Addendum: Despite multiple complaints and involving Lieferando, the money is being withheld. The customer is being treated like a fool and the claim is that it was high-quality food. I was sold meat. It smelled like it, and the tiny piece I tasted was meat. And high-quality? The food doesn't look like that in the picture. More like vomited food. ___________ I recently ordered from there via Lieferando. I ordered vegan (!). The driver arrived with a food bag. It smelled of meat, but I thought he probably had other food in his delivery bag. I opened the packaging => wrong thought. Received a sandwich with meat. The store was unreachable by phone. Two minutes after delivery, I posted a review on Lieferando regarding the non-vegan food. No response. I also read similar reviews there. I contacted Lieferando. Despite providing proof with photos, the store refuses to refund the money. As a vegetarian, I don't eat meat. And I won't be forced to. They persistently charged €25 for it. Even Lieferando is denied contact and the money is still being withheld. Absolutely outrageous.

The food was incredibly delicious – fresh, flavorful, and lovingly prepared. A perfectly prepared shisha was just the right combination for a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The ambiance was also a highlight: stylish, cozy, and designed with great attention to detail. Everything is just right here – I'll definitely be back!

The salad still has sand in it. Sorry, but please rinse twice or triple next time. Thanks.

Mega burgers and super friendly service :)

We were looking for a place that still served hot food after 9 p.m. and were very happy to have found this place. This small, fine establishment puts a lot of effort into more than just its promotion. The drinks are great, the food is delicious, and the staff are friendly and fast. The only thing that confused us was the shisha in a video on the screen. I would have loved to order one of those if I'd found it on a menu 😅.

I tried the Mc Cheese with schnitzel here and I loved it. As far as I know, this dish isn't available in Nuremberg, so I was really surprised and happy to be able to try it here. I thought it was delicious and will be back :) Service was also excellent. The setting is so-so if you sit outside, but not too bad.

t was the first time in my life that a food delivery man insulted me and almost threw the food in my face, the hamburger was normal in taste, but with the terrible attitude of the delivery man I will never order there again.

It's honestly a talent to be so utterly bad. From A to Z everything was abysmally disastrous. Taste, service, waiting time, you name it. At least we got something for free since the employees themselves noticed how substandard everything was. Deserved title for the worst burger shop in Nuremberg. Kind regards, tho

This time I stayed at the “Ibis budget Nürnberg City Messe” for my visit to the IWA trade fair. The “Heart and Soul” is less than 10 minutes away on foot. The burger was really tasty and filling, the fries were crispy and also decent in quantity. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I'll be back ;-) After all, I only tried one of the many burger variations :-)

The cheeseburger and fries actually tasted delicious, but unfortunately the meat was raw on many sides and not completely cooked through in many places. Eating the burger like this as a pregnant woman isn't quite ideal...

Absolute diamond. Located on the corner. We both had smashed burgers - super tasty, the cheese melted and the onions were a dream. Sweet potato fries are really crispy and the cold slaw is juicy and fresh. We'll be back. Tip: It's best to come on foot as parking could be difficult in the evening.

I have ordered several times through Lieferando and have always been thrilled. Now we also ate on site. The burgers are amazing! Inventive, juicy, extremely tasty and the meat is just right! The fries are also great and the lemonades are a dream. The service is also very friendly and attentive. We will definitely continue to order and eat there once or twice. 👍🏻

Fantastic food and super nice staff!

To start with the good: The castles were an absolute 10/10, the meat was exactly as ordered. The burger as a whole was very juicy and simply damn tasty. The Pomeranians were crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside, just as they should be. Now for the ambience: Unfortunately that wasn't what the name promised, I was expecting a warm, warm and green living room ambience. We were greeted by a shisha bar interior, that could be better. But that doesn't detract from the taste in any way. The service was courteous and very nice But I'll happily come back for the burger.

We just ordered it said 35 minutes and the food was there in exactly 35 minutes, the delivery person was also very nice and the food was a 12/10 very very tasty.. Recommendation? Definitely again!!

I’ve been in America for a while now, and I’ve never had a burger as good as the nacho burger 10/10 would recommend! The flavors were out of this world. But what really stood out was the people here. They made me feel so welcome, like I was just hanging out with family. It’s more than just a meal it’s an experience I’ll never forget.

