USURY 8.90 EUR for a Chicken Supreme Sandwhich, I couldn't taste or recognize the chicken at all, it looked bloated, hidden under a few shreds of lettuce and sauce. Absolute disappointment, you don't get anything for what you put down. I was still really hungry afterwards and I really don't eat much. Not recommended.

I recently visited Havanda and have to say it was a mixed experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and the furnishings were stylish, but unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. The staff was friendly, but seemed a bit overwhelmed and disorganized. The food itself was OK, but nothing special. Some dishes were well seasoned and tasty, while others were rather bland and uninspired. The portion sizes were okay, but I would have expected a little more for the price. Overall it wasn't bad, but it wasn't something that would necessarily draw me back again. Conclusion: An average experience. If you don't have high expectations and are in the area, you can try Havanda, but there are certainly better options in the city.

The taste was great, but both the appetite and the taste of the food were lost due to the sounds made by the staff pulling the chairs while eating in the dining hall.

The atmosphere and food were above average and the employees were friendly and polite.

It was very good at first, but the food quickly deteriorated. When I cooked the kebab I had hard pieces like gristle. The lahmacun used to be great, but yesterday it was so soggy that I didn't finish it. It seems like they paid more attention to quality in the beginning, but now they have lost control.

There were three of us and we ate pide, iskender and falafel. The food tasted excellent and the ambience is also very authentic. Price/performance is top. The service was very efficient. We'll stop by again on our next visit to Frankfurt.

Horrible experience. They switched the order without informing and when complained the chef instead of offering an apology or a refund ranted on about how he has to throw out the food as I already took a bite.

Unfortunately there is no zero star otherwise I would have chosen. The food was exceptionally expensive and extremely salty. Long waiting time even though there was nothing going on. The salon smells like sewage because toilets were built right in the middle of the shop. It's a shame for the money and the time.

The durum were very tasty, with quality meat and you could savor the individual vegetables and fresh herbs. The portion was huge, so you should definitely come hungry.

The store used to be very good and the employees tried hard and weren't that rude. Nowadays they get the orders wrong, hardly any meat in their kebabs (even though you pay for extra meat). Even the bread is no longer toasted properly. It's a shame to see how this once great kebab has deteriorated so much.

Waiting time of over 30 minutes for two kebabs was unbelievable. Doner kebab with far too little sauce, bread too thick This makes the kebab seem even drier. The specified grilled vegetable was a mini piece of eggplant. I would give the ambience 5 stars if the tables were clean

It was a doner restaurant that I wanted to try after hearing so much about it, but unfortunately it was a disappointment. Wrap doner had no flavor whatsoever. Plenty of choice. I especially think it's great that there's finally a selection of "Istanbul" options, without sauce. Unfortunately the price is not justified and you can get a better kebab next door. The look is amazing, even fries in bread are something new for me. But you hardly tasted any of the meat, absolutely no power. Unfortunately only three stars, it's fine. But unfortunately that was it.

I'm only rating the kebab as I haven't tried any other dishes, 8.90 euros for a beef kebab is okay. If the quality is right, sauces were okay, bread was way too dry, meat was too tough and salad didn't taste good at all, there are significantly better kebabs in Frankfurt. Service wasn't that good either, very unfriendly when ordering. Therefore only 3 stars, mediocre. But as we all know, tastes are different

Weather was 30 Celsius. Restaurant was 40 Celsius :))) Döner plate with Ayran costs 17 euros. There is no air conditioning. I think you have enough income to provide air conditioning.

They lowered the quality a lot! I was vsiting a lot. A few months ago I would say they have best döner in town. They changed a lot, smaller portion and absolutely bad quality döner. I dont know what I have eaten last time but hardly can say döner.

As delicious as this kebab may look at first glance, it was inedible. We had to wait just over 10 minutes until we got our food. Afterwards the meat was cold for both of us, the only positive thing was the sauce on it! Immediately after eating, my girlfriend felt bad and had to vomit. We no longer visit this store! Once and never again! I advise everyone away from the store!

A Turkish fast food place that has turned out to be the place I've had to wait the longest in life. 30 minutes In the beef box, the salad means 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce wrongly counted. A total disappointment. The waiters with a lazy rhythm.

My first impression of the layout attracted me to this restaurant to order. I order the Havanda, a kebab plate with beef, fries, vegetables, salad and a drink. I was probably the first customer that day. It was around 11 a.m. and no one else was there. My order was brought to the table after about 10 minutes. The device that was given to me to signal me that my food was ready didn't seem to work. About the food: the portions were ok. The meat was only lukewarm. In the middle of the meat I found a piece of bone that I bit down on. It wasn't seasoned properly. The fries were warm and tasty. The salad was sprinkled with a little feta, which was certainly tasty. The grilled vegetables were ice cold, but that was probably how they were supposed to be. Overall, I unfortunately have to say that it was a unique visit. The price-performance ratio is rather typical given the location, but the taste and quality make the whole thing seem rather poor.

