I recently had the honor of being a guest at Vincent Klink's restaurant on Wielandshöhe. I was curious and excited about what awaited me. To make a long story short: My partner and I left the restaurant happy and satisfied, with the feeling of having experienced something special. For this, we would like to sincerely thank the Klink family and the entire team. It was a wonderful start to the new year!

After recently indulging in the Michelin-starred cuisine of Paris, we dined at Wielandshöhe this time – and we weren't disappointed. What makes this restaurant so special, in our opinion, is its refreshingly down-to-earth nature. No frills, no gimmicks, no experiments. Simply good, honest cuisine of the highest caliber. Which Michelin-starred restaurant offers à la carte dining? Here you can. And if you don't find anything you like on the regular menu, you can choose from the set menus. Since making our reservation, we were especially looking forward to the Crêpe Suzette, and we weren't disappointed. The service was very attentive, friendly, and polite without being intrusive. We felt very comfortable; we weren't just "there to eat," but as welcome guests. It's no wonder our visit lasted almost four hours. ;-) We will definitely be back.

As a couple, we visited Wielandshöhe for the first time on Saturday evening. There are already many excellent reviews, so we don't have anything particularly new to add, but we were simply thrilled, and here's our impression. We received a very warm welcome, and since we arrived quite early, we were able to choose our table from several options. Of course, you shouldn't count on getting one of the limited window seats, but we were there primarily for the food and the ambiance. The aperitif menu was rather small, but perfectly adequate. The wine list, on the other hand, is very well-stocked. I just wish there was a wider selection of beers... We both opted for the six-course menu and were rewarded with a fantastic culinary experience. The delicious white bread with salted butter, which was constantly replenished, and the warm leek quiche served as an amuse-bouche deserve special mention. The menu courses themselves could be described as a combination of classic French and Swabian cuisine. The restaurant's philosophy was evident in its tasteful ambiance, but especially in the food: substance takes precedence over the latest trends. It's outstanding cuisine of the highest caliber, aiming to win over guests with its flavor, not with flashy effects. We can honestly say that we were completely won over during our four-hour visit! Our stay was also made all the more pleasant by the attentive waitress who looked after our table. In fact, the restaurant seemed to be fully booked, and despite the occasional busy period (for example, several ducks were being carved at neighboring tables), everyone exuded a professional calm, and we got the impression that the staff's spirits remained high even late into the evening. This greatly contributes to the guests' overall well-being. It was also wonderful that both Eva Klink and the owner himself personally greeted all the guests throughout the evening. All in all, we had a truly fantastic evening, and it certainly won't be our last!

Dining at Wielandshöhe is a complete experience. It's a wonderful, elegant restaurant with many windows, so everyone can enjoy the view. As soon as you enter, you're warmly welcomed, your coat is taken, and you're shown to your table. We were there for lunch. You can choose between individual dishes or a four-course menu. We both had the menu, and it was a culinary delight! They cook with the finest ingredients and without any unnecessary frills. Pure enjoyment. The service is also first-class. And Eva Klink and Vincent Klink, with their wonderful manner, ensure that every guest feels comfortable. The price is reasonable, considering you're being pampered by so many people for over three hours. Thank you to everyone!

We last visited Wielandshöhe about 20 years ago and wanted to stop by again. The service was very friendly, and the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. However, we were somewhat disappointed by the dishes served. They didn't quite meet our expectations, especially regarding the taste and the expected refinement. The appetizers (snails and goat cheese) and the main course, "kidneys," were good, but didn't live up to our expectations of Michelin-starred cuisine. We've had better meals at other Michelin-starred restaurants, and that's what you have to compare it to. The homemade bread was excellent, and we also really enjoyed the raspberry dessert. In conclusion: great location, pleasant atmosphere, but the food didn't quite reach Michelin-star level for us.