Very nice shop with super nice staff, very tasty food. I've tried almost every burger now and can't decide which one is my favorite. There are very good drinks on site and if you like smoking shisha, even this one is great. The outdoor area is particularly beautiful in summer. Always happy to be there.

We were passing through here and were hungry :) The service, the food and the sofas to sit on were great. So you can go again without question.

In my opinion, there are some of the best burgers in Nuremberg here. I ordered the burger medium and it was perfect! The sweet potato fries were also very tasty and crispy. Unfortunately, the location itself is on a busy street, well, there's nothing you can do about it, but the outdoor area is very nicely designed. Definitely worth a visit again!

Best burger in Nbg! Absolutely top, especially when it comes to delivery. I've been ordering there for several years and it hasn't been received badly once. Fries in particular are a difficult topic for many delivery services, but not for the heart and soul. Even after I moved (from 7 to 15 minutes away) always great! If there is a minimal delay, you will be called directly, so great service. Absolutely recommended!

Super friendly boss who got us a table outside very quickly. After 10 p.m. we got very tasty burgers with outstanding fries. The only thing missing is the ambience because it is right on the street. But that didn't put a damper on the visit. 😉 Thanks to the boss and his team for the great service and the delicious food. We'd love to come back.

I think the name is good. Otherwise the store is just not my thing. I didn't feel comfortable there, everything was too chaotic and hectic. The food is bad in terms of sauces, the guacamole tastes like medicine. I've given the store 5 chances now and have always been disappointed. Lukewarm. You get the impression that the vegan products aren't fully thought through, and almost everything I ordered was delivered burnt. Maybe the employees just need practice.

Caraway has no place on a burger. Overall, the taste experience was very poor. Will never order here again.

Order regularly, food was always warm and fresh. But in addition to the super tasty burger and the great fries, I really have to praise the staff including the delivery person. It wasn't the first time that I noticed the friendly, funny and courteous service. I've never had that happen at any other restaurant/delivery like I did here. Everything is really right here, the service is top, all the employees are very competent and extremely nice. The food is very tasty and prepared quickly. The atmosphere is very homely and inviting and you immediately feel very comfortable.

We ordered two burgers (Heart Attack and Cheeseburger) and fries with cheese to pour over them to pick up. The food was ready very quickly and tasted absolutely great, we were blown away! 😍 There was even a smiley face on each package, which I found very cute ;)

Was there last Saturday evening and I have to say it was great! The burgers are freshly prepared and you can taste it too! You have to try it! All fresh ingredients, nothing off the chain!!! Very tasty and well thought out burgers. I had a Heart Attack Burger and the name says it all. The aioli goes perfectly with the burger. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. Any time.

Were there today, it's relaxed and very comfortable. Food was also great, food came very quickly even though there were a lot of delivery orders. Haven't tried shisha yet but next time. Overall very good and will come back more often. 😊👍🏻

Very good food. In contrast to other burger suppliers in the area, I have never been disappointed here. Always good food and at a reasonable price. Please always order via their website and not via Lieferando, then you will save around 15% If it is not possible to order via it at the moment, just call. If you remember, there is a stamp card if you order directly from them.

Hello, my dears, Today we had a heart and soul meal and the burgers were really, really good. Everything very fresh and juicy. Service was very accommodating. Fries were incredibly crispy. A high level criticism would be that the burger bun was bigger than the patty. Nevertheless, the food is definitely recommended. Furthermore, the music was really good, but maybe a little too loud to carry on conversations. Personally, I have to deduct a point for the ambience because, in addition to the restaurant, I also had a shisha café feeling.

The cardboard box is simply brilliant, I'm a fan of it absorbs the condensation so the burger arrives in top quality, that's how you can tell that someone is making an effort to ensure that the burger is well received. The enjoyment of a vegetarian burger that is almost indistinguishable from real meat can only be seen after a closer look at the patty that it is something vegetable. Wir haben zum ersten Mal bei Euch bestellt und was soll ich sagen ? Ihr seit der Hammer. Fahrer super nett. Das Essen hervorragend. Die Burger saftig, frisch, leckerer Schafskäse, top Fleisch perfekt, Süßkartoffelpommes knusprig und auch die Soßen so lecker. Immer wieder gerne!
