Marc Höhne and his team are undoubtedly THE restaurant in East Westphalia where you can confidently invite friends and family. At lunchtime, you can get a "quick plate" for a reasonable price (€10-13.50). This might include a perfectly seasoned glass of something with a dumpling and delicate red cabbage, a sophisticated pasta dish, Asian-inspired chicken bowls, or refined vegetarian creations. Even at these low prices, you'll find expertly prepared dishes that will delight your palate. The dinner menu is more expensive and diverse, ranging from daily fresh fish and crispy sushi to half a duck with winter vegetables, beetroot carpaccio, and much more. There's something for everyone, and it's a bonus that the wine list, while not extensive, offers a good selection, including characterful wines by the glass. The service is consistently attentive, uncomplicated, and pleasant. The restaurant is deservedly popular, so it can get quite lively, and reservations are recommended. They're not aiming for Michelin stars here, but have been offering their customers imaginative, passionate cuisine at a fair price for years. Also noteworthy is the homemade sourdough bread, which is served alongside many dishes as a generous crust. It's wonderfully crisp on the outside and moist and aromatic on the inside! A dream, not just for dipping in olive oil...

An absolutely dream location: highly recommended! We were fortunate enough to celebrate our wedding at the beautiful Dallmanns Deele, and we're still overwhelmed! The venue is truly a dream: lovingly decorated, impeccably maintained, and situated in a stunning rural setting. From our very first visit, we knew: This is it! We didn't even consider any other venues; it was simply perfect! Working with Anke Dallmann was fantastic from start to finish. The arrangements were seamless, reliable, and uncomplicated. Anke is not only incredibly friendly but also a true organizational talent and a real workhorse. She pitched in, contributed her ideas, shared her expertise, and simply had everything perfectly under control. You can tell immediately: She loves what she does. Our guests were also thrilled; we received so much positive feedback about the venue! We especially appreciated the thoughtful details and the warm, caring way her team interacted with our guests. One of her assistants even kept a watchful eye on our little niece and walked hand-in-hand with her through the venue—so heartwarming and attentive! Anke is not only incredibly friendly but also a true organizational talent and a real workhorse. The staff that evening were all incredibly friendly and professional. Without a word, they saw exactly what needed doing – a superbly coordinated team that anticipates needs and is simply fantastic. Even spontaneous things, like returning the catering trays, were handled smoothly and efficiently. With Anke and her team, you feel completely at ease. A huge thank you to Anke Dallmann and her wonderful team; you made our wedding an unforgettable experience! If we plan another big celebration, we'll definitely book here again.
