The atmosphere is very nice, the service is good, but the food was tasteless, saltless, it was the worst doner kebab I have ever eaten in Germany, especially if you come with a German, do not praise this place, you will be embarrassed.

The food was great! Everything was super fresh and delicious. My highlights were the fried vegetables and the fresh bread but also the meat and the sauce are really good.

Absolute scandal, no idea what the service does but we got our kebab and our bowl 15 minutes apart.

In Frankfurt there is the best kebab we have tried so far. The lahmacun are also very good – absolutely recommended. A kebab sandwich costs around 9.90 euros and there are three different variants to choose from. The restaurant is also very spacious and pleasant. There are large dining rooms upstairs. The location is also very central.

I do not suggest coming here. Directly outside the front door is a group of people laying on the floor with all of their belongings. Inside, the food was good but they charge €3 for a very tiny cup for the soda fountain. It’s very tiny, this cup, and very expensive to purchase a drink. After a couple of sips, the cup was empty and I asked if they could fill it back up. They refused saying I would have to purchase another €3 cup. Drinks cost them next to nothing and they could offer much larger cups or at least big glass bottles. The soda fountain costs them almost nothing and restaurants make a good profit off of these drinks. So, invest in bigger cups or stop ripping people off. €3 is way too much for a drink and refusing the customer is very bad practice. If they weren’t so greedy with their prices when it comes to their drinks, I would recommend this place. For now, I can’t and I suggest people vote with their wallets. Also, directly outside the restaurant is dirty.

Top quality and taste. The kebab/dürüm is so big that it can feed 2 people. Gladly again!

The cashier who was supposed to take our order saw us and cheekily chatted with his friend for about 4 minutes before he devoted himself to our order, even though we had been ready to order for a long time. The kebab was ok, there was a good portion for the price, unfortunately we only saw the sanitary facilities AFTER we ordered, otherwise we wouldn't have ordered and eaten in the first place, the comparatively "cool" interior design doesn't help either. True to the motto: Hui on the outside, yuck on the inside.

It was our first time there and we ordered 2 Yufka Dürüm's, a Hachfleich Pide and Ayran. Ayran was really good. The pide looked quite good but the taste was sour and inedible. It was almost just tomatoes and peppers and no minced meat on it. We didn't eat it either. At the Dürüm, the Yufka was basically raw. I then returned it without taking a bite and asked for a baked yufka to replace it. What came back was a Dürüm with a lot of fat coming out because they simply put it in the toaster. I haven't even touched this one, let alone tried it. All in all a total disappointment. Never again!!

When I eat at places I don't know, I choose restaurants based on reviews. I couldn't leave this place very satisfied, which I chose because of the good reviews. We preferred Antep lahmacun and döner. The doner kebab was quite oily and gave me heartburn, and while eating it, both the bread and its packaging were covered in oil. Antep lahmacun was a normal lahmacun. It's crispy and fresh, but the filling should have been cut thinner. We quickly ordered from a self-service restaurant, but it took about 15 minutes to receive. I couldn't understand why they were serving Lahmacun without a garnish, but when my wife asked for it, they added a garnish. Apart from these, it is a clean and tidy place with a modern appearance. The tables are so close to each other that it can be a little difficult to sit down and get up.

The quantity of food is very less compared to the price. The food used to be of good quality. Meanwhile, the quality and quantity of food have declined. As a result, he lost his customers. This restaurant is no longer recommended.

Although the prices are more expensive than the competition, the food is rather average and only serves the purpose of satisfying your hunger without setting any culinary highlights. The music contributes little to the atmosphere and does not provide the desired calm. The staff seem tired and could show a little more energy and hospitality. The restaurant would also benefit from better organization and more breaks for the staff. A place that certainly has potential but could be improved in various areas such as the quality of the food and customer service. It's a choice if you're around and don't have high expectations.

Had Alamana kebab. The meat was really great (not cheap mince) and the sauces were well balanced. However, I found the bread a bit boring as I was missing sesame/caraway seeds. With the kebab you get a “doner kebab holder” which prevents mess, very ingenious. Unfortunately you are not served but get your food. The employees were nice and we got our food quickly.

Ate a Chicken Deluxe here today. But it was so bad that oil came out of the food (Dürüm). There was simply oil instead of sauce. It's normal for oil to come out but that was too much, so disgusting.

It's really brutally delicious, I've eaten there many times but unfortunately the tavuk meat always runs out far too quickly. The last two times I went there just to show friends, but it was later around midnight, which is understandable. But then when I wanted to take my family there for dinner at 6 p.m. everything was sold out, which is a total shame because the route to Havanda costs us more than an hour by car... There isn't a phone number either. I wanted to call first and ask if they still had meat, then it wouldn't be a problem if they didn't have any and you could stay at home, so unfortunately that's a really stupid thing to do... especially for customers who have a longer one Driving distance for food.

