It takes forever until someone asks „anything else?“

Friendly welcome, acceptable prices and the food was excellent. Had a large plate with different types of meat, everything was great and the fries were also perfect. We were immediately served an ouzo. We'll be back.

Unfortunately, the price/performance is no longer comprehensible. It's not about expensive or cheap, the taste/quality is no longer what it used to be. I would rather not compare the restaurant with other Greeks. It's more of a snack bar

Arrived ontime having booked a table. Drinks and meal orders taken promptly. 1st issue was spilling of sause over a guest when bringing the side salads. 2nd issue was that we were forgotten outside as almost all other guests had been served - no one came to check on us. 3rd issue was that after 1 hur of waiting we caught and reminded a waiter than we had not been served. He tried to blame other guests ahead of us but we had been watching and noted they were mostly served prior to us even arriving. It seemed that our orders and us had simply been forgotten. 4th issue was that after waiting a further 15 minutes, and it getting dark and cold, we relocated outselves inside. We were not invited to relocate but took it upon ourselves to do so. 5th issue was that our meals finally arrived after 1hour 25mins !! but without french fries as ordered. Having reminded the waiter, these arrived within minutes but were cold, as if they had been standing somewhere for quite some time, perhaps even the 1hour 25mins we had been waiting. 6th issue is a warning to other potential guests on a hot and steamy evening - the outside area was filled with almost 100% smoking and vaping diners. No segregation, no smoke-free policy etc. Very unpleasant for those that would prefer to enjoy their evening outside smoke free and actually savour their meal rather than the clouds of smoke and vape. Very poor.

The ambience was very nice. The winter garden in particular was ideal for swarms on a warm summer evening. The staff/service was very attentive, polite and quick. Unfortunately, one meal was completely over-seasoned with salt. Another meal lacked some of the trick and sophistication in the taste. The portions were very generous.

Nice restaurant with winter garden and summer tent; very tasty food, in generous portions, at reasonable prices; very familiar, friendly service; also take-out sales, which can be pre-ordered by telephone. January 2024: Still a great restaurant where there are always small special promotions and events - it's worth visiting the website regularly. September 2024: Also worth mentioning are the special holiday dishes and salads, many of which go well with the summer season.

Great experience with authentic Greek hospitality!

Unfortunately, the taste experience did not materialize. On the border of “feeding”, Gyros in lunch sauce were ordered. What I received was more like gyros in lunch soup. Unfortunately, the dish was, on the whole, very simple and minimalistic in its preparation. Absolutely uninteresting in taste. Very very sad...

A somewhat outdated restaurant. More of a pub atmosphere. The food was ok, but not particularly well presented. Unfortunately, calamari wasn't cooked at all. The service staff was friendly and nice.

The Hellas is a very nice Greek restaurant in Norderstedt with, among other things, a modern winter garden, very tasty food and an extremely friendly and attentive service team. All in all it was a nice evening at the family birthday party.

A terrific restaurant. If you want to eat Greek, you should definitely choose this restaurant. Super delicious food! The gyros and calamari as well as the lamb were fresh and perfectly seasoned. An incredibly good price-performance ratio.

Apart from the fact that they have the best Metaxa sauce here, the service is really exceptional, it seems like it's no longer a given to be looked after like that. So the tzatziki and a bowl of the sauce in question with the bread would have been enough for me ^^

The food was very tasty 😋. The service was good, small weak point, we wanted to pay and were forgotten, even though there were still moderate guests and quiet. Ambiance, still has the charm of the 80s inside. Basically the location is very good.

I've been here a few times now when business has taken me back to the Norderstedt region. A great "Greek". Tasty food, fast service and always two ouzo, one before, one after. We recommend.

The restaurant was busy, but we still managed to get a table without a reservation. The waitresses were quick to take the orders and the waiting time for the food passed quickly. In between, the waitresses regularly supplied us with ouzo. The food was very tasty and the portions were large. The boss also made a very nice impression and regularly asked if everything was OK. Unfortunately we don't live nearby but we would recommend the store at any time!!

It was my first time with these Greeks and I have to say that this is one of the better ones. I was served very nicely, the liver and gyros I ordered were very tasty, and I particularly liked the fried potato slices. So if you want to spend a nice evening with good food and great service at absolutely affordable prices, you are definitely in good hands here.

Been there for the third time today and to be honest: our absolute best Greek restaurant which we met by chance and have now learned to absolutely love. Such delicious and very good quality food in a great and, above all, friendly and family atmosphere really only happens once. The entire team is always in a good mood and always pays attention to their guests; Because here it really means that the guest should feel comfortable. So our regular restaurant and simply recommended.

Unfortunately the Bifteki without sheep's cheese and totally rushed. Should then be given warm sheep's cheese as a replacement, which was cold and a gravy boat with Metaxa sauce. I've been waiting for a new portion for 15 minutes now. The first according to the staff as a small portion without sheep's cheese, I had ordered a normal one. The second waiter asked 5 minutes ago if I was happy with the food. When I said I would wait, he quickly ran away. Even now, no new portion on the table. This was our first and last visit after years here. We went here because we were told the chef was new and the food was good. We cannot confirm this in any way. My husband also totally shortened the gyros.