This was our second visit to this wonderful place. And once again, we had a fantastic evening with culinary delights. To address one reviewer: we don't go to a Michelin-starred restaurant to order a pork chop. That reviewer never even tried the cut of meat. I would immediately set aside any filet mignon for that. If you're there, you absolutely must try it. Our son's eyes rolled with delight (mine did too ;-) ). But try everything (I had brain soup, my wife had the lobster (both were amazing)). The service is simply superb and consistently attentive. Don't be intimidated by the term "Michelin-starred restaurant." Everyone is treated exceptionally well here, and there's nothing to be afraid of. Of course, the price is far higher than a "normal" restaurant visit. But you can be sure that you'll have a wonderful evening with culinary delights (and the price is truly reasonable). Isn't that wonderful? Health permitting, we'll gladly return!

Great view, Swabian charm – but the shine is crumbling We had a lovely evening with four people at the Stuttgarter Halböhe with a great view. The ambiance, with its upscale 1990s look, has a special charm and is pleasant and somehow harmonious. The hosts are the heart of the place: The owner and his sister are present, professional, and provide entertainment with their Swabian humor. The other service staff were also always friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, there were also weaknesses during our visit: * Service stutters: During peak hours, the staff were noticeably understaffed. We were largely ignored for 20 minutes – no menu, no requests for drinks. * Food without highlights: The Swabian food was very good, but lacked highlights. The tripe soup was unfortunately overseasoned (too much Timut), and the duck was cooked to perfection but rather bland. The terrine, the kidneys, and the goat cheese parcels were also good, but not outstanding. The zander on cabbage, the dessert, and the sweet accompaniment to the coffee were outstanding! * Drinks shortage: The wine list is extensive, but the advice was somewhat lacking, or rather came too late. We also found the rather limited aperitif menu disappointing, although the homemade "Campari" was very good. * Unexpected ending: There was a damper at 11:30 PM on Friday when we were presented with the bill without being asked and asked if we needed a taxi – a very impersonal and rather strange signal that we should leave. Conclusion: A pleasant evening with charm and potential, but the minor glitches in the service, the underwhelming cuisine, and the abrupt ending unfortunately didn't quite live up to the high standards and price, in our opinion.

Four of us had dinner at the Wielandshöhe on October 11, 2025. When we made our reservation, we specifically requested a table at the edge with some space because of our two dogs. After waiting for several minutes, we were finally noticed at the reception desk and learned that the table we were supposed to be given had been assigned to the wrong person. It can happen, and the replacement table was fine after some minor reorganization. The service was hectic, disorganized, and seemed overwhelmed. Refilling didn't work at all. While you can pour yourself a drink, the bottles should be within easy reach. Drinks were mixed up. Our "head waiter"'s appearance was unfortunately not very appetizing. The food itself was carelessly slapped onto the plates for all courses. "Eat with your eyes" wasn't even remotely realized in any of the dishes. There was no trace of finesse. While everyone's tastes differ, the famous pork chop was undercooked for two people. This was accompanied by a whole clump of savoy cabbage. The tripe could have been soaked a bit more beforehand. The Maultaschen (swabian pasta) in the soup were edible. We skipped dessert. We've been to many Michelin-starred restaurants, but Wielandshöhe was by far the worst in every respect, and it's incomprehensible why it was awarded the star.

