Hellbusch in Oldenburg (Oldb)

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The delivery time was extremely long (almost two hours). When the food finally arrived, it was cold and completely soggy from the long wait. As a result, the fries were soft and soggy, and the shawarma was very moist overall and had an unusual taste – definitely not what one would expect. The packaging was also very damp inside, which only made things worse. In addition, the delivery instructions were ignored, which is especially frustrating given the long wait. For almost €30, I expect a completely different level of quality. I was unfortunately unable to eat part of the meal. Shortly after eating it, I also developed stomach pains, which completely ruined my evening. Overall, a very bad experience. I will not be ordering from here again.

I just ordered and picked up a pizza, and there were pieces of gristle in the chicken. It tasted a bit off, so I couldn't eat it. It's a real shame, I've ordered from there before, but never again!

Ready-made meals! Quite unfriendly on the phone and tiny portions. The cheese dumplings were three tiny, ready-made rolls, about the size of a little finger, that tasted awful, for €7.90! The appetizer platter for two was the same: four mini pastry rolls and two vine leaves that were just sour. And we won't even mention the sauces and the rest. Once was enough. Never again.

There's something for everyone here, whether you're a meat lover or a vegetarian. Great for young and old.
