I had dinner with my family at Havana Frankfurt. The service is very very super nice we have a very nice shift manager has eyes everywhere very very correct and nice thank you

Big fail with the service! First, I was here earlier and back then they had an original kebab with tasty and fresh meat and okay price. But always a mess with service; I ordered my food and even though I waited 30 minutes, my device didn't make any noise (it's a restaurant system). And then I went to the chef and explained the situation to him. After I asked, he started preparing my order but I ran out of time and energy. When I went to the checkout for a refund, the colleague told me that the number on my receipt and the number on my device were not the same. I thought that this problem was not my fault but he had high hopes for this reason not to give me my money back. I had to insist a little more for repayment (I still don't know why he reacted like that?) but in the end I finally did it 🤘🏻 If you can solve this little problem better then you are a 4 star snack bar.

We've been here several times and have always consciously taken a detour so that we can eat here because it simply tasted great. Unfortunately we were disappointed this time. The kebab bread didn't taste good, it was too salty and we only bit into lettuce for more than half of it, only at the end did meat finally come. Unfortunately disappointed.

Went there with two families of 10 people, ordered food which were OK. They had no canned soft drinks but balloon fizzy drinks to fill in reusable cups yet over price around €3.50 something a cup. they literally are water, colour and gas, normally .50cent else where. I was also charged €3.50 for a cup of Ayran. A total rip off. Chicken was not fresh but pre-ordered off-store frozen, cooked in store and served. Fresh is when it is marinated in store, cooked and served.

Delicious ! Especially the new bread, totally fluffy and crunchy. Havanda once a week! Hats off and all thumbs up 👍👍

Was in Havanda Frankfurt and tried the Alaman kebab - absolutely great! Great taste, fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned, a little more meat could have been added to the kebab, but overall it was great. The shop has style and the food is convincing. Definitely coming back!

Delicious steak kebab in the heart of Frankfurt.

The food doesn't taste good. And everything is too expensive. For the money you spend there, you could go to a great restaurant.

We went to this restaurant, the name of which I have heard a lot, for the first time yesterday. I can highly recommend the doner kebab. But the minced meat pita was a complete disappointment for me, and it was not cheap either. Especially, I don't think that sesame has ever been in pita. The presentation of drinks in paper cups is also not nice at all. The pickled peppers in fairy tales are very delicious. It would be better for those who also add salt.

Top. Doner kebab was delicious and everything was fresh. The fries were also great! I'd love to come back.

We asked for an Iskender, they said they didn't have it right now, but they gave it to the person who came after us. I saw it personally and they were very disappointed. Such staff did not suit such a nice business.

Unfortunately, we all got gastroenteritis after eating here. The staff were a bit out of sorts, and we had to ask them what kind of meat they were using first. The taste was okay, but the place wasn't very inviting.

Were here at 7:30 p.m. and after the whole day everything is super clean. Chicken Deluxe Dürüm and Teller Frankfurt were perfect. We'll be back.

An absolute disaster – never again! I don't even know where to begin. What we experienced in this "restaurant" was pure chaos, unparalleled. We waited over an hour for a simple doner kebab and a pide – yes, you read that right, an hour! And when we politely asked if our food might be coming soon, we were simply ignored and sent away. But the best is yet to come: When I (a young girl) pointed out that I'd been waiting a very long time, the alleged manager simply laughed at me – yes, really LAUGHED AT ME! No apology, no explanation, just derisive laughter. It was so outrageous that even other guests joined in because they couldn't believe what was happening. But that's not all: The man was abnormally unfriendly, didn't even look us in the face while speaking, but simply mumbled cheekily as if he couldn't care less. I've never been treated like this in a restaurant before – as a paying customer, I expect at least a modicum of respect, but this was simply disrespectful and insulting. All I can say is: Never again! If you're up for waiting, ignorance, unfriendliness, and a chorus of laughter at your expense – please go ahead. But for everyone else: find another place!

