Henpoint in Stuttgart

The only shop where you have to pay when you are not even finished eating. It's a shame where gastronomy and culture are heading. The taste didn't convince me either when I compare it to Chickenstory.

Despite having a reservation, we had to wait an hour outside on a cold December evening. The food was okay, but nothing special. Unfortunately, we weren't impressed, so we haven't been back since.

Honestly, it was a very bad experience. The food was not tasty at all, and the taste was really weird. When I mentioned it, I wasn't offered an alternative – instead, I was asked if I even knew what a dish was, as if I were some kind of nouveau riche. Very rude and condescending. I will definitely not be coming back. 👎 The waiter was extremely rude. When I said I didn't like the food, he actually said: "Then don't come back if you don't like it." I've rarely experienced such rudeness and disrespect. Simply disappointing – I'll definitely never be coming back.

The food was excellent. I felt like I was in Turkey. The service was truly top-notch. We were treated very kindly. I recommend anyone who is in the area to come. Unfortunately, it's difficult to find parking in the area.

My husband and I absolutely love going to this restaurant – we simply love it! The food is halal, freshly prepared, and tastes simply unbelievably delicious. You can really tell how much love goes into the cooking here. We're regulars – the staff knows us and always greets us warmly. The guys there are super friendly and incredibly relaxed; you immediately feel welcome. The ambiance is simply fantastic: very pleasant, comfortable, and cozy – you really feel like you're at home, almost like you're in your own living room. The prayer room on the third floor is particularly special for me. I think it's simply fantastic that something like this is offered – it shows appreciation and consideration for the guests' needs. In conclusion: Everything is super – delicious and fresh food, great atmosphere, excellent staff, and the prayer room is the icing on the cake. I can only recommend this restaurant!

I waited 50 minutes for my food

Service was very quick and the food tasted good too. The cheeseburger was also surprisingly good and the chicken was very tender.

The last time we went was a few years ago, it was fine in our minds, but when we went today, a single employee trying to get everywhere was increasing the waiting time. Also, the pasta was definitely not as delicious as before. Prices have also increased considerably.

I definitely do not recommend it. The food is delicious but the soulless attitude of the waiter is very bad. I say good luck, he does not answer. He brings incomplete orders, no condescension, he tries to blame, every time I go, I say he will not be rude this time, he does it again. This was my last time, he is the manager, he thinks the customer is in his pocket, he knows what he is talking about.

I think the food is delicious, but I think the children's menu is too expensive for what's on the plate. They could at least make it cheaper. The fork and knife were forgotten at the beginning. I also didn't notice that they didn't mention that the dressing was on the table. They asked the table next to them if they wanted anything else, but they didn't ask us. The ketchup and mayo that they just slap on the table in sachets doesn't look nice, and in my opinion it wasn't enough. The food is nothing special but it's tasty.

We had no problems yesterday as a large group at Iftar. We had the starter and main course at the perfect time. I would like to thank you for that, as it is not a given with a large crowd. We were also asked if everything was OK, which I took as a positive. I would have found it more useful if the Iftar menu had included water instead of Çay. I would like to emphasize that the employees also responded to special customer requests.

Very tasty and fresh food but I had to wait almost 45 minutes for Iftar. We got the soup straight away but the main meal took at least 45 minutes. It's a shame and then asking for so much money. Better to hire more staff

I was there for the first time on October 21st, 2024 and the last time. When I got home I was so sick and I had to vomit non-stop And I had to go to the hospital because the doctors said it was poisoning ( Groceries )

The food is always very tasty. Price performance is also absolutely justified. The service is always top and quick. The ambience is great. All in all, always recommended. The only "disadvantage" is the parking situation, which is to be expected in Cannstatt. But still easily accessible by public transport.

Had been to this place twice food is good they have some interesting style of presentation of normal shorma with pasta and salad Recently when I was there I ended up ordering BBq chicken platter , tomato soup and chicken burger everything was good What I dislike about this place is they are not kid friendly during my last visit I was with few mommies and kids which made the staff of the restaurant uncomfortable in handling the situation . They really asked us to leave the restaurant with an hour I mean like ordering and eating time everything inclusive which I found pretty rude So I won’t prefer going to this place next time unfortunately because of this stupid condition

Henpoint was recommended to me over the Internet. The store wasn't very full at the time. I was the only customer. After 15 minutes I was still sitting there without service. I went to the counter and asked if it was self-service. I was then kindly told that it was at the table There is a service button that you have to press...OK, the food was ready quickly but it was on display for about 10 minutes. The dish was a mixture of feelings, the salad was chic but not dressed🫣why? luckily there was oil and vinegar as well as a fruity balsamic vinegar on the table The noodles had a good bite but unfortunately were no longer warm The chicken was really good and was the highlight on the plate Portion was OK if you are very hungry you should take one of the starters.

We had a very tasty and varied meal in a very tasteful atmosphere and friendly and attentive service. A successful evening. The food is great, I've been there quite often and I thought everything I ate was really good. The service is also good, you just have to look at people and they will come to you or you have the option to call for service, pay or cancel it if you make a mistake using a device that is at every table. I think the best atmosphere is on the ground floor, the problem is that it's usually full and there's a strong smell of food since the kitchen is in the same room. The ambience on the first floor isn't bad either, especially since it's really quiet there unless it's a weekend or something similar.

