I wanted a lahmacun and got a kebab

First of all I have to say it's a lovely shop, you get a very warm welcome and very good service from the waiter!! But unfortunately, unfortunately, the food we ordered was very, very bad, that was very disappointing because we were so hungry and we already had the taste on our tongues because we know the meal times, but unfortunately we were totally disappointed. The boss was told about the cooperation but simply ignored it, instead we were charged very harshly, and then we still left a tip for the waiter!! We don't come anymore. Greetings to the boss. You won't make any money that way!!!

Service can still be improved, I can't recommend pre-ordering, especially at lunchtime. Some of the orders were wrong, instead of kebab pockets there was Durüm and there was no soft cheese, even though this was guaranteed when specifically asked - a shame. As an apology we had baklava. Thanks

Well .service wasn't the best. Had to drink silver bread several times. And pick up before food The starter was disastrous... Order .comb but no plate.Had to. stand out for the 5th time and go to the counter to ask for plates.answer. we can. Eat like that too. Damage

I was there for the first time this evening and got two kebabs. Very nice, friendly service and super tasty kebabs! The ambience was clean and appealing at first glance. I would definitely like to come back.

I found this workplace over the weekend due to work. I observed the friendliness and hard work of the employees, they provide service without losing their smile in an establishment that is almost full. They suggested that this workplace had just changed and that I should come the next day to have a drink. I really observed both their beautiful products and their smiles from morning to evening. I thank them.

Tastes very good and has good value for money.

Unfortunately and once again we didn't get what was ordered. A colleague goes there and is supposed to bring a kebab box with rice for 3 other colleagues. But this one comes with fries... I don't eat it, I don't like it. I will never order there again and can NOT recommend the store. LG P.K.

Yesterday we went to Kapadokya for a kebab and salad. Very nice, quick and clean. Above all, delicious. Payment by card or cash. Toilet very spacious and apparently handicapped accessible. Thanks

It was good at the beginning, a short time later it was just ok, but what's much worse is that compatriots are given preferential treatment, which is not possible at all... Today the store lost a good regular customer.

Waited almost 1 hour for my food today. The order was incomplete, the rice and salad were missing. But the worst thing: the Styrofoam to-go packaging was partially burned and therefore had large holes, which led to the sauce leaking out and small Styrofoam residues hanging on the food. Very unpleasant. I was thrilled when it opened, but the quality has deteriorated significantly now. Too bad.

After the renovation it became really nice. Had 2 kebabs, one Ezme (unfortunately served without bread) and 2 drinks. Good taste. Doner kebabs were a decent size and well filled. Ezme nice and spicy and fruity. Unfortunately the final price wasn't right. Should have cost €25.60. But they asked for €30. Discussing didn't help much. So the restaurant tipped itself and lost a customer.

It's been a long time since I've eaten such a bad kebab. It's a shame because you need a good kebab on every corner. Doner kebab soaked in cocktail sauce, too much garlic, brown iceberg lettuce, bread nothing special. Anyone who has ever eaten kebab with real veal will not like this meat. Lamb soup couldn't be eaten because it was unfortunately so bad. Wasted money. Still hungry. If you're already away from it all, you can at least make a little more effort to make a good kebab.

New name, same quality. Lahmacun, very tasty, especially the sauces, all freshly prepared. Unfortunately it's not really cheap anymore, even if the Lahmacun is big, Personally, I think 9 € for this is too much. The drink prices of €2.30 to €2.80 for canned drinks (0.33) are also calculated high. The restaurant itself has become very beautiful after the renovation. There is now much more space to sit. Employees, like in Hechtsheimer Kebabhaus times, friendly. It's not nice to have cleaning products and microfiber cloths lying around in the toilets, but you can ignore it.

At the beginning the kebab was good, after a few months from the beginning I got a dry one - without sauce, salad was negligible, the meat was burnt and the portion is visibly smaller. Savings at the expense of the customer... Don't count on good food on Saturday evening. I'm disappointed, despite my previous satisfaction.🥺

Delivery, Adana Dürüm Simply too little for the price, too dry, not filled with enough stuffing, the flatbread was what you tasted the most. When newly wrapped it was very, very thin. A fair price for this would be €4.50 Maybe that was just a negative outlier among the 2 I ordered.

Very good food, I had a grill plate and Künefe for dessert. Very nice and friendly service. The ambience could be improved somewhat, but that's complaining at a high level.