Wielandshöhe. A Stuttgart institution that has always existed in a prime location. I've often driven past it and thought to myself: I'd like to eat there sometime. Then yesterday was the day. With great anticipation of a perfect dining evening, we paid the restaurant a visit. The entrance, in gold, was grand and inviting, making you even more excited. A very friendly welcome, although it was a bit too much for us to be asked about our age. A seat by the window with a perfect view of Stuttgart was included. The interior design and arrangement were simple in white and gold. However, you could tell that the restaurant had been around for a long time. Some elements of the decor no longer felt 100% coherent. The meal: I chose a four-course meal. See picture. The pie was sliced directly at the table and garnished with peppercorn cherries. The presentation was a bit boring, I thought, but it tasted very delicious. The cauliflower was so covered in buttered breadcrumbs that I could hardly taste anything else. Today I wonder if the chopped egg was even in it. The potato and leek soup was simple and good. A white foam, quite impressive. The portion could have been a bit larger. The duck with gratin was spot on, but it too lacked that certain something. I skipped dessert because the dishes weren't very convincing. All four people at the table felt the same way. The big flop of the evening: an artichoke for €46 stuffed with about 15 mushrooms and the same herb hollandaise sauce as the cauliflower. Good, but no different from home. Considering the star rating and the price, it wasn't a perfect experience for us. It lacked the sparkle we had felt upon entering. It was a lovely evening, but we won't be coming back for the food. The service was consistently attentive and pleasant. There was no advice on the drink selection (liquor) when asked about it. It's a shame. In my opinion, the price doesn't match the taste and creativity.

I arrived with high expectations and left slightly disappointed. First, the positives: friendly staff, a relaxed atmosphere. The menu was delicious and enough to fill you up. Unfortunately, the a la carte dishes didn't live up to the standard. The trout fillet was only lukewarm, and the pig's foot for €58 consisted of 95% jelly and bones. Two very good desserts couldn't make up for the disappointment. Including drinks, almost €400 was clearly overpriced. What a shame!

Both in terms of taste and presentation, this is comparable to any standard restaurant with a certain level of self-respect. Six of us were there, and apart from one person, no one was impressed with the taste of the food. Our visit (4 people) to Wielandshöhe one evening in late August 2025 was a fantastic experience. The ambiance in the restaurant is simple yet elegant, giving you the sense that the guest and the food are the focus. From the terrace, you have a stunningly beautiful view of Stuttgart. Any potential "stiffness" (I don't often go to a Michelin-starred restaurant), which one might expect in advance at a restaurant of this caliber, was absent throughout the entire evening. The menu was extensive, and choosing was difficult; the advice and wine recommendation from Ms. Klink led to some good decisions. My ordered dishes were pleasantly (not particularly artfully) presented, but extremely tasty (exactly the right priority for me personally). I had an appetizer and a main course; unfortunately, I couldn't manage dessert afterward. The service was competent, attentive (yet reserved), and genuinely warm. I felt extremely comfortable that evening and in this restaurant and can highly recommend a visit.

In a carefree mood, we booked a table at Wielandshöhe at very short notice. The four of us drove from Ravensburg to Stuttgart on Wednesday evening and then back again after dinner. Some might call us crazy, but seriously, we didn't regret it for a second. We received a very warm welcome at the restaurant and were seated at a beautiful table by the window, with a view of Stuttgart and the TV tower. The location was perfect; the restaurant was modern, bright, tastefully decorated, and equally family-friendly with a homey atmosphere. The manager, Eva Klink, gave us a warm welcome, and the service staff were very friendly, cheerful, and immediately on the go. We ate à la carte. Every course, or rather every culinary "small dish," was a highlight in terms of craftsmanship and flavor. You could taste that all the products were of the highest quality. The food was excellent. We ate, among other things, the following: Goat cheese parcels, guinea fowl terrine, consomme with homemade Maultäschchen (swabian ravioli), summer venison with homemade spaetzle, casserole, pork chop with potato salad... Everything was perfectly roasted, cooked, and very well seasoned—in a word, a culinary experience! Thank you, dear Wielandshöhe team. You do a simply magnificent job. And what made the visit even more unforgettable: The great master, Vincent Klink, went from table to table and had a kind word for everyone, chatting briefly with the guests as if nothing were more natural than visiting a friend. A fantastic evening with wonderful food. Definitely worth a little trip anytime. There's nothing to complain about here. The location is fantastic, the restaurant isn't overcrowded, and the service staff are all extremely well-organized and extremely friendly. Vincenz Klink's sister oversees everything and organizes everything perfectly. The wine list is extensive, and there should be something to suit every guest. The food is fantastic, not as ornate as in many Michelin-starred restaurants. We had the 5-course menu, which tasted simply amazing, and the portions of each dish were absolutely sufficient. You could also eat à la carte. The prices are, of course, high, but they're justified.

