We're always happy to come back. We feel very comfortable here.

You immediately feel at home here. It's cozy, and the food and drink selection is extensive. All the dishes and drinks I've tried so far (and there have been quite a few) have tasted very good. The value for money is also good. Last but not least: the service is excellent. All the staff, including the manager, are friendly and welcoming. If you don't feel comfortable here, it's your own fault. When the weather's nice, you can also sit outside. Highly recommended!

Nato and his team provided us with a wonderful reception after our church wedding at St. Gereon's Church. Everything was perfectly organized and prepared. Our every wish was fulfilled, and the entire team was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. Even though we were a large group of 120 people, no one lacked anything. Drinks were served as requested, and the staff kept passing around finger food so everyone could have a bite to eat before we moved on. Everything was absolutely delicious. We felt very comfortable and would recommend the venue to anyone planning a larger celebration. It was also perfect for a champagne reception after the church wedding, as was the case with us. Many thanks again to Nato and the entire team!

Statement on the incident at "henrys by NATO" at the 875th anniversary celebration in Giesenkirchen Today, a group of ten of us visited the 875th anniversary celebration in Giesenkirchen. In the center of the market square, we decided to sit at the "henrys by NATO" pavilion to spend a pleasant evening together. Unfortunately, the evening turned out differently than expected. Early on, it became apparent that the service staff seemed overwhelmed. Despite our patience, we repeatedly encountered orders that were not being taken or delivered – in some cases, we waited up to an hour for a drink. After about three hours, one of our group decided to speak to the manager – Mr. NATO – to politely point out what we considered to be significant service problems. His question was something like: "Hello NATO, you're the boss – how can it be that we have to wait an hour for our beer?" Mr. NATO's subsequent reaction was completely inappropriate in its clarity and aggression. Our conversation partner was loudly insulted and verbally assaulted to such an extent that objective communication was no longer possible. The situation escalated further when family members or acquaintances of the owner apparently intervened, creating a threatening atmosphere. Despite repeated attempts to de-escalate the situation, a constructive conversation was not possible. The criticism was neither accepted nor reflected upon – instead, we were met with loud rejection, personal denigration, and behavior that is completely inappropriate in a gastronomic context. Final conclusion: A gastronomic establishment thrives on dialogue with its guests – especially at public events such as a city anniversary. Unfortunately, we discovered that "henrys by NATO" lacked the ability to accept criticism and dealt with customers professionally. We find the owner's behavior disrespectful and unacceptable. Personal note to Mr. NATO: We deeply regret that you lost control of the situation and apparently felt personally attacked – even though we were simply providing objective feedback. If you are interested in a clarifying, respectful discussion, we are available to do so at any time. Until then, we hope that you will find ways to treat your guests with respect in the future – because that is exactly what your visitors expect and deserve. Sincerely, René

Completely overwhelmed staff, poor food at inflated prices. The food took a very long time, and two of the five meals were delivered incorrectly. The remaining meals were well below snack-quality. Never again

A truly beautiful location with excellent food and very friendly, fast service. The perfect setting for a perfect evening. Even though I'm from Viersen, Henry's is now one of my absolute favorites.

The food was a disaster, the drinks were tasteless and unloving, criticism wasn't accepted, and the restaurateur was resistant to advice. It's a shame, because we always enjoyed going to the real Henry. Never again.

It was another great evening at Henry's by Nato. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The spaghetti with tomatoes, shrimp, and roast beef was delicious. For dessert, we had the chocolate tart and tartufo. Highly recommended. We're already looking forward to our next visit! :)

I was there with the entire team and had a great time. The team was friendly, especially the chef, who gave us a warm welcome. I can truly recommend the gourmet pan. In my opinion, it's well worth it!

Impudence, your name is NATO! Overpriced for poor quality. First a half-raw burger, then a burger that you can't cut because it's so hard. The Cubra Libre was cola and rum. No lemon, no ice and carelessly presented. The Strawberry Margarita we've been drinking for years was slightly pink and only tasted like water and alcohol. When we remarked to the waitress and passed it on to the boss, he didn't come to us, but instead talked very loudly about us behind the counter with a red face, which was an outrage. If he can't handle feedback, he can't work in the service industry or has to offer better quality! The store won't see us again. It's a shame actually, we always felt comfortable with the old owner.