Great Turkish restaurant in Hechtsheim! The kebab plate is super nice, the falafel is fresh and delicious. The service is quick and friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant and everything is very clean. Definitely a recommendation in Hechtsheim

Unfortunately it's no good at all! Maximum poor mediocre, meat with no taste, absolutely no special quality! Bread, sauces even less! And not just in relation to the poor quality, but basically way too expensive at around €7-9 depending on the variant! What world do they live in??? Great kebab in Ffm ok for the money, but this fail in the Hechtsheim industrial area is not possible! Therefore no recommendation! Price/performance is zero!!! And therefore no alternative to the sometimes much better kebabs in the immediate area! Or the stores that take quality and job seriously!

Super delicious kebab and changing, freshly cooked lunch menu. Nice staff. Relaxed atmosphere 👍 What I don't understand.. why is the beautiful landscape shot of Kapadokya distorted and pixelated 🤷‍♂️ If you invest so much money in a photo wallpaper, why not do it right 🙃

We've been there twice. The food is incredibly delicious. We are particularly enthusiastic about the lamb soup and lahmacun. Iskender Kebap also tastes GREAT.

After a short wait, an employee came from the back rooms. There were only seconds between taking the order and starting to prepare it. The meat was cut from the spit and the salad was also fresh. The fries were well seasoned and if they had been a little warmer I would have given them five stars. About the ambience: it's a snack bar, but a very clean one. You can sit both inside and outside.

Fine Turkish food. Not just kebab but also many other specialties and plate dishes - absolutely recommended!

Ordered 2 kebabs. About the same, except one had pepperoni. Unfortunately, one was completely dry and hardly any sauce, the other was dripping with sauce. In terms of taste, it didn't blow us away. Unfortunately there were flies everywhere on the display, unfortunately no creativity to protect the food. It was an attempt, we probably won't go there again.

The doner and fries are delicious, I had dinner here and wanted to stop by for breakfast, but at 09:15 the door was still locked and no one was there even though it says they are open from 09:00.

Mostly delicious... For my taste, good meat and mostly fresh ingredients. In the evening you can sometimes have bad luck... The prices have increased... The baklava could be significantly cheaper... The store needs to be thoroughly renovated inside and out...

Preislich oberes Segment, Geschmacklich gut aber nicht herausragend. Die Örtlichkeit könnte dringend eine Renovierung vertragen. Nur dürftig beheizt, Fenster defekt, Türschließer defekt etc. ... etwas mehr Liebe in das Ambiente wäre dringend notwendig.

Ganz ok. Parkplätze vorhanden, Personal ist stets bemüht nett zu sein. Es gibt einen unangenehmen Geruch in diesem Kebabhaus. Essen war ok, 3 sterne von 5 sind vollkommen ok

Also wir waren vorletzte Woche zum Mittagessen da, und naja, hat allen bissi schwer im Magen gelegen. Toiletten auch nicht gut. Woher 5 Sterne kommen ist halt Geschmackssache.

Döner Spezial und Getränk 9,00 Euro. Der Döner war nicht mal annähernd ein DÖNER SPEZIAL...die Preise dort stehen zu keinem Verhältnis. War halt auch das erste und letzte mal :)

Ich gehe mittlerweile seit Jahren zum "Hechtsheimer kebap haus". Innerhalb einer kurzen Wartezeit und freundlichen Gesprächen der Inhaber/Arbeitenden bekommt man den besten Döner in Mainz mit Extrawünschen ohne Aufpreis. Der Laden und das Ambiente sind nicht wirklich schön, aber die meisten Kunden nehmen ihr Essen mit. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage im Industriegebiet kaufen dort auch viele Arbeiter auf dem Sprung vorbei.

Perfekt! Gestern meinen ersten Döner von diesem Lokal getestet und er war super lecker.

Ich habe heute das erste Mal meinen Dönerteller hier geholt und bin positiv beeindruckt. Die Pommes und der Salat waren super lecker. Das Fleisch war ziemlich würzig, aber auch sehr lecker. Es könnte nur etwas kleiner geschnitten sein. Aber das ändert meine Sternenzahl nicht. Auch der Service war super freundlich. Als blonde Frau wurde ich angeschaut und freundlich bedient. Das habe ich leider auch schon anders erlebt. Ich bin zufrieden und komme definitiv wieder. Auch mit meiner Laktoseintoleranz kam ich hier sehr gut zurecht und habe meinen Dönerteller ohne Soße bestellt. Geht wunderbar. Obendrein duftet es im Restaurant herrlich nach Essen und stinkt nicht nach altem Fett. Ich kann Güler Brot "Kebap Haus" absolut empfehlen.

Das Essen ist lecker, aber die Wartezeiten zu Stoßzeiten ist recht lang. Daher einen Stern Abzug. Die Preise sind absolut fair.

Dönerteller ist ein Traum aber sonst auch sehr lecker und mega freundlich!!! Nurnzu empfehlen!!!
