We stopped by Heppy for a quick evening snack today. It's been on our list for a long time and we finally visited today. And we were completely won over! 😍 A fantastic restaurant that's also perfect for coffee and cake. The focus on vegan/vegetarian options is the icing on the cake 🌱 We ordered the pita with halloumi and the falafel plate and were blown away. The pita is better than any meatless kebab, and I've rarely had such good hummus and falafel. Highly recommended. Also very child-friendly with a play table and plenty of high chairs. The only drawback would be one or two decorative elements inside and out that are showing their age. We'll definitely be back next time!

We were there for lunch. The food was delicious. Like many others here, I recommended spring falafel. The burgers also looked okay, but I made the right choice. The portion was a bit small for the price, but it was perfect for lunch. I should have ordered something extra for dinner. We had a reservation for 15 people, but initially there was only room for 8. After two small tables were crowded, we managed to fit the 11 people in, but 15 would have been quite a challenge. But as I said, the food was very delicious.

Awful service!! We made an online booking for 11:30 on a public holiday but when we got there we were told simply to come back at 12:00, because they made a mistake. They didn’t even offer us the choice to wait inside or to pick out which food we wanted to have to save time. I have never encountered such a terrible experience especially when they even admitted making a mistake, I will never come here again!

Crispy fries, juicy burgers, great service, everything was perfect and really worth recommending

I ordered Eggs Benedict, and the menu clearly says it comes with hollandaise sauce. However, instead of hollandaise, it was served with regular mayonnaise, and in such a huge amount that it completely ruined the dish. The taste was awful because of this. Please use real hollandaise sauce as written on the menu — mayonnaise is not a substitute and it spoils the whole meal

I've been coming here quite often, especially for the cauliflower bowl and also for breakfast with friends. The service is always very friendly, and the portions are generous. They also accommodate special requests. The terrace in front is particularly beautiful, and the ceiling creates a great atmosphere inside, too. I highly recommend it.

For a vegan restaurant, hummus and falefel are the two most important ingredients. Unfortunately, they're dry and tasteless here. I wouldn't order here again.

The food there is truly delicious. The service is incredibly friendly. They have happy hour in the evenings, with cocktails that are delicious. The falafel is fantastic, and the coleslaw in pita bread was also amazing. There's nice music playing in the background, but not too loud for conversation. I'd love to go back!

Unfortunately, they're out of sweet potato fries. But otherwise, the food is as delicious as ever.

The staff is super friendly and attentive. The homemade iced tea is delicious, and the pita is amazing! If it were nearby, I'd come here often. Vegetarians and vegans in particular have a great selection.

Great service, nice drinks and fresh, delicious food

Went here for the first time on Saturday and were pretty impressed. It is a very nice shop, well maintained, modern and attractive. Only the volume, including the music, could be a little quieter. There are many delicious vegan dishes, my favorite is the falafel plate and the cauliflower. Very tasty, good portion and the price-performance ratio is also good. Unfortunately, the fries aren't that great here, they taste good, but unfortunately they're nothing special, I know that better. The service is very friendly, but a little more attention would have been nice. Please don't misunderstand, this isn't meant to be a bad criticism, but if the staff walks past the table 5-6 times and sees that all the glasses are empty, you should (just like a business person) ask if you still want drinks. Otherwise I would go there again at any time. Although the location is definitely smaller, I like the other shop on Stiftstrasse a little better and the service there is perfect too. But as I said, that's not a bad criticism, you can only take it on board.

I just like the food, especially the plates

Unfortunately, my visit was very disappointing. Although it was pleasantly cool outside, the heat inside was extreme – almost unbearable. The air conditioning seems to be either nonexistent or completely ineffective. The staff, while friendly, were unfortunately completely overwhelmed and uninformed. Simple questions about products only received vague or incorrect answers. Another negative was that you could only use neotaste when ordering a drink. The prices are also exorbitant. Simply not justified for the quality and service offered. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store.

The former Café Bauer has now become a contemporary, delicious shop. We'd be happy to return.

The food is truly delicious, portions are generous, and the service is very attentive. The ambiance is nicely decorated, but it can be quite loud at times (it has an echo), and the last time I was there, the lights were flickering excessively. But if you're looking for good vegan or vegetarian food, this place is definitely recommended.

THIS IS MY HEPPY PLACE!!! What an amazing night of food, drink, and all-around joyous celebration at this diamond in the rough in Frankfurt. Such a charming and unassuming neighborhood joint that leans heavier on the vegetarian and vegan fare, with a protein nod to the flexitarians looking for a burger or poultry. Where do I start? Take a walk and discover this place. It’s in a safe and well-lit area, but you’re in the heart of the city. Everything about it oozes an invitation to come forth and partake. The outdoor patio is gorgeous, and if the weather is right, the whole place feels like it’s receiving gentle breezes while affording you some nice people watching. As for the food… WOW. I had a burger with avocado and it was spectacular. The fries were also a treat. I would have explored more of the vegetarian and vegan options (hence the “green” name), but I had a deeper hunger. Definitely worth a revisit. The staff was exceptional. Give them a raise. We had a large group, and they really accommodated us. We rallied through closing and they kept the German pilsners coming. I can’t recommend this place enough. Perfect for two, but a great spot for a party or a large meeting group. When in Frankfurt, go check it out - you’ll be “heppy” you did.

The food tastes good, but the portion size for delivery is far too small (see picture). Unfortunately, as an athlete you won't get enough here. In addition, there was only one small flatbread for a total of three main courses (Cauliflower Power, Heppy Vegan, Heart-Beet Bowl).

I ordered food yesterday. Happy hummus Happy cauliflower Happy falafel. The falafel was great. 5* Humus was a very large portion. 3* in terms of taste. Tasteless. The cauliflower was top-notch in terms of taste, 5*, but unfortunately, it only had 4 nice, large florets, and the rest were very small pieces. Apparently, the kitchen had been swept.