Service. Friendliness. Breakfast was good. Optimal location in Giesenkirchen. Unfortunately there is no toilet suitable for disabled people. Not even close by. Therefore can. unfortunately in the evening. don't stay very long. What a shame!! A successor will take it further and have good ideas. ...summer is coming in 2025...

Very nicely renovated, the prices are borderline for drinks and food

The service is very friendly, coffee could be better.

Prosecco was offered on the table for €30. When we asked the boss why it was so expensive, he replied: Because it is a particularly good one! So I ordered it, it was sweet and barely tingly, not enjoyable! Took a photo of the bottle, googled it at home: lightly sparkling white wine! Price: €5.49 I'm sorry, but that's not possible.

We tried again at the weekend and got a table. After the first reservation fell through. But last Friday it worked. It would have been better if it hadn't worked. Schnitzel Viennese style was, under everyone's imagination, maybe 120 g and then filled and tasted out of the hot air oven. The second one from my friend was also burned. Never again...hands off

No, never again to carnival. I came from Berlin and wanted to celebrate. Entry violent and extra toilet without me. Constantine or somewhere else. Where no migration founders can tell us how to celebrate.

We've gone there many times before. Now there for the first time after changing the operator. New furnishings and ambience, very high quality and harmonious, pleasant. Employee very friendly, accommodating. We ordered cake from the display case (that's new), one apple and one strawberry with sponge cake. I will be happy to come back. Wish the new operator much success in Giesenkirchen.

The food has stayed the same since NATO took over and is still great, the ambience has become really good, but everyone has different tastes. The staff makes a real effort to serve all guests, even when it's really busy. Another service person in the evening would make Henry's by Nato even better. I had the NATO citizen, which tasted fantastic!

Nato by Henrys has become our favorite restaurant. Nato has managed to welcome its guests with a stylish ambience and tasty dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. You immediately feel comfortable! Nato knows what good wine we like and the charming waitress remembers what we said last time. Incredible! The prices are absolutely justified. Be sure to try the Amaretto Sour - it's not on the menu. There is a large parking lot within walking distance.

No comparison to the previous Henry's. No mood, somehow I was disappointed. I missed a lot of dishes on the menu. Things definitely get better in the summer when you can sit outside. There is hope.

We went there for the first time after the ownership changed. We really liked the new interior design, and we especially liked that they now offer a lunch menu.

It's become comfortable. Staff as always nice and friendly. Prices for a coffee and a small beer are 5 euros. Well, it's not exactly cheap.😒😒

Nice little bar, with TOP drinks and good prices

Stopped there for a cappuccino during the Giesenkirchen autumn market. Many empty seats were reserved (apparently by regulars). We still found space in the 'wooden lounge' corner. Service was overloaded that day due to the extremely high number of guests. But we were served promptly. Cappuccino was okay in terms of price and taste. Will stop there again when the crowds are quieter.

It's really a nice place to spend some time... during the day or on Saturday you can relax and watch and enjoy the hustle and bustle. The food is very tasty and therefore the prices are absolutely justified... requests and suggestions are taken into account... very nice staff... everything is good so far :)

Great breakfast and friendly service

The menu has remained unchanged for years, which is boring. The burger is mush, the patty is hard and overcooked. Food is more snack level. Burgers, steaks, pasta, salads have ALWAYS been on the menu, what's new?

I went there twice last week to watch football. The service is quick and there is nothing wrong with the cheeseburger either. The central location with the terrace where you can sit even in bad weather is great.

We were there last week to eat spare ribs. The food was very tasty. There was a greeting from the kitchen before the meal and again after the meal. We were very surprised and excited. The service was excellent. We'd love to come back.

Henry's in Mönchengladbach Giesenkirchen is a real insider tip for all burger and prawn lovers. The restaurant impresses with a cozy, albeit slightly smaller interior, which creates an inviting and warm atmosphere. Especially when the weather is nice, the outdoor area offers a wonderful opportunity to sit on Konstantinplatz and watch the hustle and bustle. The burgers at Henry's are truly outstanding. Juicy patties, grilled to perfection, combined with fresh ingredients and creative toppings – every bite is a pleasure. If you like it particularly sumptuous, you will be delighted with the “all you can eat prawns”. The prawns are always fresh and prepared to perfection, making them a real highlight. The service is always friendly and attentive, so you feel completely comfortable. Overall, Henry's is a fantastic place for a relaxed meal, whether inside in the cozy atmosphere or outside overlooking the charming square. Definitely a must for anyone who appreciates good food and a relaxed environment.