Went there for the first time today because we've only been living nearby for a short time and searched for restaurants nearby on Google. Walked in and immediately felt very comfortable and warmly welcomed. We were greeted by a short chat with Kostas and then the most delicious meal we have ever experienced. Meat is simply delicious and, above all, tender and not dry or anything. We were always looked after and there was always a quick chat. That's what I call delicious and good food with a simply great host. The price and performance ratio here is absolutely right and we are guaranteed to go back to Kostas very often.

As a newcomer, I suddenly found what I was looking for in my new home when I was looking for a good Greek restaurant. The Hellas is an owner-operated Greek restaurant where my companion and I were served very personally. The dishes (starter, main course and dessert) are all outstanding and we are deeply impressed.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und + sehr freundliche Bedienung. 6 Sterne 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Vielen Dank!!!

Ungemütlicher und runtergekommener Gastraum. Es war kalt, nur ca. 19 Grad Celsius im Gastraum bei 9 Grad Außentemperatur. Die Bedienung sah sehr ungepflegt aus, war aber freundlich. Das Essen war nur mittelmäßig gut, dafür aber recht teuer. 10 Peperoni für € 5,50 - einfach nicht angemessen. Das Gyros war minderer Qualität, nicht heiß und sehr fettig. Das Souflaki war tatsächlich lecker und zart. Das selbstgebackene Brot war mindestens 2 Tage alt. Fazit: Ich habe mir den Magen verdorben und Herpes bekommen. Da helfen auch keine Ouzos vom Haus. Wenn dieses Lokal tatsächlich die Nummer 3 in Norderstedt sein soll, dann bewahre mich Gott bitte davor, eines der 69 danach liegenden Restaurants besuchen zu müssen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Geburtstagsabend in dem griechischen Restaurant. Tolle Atmosphäre, leckeres Essen, besonders das Moussaka, und freundlicher Service. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Immer wieder gerne sind wir dort. Der Chef und seine Mannschaft sind immer freundlich, alle Wünsche werden erfüllt. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend. Wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl.

Mit viel Liebe und Authentizität geführtes Restaurant! Wir waren an einem Freitag Abend da und wurden von toller griechischer Livemusik überrascht. Eine ganz tolle Stimmung mit Tanz und einer menge guten Laune. Ein Stück Griechenland in Norderstedt! Toller zuvorkommender Service und wirklich hervorragendes Essen. Dieser Grieche ist definitiv ein Besuch wert und wir bewerten ihn gerne mit 5 Sternen, die er verdient. Wir waren nicht zum letzten mal dort!

Man fühlt sich sofort wie ein Ehrengast, sobald man zur Tür hineinkommt. Und das ohne Reservierung und alles um 21:00! Super Service und tolle Unterhaltung. Das Essen war auch sehr gut 👍 Nur die Parkplätze können etwas eng werden

Wir, meine Familie und ich, sind seit Jahren regelmäßig im Hellas eingekehrt und tatsächlich noch nie (!) enttäuscht worden. Die Gerichte (wir haben die Speisekarte inzwischen einmal durch) sind lecker und ausnahmslos empfehlenswert. Besitzer Kostas (einer der freundlichsten und aufmerksamsten Menschen die ich kenne) erfüllt auch gerne Sonderwünsche.

Dieses Restaurant zeigt, wie wichtig es ist, dass der Chef VorOrt ist. Gleichbleibende Freundlichkeit, tolles Essen. Hier wird man satt und auch die Preise sind ok. Einzig, die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Dort müsste mal was getan werden. Aber insgesamt: Alles ok!

Wir wohnen im Westen von Hamburg und uns sind die tollen Bewertungen von Hellas aufgefallen, also haben wir uns auf den Weg nach Norderstedt gemacht und es hat sich gelohnt. Das Essen ist fantastisch und wir haben selten einen so herzlichen Service erlebt. Kostas und sein Team kümmern sich ununterbrochen und sehr aufmerksam um jeden einzelnen Gast. Ich war seit 3 Jahren mit einem Freund mal wieder bei Kosta im Restaurant Hellas gewesen. 🤗 Wie meist immer und damals schon, war das Restaurant mit Gästen gut besucht. Jegliche angebotenen Speisen dort, schmecken einfach nur phantastisch! Man fühlt sich in dieser Gaststätte, bei leckeren Essen 🤤😋 und zwischendurch immer mal wieder einen Ouzo vom aufmerksamen Personal, bestens aufgehoben und sehr freundlich und nicht aufdringlich, nur topp bedient. Mehr geht nicht! Es ist für mich eines der besten griechischen Restaurants, in der erweiterten Umgebung! 👌😉
