terrible..... We wanted to eat something. There were a handful of people in the store. We were waiting for a placement (As we were told) ...and waited and waited and waited. The service staff were obviously sooooo busy that they ignored all of us. As I said, we stood there alone, no people in line. After a few minutes the ignorance became too much for us and we left the store. Thank you for nothing.

It wasn't my first time in Herzblut St. Pauli. Basically, every visit to Hamburg involves dinner here. The service is so fast and friendly it's incredible. There are plenty of seating options and the food is incredibly tasty. Anyone who is in St. Pauli should pay this shop a visit.

Nice restaurant, friendly, courteous service. Unfortunately the food wasn't that good for us. Bread basket some slices of hard bread. Salad dressing was a little underseasoned. Nachos were soggy because the salsa was just slapped on top. It's a shame, unfortunately there wasn't much potential made of it.

If you didn't have your heart and soul, you weren't in St. Pauli. No matter whether before or after the theater, football, musical or visit to the Reeperbahn. Here you can have snacks/food or drink delicious cocktails. A location with a lot of hustle and bustle and friendly service. If you're expecting high-class cuisine or white tablecloths and waiters in suits, you're in the wrong place. If you're looking for action and a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place for you. Reservations are recommended on weekends. Even if the location offers a lot of seats. TV broadcasts on screens are also possible.

The ambience is a bit old. Unfortunately, the acoustics also leave a lot to be desired. If you want to chat loudly throughout the evening, this is the right place for you. The food was very tasty and the portions were enough to fill you up.

It is a good restaurant. The only thing which was normal that I would like to warn you about is don't take too much alcoholic drink. You'll spend way more than you imagine!! Apart from that the restaurant was clean, nice staffs and the foods were delicious

Was there without a reservation. Got a nice place where I could also watch the DFB Cup game. Service & reception super nice. I will definitely come back here☺️☺️

Great service, great ambience, great location. A must for every visit to Hamburg

20 euros for a dish with roulade is ok, but the roulade certainly didn't weigh 350g. There were mashed potatoes equivalent to 1 normal-sized potato. I'm not a big eater, but for around 40 euros I could have been happy with a starter (8 euros for a measly portion of soup) and dessert. In that sense I can't give it more than 3 stars and only because it tasted good. Ambiance is good if you like a brewery atmosphere (which I do).

Had a really nice evening to get us in the mood for the Reeperbahn. Whether it was food, drinks or waiters... there was nothing to complain about. Would definitely visit Herzblut again!

We were there in November 2024. My rating is 4.5 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately I can only give full stars here. Ambience 5 stars: A beautifully furnished and attractive location. Food 5 stars: We chose different burgers, both very tasty. Service 5 stars: The staff is attentive, friendly and quick to serve. Price 5 stars: The price level is absolutely fair for a location on the Reeperbahn. Environment 3 stars: In my opinion, the air in the rather large room should be exchanged more intensively and with it the heat in it. The volume is a challenge. A normal conversation is hardly possible, so you have to talk louder. My conclusion: This location is definitely worth a visit. The guest then has to cope with the noise level for the duration of their stay. The staff has my complete respect when it comes to the volume!

Very nice restaurant right next to the neighborhood. The cocktails, whether with or without alcohol, are highly recommended. The food was excellent. There are no other hamburgers this big, so the burger chains can get a big slice of it. Everything tasted great and everyone in the group thought their food was very good. What is not on the menu is Mama's beef roulade, an insider tip, really big and super tasty, which was confirmed by 3 people who had eaten it. My tarte flambée was very well topped and also filling. Also great for celebrations, there is a lot of space, a bit inconspicuous from the outside but the wow effect comes when you enter.

There were two of us for dinner. The service was quick and friendly. The burgers came quickly and were delicious. The portions are very generous. It is very crowded and quite loud. The tables are close together.

Wir waren gestern Abend spontan im Herzblut und wollten nur einen Cocktail trinken. Die Dame am Empfang hat uns dann einen Tisch für eine Stunde gegeben, was uns auch völlig reichte. Nachdem wir die Bestellung aufgegeben hatten, kamen zwei Getränke auch zeitnah. Der eine Cocktail komme gleich. Nachdem dieser dann fertig war und rund 10 Minuten an der Theke stand, habe ich beim Theken-Team nachgefragt und diesen dann selber geholt! Mal ganz abgesehen von der Wartezeit- es stehen fertige Getränke rum, die wohl kaum andauernd beobachtet werden, so dass hier jeder noch einen Schuss Ko Tropfen oder ähnliches ergänzen könnte! Wir haben dann die Getränke genossen und durften dann noch 40 Minuten vor leeren Gläsern sitzen- wir wären aber echt so dreist gewesen und hätten noch etwas bestellt! Nachdem dann rund 1,5 Stunden vergangen waren ( merke- der Tisch war ja nur für eine Stunde vorgesehen), haben wir dann bezahlt- ohne Trinkgeld. Selbstbedienung kann ich auch an der Tanke haben.

We were a large group but were able to be seated after waiting a few minutes. Food was on the table very quickly and was tasty. Great experience and would definitely recommend it for a quick bite.

Were in the store for the first time. Service was good. Beer was great on tap. Burger was okay, unfortunately the meat was a bit tough and tasteless.