The kebab is very tasty, but on our last visit we saw that they cut the kebab with a machine instead of a kebab knife. They used to cut it with a kebab knife. That's a shame for such a delicious kebab.

Mega delicious Turkish food. Decent portion and not expensive. Nice staff and clean toilet (but you need a PIN to get into the washroom - you get it with the bill 😉) You can sit inside and outside. We recommend.

A great suggestion for a German Donner Kebab last night. Recommended by a local as the best Kebab in town. Recommended my me too.

Long wait on Saturdays. The prices are quite high. You can only use the toilet with a code from the receipt. Still, it was dirty and smelled. I had a lahmacun with vegetables that was good.

Let's be honest, the kebab is a joke. Meat dry like a desert because the spit doesn't turn. Hardly any taste, fried way too much and the 3 dudes at the counter are standing on each other's feet.

Waited fifteen minutes for the driest Yufka in the world. Which was then cut by a non-rotating kebab skewer. After I ordered a kebab. Also an achievement.

When it first started it was better than other Turkish Restaurants but now it is just an average. Iskender is very oily and the bread under it is bad, it wasn’t like this before. And the meat is cold.

The food and service are disappointing: although the restaurant is more stylish than a normal kebab shop, the prices are also higher. However, our two plate dishes (1x kebab, 1x chicken) were disappointing due to mushy rice and dry yet fatty meat. The grumpy, arrogant order taking completed the impression. It's a shame, because the beautiful places in the pedestrian zone would actually be perfect for a quick snack.

Doner meat is great, but I think the bread should be changed because it obscures the taste and tastes a bit outdated. A softer, fresher bread would really take the meat up to a high 10.

We love coming here to eat and have always been very impressed because everything was fresh and warm. Today we ordered a kebab plate and a sandwich, the kebab wasn't as usual. I then accepted that and didn't eat it. So I ordered a lahmacun roll. The lahmacun was always freshly seasoned and crispy, today I got a cold lahmacun, I know that a fresh lahmacun from the oven doesn't turn soggy despite the salad, nor does it get ice cold. After I mentioned that, no one bothered to have a warm lahmacun still give my money. A big disappointment. Well later I saw that the oven was off. One can only speak of luck here. I won't eat here anymore.

Great kebab in a different way. The little things count: with every order you get moist wipes with a pleasant lemon smell to get the smell of grease out of your hands after eating.

My favorite kebab is the Alaman. The quality is always right. Delicious yaprak meat and juicy chicken, fresh vegetables and delicious sauces. The bread is also super tasty. It's the quantity that counts. Not too much, not too little. Everything is exactly how I like it.

Very dry and super salty meat. Also the fries are so salty, you have to order a lot of extra drinks. There is far too little sauce on the Berlin kebab and all the onions collect at the bottom. This shop is fancy, has big windows, some decoration, but it's not worth it in terms of taste.

Top ! I was there for the first time today and I have to admit that the kebab is of top quality. I've walked past it dozens of times and viewed from the outside the skewer looked really good and it tastes just as it looks, simply top quality. Yummy !!! Had the kebab plate. No idea if the portion was standard or if I was lucky. I was completely satisfied with both the quality and the portion. What I also really liked was that there were people at every table :-) Price-performance ratio top. Finally a shop that I can recommend. Good luck and keep it up👍👍👍👍👍

After strolling through Frankfurt am Main for a bit and getting hungry, we passed this restaurant. Spontaneously decided to eat here and were not disappointed. We ate a kebab plate and pide kusadasi (with lamb). I haven't eaten Turkish like this in a long time. Everything was great!! Service, food, cleanliness 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 We will definitely come by again.

Overall I was very pleased. I bought a “doner kebab” plate and ayran. I was pleased with the doner kebab, it tasted good. The ayran was decent, it was a good clear ayran, it could have been a little colder. Clean place, friendly staff. It was a satisfying meal.

The amount of rice was a joke. The sauces come in tiny containers. The meat is far too huge and has to be cut into small pieces. The food is prepared without love and is also far too expensive! The iced tea tastes like dishwashing mixed with water. Disappointing.

We chose Meat Döner because it is made of beef, just like in Turkey. We didn't mind that the environment was chaotic and crowded just for that reason, but the meat was quite angry and the doner kebab was extremely oily. Meat is not chewed out of anger. I don't think we will choose it again.

The food was not too terrible, suitable to stuff your gut as long as you don’t care what you put in your body. You’ll notice a lot of half eaten plates of food left behind on other tables. Super below average döner for a premium price. The atmosphere was OK-ish but the staff was rude and didn’t care. They forgot about our order for 40 minutes and we needed to go remind them to make our food. There are better döner places around! I will not come here again.
