Today, after the Teddy Bear event, we went to the Palm Beach for dinner with six people, and I have to say, after making a last-minute reservation, we were immediately invited in. A very great and super-friendly waitress named Hanna was super friendly throughout the evening. She brought us our drinks very quickly and always with a very genuine smile. She first brought us our food orders, and served them promptly. My wife and I can only praise the Palm Beach Stuttgart highly, for the location, the food, but above all, for having such friendly yet professional waitresses like Hanna, who put their heart and soul into their work. You can count yourselves truly lucky; it's not something to be taken for granted anymore! We'd be happy to come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️TOP

This place is a disgrace. Lack of enthusiasm, terrible service. We were there with a group of 20 people, and we received very poor service. We won't do that again.

The selection is quite large and the prices are reasonable. It was just very loud. Since an event was taking place in the arena, we had to pay €2.50 per person for the reservation, and there was a minimum consumption of €25 per person. The service was friendly but a bit forgetful, but they did take good care of the tables. It took a while for the food to arrive. Everything tasted okay except for the ice cream, which tasted really weird, so I couldn't eat it. The place was busy.

We were there before a concert. It was busy. We really liked the location. The Caesar salad was very good, a portion was enough for two, and it was good value for money! The cocktails were very good! It's advisable to make a reservation on concert days if you're visiting with a group of people.

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We were there before a concert and ordered three drinks and three salads. The drinks arrived relatively quickly, but the food left a lot to be desired: The first two salads were served 20 minutes apart – the third salad didn't arrive even after more than 75 minutes, despite repeated requests. We ultimately left without receiving it. We also noticed that the staff disregarded basic hygiene rules: The waitresses wore their long hair loose – an absolute no-go in a restaurant setting. Overall, a visit we will definitely not repeat.

We went there for dinner before a major event at the Mercedes Benz Arena. We got a table straight away without a reservation, but it took over half an hour before we could even place an order. Other tables that arrived significantly after us were served first. We then waited a full hour for our food. Here, too, other tables were served much earlier and some had already finished eating. Only after asking several times did we finally get our order. We would have liked to have ordered more drinks while we waited, but no chance. The staff, who at times moved around the restaurant in an uncoordinated manner, practically ignored us or said they would tell a colleague. The food was okay, but very expensive. Unfortunately, the vegetarian selection was pretty poor. What a shame.

We were here for the Ed Sheeran concert, and despite it being very busy, we only had to wait a short time for a table. We ordered three cappuccinos, three elderflower spritzers, and one bottle of still water. We got the three cappuccinos quite quickly, but we waited 20 minutes for the chilled drinks, despite asking twice. (We understand that the restaurant is busy, but when there are four people at a table, it would be great if all four paying guests could enjoy their drinks at the same time. There was no indication that it would take longer, by the way.) When all the drinks finally arrived, I noticed that there was a whitish residue on my glass and asked for a new one. After another 10 minutes had passed (and I asked for a new one a second time), a new one finally arrived, but after the waitress had left, I discovered that it had a sharp chip on the top rim. After complaining again, I finally received a glass with ice cubes and half a lemon slice. There was no apology, by the way. Just a reply from a waitress that it wasn't her fault. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.

We were absolutely thrilled! The food was simply delicious. We had grilled turkey breast with fries and salad, along with a mojito. Everything was perfectly prepared and incredibly tasty. We'd especially like to commend our waitress, Anna. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and spontaneously booked us a table. Overall, a fantastic experience; we'd love to come back!

The portions are far too small for the price. The spaghetti in a cheese wrap was tasty but far too small, the veggie burger was a bit dry, with no sauce on the bottom, and the petty fries were tasty but also tiny. The grilled peppers had no flavor. Overall, disappointing for the price. We also waited quite a while for the food, even though it was almost deserted at 5:30 p.m. The people are nice.

The Palm Beach Stuttgart definitely has potential – the location is good, and the concept is interesting. Unfortunately, the visit didn't quite meet my expectations. In my opinion, there's still room for improvement, especially in terms of service and atmosphere. It's a shame, because with a little more sensitivity, the place could really impress.

Actually, it's a great bar/restaurant with a great atmosphere. But the prices are starting to get really excessive. Hence the 3* rating.

We were a group of five who spontaneously decided to eat here and easily found a seat. The selection is good, and everyone ordered. The food arrived gradually (at a reasonable time), but my burger (California Dream) never arrived. I waited patiently until about 20 minutes later, when I asked if my burger would arrive. (Everyone else was busy eating.) The server took note of my question and came back a few minutes later with the statement, "We just ordered a few chicken burgers, but your burger will definitely arrive." Well, then I waited some more... Another 30 minutes, mind you (I checked my watch)! The waitress was nearby, saw me, and asked from a distance if I still hadn't received my burger, to which I just silently shook my head. By then, everyone else had finished their food, and I still hadn't received my order after almost an hour. After another 5-10 minutes, another waitress came over and apologized. "Sorry, the kitchen has already turned off the oven (or something), could you offer something else?" I said no, because after an hour of waiting, I was really fed up, and the others had finished their meals long ago. Then we paid right away. My partner asked for me (I was too upset that I hadn't managed it in a polite manner) if they could let me have my two drinks on the house as a courtesy, which they at least allowed. Now we waited for one of us to have the rest of our food wrapped, which we indicated during the checkout process. During this time, the first waitress came back to me and apologized repeatedly for the situation, explaining that my burger order hadn't even arrived in the kitchen... And the to-go packaging was also forgotten, so we simply left after another 10 minutes of waiting. Personal opinion? Never again! Unfortunately, the others didn't really like their food (chicken salad, schnitzel, and pizza with ham and arugula) either. They said it was mostly very dry and rather bland. A real shame. I had ordered well in advance and was really looking forward to this delicious-sounding burger, but it wasn't meant to be. The waiters were nice and friendly, but I'm still giving them two stars because they should have kept a better eye on their tables. Then my missing food would have been noticed much sooner, and I might have been able to eat something else that evening... The atmosphere is OK; I was bothered by the many TVs—they were showing football—but some people like that, or even want that. It's a matter of taste.

