I'm extremely disappointed and, frankly, furious. I waited almost two hours for my order. When the food finally arrived, it was completely soaked, cold, and damp. • The shawarma tasted very strange, was extremely wet, and definitely not fresh. • The fries were completely soggy and inedible due to all the moisture. • Everything was far from warm or hot. • The packaging was completely damp inside. • The delivery instructions were completely ignored. I paid almost €30 for food that I had to throw away half of because it was simply inedible. The worst part: less than an hour after eating, I had severe stomach pains, which is seriously worrying me. This kind of quality is absolutely unacceptable. This was my first and last order from here. Never again.

The first time I had chicken shawarma there, it was very good. The meat was juicy and well-seasoned, with some pickled vegetables, a subtle sauce, and the bread was deliciously toasted. That's why I came back and ordered it four times to take away... Very disappointing! They initially tried to overcharge me by €4 (despite me using a calculator!). Then the meat was almost inedibly dry and probably old. To then charge me full price for four of the same thing is outrageous, which is why I feel cheated and won't be coming back. What a shame!

With all due respect to the owner, the staff's behavior is disrespectful and unprofessional. There is a complete lack of attention to customers. Taking orders without writing them down is simply incompetent. I ordered meat and received chicken – that's unacceptable. I also ordered a plate of fries, but without ketchup or mayonnaise. Furthermore, I ordered a sandwich, but the sides that are usually served with it were missing. On top of that, there was a significant delay in preparing the food because one employee was on his phone and another was just chatting instead of working. This isn't a minor issue; it's gross negligence. I left the restaurant with a very bad experience. The previous owner clearly knew how to treat customers better. If nothing changes, this restaurant has no future and will quickly lose customers. We used to travel a long way to eat here – that will definitely not happen anymore.

The crispy chicken was a 5/10—also very greasy, but okay. The staff are very friendly, but unfortunately, the food isn't as good as it used to be.

On February 3, 2025, the kitchen was inspected by the city of Oldenburg. There were 44 complaints, often regarding poor hygiene, including dirty floors, drying disposable gloves instead of disposing of them, hand basins in the kitchen without detergent, moldy food, etc.

The service was very nice, but a bit disorganized. The shawarma was great :) The value for money was good. The guys all really tried their best.

Great! This is not your average shoarma place. Here they have homemade fresh falafel, delicious haloumi wrap and fantastic chicken doner. The food is not drowned in garlic sauce to create some flavor to the frozen food, like in other restaurants. The combination of vegetables and filling of doner/falafel/haloumi is really perfect. You can really taste the good combination of filling, vegetables and the wrap. The wraps are also not from the supermarkets, but are real Middle Eastern wraps (if I may call them wraps). This is really the best doner/haloumi/falafel I have ever eaten! If I am in the area of ​​Oldenburg again, I will definitely come by!
