Food didn't come together. Upscale fast food restaurant. Service okay so far. The fries weren't that good.

The food itself wouldn't have been bad... but you can't order a portion of fries if you order a burger, for example, you can order a portion of fries, which in itself doesn't make sense, but yes. The stupidest thing was that we were eating and were told that it would take longer, no problem...then the food came but there was a 20 minute difference for 3 people. And 2 minutes after the last meal arrived we were told that we had to leave in 10 minutes because the table had probably been reserved. So I would say terrible management.... Conclusion once and never again 🤷‍♂️

We reserved a table online for November 2nd, 2024, everything worked out. Arrived and escorted to the table, we were told that the table would be taken about 2.00 hours later. Well, I don't think it's good, it seems uncomfortable and you look at the clock every now and then. Please point this out, even if there was enough time. The food and service were really excellent, but I still wish the food came at the same time.

We had dinner in the restaurant yesterday. After an initially very friendly welcome, things then went downhill. After about 20 minutes the food came, but unfortunately it was only for 2 people and the third meal was unfortunately wrong. The waitress took the food back and assured us that it would be there soon. After waiting 35 minutes, we ordered the food again, whereupon the management came and said that the menu stated that the food would not be served at the same time. But as compensation my wife gets an espresso!!! But this was not served. We definitely won't be visiting this place again!!

Unfortunately, an absolute failure. The three of us went to Palm Beach to spend a nice evening there. At least that was the goal. When we took our reserved table, we were informed immediately after taking our drink orders that the table had been double booked and that we would have to leave in 2.5 hours. Well, 2.5 hours is normally enough, but we were slightly irritated, especially since we weren't made aware when we made our reservation that the table was reserved for a maximum of 2.5 hours. You can't smoke shisha there either. But it's not on the website either, so it basically fits. But it probably used to work (see also older reviews), so it should probably be pointed out that it is no longer offered. The highlight, however, was the food and the ordering of it. I ordered a pizza that according to the menu had peppers on it, but no peppers. This was also repeated orally. My food came first, but the pizza was topped with peppers. The second meal came relatively soon after mine, and here I pointed out that I had ordered a pizza without peppers. She wanted to check it out and bring a new one if necessary. The third meal came with a significant delay, by now the pizza and the other food had already cooled down significantly. This fact alone is highly unprofessional. I kept waiting for the new pizza, but since I also felt hungry, I cut a piece of the pizza and ate it. When I still hadn't received a new pizza after a while, I asked the waitress again, who then said that I had already eaten the pizza and there wouldn't be a new one. Since my pizza was now not only topped with peppers but also ice cold due to the long wait, I let it go back and didn't order anything else; at least the evening was over at Palm Beach. When the other two had finished (the portions were small compared to the price), we paid. There was no further apology. Starting with the “expulsion for a while” shortly after we had taken our seats to the wrong order and subsequent behavior. Unfortunately, this is not possible and we will not visit this location again and advise against visiting here.

It's just Stuttgart-shaped. The food is good but unfortunately the club is the wrong one.

The waitresses named Ajla and Lana were both very accommodating and personable. Feel-good atmosphere. Unfortunately the wait for food was a little longer than expected, but otherwise everything was great.

Hello I was in the PB yesterday October 30, 24 before the event in the Porsche Arena. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed by the prices, which I thought were excessive, but rather by the quality of the food. Ok, it's a chain, it's a football boy, but if you charge big prices you have to deliver. Kässpätzle in which there was hardly any real cheese with cheap ready-made onions on top, no taste, no fresh chives or seasoning. Failed. Crispy schnitzel was somewhat ok, with crispy you have to expect a deep fryer and ready-made breading, but ready-made salad dressing and no homemade dressing on the salad. In short, it's ok to have a cold drink before a VfB game, if you like snack food at high prices, please, but eat with pleasure, not an option. Sorry Gerd D.

We went to Palm Beach for lunch on Saturday before the Bundesliga game against Holstein Kiel. The pizzas we ordered were made quickly despite the rush, tasted good and had plenty of toppings. We would particularly like to praise the Cansu service! She was super friendly and considerate.

Food was quite OK, in retrospect 2 of 3 burgers came. I asked the kitchen several times and service didn't come. Hope the service gets better. Because a drastic improvement is necessary.

Ordered food at 3:30 p.m., still nothing arrived at the table at 4:30 p.m. Although the store has a maximum capacity of 10%, the waiters care more about themselves than about the guests. Everyone always has something to drink and chat about. Therefore only 1 star.

The menu offered an impressive selection of dishes that were freshly and creatively prepared. I chose the pizza, and it was baked to perfection - tender and full of flavor. In addition, the service staff Hanna and Lisa were very friendly.

We were in good hands with the waitress named Ajla. She answered questions straight away and took our wishes into account. The mood and ambience are great, but the food was a bit hit and miss.

We made a reservation, which worked out great. The service came quickly to take the order. We ordered crispy schnitzel, pizza and 2x tagliatelle salamone. The crispy schnitzel came quite quickly, but it was never 300 grams. Then the wait began for the other dishes. After 20 minutes the pizza arrived, which looked and tasted very good. Then came the tagliatelle... something went wrong in the kitchen... first of all, they weren't smoked salmon strips and the sauce was missing too. If you are no longer able to serve a dish as it is on the menu (because an ingredient is missing), this should be communicated. Far too little pasta... but salmon that was completely fried to death. A really manageable portion for a very sporty price. It should also be possible to send all dishes out of the kitchen together as quickly as possible. A good cook is able to do that, especially since there wasn't that much going on right now. However, one of them actually ate alone. It's not so nice now. Conclusion: OK for a drink, but just too expensive for eating because the price-performance ratio is not right.

We have been to Palm Beach several times, always before or after concerts in the Schleyerhalle. The food is not world class, but still good. There is something on the menu for everyone. The prices are not cheap but absolutely ok. I think the service and ambience are great. We will go again.

Good system catering, great sports bar right next to the stadium. The food is tasty and well prepared. Tip: The pizza is really good!

Basically a very solid sports bar with relatively good food: I had a cheeseburger with fries, there was nothing to complain about. However, the price is steep (€6.50 for a beer and €20 for food). I also found it uncool that loud music was playing during the Champions League game (not the VfB game).

Iluna was a very attentive and great operator on October 1st when broadcasting the Champions League game.

Had spaghetti with parmesan. They were delicious. However, the food and drinks are expensive. I was actually amazed. The service was a bit inconsistent, but the staff was friendly.

Great for watching football (VfB) of course 😉 The girls in service are great!! Only the pizza should be improved, more sauce, more cheese and it will work!!