Modern shop with very good and large kebabs. We had the Berliner and it was very good. I would definitely try a kebab plate, too; it looked incredibly good in the side tables.

bad service and rude behavior. The taste and temperature of the doner kebabs are not the same as they were when first opened. You wait for the food for minutes (at least 20), but it arrives cold. The man working upstairs was particularly rude. A place that gets the customers used to it and then ignores the service and taste. I hope you take it into consideration.

Rolling average. I can't say it's good or bad. Coke is served in a glass, not a bottle. Mine was something like still sugar water, it might seem normal to you.

Doner is a good place, spacious and big

One of the best kebab shops in Frankfurt, I was here on 2 days and ate the alaman once and the Berliner once (both taste great - but I still think 10-12 € for a kebab is not exactly small)

The food was catastrophic, we ate 4 people, all 4 had stomach problems!!! I don't recommend it! The four of us will never eat there again!

King of Doner in Frankfurt: Havanda Doner! If you want to eat döner in Frankfurt, Havanda Döner is definitely a place you should visit! The doner kebab here is incredibly soft and delicious. The spices are just right, the lavash is fresh, and the sauces are legendary! Moreover, the portions are much larger and more satisfying than what we are used to in Turkey. You can easily feel full with a single portion, and you may not even be able to finish it! The owner of the place is another story; He is incredibly caring, friendly and takes care of each and every customer. If you are looking for taste, sincerity and abundant portions, Havanda Döner is just for you!

The doner kebab is awful, it has no old taste, they left the cut leaves behind, it has no old taste, the meat is raw, it is not cooked in a mortar, it is finished for me.

Went there for the dinner and saw a mouse in the top floor next to our table everyone. The worst restaurant I have ever been. Will upload the video as well. Even we don’t eat anything. In addition, every drink was 3€, which is not fair. I am not recommending here to anyone.

The first time in Havanda, I had to let you know in advance that I wanted less meat, since I have a very rare metabolic disease, I mentioned that I wanted to take it with me, that wasn't understood when I, the person who prepared my kebab and it was ready, reacted very carelessly and did, just put it in the bag, no goodbye, which I don't think is polite, you would like to eat there more often and feel good.

My friend took me for the first time today. First of all, the legendary döner kebab does not taste like this. The ingredients they put in the wrap are very nice. The environment is nice. So this should be the only doner kebab place you go to in Germany. I will go again for the 2nd time. I like it a lot

It is a very good kebab kebab for European conditions. It's a bit too salty in my opinion, but Turkish doner satisfies our longing, it's not made of minced meat like other German doner kebabs.

Orderd 2 Sandwich, which came fast and service was nice. But unfortunately it's very oily & me and my girlfriend both got Headache after having the meal. Could be the only us, but it was super Oily !

Very tasty kebab, both beef and chicken. The store is extremely clean and bags are wiped down immediately after each guest. Even when I spilled my drink, one of the employees was so attentive and immediately brought something to my table. I felt very comfortable there and will definitely come back to test the other products

One of the best doner kebabs I've ever eaten. Large portions, delicious. Buttermilk is also very nice. I recommend it to those who want to try German döner. We liked it.

The Chicken Deluxe was good and the cashier was friendly. Going to the bathroom was problematic: I hadn't noticed that the code to enter the bathrooms on the lower floor was written down in code on the payment receipt and since I was injured, I had to wait for someone to come and open the door.

It's incredibly damaged in the air. I haven't been here for a while because I wasn't satisfied with the last thing I ate, but today I decided not to come again unless they improve the taste of the food. I ordered lahmacun; It was too bitter for me, it was burnt and tasted bad. They put some parsley and two cherry tomatoes on the side. It is obvious that I cannot put these tomatoes in lahmacun. How delicious can a lahmacun with no ingredients and a bad taste be anyway? Unfortunately, I ordered 2 lahmacun, I think I paid too much money and I couldn't even eat them. I don't even want to mention that I waited 15-20 minutes. In summary, the quality is very bad, I hope they take it into consideration and fix it.