I ate here last night after not eating anything for over 10 hours and therefore had a huge appetite. Unfortunately, I felt very poorly this morning, accompanied by persistent diarrhea. I suspect that either the meat or the sauce was off. It would be important to check this more closely as in my experience it can only come from the food here. I would like to point out that greater attention should be paid to hygiene and proper storage of the products, as something was obviously wrong. The positive aspects are the sufficient portions and the pleasant atmosphere. However, due to my persistent stomach pain, I can only give one star.

It's incredibly crowded, you have to wait in line both to order and to receive your order. We barely found a table. We ate döner, but we want to try the lahmacun on a day when it's not crowded. You can easily find the place as it is located on a very busy street.

Chicken Teller Great place to enjoy Turkish cuisine and eatery. The ground floor was very busy on a Wednesday rainy afternoon but the upper level had lots of seating areas available. I had the chicken teller platter with French fries instead of rice. The platter was more than enough for two persons. Great tasting tender with just about the right spices. They added delicious salad with dressing plus the crispy warm French fries. Two pieces of great tasting breads. Too bad they didn’t have ketchup for the fires. The place was clean, food came quickly and service was excellent. Very reasonable prices . All staff are helpful and ready for any requests. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Frankfurt. Inshallah.

The most delicious kebab I had ever eaten in my life! So flavorful and seasoned! Incredibly nice service. Special requests were always met and special requests were taken seriously. Cleanliness is also very 👍 good. There was a young man who always cleaned and kindly cleared away everything. Ambience is all a matter of taste. I and the children really enjoyed the taste. Something different than what the other shops actually offer. Really amazing falafel wraps filled with Halloumi cheese. The wrap had a good combination of the sauces and the vegetables. It was not so dry and not too saucy. The taste was really awesome. They have a good ambience and a nice outside seating area during the summer time. I would love to try their chicken shawarma next time.

All in all it's quite okay. Prices are at the higher end for kebabs. Quality of the meat is good. As for the side dishes, the egg sauce was a bit bland. Decor is fast food style

I say kebab without tomatoes, my brother makes it with tomatoes. You can at least read what's on the receipt. You should be able to read German fluently. It actually tastes great, but it's really sad that my order is taken incorrectly every time, even though I speak clearly.

Doner kebab experience at Havanda in Frankfurt I've often passed Havanda, a modern-looking kebab shop in the heart of Frankfurt. Today I was excited to finally go in and test out what's on offer - even though the shop isn't necessarily famous for its kebab. When you entered, you noticed the modern, minimalist ambience, but without classic service. Everything is more functional here: you order and pay at the counter, receive a buzzer and pick up the food yourself as soon as it is ready. The service charm, where the kebab man greets me with a friendly “Hello, boss”, was missing. As for the kebab, I couldn't exactly get my usual order - "herbs, spicy, with everything except cucumber" - because there was only garlic or special sauce. I decided on the yoghurt sauce, which wasn't spread on the bread, but ended up in a thick blob on top, almost like a quark potato. Not only did it look a little unusual, it also tasted unusually sour. But yogurt isn't my favorite either; I prefer the mayo-based Berlin sauces. The bread was very reminiscent of Subway's soft sandwiches, only in a Turkish version. Unfortunately, it was so soft that the crust eventually gave way and the contents oozed out the side - a bit of a challenge for the kebab experience. The chicken, which was actually supposed to be the “star” of the chicken kebab, was barely noticeable in terms of taste and appearance, seemed bloated and was hiding under some lettuce and plenty of sauce. To drink I ordered a Cola Zero, which was freshly tapped from Frankfurt tap water. A 0.2 liter cup for €3 made me smile for a moment, and even with a “sandwich” for a whopping €8.90 I expected at least some substance. The price-performance ratio seemed overpriced to me, despite understanding the business idea. Conclusion: Havanda offers a modern, uncomplicated snack that is neither convincing in terms of taste nor value for money. I visited Havanda, a Turkish Restaurant in Frankfurt during my Europe trip and, although I was a bit unsure when choosing from the menu, the staff was helpful, and the meal was very nice. For €6 the kebab would just be bad. For at least €9.9, this is one of the most disappointing kebabs I've had. Homemade Ayran where it feels like the salt was forgotten and the skewer tastes like a stable. I wouldn't be surprised if my "beef" kebab was served with a lot of sheep.

Döner is far from that dough-like processed stuff you find all over germany-it is true yaprak döner and very true to the original recipe combining the finest german elements.
