I don't even know where to begin. There were four of us, and we had the all-you-can-eat option. The servers were all very friendly and always returned to the table at the perfect time. The food arrived very quickly, so we never really had to wait. I had my baby with me, which can be a bit of a problem in some restaurants. But it's a huge space with a changing table.

We had the all-you-can-eat option and everything was great: the food was fantastic and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. I would definitely go back.

It tastes absolutely fantastic; incredibly delicious tarte flambée and creations made with fresh ingredients. The all-you-can-eat offer creates a cozy atmosphere when dining with a group.

We were there on Tuesday, November 25th, for card games and a meal. What can we say? 11 out of 10! The food was absolutely perfect, the salad was top-notch with raspberry dressing. I know what I'm talking about because I eat out very often and book high-quality trips and restaurants, but I would give this place my absolute highest recommendation. Again, the food is incredibly delicious, the staff is fantastic, and if you're looking for a place to eat really well and maybe even play cards, then you should definitely book this place!!! 11 out of 10! 🥰 P.S. I visited this restaurant in Oldenburg for the first time in November 2025... and was absolutely thrilled. The service was fantastic... always a smile for the guests, and every wish was fulfilled. The restaurant exudes coziness and warmth. The various tarte flambées are perfect for every taste and absolutely delicious. All in all... a wonderful evening, and I highly recommend it. The three of us trudged through the pouring rain and arrived 75 minutes before the kitchen closed. The restaurant wasn't full, and there were several free tables. Unfortunately, we weren't welcome: The waitress turned us away at the door. Initially, they said the place was fully booked. The waitress must have realized that this was obviously nonsense. We were then told that the kitchen was about to close – an hour and a quarter before the scheduled time. We could have a drink... What a shame: The place is close to us, and we'd love to make it our regular restaurant. But we simply didn't feel welcome.

I've been there several times and I've never been disappointed! Delicious tarte flambée, a good selection. Drinks are prepared with great care. The staff is always friendly! I can recommend it with a clear conscience!

The Flammkuchenhaus Gaston is definitely worth a visit! The tarte flambée is exceptionally delicious, and there's a great selection – both savory and sweet, all freshly prepared. I'd especially like to highlight the drinks: beautifully presented, and the homemade lemonade is highly recommended. The atmosphere is very cozy and inviting; you sit back and relax and immediately feel at home. The service was also always very friendly and attentive on the evenings I was there. Unfortunately, I can't comment on whether the restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Overall, though, it's a wonderful place to enjoy delicious tarte flambée in pleasant surroundings.

You should book a table in advance here. The service is very friendly and attentive. The drinks arrived very quickly even though the restaurant was very busy. The wait for the food was okay. We had to wait longer except for dessert. I had the classic tarte flambée and one with salmon and spinach. Very tasty. Unfortunately, there was too much pepper for my taste. This completely overpowered the other ingredients. The salmon was very salty even though I love salty food. As I said, tasty but the flavor could be improved. The selection is outstanding. Keep up the good work, I'll definitely come back when I'm in town.

As a vegan, I really enjoy going here. There are five vegan savory tarte flambées and I think three vegan sweet tarte flambées to choose from, each one more delicious than the last. The service and atmosphere are great; we love coming back!

We were very satisfied with the menu and the food. The service was very friendly and customer-oriented. Except for one minor issue with the dessert (crispy ice cream, which we're used to from the ice cream factory in Oldenburg), we were completely satisfied. We weren't even charged for the ice cream. We can recommend the restaurant and will definitely be back.

We were there on a Friday evening with 5 people. The food was at the table very quickly and once again very tasty. The portions fill you up well. The service is also very attentive and we would be happy to come back. It is advisable to reserve in advance, but this can easily be done online.

The food and the staff were great. The ambience is pleasant and comfortably furnished. What didn't work at all was that the three of us got a tarte flambée every 30 minutes. Only after the restaurant was almost empty did the tarte flambée come faster. If you choose the all u can eat option you should come early enough. Otherwise everything was great.

When we made the reservation we forgot to mention that there was a wheelchair user. That wasn't a problem for the staff. A barrier-free table was immediately chosen for us. We had a great evening. Many thanks to the whole team

A really nice restaurant with a great ambience and super nice staff! The vegan selection is great and the food tastes really delicious. Everyone will find something here, perfect for larger groups. Prices have increased a bit recently, which is of course noticeable, but the quality and overall experience are still top notch. Anyone who values ​​a convivial evening with good food is definitely in good hands here. (We've been there the last few times with just under 45 euros per person, but we also drink more than just one drink.)