The service was bad. The food arrived urgently, even though there was no request. Lahmacun was burnt, dry and bitter. There were cherry tomatoes instead of normal tomatoes next to the lahmacun, which I couldn't understand. I think the prices are higher than before and compared to the taste. It used to be a nice place, but my last visit did not please me.

Frankfurt's best quality Döner establishment... Great service, friendly service and delicious lahmacun and döner. I really congratulate the devoted work of the employees of the business and especially Mr. Kurtuluş, whom you can sometimes find at the cash register.

I went when it first opened, the food was delicious. I went in February 2024, it wasn't bad. I came again in February 2025, unfortunately they have spoiled the quality. Meat doner was bland and rubbery. Carelessly prepared plates. If they do not prioritize quality, unfortunately I do not think this business will be long-term.

A unique shop with a special taste experience! The ingredients make the difference and ensure outstanding quality. Although we are in a higher price range compared to other kebabs, that is absolutely justified - quality has its price! A small highlight are the pickled chilies at the tables, which round off the whole thing perfectly - like the cherry on the cream cake. Clear recommendation!

Unfortunately, there was a problem with my Dönerbox order. When I showed it to the employees, they immediately prepared a new service. But once I lost my appetite :((

I have eaten doner kebab in many places, including Türkiye, but nowhere else had the quality of meat I had at Havanda doner. Plus, Mr. Kurtuluş is a very good tradesman, definitely a top five star. We ate at other famous doner restaurants in Germany, at different places two days apart. Especially the most famous one was terrible. The legend of rotating in a mortar. I would like to go again soon.

Very good kebab shop in Frankfurt. Here the kebab meat tastes similar to that in Turkey at Bayramoglu Istanbul. The meat is very juicy and tastes very good in Yufka. Doner kebabs for around €10, drinks for around €3.50. It is a self-service system catering similar to McDonalds. Here you can also eat lahmacun in addition to kebab. Everything was very tasty and good value for money. Currently my favorite in Frankfurt.

The most delicious kebab I had ever eaten in my life! This kebab is on another level people, because it even topped my favorite kebab man from North Rhine-Westphalia. So tasty, seasoned and grilled! I'm amazed! I haven't eaten this quality of kebab for ages (the 3 skewers of beef, beef and chicken are skewered ourselves, which is why they can be called kebab) The ayran, the lavash bread and the flatbread are homemade. Of course the sauces too. 11 out of 10 points!! The boss is also a very nice guy and so are the employees!

I've been here four times so far and the meat always blows me away. This kebab is a dream, friends... 😵‍💫 The place is set up in the style of the Turkish Lokanta, on the tables there are spices and small pickled hot peppers (Biber Turşusu) that you can help yourself to between every bite. The beef doner kebap is clearly a Yaprak doner according to the tradition of the Marmara region. The meat is of the best quality and absolutely free of cartilage, tendons or excess fat. Absolutely tender and with the best flavor and the perfect meat/fat ratio. The seasoning is absolutely perfect. The chicken kebab also looked very juicy and tasty - my colleague could confirm this with a "sick". The Ayran is also very tasty and the service at every station is very friendly and courteous. I might have one very small point of criticism: the bread. It could be a little crispier on the outside and a little airier/fluffier on the inside. I miss some elasticity and consistency in the crumb. This could be due to the fermentation, the yeast or the ratio of the ingredients in the dough - I don't know. But the taste is good, if the consistency were to improve then the taste would be even better. Apart from that, in my eyes and my palate, Havanda is the only kebab in the Rhein-Main district that I trust. Admittedly, the kebab prices have unfortunately become very, very expensive, but even for its price, the kebab at Havanda is EVERYTHING. CENT. VALUE!!! 6/5

It is a good new halal option in the city centre. I tried the chicken bowl and it was quite tasty. Prices are a bit on higher side, particularly for the drinks. They have good seating options and nice decor. Overall a good experience and would try some other options in future

It tastes like an American burger, it has 0 taste of the authentic döner. I tried them because I didn't want to walk a little further to get to Ton Bun (which are the best döners in Frankfurt Am Main, no question) . Big mistake. Please, do not try this if you are looking for a good döner.