Since this restaurant is conveniently located for me, I come here sometimes. But I always notice that the service leaves a lot to be desired. When a waiter comes, he/she stands next to the table and waits without saying a word! In 3 out of 5 visits, drinks are not ordered. Either wrong beer or 0.5 instead of 0.2(!). I don't expect trained staff in a bistro, but this person should be well trained. Sorry, but I don't have anything better to say.

I always enjoy celebrating carnival there again and again. But otherwise always satisfied.

Spontaneous funeral coffee and breakfast held there. Uncomplicated, fast and professional processing. I really liked the atmosphere with subtle music in the background. I would come back here every day, even just to have a beer. Clear recommendation from me! :)

Gerade ein super Leckeres Cheeseburger Menü gegessen, die knusprigen Süßkartoffel Pommes mit dem genialen Dip waren der Hit.

Zum Frühstück sollte man reservieren. Reichhaltig und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl. Kein Buffet. Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Im Sommer großer AußenBereich. An kühleren Tagen auch mit HeizStrahler. Preis Leistung ist ok.

Wir wollten irgendwo was essen gehen. Aber sämtliche Lokale waren voll. Also mal Maps geschaut was es sonst so in der Nähe gibt. Henrys war relativ nah also dort hin. Haben uns erst gewundert warum das Lokal komplett leer ist, ist es nicht lecker dort? Egal, wir haben es probiert und sind begeistert. Preis/Verhältnis ist super. Mein Steak war richtig super. Außen Kross innen Zart. Wir kommen wieder. Die Leere konnten wir nicht nachvollziehen. Oder es war nur Zufall. Danke und bis bald.

Wir treffen uns mit Freunden häufig zum Frühstück, weil es, leckeres, vielfältiges und Ausreichendes gibt. Egal ob rustikales oder sweet genommen wird, wir schaffen es kaum. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und schnell. Die Räumlichkeiten sind begrenzt und folglich auch die Plätze, abgesehen von draußen, wo viel Platz ist. Es ist preislich gut und eine Empfehlung, weil genügend Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe sind und der Bus quasi vor der Türe hält. Wir gehen gern hin

Wie immer ok nur die Preise sind etwas zu happig

Hier isst man mittendrin in Giesenkirchen. Draußen sitzen ist sehr gut möglich (überdacht und für kalte Tage auch Heizstrahler). Die Küche hat eine kleine und sehr schöne Auswahl. Dienstag ist Burgertag, dazu ein Cocktail…. absolut empfehlenswert.

Die Auswahl an Speisen ist ok keine zu große Karte und trotzdem eine gute Auswahl an gut bürgerliche Küche. Die Preise sind angemessen und die Bedienung war zügig.

Sehr gutes Essen, auch zum Frühstück empfehlenswert.

Komme regelmäßig zum Frühstücken dort hin. Immer wieder gut. Man kann auch gemütlich draußen sitzen. Auch die Aktionstage sind gut.

Atmosphäre ist sehr gut, Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Henrys Bistro ist seher beliebt.

Das besteck war nicht sauber,die Flasche Wasser mit 9euro zu teuer,das Essen war gut.

Super Lokalität sowie sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Die Preise für Getränke und die Speisen sind angemessen und lecker und die Portionen ausreichend. Wir gehen gerne dort hin, da es so gemütlich ist.

Sehr leckeres Essen und das Ambiente ist gemütlich. Die Wartezeiten fürs Essen sind meiner Meinung nach sehr schnell. Ich kommer gerne wieder.

Tja wo fängt man an ? Also Ambiente find ich sehr schön aber im Sommer ist es noch schöner . Sehr gemütlich mit tollem Personal. Und beim Thema Essen ist es eh ne Geschmackssache aber mir hat bisher alles wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Ach es gibt jeden Tag ein Themenabend ( Nudeltag, usw ) . Schaut euch es selbst an und genießt es einfach .

Essen hat Qualitativ nachgelassen und die Getränke Preise sind astronomisch. Alkoholfreies 0,25l Bier 4,50 Euro. Wahnsinn, wo sind die Table Girls für den Preis?

Wir waren zu einer Geburtstagsfeier eingeladen und hatten einen sehr schönen Abend mit köstlichen Fingerfoods und toller Musik.

Ganz angenehm bei schönem Wetter draußen.