The beer was only half full and was warm, it really didn't taste good. The burger was terrible, frozen meat and carelessly prepared, really bad! But service was nice and the location is well located. I would only avoid the store in the future if the food AND drinks were bad!

The negative point that I really disliked was the extremely long wait for the food. You plan around 2 hours for eating. Unfortunately, we only got our main courses after about 1.5 hours and our schedule was very tight. That's why we had to eat very quickly. I had a steak that was unfortunately unsalted. Medium became medium well. The burger my husband had was rather unspectacular and nothing special, but not bad. The service staff hardly came by because they didn't have time. The chairs are made of wood and have no upholstery, making them very uncomfortable for a longer stay. The drinks menu for the bar was very extensive. It also bothered me that a person was sitting in front of the toilet and wanted money. (Maybe it sounds strange, but I just found it strange when going out to eat where you might go to the toilet more often).

We ordered drinks and food. The drinks came relatively quickly, but we waited in vain for the food. We then had to cancel it again because otherwise we would have been late to our event. The only excuse was “Sorry, we are currently understaffed”. One wonders why so many guests are still accepted. As an apology, we didn't even get our Coke on the house. It's a shame, we went to the event hungry and only had half as nice an evening as planned.

One of my favorite locations on the Reeperbahn when it comes to dinner. The menu is varied but still manageable so that the quality is good. The service is on point and the food comes quickly. The cocktails are delicious and definitely recommended for happy hour 😉 On weekends you should reserve a table in advance as it can get quite busy. But this is very easy to do via the website.

Nice bar/restaurant on the Reeperbahn

Had reservations on a Saturday. Got a nice table and service. Fries with burger cost €18. I find it a bit expensive. But you can save a lot of money at happy hour. The cocktails taste good. Unfortunately it is very warm inside in summer, it is almost unbearable. So it's better to sit outside than inside. Unfortunately, since Corona, no DJ has been playing there in the evenings, which is a shame.

The two of us were there on a Friday around 5:30 p.m. in August. This went smoothly without a reservation. However, the air conditioning was obviously out or there is none - in any case the air was very warm and stuffy. The service was really great. Often asked for advice on cocktails and a great friend. The food (shrimp pan, roulades and penne alla mama) was all very tasty. Öreis performance fits well. You also have to take the situation into account. All in all. We come back again and again on every Hamburg vacation

There were eight of us here and we had reserved a table. For some reason we only arrived 45 minutes later (ashes on our heads) and were still warmly welcomed. It took a while for the order to be taken (the store wasn't full). After that, things went pretty quickly: cocktails were served quickly and the food didn't take too long to arrive. The cocktails tasted very good and were also well priced. We paid €10.50 for a jumbo - because of the happy hour. The fries were a bit too salty, but they actually matched the alcohol. The burgers were solidly topped, but by no means outstanding. Absolute standard. What is unfortunately not possible: rubbery frozen patties. Definitely wouldn't recommend a burger here. Just make fresh patties and your burger is on another level. Unfortunately I think almost €20 for burgers and fries is too much. It would be appropriate with a good burger. Service was nice, store very clean. Overall, a good place to go for cocktails and average food.

The first thing we come across is a waiter who is just super negative, and looks like someone who wishes we would just slip away again, she is just angry and sends off incredibly bad karma.. We order some food and drink, and first the drinks arrive with old and half-rotten mint leaves in them, we point this out but are dismissed with the fact that it is quite normal and that there is nothing wrong with them 🤢 Plus, it doesn't matter what you order from drinks as there is so much booze in it you can't taste the difference.. We have ordered 2 ribeye steaks, and when they arrive we ask if they are the right ones, we are told they are, and we sit down and start eating them.. A little goes by and then she comes back and says she must have made a mistake and served the wrong ones, she starts to want to discuss and whether we should perhaps have found a steakhouse to eat at, to which I mention she has a really bad attitude and that we do not feel welcome in any way, she seems indifferent and offers that we can get our drinks for free as a plaster on the wound.. We hurry to finish eating and get away from there.. All in all a place I would never set foot in again, especially when there are so many good places on the reeperbahn with good food and good service..

The location and location are really great. Just like the service. The burger for the hefty price of over €17 with fries, but without extras like onions etc (costs extra again) is unfortunately absolutely not recommended. For the price, despite the location, I expect a little more than ready-made buns and a ready-made pattie.

Very average! The steak is bad! Everything is extra so you pay for the cheese and mayonnaise extra. Bad experience! Restaurant for tourists I don't understand the positive comments. Unless you are a big pigeon!

We really had a very good meal here. I had fish & chips and it was really tasty. The portions were absolutely sufficient and the price was good too. The staff was very attentive and very friendly.

We were passionate about our twins and would have liked to have a little something to eat. We asked for a table for 6 people. We were rudely told that there was no table available because the stroller would be in the way of other people. Because the restaurant would be completely booked. At that point there were only a few tables occupied. We could put the stroller, the babies were sleeping in the stroller, but somewhere within sight. Then you would have an eye on it. This could have been conveyed differently and not in such an unfriendly way. Especially since in all the other restaurants, which were much smaller and had reservations up to the last table, everything wasn't a problem.