Update After my visit today, I can only reiterate and reaffirm my previous review. Super professional and warm service, as you would expect from a restaurant of this class. Today's dishes were once again all spot on, fresh, and of very high quality. Each course was a delicious treat. Wielandshöhe has once again lived up to its name. --- After my visit today, I can only say that it's not without reason that Wielandshöhe is one of, or rather the, top addresses for upscale but above all down-to-earth cuisine in Stuttgart. The service more than lives up to the class of the restaurant. Professional, friendly, and above all warm, making you feel very comfortable and welcome. (Mrs. Klink and the "master" also personally visit guests' tables to check if everything is okay. The (changing) à la carte and set menus are very extensive; you're guaranteed to find something here, and special requests are catered for. The dishes are simply delicious... I haven't eaten anything this delicious and with such enjoyment in a long time. (Fresh, delicious, and everything on point)

It was our first time at Wielandshöhe and our expectations were far exceeded. We were greeted warmly and shown to a window seat. The service was attentive, friendly and knew how to create a very pleasant atmosphere with one or two friendly words. The individual menu courses came at enjoyable intervals so that we neither felt rushed nor forgotten. Every course was a small revelation. The daughter of the house kindly offered us an espresso on the terrace. The view was a dream and the delicacies served with the espresso were perfect treats. We didn’t like our first visit to this place because of the poor wine paring advice. But 30 years later we decided to give them a second chance. Imagine our surprise, when we saw that nothing has changed much, I even recognized the chairs 🤣. The pluses- table clothes ( not a must in a star restaurant any more), flexible ordering and friendly staff. It’s a nice touch when Klink himself comes out to greet the guests. But that’s about all. The food is good but nothing inspiring - neither in taste nor in presentation. The furniture is old and worn out. The decorations are kept to the minimum so you can concentrate on the view, (I presume ). But they forgot to mention the opportunity to drink the coffee on the terrace . So, no view for us. It was my birthday and my husband mentioned it 20 times - with no avail. Conclusion - you can spend your 400+ € in a better and more rewarding way.

A truly special evening at Wielandshöhe. We had a hassle-free online reservation – fortunately, because every seat was taken, even during the week. And rightfully so. The atmosphere was pleasant, the clientele was nicely diverse – we immediately felt comfortable and welcome. The service was warm, attentive, professional, and pleasantly unobtrusive. Over the course of the evening, the chef personally greeted us – a gesture that will stay with you. Particularly charming: the Crêpes Suzette, prepared right at our table – a true experience. The culinary delights were also of the highest standard: asparagus salad, goat cheese, venison, and the crêpes – all fresh, perfectly prepared, with flavors that were clear and honest. The portion sizes were just right for us – high-quality without being overly opulent. The greetings from the kitchen, the wine recommendations, the ambiance – everything was just right. Customer communication through the official Instagram profile is even worse (an example from another customer is attached). If you find something like that funny and want to pay over 200 euros per person for a meal that you can find in any medium-sized restaurant, you can of course still go.

