The shop is super nice, the service is also good, the food was an absolute disaster and was extremely expensive. The variation starter plate for €20 consisted of some hummus, frozen peas and carrots and packaged coleslaw. Absolute impudence served on a beautiful etagere.

We were there for Gamba all you can eat on a Monday. I found the prawns to be too cooked, they didn't separate easily from the shell, and they were served in a sauce, which made cooking them even more difficult and also spoiled the food. Gambas should still be a little glassy in the middle. The sauce tasted good, but extra would be more appropriate. The dips were very tasty. The price for prawns all you can eat is very cheap, but I would like to pay a little more and get better quality.

Since the restaurant was busy, we had to wait quite a long time for our food. But it was definitely worth it. The portions were generous and the quality was fine. The service was quick and attentive. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely come back.

The food was okay, but a bit small for the price. The female waitress had no desire to work, was unfriendly, and even talked about other guests! That's completely unacceptable! She couldn't even smile, let alone say goodbye!

Really really great restaurant. Best cocktails in all of Mönchengladbach and the surrounding area. A great price-performance ratio. We ordered grill plates and surf and turf prawns all you can eat. Everything tasted excellent and exceeded my expectations. The whole team, waiters, cooks, service staff were absolutely courteous, quick and really, really nice. The meat was tender and very well seasoned. The cocktails were first class. This restaurant is an asset to the Mönchengladbach area

Was here with a friend and we had "surf & turf" all you can eat. I have never experienced anywhere else that the price-performance ratio is as good as it is here. I had the feeling that I didn't pay enough for what I got. In terms of taste, I have to say that it was really very good.

Unfortunately, the Wiener Schnitzel wasn't convincing - the breading was tight on the meat, instead of light and airy. The fries were also pretty average, and ketchup and mayo in sachets aren't really restaurant-worthy. Positive: The bread for the starter was good. But overall rather disappointing.

The food was very good, but we spent over 1.5 hours on our meal. With the "all you can eat" option, the starter was only delivered upon request and the drinks were always forgotten. Maybe you shouldn't go there on the weekend because it was very crowded.

Went there with several people and I have to say, the food there was better. The staff tried very hard to accommodate requests, but the overall package was not good. It's a shame actually.

We ate at Hayatt for the first time last night as a couple and will definitely be back. There was a free starter consisting of 3 different dips and flatbread, which was fluffy on the inside and wonderfully crispy on the outside. The chicken skewers were well seasoned and tender. The main meals include a salad and your choice of fries, croquettes, garlic fries or rice. The side salad was fresh and I liked the dressing. For the main meal there was also a thin flatbread, which was filled from the inside and tasted very good. The service was extremely friendly and attentive.

Went there today for lunch with 10 people. Atmosphere very well maintained with nice but somewhat overwhelmed staff. What didn't work at all was the food. Plaice was so heavily breaded that any fish stick would have been better. Spaghetti with grilled vegetables was a plate full of an unappetizing large amount. Also very bland taste. According to the motto, if it's not good, then lots of it. The only thing that was said to be good was the steak. I would say that everything tastes a bit like the canteen. Edible but definitely not a good place to eat somewhere. It's a real shame because the restaurant is very attractive. Addendum You write that I answered yes to the question of whether it tasted good? How do you know who I am exactly? There were several groups of 10 people there. And no, I wasn't asked. What was asked was whether the rest should be packed up. (Which I thought was very nice) so no, not all the plates were eaten empty. And I liked it with them, but the food didn't taste good.

We (my husband and I) went to the Hayatt Restaurant for the first time yesterday. Ambiance very cozy and inviting. The food, we once had chicken skewers with oriental rice and lamb chops with oriental rice, was unfortunately only lukewarm (we prefer very hot food) and the taste was just okay. We actually expected more. To finish off the meal, we ordered 2 x espressos. These came very quickly, but were only lukewarm to cold. We complained about this and were immediately given a new espresso, which again was lukewarm to cold. Why?? That can't be true. Drink prices are way too high (small bottle of 0.33l non-alcoholic pilsner EURO 4.50 !!!! too expensive, just like the espresso at EURO 3.00 = EURO 15.00 for the drinks, that's definitely too much.) Waiters were always trying hard, but didn't necessarily have any experience in gastronomy, as everything came across as quite slow and improvised. A repeat visit is therefore 0.00%. Too bad.........

We've been going to the hyatt for years and were there for all u can eat Gambas day this month. It was once again very tasty and the staff is also super friendly. The hyatt has great offers every month and Salim (the owner) always takes the time to talk to his guests and make sure they have a nice evening.

Without exception, everyone was nice! Open communication regarding the all u can eat time. The food was also very tasty. I'll definitely come back.

Hello everyone, we went out to eat there yesterday for the first and last time. Starter was ok, main course once was 1kg of pasta with prawns, much too oily, burnt pine nuts, no taste and a deep fried schnitzel was also terrible with no taste. It would have been better to serve less but with taste. Schnitzel is fried in the pan and everything had the impression of a really bad chip shop.

