We were there on a Friday evening with 5 people. The food was at the table very quickly and once again very tasty. The portions fill you up well. The service is also very attentive and we would be happy to come back. It is advisable to reserve in advance, but this can easily be done online.

The food and the staff were great. The ambience is pleasant and comfortably furnished. What didn't work at all was that the three of us got a tarte flambée every 30 minutes. Only after the restaurant was almost empty did the tarte flambée come faster. If you choose the all u can eat option you should come early enough. Otherwise everything was great.

When we made the reservation we forgot to mention that there was a wheelchair user. That wasn't a problem for the staff. A barrier-free table was immediately chosen for us. We had a great evening. Many thanks to the whole team

A really nice restaurant with a great ambience and super nice staff! The vegan selection is great and the food tastes really delicious. Everyone will find something here, perfect for larger groups. Prices have increased a bit recently, which is of course noticeable, but the quality and overall experience are still top notch. Anyone who values ​​a convivial evening with good food is definitely in good hands here. (We've been there the last few times with just under 45 euros per person, but we also drink more than just one drink.)

The saddest tarte flambée I've ever eaten. Hardly any toppings on it, but you get €15.90 for a cake. The dry stuff had to be washed down with a lot of liquid. The service was good.

Happy hour started at 8 p.m. Every month there is also a tarte flambée of the month, which is usually not included on the menu. In October it was the Mexico tarte flambée. Super delicious!

Absolute recommendation! We were even there for the 5th anniversary. You could put together the entire surface yourself. Hammer! Staff super friendly and on the ball. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice, you sit far enough apart, it's not super loud and the room concept is cozy and well thought out. There was even a mulled wine stand outside with a Christmas market atmosphere. Clear recommendation and one of the best restaurants in Oldenburg!

If you are there with several people, you can also order tarte flambée "full" - all you can eat. Tarte flambées keep coming and everyone can try different types.

I chose Gaston for my birthday dinner with my husband because I still had fond memories of the great buffet on New Year's Eve. There is no day off so there is no problem on Monday either. We are very enthusiastic about the great cuisine with an extensive vegetarian selection, the range of drinks and the extremely courteous service. A delicious dessert on the house including a sparkler made the beautiful evening on the terrace perfect for me. We'll definitely come back often.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food used is sometimes a bit poor, e.g. B. With the gyros. But what is now really outrageous (in my opinion) is the price of €27. It's no longer worth it for us, so we won't be coming back again.