There were five of us there. We traveled to Wielandshöhe especially from the Augsburg area. Here we found the last bastion of pure taste and the best ingredients without any frills. After a break that was far too long, we finally treated ourselves to another evening at Wielandshöhe - and are now wondering why we waited so long. This restaurant remains in a class of its own! The 6 course meal was a delight from start to finish. Every course impressed with excellent products, perfectly prepared and without any unnecessary gimmicks. The focus here is on pure taste - no unnecessary decoration on the plate, but pure quality that speaks for itself. The ambience also matches: timeless elegance, high-quality interior and a lived love of table culture - from fine silver cutlery to the perfect setting. You immediately feel comfortable and valued. Another highlight is the outstanding service. From restaurant manager Eva Klink to each individual team member, you are looked after professionally, warmly and attentively - simply perfect. The view is nice, bread was brought regularly when it was empty, but unfortunately that was the positive. Food was average in taste and way too expensive. I've been to a few other star restaurants, such as the Schattbuch or here in Bietigheim in March and March and both were significantly better. It also all took too long. The service was sometimes rude and rude. Among other things, it was more or less assumed that we only eat here because we can pay with our Alex points. That's simply a no go, even if it were like that (I paid with a debit card). We were by far the youngest (all in our early mid-30s), otherwise the average was around the late 50s to mid-60s. Unfortunately, our visit in February 2025 was a disappointing experience. As a group we were looking forward to a special evening in a Michelin-starred restaurant, but our expectations were not met in many ways. As someone with many years of experience in the catering industry and numerous visits to starred restaurants, I feel qualified to give this review. Starting with the service, we found it to be average to poor. The lack of an allergy check is unacceptable in a restaurant of this category. Although the wine list was appealing, it was strange that we were refused to order certain bottles on the grounds that they were "reserved for regular guests". The disparaging attitude expressed to us towards guests who supposedly order expensive wines purely out of prestige was unprofessional and misplaced. The sommelier's statement that he only understands certain wines from the age of 50 seemed excessive and not very competent. The toilets were clean, but old, uncomfortable and looked like a train station. The food itself was the biggest criticism. The dishes were mostly uncreative and in some cases simply inedible. The soup was oversalted and the lack of explanation of the food by the service staff added to the disappointment. The lack of alternatives in a manageable menu is also out of date. The fact that dessert was served despite a clear cancellation rounded off the overall negative picture. Given the high prices for food and drinks, the price-performance ratio was extremely poor. The quality and service offered did not in any way justify the high costs. In addition, an inappropriate comment was made when paying which left the impression that guests were only visiting the restaurant because of the American Express promotion. We regret that we had to have this experience in a restaurant with your reputation. We hope that our feedback serves as an impetus for improvements.

An absolute disaster – never again! Our visit to this so-called star restaurant was a complete disappointment. From the first look at the plates it was clear: the food wasn't visually appealing and unfortunately the taste didn't get any better. The dishes were either completely bland or extremely oversalted - no trace of culinary sophistication. The service was also subpar. In a restaurant of this category you would expect at least basic wine advice - but the staff clearly had no idea. When we wanted to order a specific wine, we were actually told that it could only be appreciated from 50 years old! We have never experienced such an arrogant and condescending statement in a restaurant. However, the absolute highlight of impudence came from the boss herself. She said it was “obvious” that we had only come for the option of paying with Amex and described us in a derogatory tone as “Dubai nouveau riche”. Such disrespectful and insulting treatment is unacceptable! The ambience? Unfortunately just as disappointing as the rest. The entire interior looks old and outdated, with no charm or elegance. In addition, in an upscale restaurant it should actually be a given that the dishes are presented and explained at the table - here the plate was simply placed in front of us without comment. Conclusion: A complete failure! Miserable food, incompetent service, intolerable management behavior and an ambience that is more reminiscent of an outdated hotel lobby. Nothing is right here. We can only advise everyone not to visit this place.

We were very disappointed with the food. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is not right here at all. Gourmet cuisine prices are charged for the upscale inn cuisine. The fillet tips (manageable portion) with green pepper only contained one peppercorn. 58 euros were called for this. The fish fillet was very straightforward and was served with a very generous portion of potato salad. It was very cold in the dining room. The service was attentive and friendly. We were in Wielandshöhe for the first time last week. A star restaurant that is still open at the beginning of January after the holidays - rather unusual, but all the more pleasing. The patron is known from television and from his books, which are worth reading. So now a first visit to the beautifully located restaurant in Degerloch with a fantastic view over and of Stuttgart. Unfortunately, the taxi driver didn't even know where - let alone what kind of restaurant Wielandshöhe was - even though the restaurant has been starred since 1993. Be that as it may, the reception in the restaurant was even warmer and more professional. The ambience is comfortable and very classic. No modern frills - thick tablecloths, beautiful china and fine glasses. The service from start to finish was professional, friendly and competent. The food was a dream - no plate painting, no foam, no deconstructed tralalas. First class craftsmanship, classic French inspired, seasonal and regional. Offering a classic like the "Lièvre royal, the royal hare" on the menu is something only someone who knows their craft and isn't afraid to put a dish from the 19th century on the menu would do. The wines are selected with love and expertise. And the boss greets us at the table - that's how we love it. A really successful evening. We'd love to come back!

