Hayman's Döner super frisch & lecker in Nürnberg

The best Döner and kebab I have ever eaten. The employees are polite and always prepare your food to the best of their ability. I haven't eaten such tasty döner in a long time. All ingredients are fresh. I have nothing to complain about them. It is clean there, it is nice to eat there, it is nicely furnished. They have my respect. And there is a wide selection of food and, of course, different types of drinks. When you are in Nürberg, I recommend you to come and try Turkish delicacies. 💯👍 Lubo

Top-notch service As for the food, I have to say the veal was so oversalted that it even gave you high blood pressure, and the bread was way too tough, not crispy enough, and too thick. So only one star for the service.

The service was nice. The food, or rather the meat, was very bad. It was dry and had no flavor. So I'll never go there again!

He used to be nice and polite. He was a regular customer. Last week, when I was only able to pay by card for the first time, he became aggressive and insulted me, saying I wasn't a man. (His card reader had broken down.) I'll never go there again; that was the last time.

Absolutely amazing food, rarely like this, but how disrespectful does one have to be? Just because you're with your colleagues and want to eat, you're quickly asked to find something, which is absolutely shameless. They're constantly telling you to make up your mind quickly, no respect or manners, they're putting in a lot of effort, and they didn't even want to offer card payments just because they saw us with cash. Never again! First, they'll say we'll make a deal for you, then they shamelessly demand the full price.

We were there for the first time on June 14, 2025. I have to say, the food was amazing, and we're from Stuttgart.

A really solid kebab! Not a TikTok kebab. Really good. Top-notch meat, top-notch sauce, fresh salad, and homemade bread. No frills. Very clean, and the owner is passionate about what he does! Keep it up!

Whether it's a kebab or a kebab plate, it's always top-notch. I highly recommend it. The staff is always friendly, and the price/performance ratio and quality are top-notch.

They provide the number one durüm in Nürnberg. If you are in Nuremberg its a must try thing.. The freshly backed bread is the essence of it.

Best staff, especially Hassan, always very funny, I always find it cool when he cuts the meat and does these tricks with his knife and screams and sings loudly, super cool, I swear my mother always has to laugh, I have to be careful when I have treated myself to 2 Ayran on his neck beforehand heheh. You have to eat their baklava, it's too good. There are several varieties, and two are a bit too sweet, but the baklava they make here has a PERFECT balance of sweetness and flavor. If you buy the 3 pack for €2.90 you already know that one of the 3 will be AWESOME. I am truly lifted to heaven with this piece that has balance! Very good sandwich, I have tried several in the area and so far it is proven to be the best. Attentive and friendly staff. The place is not really my type, it is not the nicest place to eat, but for the rest I repeat that until March 2025 it is the best kebab I have tried on this side of Nuremberg p.s. at least it has a bathroom, so if you want to drink beer you can do so without worrying about having to pee like a dog between the cars later

Meat not fried, simply served raw, very bad, I don't recommend it. It gave my children stomach ache. Terrible! Meat is not finished and still sells it instead of saying it is not finished, the main thing is that he makes money!! Don't go there.

Unfortunately the kebab plate was not very good. The meat lacked salt and was tasteless. The yellow-red sauce was watery and lacked balance in taste. The overall impression was unfortunately substandard. Nice staff there of 2 stars!

Since Dönerbey is under renovation, I decided to go here. The attention of the people is not bad, they are nice, but their döner is edible to avoid going hungry. My review for the doner wrap is the beef wrap, not the chicken or turkey ones. Baklava caught my eye there, I thought it was an experience, but their baklava is very bad, it smells of plastic as if it was made with burnt oil, it is not clear whether you are eating baklava or sponge, and the baklava is empty inside. I bought two, I had a hard time eating one of them, I wanted to take it out of my mouth, but I said whatever and left the other one.

Go there regularly. Price performance top!! Always friendly and it tastes good!

I would love to give zero stars, but that's not possible. We were regular customers for years, kebabs were always extremely thin (7 euros!!!), unless you explicitly said you wanted more meat and even then they were stingy, as was the sauce, which was apparently liquid gold. At every visit there was a new employee and every time something was mixed up, e.g. red cabbage even though you didn't want any, spicy on the wrong kebab. Absolutely not recommended, the only plus point is a relatively good sauce, but that's where it ends. PS: When the veal runs out, you will be served cheap chicken for the same price.

the food is awesome! Everything is made fresh on site, and you can buy that 100% from the very friendly guys. I'll definitely come back because I love fresh food. Price performance is also very good. On the contrary, it seems cheaper to me than most where the food doesn't taste as good or as fresh!

We were there yesterday and had a lemon in our kebab. It's a mystery to me what this is doing in a kebab. Same as pickles, tasted terrible. Sauce was good, the rest wasn't particularly good. According to my stomach, there was also something wrong with the meat. Once and never again!

Unfortunately, one star is still too many. Was there yesterday and half the kebab was still raw. I then brought it up and unfortunately it didn't help me. I left half the kebab behind, paid and left. I'm horrified!!! Never again!!! Even if you're hungry!!!

I can really recommend the snack bar to you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the food is always beautifully prepared and tastes very tasty. The staff very friendly! You don't have to wait long for the food and every wish is taken care of. On warmer days it is possible to eat the food outside. There are 5 tables inside.