The food was tasty, but the portion of the “bowl” was very meager. This is a side salad at best and for €16 it's an extreme impudence!

The Eggs Benedict are super tasty and highly recommended. In my opinion, you don't need the balsamic cream because it is too dominant over the other ingredients, but otherwise it's great and the large portion fills you up well.

We had reserved a table online through OpenTable days in advance. The reservation was also confirmed. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the restaurant it was a closed party, so we were quickly turned away with the information “then someone must have messed something up”. Very annoying for us as we were a larger group and only in Frankfurt for a weekend. If online reservation tools are already offered, then you should be able to rely on them. Unfortunately we can't report anything about the food on site.

Last week we went there with colleagues for lunch during our lunch break and the food was really delicious! Large portions, so you'll be full, pre-ordering also worked well and the staff were all friendly. Unfortunately, there was just one point that spoiled our meal a little: it was incredibly cold, so some of us didn't even take off our winter jackets. Please do something about it. It would be a real shame if guests didn't come back as a result.

Had to wait 10 minutes just get a food menu, while everyone present had theirs. Which Made me think they're being racist towards me, I don't know maybe they were just busy but it was a Sunday and there were like 4 tables full. Food was good 👍 but not worth the wait.

Great restaurant with lots of delicious oriental and... Israeli cuisine. The pitas are fresh. The plates are all very tasty and the portions are large. The hummus also tastes fantastic and can be combined with cauliflower, falafel or other things. The location is also very inviting. Especially in summer you can sit on the open terrace.

The drinks were overpriced, and the filled pita for €10 was carelessly prepared and tasted average. The ambience was appealing, but it was uncomfortably cool there. The service was very friendly. Unfortunately there were problems with the payment system, which made card payments difficult.

Es war leider sehr kalt. Wäre schön gewesen, wenn die Heizung angewesen wäre. Und leider gab es die Bowls nicht zum Frühstück, weil eine Maschine kaputt war. Bedienung war aber sehr nett. Hat aber etwas länger gedauert, bis man bestellen konnte. Aber das Essen kam dann relativ schnell. Essen und Getränke gut und lecker. Das Einzige was wirklich nicht so schön war, war die Kälte.

We reserved a table using their booking software for 11 a.m. Everything worked without any problems and we even received a confirmation and a reminder 24 hours in advance! Unfortunately they were closed. If necessary, you should not allocate tables for 11 a.m. if it is closed and send a reminder for the confirmed reservation the day before!

Unfortunately for vegans, either falafel or cauliflower is available in two versions: a platter and a pita. The food itself tastes very good.

Eat: Unfortunately not as good as before. Goat cheese has been replaced by cream, and austerity measures can also be tasted on the falafel. The fries have nothing to do with truffles. Service: Unfortunately, rather unfriendly and careless. We waited 45 minutes for the food. Reordered drink didn't arrive but it was on the bill. Ambience: Window is leaking, several flies are buzzing around, you can also remove it.

Unfortunately no breakfast on site only on weekends. The Iced Matcha was the worst I've ever drunk, the powder wasn't dissolved and was therefore very sandy and bitter. Service was super slow, so we went somewhere else.

Super nice place for brunch. We really enjoyed the food and there were many options. Better to make a reservation as it was full when we went. I will probably come by again soon.

A real highlight! The food is incredibly delicious, especially the Cheesy Burger with truffle fries was fantastic. The cocktails are also a delight. The service was super fast and extremely friendly. I particularly like the many vegan options on the menu, which round off the offering perfectly for everyone. Definitely a restaurant I would love to come back to – highly recommended!

A very nice and pleasant place with very good food in a nice atmosphere. The menu is somewhat hummus and falafel-heavy, but the dishes are still available in different variations. Everything tastes great and the service is also very friendly. You can pay in cash and by card.

The food was very good. I had a fried cauliflower, hummus and salad. It harmonized excellently and I really enjoyed coming here. The pita with halloumi was also excellent. It also makes you feel fuller than you originally thought. Still not cheap overall. The vegan burger sweet bean burger with fries was a large portion and very filling. An extra €0.20 is charged for ketchup or mayonnaise. This could well be included in the price! If you want to enjoy a nice, healthy lunch with lots of vegetarian and vegan options, you're still in good hands here :)

I can definitely recommend this restaurant. The lady at the service was very nice, she helped us with the selection, it was no problem for them to add or subtract ingredients from a standard hamburger. Great fries, perfectly made, I've never eaten such good ones before ;)

The staff are very friendly and are happy to give recommendations if asked. I chose the pita with halomi cheese - for when I'm slightly hungry. For EUR 9.90 the portion was very generous. The mango spritz was also very tasty. If I'm in FFM again, I'd love to come back.

Very nice service, it's great to make a reservation on Sundays if you're there before 11 a.m. (summer holidays), from then on it gets full. The price is definitely reasonable and the ingredients are of high quality. Different dishes and everyone will find something. Wasps are a nuisance but it's summer and the employees can't do anything about that.

Super tasty food, lots of selection of vegetarian options too. The halloumi burger was very tasty and the platter offers a lot of different things on one plate. We sat outside but inside it looks really nicely furnished and decorated.

Far too loud restaurant with overpriced, poor food and service. You can barely understand yourself when you're talking between the shouted conversations at other tables and the very changeable music. Apart from that, we had to leave out some of the food because it had gone bad. We reported this to the waitress, who then said it couldn't be right, cleared it away and didn't come back despite our request to pay. However, we have seen other guests being served near us on several occasions. Ended up having to go to another server to pay. Even if the food was good and you were full, in our opinion it was completely overpriced.