Simply top quality and service. Even though there were more than 10 people there, there were no misunderstandings. You can have a relaxed meal with your family or with work colleagues.

The food is very tasty, but unfortunately the prices have increased :/ nevertheless I would recommend eating there. The atmosphere is very nice.. "MostWanted" is a classic that always works... Parking spaces are difficult to find, so we recommend parking at Caré.

After an hour of waiting, my husband finally received his food while I had to wait another 30 minutes for mine. When I asked about my food, people simply laughed. The restaurant has two floors, I recommend taking a seat on the upper floor because the entrance area smells of food There are plenty of chicken entrees served with pasta/fries and salad. Price/performance is OK, not too expensive, but not cheap either. Orders are taken quickly and served quickly by friendly staff

The waiter was very friendly and the food came really quickly. There was a very relaxed and calm atmosphere, you didn't feel rushed and it wasn't too loud in the restaurant (which is different from other Turkish restaurants...). Portions were good and the chicken was very creamy.

Iftar atmosphere was nice. The meat was a little tough. It caught my attention that the water and bread were not pita bread.

Extrem lecker! Die Hamburger waren sehr lecker und man wurde mit de Portion satt. Die Walnusstorte ist sowieso immer mein Favorit! kleine Notiz für Moslems: sie haben sogar ein Gebetsraum.

In Kürze: wir waren kurz vor der Rush Hour da und schon ist die Bedienung gewuselt und sah am Limit aus. Später hat sich hmdies aber auch nicht verschlimmert als mehr los war. Das Gebäude ist auf 3 Esmtagen, wobei das obere Geschoss die Toiletten beinhaltet. Das Essen war okay. Jedoch nicht gut. Kann man mal machen, ist jedoch nichts Außergewöhnliches. Wir hatten jeweils je eine Platte für eine Portion und einen Topf gemischtes als Vorspeise. Zumindest stand das so in der Speisekarte. Kam aber kurz nach dem eigentlichen Essen. Und der ganze Boden wsr voller Pommes und dafür haben sie an Fleisch gespart. Die Abbildung versprach halt nun mal mehr. Das Hauptessen bestand aus Pommen, hatten da jedoch schon kaum mehr Lust auf Pommes, da im Vorspeisentopf so viele waren, und der Salat war nicht angemacht. Eine gute Salatsoße gab es auch nicht. Nur kleine Tuben ohne Eigengeschmack zum selbst anrichten. Auf dem Teller neben den Pommes... ja. genau so habe ich auch gesehen. Glaube nicht, dass wir nochmal so schnell da hin gehen. Aber um es richtig klar zu stelle. Es wsr nicht schlecht in dem Laden. Es war halt nicht unsers.

Waren zum ersten Mal hier. Geleitet von den vielen guten Bewertungen. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Das Essen war Mega lecker, preislich absolut in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Wenn unten alles voll ist, nicht erschrecken - es gibt eine zweite Etage😉 Wir können eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen. @Team vom Henpoint - macht weiter so 👍

Ein sehr schöner Gebetsraum was sehr wichtig ist. Es hat sehr geschmeckt, gute Portionen. Der Service war nett und schnell. Die Ambiente war sehr toll. Die Sauberkeit und Hygiene der WC‘s nicht zu übersehen.

Henpoint ist klasse wenn man gerade sowieso unterwegs in Cannstatt ist. Ich mag das Konzept und die Atmosphere ist sehr angenehmen. Der Preis ist fair. Meine einzige Kritik, dass die Beilagen etwas langweilig sind: Meine Freundin hat z.B. das Crispy Chicken mit Reis und Salat bestellt. Dass das Chicken in diesem Fall keine Soße hat ist kein Problem, der Reis hatte jedoch keine Soße und der Salat keinen Dressing. Dadurch war das ganze Gericht etwas trocken. Am Tisch liegen zwar einige Sachen aus wie Öl etc. (Ketchup hätte man sicherlich auch bekommen wenn man will). Das Gericht würde sein volles Potential mit entsprechender Soße/Dressing entfalten. Freundlicherweise haben wir etwas Pesto auf den Reis bekommen können. Ich habe die Nudeln als Beilage gewählt, das Pesto war jedoch solala. Zu Henpoint geht man ja aber auch nicht wegen den Beilagen, weswegen ich trotzdem zufrieden bin.

Sehr gute Kellner und freundlich normal. So eine große Restaurant und gute Essen dauert bisschen aber man bekommt beste was da gibt’s. Immer wieder

Ich fand es dort sehr lecker das Essen aber von der Portion fand ich es etwas zu wenig. Aber ansonsten fand ich alles schön und war zufrieden. Die selbst gemachten Hähnchen die paniert waren fande ich sehr lecker. Der Service von denn Mitarbeitern war sehr gut die waren aufmerksam und man musste nicht lange warten bei Bestellungen oder Bezahlungen.👍