Havanda in Frankfurt serves an excellent Istanbul Kebap! The meat is top-notch, and the quality is far superior to the standard döner you find elsewhere – absolutely delicious. However, the experience is let down by a few issues. The chairs and tables could definitely be cleaner, and there’s room for improvement when it comes to the service. Unfortunately, the toilets were in terrible condition, which was disappointing. While the food is great, the restaurant needs to address these issues to offer a complete dining experience.

The food was great! Everything was super fresh and delicious. My highlights were the fried vegetables and the fresh bread but also the meat and the sauce are really good.

The atmosphere is very nice, the service is good, but the food was tasteless, saltless, it was the worst doner kebab I have ever eaten in Germany, especially if you come with a German, do not praise this place, you will be embarrassed.

Absolute scandal, no idea what the service does but we got our kebab and our bowl 15 minutes apart.

I do not suggest coming here. Directly outside the front door is a group of people laying on the floor with all of their belongings. Inside, the food was good but they charge €3 for a very tiny cup for the soda fountain. It’s very tiny, this cup, and very expensive to purchase a drink. After a couple of sips, the cup was empty and I asked if they could fill it back up. They refused saying I would have to purchase another €3 cup. Drinks cost them next to nothing and they could offer much larger cups or at least big glass bottles. The soda fountain costs them almost nothing and restaurants make a good profit off of these drinks. So, invest in bigger cups or stop ripping people off. €3 is way too much for a drink and refusing the customer is very bad practice. If they weren’t so greedy with their prices when it comes to their drinks, I would recommend this place. For now, I can’t and I suggest people vote with their wallets. Also, directly outside the restaurant is dirty.

In Frankfurt there is the best kebab we have tried so far. The lahmacun are also very good – absolutely recommended. A kebab sandwich costs around 9.90 euros and there are three different variants to choose from. The restaurant is also very spacious and pleasant. There are large dining rooms upstairs. The location is also very central.

It was quite okay. Well, I thought it was a shame that Coke Zero wasn't in a can or bottle. The Döner Chicken Deluxe was good 👍🏻 The Dürüm was very narrow and dry.

He said Lahmacun and Iskender, both were very good, but especially Iskender was the best I have eaten in Europe.

Hygiene is zero in this store. Were there on Christmas Day and because you can only use the sanitary facilities with a code if you have ordered something, they were terrible. No toilet paper, the open trash cans were overflowing with papers that had various bodily fluids on them. Toilet seats soaked in urine and the toilet bowl full of feces. Of the 3 toilets, only 2 were accessible because one was broken. Now to the dining area: tables were dirty, the container where the chili flakes were had crumpled up servings in it! The area where the food was prepared was also pure unhygienic chaos, it should be emphasized that the food was prepared in this dirty chaos. The cashier who was supposed to take our order saw us and cheekily chatted with his friend for about 4 minutes before he devoted himself to our order, even though we had been ready to order for a long time. The kebab was ok, there was a good portion for the price, unfortunately we only saw the sanitary facilities AFTER we ordered, otherwise we wouldn't have ordered and eaten in the first place, the comparatively "cool" interior design doesn't help either. True to the motto: Hui on the outside, yuck on the inside.

It's delicious. If you miss Turkish döner, you should definitely eat here.

It was our first time there and we ordered 2 Yufka Dürüm's, a Hachfleich Pide and Ayran. Ayran was really good. The pide looked quite good but the taste was sour and inedible. It was almost just tomatoes and peppers and no minced meat on it. We didn't eat it either. At the Dürüm, the Yufka was basically raw. I then returned it without taking a bite and asked for a baked yufka to replace it. What came back was a Dürüm with a lot of fat coming out because they simply put it in the toaster. I haven't even touched this one, let alone tried it. All in all a total disappointment. Never again!!