Palm Beach Stuttgart really surprised me in a positive way! The location is simply a dream: stylish, clean, and with a real beach club vibe. The loungers are super comfortable, the sand is fine and white, and the whole ambiance feels like a mini-vacation. The drinks were super fresh, well-mixed, and beautifully presented. The food was also delicious and came quickly, despite the large number of guests. The service was friendly, attentive, and really made an effort to make you feel comfortable. I particularly liked the little details: fairy lights in the evening, relaxing music, and the feeling of being completely away from everyday life for a few hours. Ideal for girls' nights, birthdays, or just to unwind. We'll definitely be back. Conclusion: If you're looking for summer, good vibes, and a bit of luxury in the middle of the city, this is perfect.

The food and drinks are great, but everyone is so rude that you don't feel comfortable... We're not from around here, and if we hadn't found something else in a hurry (5 minutes before the Nations League final kicked off), we would have left long ago. If you smoke outside at a bar table with an ashtray, you'll be asked to leave. You're not allowed to sit at an UNreserved table because it appears to be reserved (without a sign). This table, or tables, were never occupied either... I would advise the staff to be friendlier, as that's not how you speak to customers.

The food is okay, but the service is bad. I was in Stuttgart to watch the Spain-France semifinal. The day before, I dined at the Palm Beach to watch a semifinal at Roland Garros and the Germany-Portugal soccer semifinal on TV. While I had confirmed the tennis broadcast on one screen with a waitress, they put the soccer match on like all the other screens because a German couple wanted to watch the soccer. I didn't say anything. The next day, I came back because the stadium for the Spain-France semifinal is nearby. I asked to see Lois Boisson's tennis match. The waitress called a manager to turn on a screen. This manager never came to see me despite waiting 20 minutes at the entrance. I left without buying anything. The service is not up to the standard the establishment would expect.

I think they benefit greatly from their location in the heart of the event area, which allows them to charge relatively high prices for both drinks and food. Unfortunately, the size/quantity of the food doesn't really live up to the price; the taste is okay, but nothing special. The ambiance is good, and the service is excellent.

We were on our way to a concert at the Porsche Arena. We stopped by this restaurant to grab a bite to eat beforehand. The atmosphere is simply fantastic, the staff very friendly, the food incredibly delicious, and the restaurant's radio was playing exactly the right kind of music to go with the concert. If we go to another concert at the Porsche Arena or the Hans-Martin-Schleyer-Halle, we'll definitely visit this restaurant again!

We were there to watch the cup match. You can really see something from every seat. The food was incredibly good, and it was served very quickly. Despite everything, I have to say that for those prices, you'd expect the service to be excellent, too, and that's pretty much a no-brainer. The lady took forever to get to us. By then, our glasses had already been empty for ages. They could also generate a lot more revenue by perhaps hiring an additional person. What a shame.

Complaint about the quality of the Margherita pizza Dear Palm Beach Stuttgart team, I ordered a Margherita pizza from you on May 1st and would like to complain about the quality of the product. The pizza was neither satisfactory in terms of taste nor of the expected freshness. The dough was very soft and mushy, the edge was baked way too much. In addition, the toppings were extremely sparse: there was not enough tomato sauce and cheese, which is particularly important with a Margherita. Overall, the pizza seemed carelessly prepared and not up to the standard I was used to. I would even go so far as to say that my stone oven pizza tastes much better. I had a great visit to Palm Beach Stuttgart! I would particularly like to highlight the incredibly friendly and attentive staff - from reception to service, they are simply top! You immediately feel welcome and well looked after. An absolute highlight was the Kaiserschmarrn: freshly prepared, fluffy, perfect and simply heavenly in taste. Overall, a great experience – I’ll definitely be back!

We waited over an hour for our food. There were four of us there and the dishes arrived in about 15 minutes each Distance - so the last meal came almost an hour after the first. Additionally, the noodles were cold when they were served. Unfortunately, the waitress who brought the food showed no interest and just said there was nothing she could do. Another waitress later apologized for the inconvenience and offered us one of the desserts on the house. Unfortunately, the dessert was also disappointing: There were only two small, halved strawberries on my Kaiserschmarrn - no trace of the fruits as pictured on the menu. Overall very disappointing, also considering the price.

It clearly seemed like nepotism, as if the table had been kept free for “acquaintances”. I have rarely experienced something so unprofessional. If you value fairness and good service, you should definitely go somewhere else.

I was looking forward to a relaxing visit to Palm Beach, but was unfortunately disappointed. The burgers were carelessly prepared and tasted absolutely unconvincing, with dry meat and limp buns. The fries were literally burnt and inedible (cold). The prices are completely exorbitant for this quality. It's a shame, because the location itself had potential. I definitely won't come again.

The Palm Beach is a very large and quite dark restaurant. The burger was good, the fries were nice and hot. Unfortunately, ketchup and mayo come in small sachets. A lot of staff. All friendly. Overall quite expensive.

Great shop right next to the stadium – you can feel the Cannstatt flair here! The food is great, the beer is really good and is also available as a measure. Perfect for stadium days or a relaxed evening.

Food, service and ambience are simply top! Even though the kitchen was already closed, the friendly, friendly service conjured up dessert for us. The Lotus Cheese Cake and the Lava Cake were just as fantastic as the service and the main course. We'd love to come back!