From our point of view, you will definitely find the best kebab in Nuremberg/Fürth here. We've been coming to Hayman's for some time and found out about it via Instagram. The store simply never disappoints. The food always tastes fresh, the bread and Dürümwraps are always well done and lightly browned, which we personally really like. The beef is neither too dry nor too fatty. The turkey meat is nice and juicy and really tastes like meat. The “red sauce” is not (!) too heavy on the stomach and the yogurt sauce is very mild. Small extra requests (e.g. more sauce, more cheese, etc.) are happily fulfilled without (!) “turning up your nose”. The employees are always (!) very friendly and simply happy. They do their work with fun and you can definitely feel/taste it!!! Regular customers are recognized and valued again, which simply underlines the food in a positive way. There are good seating options, both inside (with a back room) and outside in summer.

I would prefer to give 0 stars. I got a vegetarian kebab because the meat at Haymans always gives me stomach problems. The vegetarian kebab is always very empty. Hardly any salad and hardly any sheep's cheese. So next time I ordered twice the sheep's cheese and paid for it twice. When I get home... I see that the kebab was only topped with cabbage and onions. Even less salad and sheep's cheese than usual... mind you, you paid for a double portion. This kebab was the biggest disappointment! Next time we'll go to the kebab next door!

Hatte dort Dürüm Döner gegessen. Das Kalbfleisch war so verkohlt dass man es gar nicht kauen konnte und die Tomatenscheibe war matschig!! Im Nachhinein bin ich unnötig dort hingegangen!

Einer der besten Döner die ich jemals gegessen habe. Das Brot wird durchgehend frisch gebacken. Der Inhaber ist auch sehr nett. Ich empfehle Kalb mit etwas Joghurt Sauce 👍👍

Sehr leckerer Kalbsdöner. Super Brot, gutes Fleisch. Granatapfel ist mir neu im Döner. Aber passt gut. 7,50€ für Kalbsdöner ist wohl der neue Preis.

Sehr freundliches Personal sehr lecker vor allem der Dürüm mit Rindfleisch. Während ich gewartet habe bis er unsere Döner vorbereitet hat habe ich mitbekommen war vor uns eine Person die aus ärmlichen. Verhältnissen kam hatte einen Döner bestellt erst wollte er einen aus Rind dann sagte er obwohl ich schon fertig gemacht hat er will Pute weil er nicht so viel geld dabei hat der Mitarbeiter hatte immer ein Lächeln im gesicht beim bezahlen sagte er er hat nur1€ dabei der Mitabeiter hat er den 1€ genommen und gesagt passt mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht Das nenn ich Menschlischkeit heutezutage was seltenes geworden Respekt.

Schönes Lokal mit ansprechender Auslage. Das Wichtigste ist aber, der Döner ist richtig richtig lecker. Ich habe selten einen so guten Döner gegessen.

UPDATE - September 2023 Leider nicht mehr wie zuvor... dass was den Döner ausmachte, ist verschwunden, jetzt sind Radieschen und Granatapfel Kerne drin im Döner und das Fleisch ist nicht mehr so würzig, wie es immer war, er schmeckt nun leider wie jeder andere Döner auch - ich habe dies auch schon persönlich angesprochen, leider ohne wirkliches Feedback dazu. Dies empfinden meine Freunde und Familie ebenfalls so. Ich will dass der Erfolg bleibt und habe daher meine Erfahrung direkt geteilt mit dem Mitarbeiter, da man sich kennt. Und natürlich habe ich öfter auch den "neuen" probiert, bevor ich so etwas schreibe - der Besitzer weiß, wie oft und gerne ich dort essen bin / war. Aktuell jedoch schmeckt er mir so nicht mehr. --------- Feedback der Vergangenheit : Nettes Personal - lecker essen und alles täglich frisch und selbstgemacht :) April 2021 Update nach einem Jahr - Bester Döner! - so viel Liebe fürs Detail und das immer und immer wieder - super Lecker Februar 2022 Update nach einem weiteren Jahr. Sah sehr einladend aus! Also haben wir beschlossen n döner zu essen. Wir haben draußen Platz genommen und uns wurde der Döner zum Platz gebracht. Optisch sehr ansprechend, gute Größe, man wurde definitv satt! Für meinen Kollegen und mich war das brot etwas zu weich und das Fleisch nicht kross genug, aber da sind natürlich Geschmäcker verschieden! Aber insgesamt war der Döner lecker! Wir kommen also definitv wieder und werden das einfach anmerken

Bester Döner der Stadt und das schon seit Jahren. Brot für die Döner und Dürüm wird laufend frisch selbst gebacken. Preise sind in Ordnung, die Portionen sind dafür auch immer ordentlich (z.b Dönerteller). Der Laden wirkt immer sauber und ordentlich und die Auslage ist immer frisch.

War jetzt innerhalb von 4 Wochen das 2 mal da … ich als Döner Fan muss sagen mit der beste Döner von Nürnberg Hammer frisch und Saulecker … 7,5€ für den Kalbsdöner ist schon nee Hausnummer aber absolut in Ordnung…ist auch deutlich mehr als bei anderen … Nette Bedingungen, netter Laden … nicht so abgeranztes Inventar wie bei vielen … kein und fein … einladend und liebevoll finde ich … eine echte Empfehlung 👌

My wife and I split a döner kebap and a couple of cheese filled roll things (sigara borek mit kase?). The bead for the doner was the delicious and the seasoning was awesome. The guy behind the counter, presumably the owner, was extremely nice. He wasn't fluent in English, but he understood what we were saying just fine. Nice outside seating in a relaxed environment. Highly recommend!

Brot wird frisch gemacht das finde ich sehr gut, der Döner hatte sogut wie keine Soße.. allerdings war der Mitarbeiter nicht sehr freundlich..gibts besseres für das Geld..