Highly recommended! The dining room is pleasantly discreetly decorated in a discreet and unobtrusive late 20th century style - I like that very much! Beautifully decorated and fresh flower bouquets are scattered around. We ordered a la carte. The boss gave us personal advice at the table and competently clarified any doubts or questions. At my special request, she was even able to offer us a wine from Italy that suited my taste, a 2012 Barbaresco Gaja. Later, during the main course, I was very pleasantly surprised by it. The amuse-bouche came with the champagne and I was immediately thrilled. I have to admit that I already knew from previous visits that the Wielandshöhe prefers local Baden and Swabian ingredients of the highest quality and, when preparing them, largely in the form of a combination of Swabian, but also Mediterranean (primarily Italian), and sometimes even Asian Note can be tasted. But that's exactly what I expect in all restaurants around the world: authentically down-to-earth but high-quality cuisine with all the delicious ingredients from the respective region, but also with sophisticated influences and ideas that the rest of the world offers. In addition, I always take great pleasure when - like here - imagination, courage and skill are used to create something completely new and surprising from everything that is available regionally. Not just for the palate, also for the nose and the eyes. Fortunately, in Wielandshöhe I don't find any experimental cuisine that is painstakingly spiced up with ingredients brought in from far away, or perhaps even a copy of the gastronomy of other countries. When it comes to the selection of wines and spirits, I really appreciate the wide, international selection of the finest delicacies. In short: I wasn't disappointed here either - on the contrary! Aperitif, champagne, salad (refined dressing!), vegetables (sensation!), my fish, the wines - everything was perfectly served and just as I had hoped. Sometimes I was even pleasantly surprised by completely new flavor nuances (dessert!). In between, "godfather" Vincent himself suddenly appeared at the table and asked us in his inimitably warm way whether everything was really okay. As the food and wine continued, we always had enough time for conversation and fun at the table without being rushed. The equally surprising second highlight of the evening was the digestif in the form of a very noble and previously unknown fruit brandy from Württemberg, which literally hit the palate after the dessert and before the espresso. The petits fours with the coffee were perfectly prepared and rounded off the meal perfectly. The ambience, the light at the table, the service, the communication, the friendly, warm manner - everything fits together to ensure a well-rounded and successful evening. I also find it very pleasant to be able to complete the annoying payment process discreetly at a somewhat secluded counter at the end, without having to discuss it unnecessarily at the table. Another nice thing is that there is a comfortable seating area for smokers right at the entrance, where the other guests cannot be disturbed. We really enjoyed the evening there again.