We ate here for Christmas and I can highly recommend the restaurant. It tasted very good, the service was very friendly and adequate, even when it got busier later. There are good parking options, including for bicycles.

We stayed at Hayatt for a Christmas party. Food and service were good, friendly and well organized. It's not necessarily easy when it's full. All in all, completely okay. Will definitely come back!!! The only problem is parking. However, it was also shortly before Christmas

We were there today with 16 people. It was very crowded, which I take into account here. But, we had ordered records. First came 3 dips with bread. Well, it didn't blow anyone away. Then the appetizer plates came. Sorry, but that was nothing. In order to get new drinks we had to speak to the staff. Then salad was brought, from the first salad to the last salad it took half an hour and that was only because we complained. Then came plates of dead fried chicken and not tasty minced meat. Then, at our suggestion, the dirty dishes were finally cleared away. At the end came the prawns, with no flavor other than the spiciness and not even a dip. It was a very big disappointment for everyone!

This was our first time here and we really weren't disappointed. The deluxe menu gave us a perfect insight into the diversity of the cuisine. The food was on point and the service was incredibly attentive and friendly (absolutely everyone). The only thing we regret is that we didn't come here sooner!! It won't be the last time.

We were there with a larger group for the Christmas party. Here are our impressions: - Side dishes (potato chips) had little to no seasoning, the side dish of rice was lukewarm at best. The dishes were overly seasoned or salty. The alcoholic cocktails didn't live up to their name. Once you ordered you had to wait over 25 minutes for your drink. Even though the store was empty. Happy hour was canceled!? We had ordered, 15 minutes later we were informed that there was no longer happy hour, even though this was advertised everywhere. At 9:45 p.m. our table was cleared without comment. In summary: DISASTER Addendum to the owner's reaction: The evening in question was on a Wednesday and not a Tuesday. To date there has never been any mention of any exclusions. We had given feedback regarding your comment about the quality of the food. Furthermore, the impression arose that a complaint or a new preparation would have exceeded the time frame.

Super great restaurant! The journey from the border is always worth it, you immediately feel at home. The waitresses are courteous but not pushy, the food is to die for and the atmosphere in the entire restaurant is very pleasant.

As soon as you enter, you notice the good atmosphere and the cozy ambience. The consistently friendly staff give you the impression of a perfect evening awaiting you. A warm plate of bread with three very good dips brings out the best. And that's how it happened. Perfect dishes round off the already very good impression. Nothing more is possible. Five stars in all respects is the minimum. Gladly again at any time. I'm visiting from France and would like to have a restaurant like this at home!

I'm sorry as I don't really write negative reviews but the reality is that the restaurant has no character. The food is made from the cheapest ingredients (pizza stall salad, frozen fries, etc.), the service seemed like they weren't having fun at work and the ambience, which has incredible potential because of the type of establishment, is full of cheap Poco decorations. Without more love going to the store, it's better to look for something else. In response to the owner who wrote I would be lying and I would be rude: It's a shame that they react like that. As the atmosphere is, taste is yes, however… the salad was really anything but what they described. My companion didn't want to eat the fries either because they were hard. Good food, large portions. Service was very good, but there wasn't much going on when we were there. The location is a bit old-fashioned and simple. Prices reasonable. We found it a bit of a shame that the bottom tier of the starter plate (2 people) and the side salad were so "German". That could be more oriental :)

Surprisingly large although somewhat confusing restaurant, but well suited for family celebrations. There was a big birthday to celebrate, which was also communicated beforehand: we would have liked at least a small Prosecco for the birthday child. The service was good, although a bit rushed and hectic. The food was very good - the portions were very generous. The seasoning was just right for us (table neighbors complained that some dips were too garlicky: no - just right). The garlic chips were also very good. Overall, everyone was full and happy and that's what matters.

Were there 2 weeks ago with 4 people and a small child. Service was unfortunately poor, but friendly. Coke Zero confused with regular Coke. When asked, we didn't know what the starter was or what kind of soup. The plate was cleared away (fries for the child) even though it was said twice that the plate should be left standing. The steak, which I wanted medium well, died the second death that day. Extremely dry, unfortunately not good at all.

The food was okay, but nothing more. The waitresses were very nice. I find the atmosphere neither indoors nor outdoors comfortable. Main point of criticism: more emphasis is placed on quantity than on class. The portions are way too big, no one can eat that. And not everyone can or wants to take their leftovers with them. We shared starters with four people and a main course for two people each and didn't manage to finish everything. This results in far too much being thrown away. That shouldn't be the case! The meat was delicious, as were the starters. The mix of the record was strange, however. Coleslaw didn't fit here at all. But we lost our appetite just because of the mass that stood in front of us. I don't understand why schnitzel is on the menu either... why don't you stay true to your line? It's better to have a smaller menu, less in bulk and a little more love when serving and preparing it.

Stopped here for the first time because of the lunch menu. My wife had schnitzel a la Salim and I had Hyatt pan... Everything with a delicious starter and dessert. Meat perfect, buttery soft, very tasty. Recommended. Come again.....
