The hotel room is very modern and stylishly furnished, but has no air conditioning, which didn't bother us. Room is clean and has a balcony and a refrigerator. Check in was quick and easy. There are various supermarkets and a savings bank nearby. I can't say anything about breakfast as we didn't try it. The location is a bit out of the way so it takes 30-45 minutes to get to the city center. So our conclusion: Great hotel and would come again and again. And good price-performance ratio.

Food is fine, delivery is a disaster. When I asked about it after 75 minutes, I was insulted on the phone. That's unprofessional. We won't order here again.

We had Fritz-Kola, crispy fries, a really good currywurst and half a chicken, all delicious, freshly prepared and with that certain something that you won't find in chain stores. The service? Warm, familiar, almost like a mother's - you can tell that there is someone with passion behind the counter. Everything was clean, the atmosphere was rustic and down-to-earth, exactly how you would want a classic Hamburg snack bar. The prices are fair, the offering is solid and honest. There are hardly any shops like this left in the west of Hamburg - a real original with heart. Anyone who loves good snack food, appreciates real hospitality and longs for a piece of authentic neighborhood culture should definitely stop by here. A favorite place that you could only wish for

The four of us had just eaten at the Gasthaus Watzmann in Sasel. Three small schnitzels, one cordon bleu with fried potatoes. The service, nice and friendly. The drinks we ordered came quickly and well chilled. When the schnitzels were served, we looked at each other in surprise and asked if they were also the small schnitzels, because they towered over the edge of the plate because they were so big.