The two of us had dinner at Wielandshöhe. Sherry as an aperitif. We found onion tart as an amuse gueule rather inappropriate in front of the Irish rock oysters. The oysters were of very good quality and the vinaigrette was fine. The monkfish with a king prawn and mussels in a crustacean sauce was overall solid, but unfortunately not a star experience. The white bread served was good. The Challans duck was rather average in terms of aroma. We missed an interplay of aromas with thyme, rosemary and juniper, as well as a finely balanced acidity. The sauce overall is meaningless. Overall, high quality products and workmanship; Umami, on the other hand, average; No element of surprise; The taste experience and prices don't match. I had heard about this restaurant from several reliable sources and felt compelled to experience it firsthand. My expectations were not only met, but perhaps even exceeded. The entire staff was exceptionally welcoming and demonstrated a genuine passion for their culinary offerings. We opted for the baby chicken, which was highly recommended by the restaurant's owner, and it proved to be an excellent choice. The mixed salad was also remarkable, with its well-balanced seasoning and generous portion. The mushroom risotto, prepared with locally sourced ingredients, was another standout dish. Thursday evening in Stuttgart. People traveled from Berlin full of anticipation to experience another culinary evening. Rain and discomfort outside, a place of happiness inside. Then you're spoiled for choice: menu or à la carte? We then put together a menu ourselves from the menu. And yet you don't manage to try all the delicacies... the selection is simply too large. So no porcini mushrooms... The leek quiche to start with is simply wonderful. Freshly baked, lukewarm, super fluffy filling, crispy thin dough. The bread and the salted butter - actually a meal in itself. The starters arrive one after the other: goat cheese with pear - wonderful combination. Fried veal head with chanterelles and vinaigrette - a really hearty dish for people who don't just appreciate the fillet and back of the animal. The brain soup was also delicious, nicely foamed and garnished with a dollop of cream. Then there was tripe soup, again real connoisseur's food. Sweet-sour, dark, strong. And then the bouillabaise in the main course. It tasted exactly as you would imagine: intense crustacean aroma in the sauce, juicy cooked fillets, roasted bread rubbed with garlic and all of this combined perfectly with the saffron rouille...a real treat! The white wine goes with it and is sparkling. Chocolate pudding with vanilla sauce and ice cream? Yes gladly! Espresso, Calvados, heart, what more could you want? In short: we felt very comfortable, received great service and nothing was missing. The dishes on the menu are varied and you can find both classics and more unusual dishes. Nowadays it's very modern to say nose to tail...it's something that's been done here as a matter of course for decades. The wine list is its own book, everyone will find something there. Two pages of digestifs alone. You can really have a good time here. Not so good. The dessert was a disaster. If you want to have a nice evening with bread for hours, this is the right place. 800 euros for waiting times that were underground. Reservations were made at 6:30 p.m. and the starter was brought in stages at 8:30 p.m. Unfortunately it's no longer worth a visit for us.

My wife and I each had a four-course meal. When we asked about a wine pairing we got an answer. We don't have a sommelier, so there is no wine pairing. That was the first disappointment. The two starters we had tasted like they had forgotten to season them. My wife and I looked at each other and said this can't be true. In addition, it took an eternity for the individual courses to arrive. We were diligently put bread and butter on the table, but I don't go to an expensive restaurant to fill myself up with bread. The kid as a main course was very good. The main course came after two hours, by which time our stomachs were already full of bread. My wife's dessert didn't make her happy. My cheese platter with explanations from the service staff, on the other hand, does. Conclusion: The quality of the food depends heavily on who prepares the food. The whole disappointment took place on July 18, 2024. We still have the bill.

The food tasted very well prepared. You can enjoy a great view over Stuttgart. The staff is polite and courteous. The restaurant is upscale. The table arrangement is a bit sober. Conclusion: The food was well prepared, but the price/performance ratio is not related. I personally think the pricing, i.e. the calculation, is too high. I will not publish any products or prices, everyone should form their own opinion.

Hard to beat in terms of taste. Perfectly prepared, there is nothing to complain about in terms of quality. This is a fine place where the maximum is achieved (actually the soul, the essence) from relatively simple but very high quality products. And it works very well here, I'm always surprised. I don't miss the fun cuisine of other restaurants at all, it's nice but it's something different. Please continue.

Our dinner at Wielandshöhe was excellent. The dishes were perfectly prepared and tasted delicious. The service was attentive and professional. The elegant ambience rounded off the experience perfectly. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend this pizza. Neither the crust nor the toppings were tasty, and it doesn't have much in common with an Italian pizza. I ordered "a Margherita with extra mushrooms and olives" – I got a Margherita with raw mushrooms and olives on the side. The other pizzas weren't well-received either.
