Very tasty kebabs and dürüms. Nice service and quick preparation. Come often and don't regret it once.

The sauce is a bit watery, but lots of flavor. Delicious kebab! Unfortunately no card payment possible and not planned due to taxes!

I was at Karatas on the day it opened and, after hundreds of other kebab shops across Europe, I am still firmly of the opinion that Karatas is the only true #1.

Iyidi, good service, only one point deducted because the two specially packaged sauces were only packed with a lid and were put inside each other. I blame it on the heat and being overtired, otherwise ok.

In my Food (doner kebab) was 10 cents. Not only is it disgusting, I can't eat any more, I've also just ruined my tooth. I'm pissed!!!!!😡 Disgusting 🤢 And no one can speak German or English on the phone What are they supposed to do honestly!!!!!

This kebab was rated as the best kebab in Frankfurt in the FAZ. Unfortunately we have to contradict this article, the kebab was good, but unfortunately the sauce was rather liquid and hardly tasted of garlic. Unfortunately, the Dürum we ordered wasn't really good, the bread was absolutely dry and didn't look like it was homemade, the sauce was hardly present and the contents were rather meager. Would we come again? Not really, it's a shame

The rice on the kebab plate tasted very old, it definitely wasn't fresh. The meat was also bland, but the salad was good. Sauce also delicious.

I don't want to give a bad review, but this kebab can't be more than 3/10, the meat is kind of weird, the salad and the bread are good. 8€ way too much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Try it for the first time but also the last one, have fun trying it 😁

Karatas is cult! The best kebab far and wide. The sauce is sensationally good, the bread is crispy and toasted. Everything has been great for many years!

I've been there since day 1 and neither the delicious kebab nor most of the staff have changed. You're awesome.

I've always enjoyed eating there, but... I won't pay 10 euros for a lahmacun, out of principle! The prices have risen by around 80 percent recently!!! and I don't think that's okay. WE ARE AT DÖNER, not just any Michelin!! If several people had done what I did, we would get to normal prices very quickly! That's a disgrace!

Unfortunately, the ambience only gets 1 star because you can't eat on site as a family. Otherwise, the kebab is one of the best in Frankfurt and the surrounding area

They used to be really GREAT - but as I said, they were... Now tested again after years. Conclusion in advance: Leave it alone. The service is miserable, unfriendly, defensive, unfocused, careless. The food was slapped onto a plate that was far too small, more careless than in a bad canteen. At the bottom there is far too much white rice, without salt or other spices. Then far too little lettuce, what am I saying, absolutely dry iceberg lettuce without anything, no tomatoes or spices, a few onion rings, but no dressing, no salt or pepper or herbs. First of all, what they call kebab meat there - I haven't eaten kebab meat like this in years! Apparently I bought a ready-made skewer - totally dry, completely tasteless, but bursting with flavor enhancers - DISGUSTING! Sauce on top - (was called that, but isn't because it lacks everything that makes a sauce, It was just yogurt without anything, even without taste, but with garlic, which didn't taste fresh either. And that should be a meal NO THANK YOU! And that should also cost 17 EURO (because of double meat)! That is rude! - everything that defines gastronomy is missing there. All that is delivered is: bad, expensive food and poor service

Unfortunately I didn't like the kebab at all, neither the meat nor the bread. There was far too much Çoban salad in the kebab, the meat felt like I was chewing car tires when I chewed it. The bread was 100% old bread from a few days only that it had been warmed up in the toaster. And also when ordering. When the man asked me what I wanted in my kebab, instead of continuing to serve me, he charged another customer straight away even though it was my turn. Then the other colleague made my kebab and I just see how he overfilled my kebab with çoban salat…. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Unfortunately no recommendation at all. And: smiling costs nothing :))

The best and tastiest kebab in the Kalbach/Bonames/Nieder-Eschbach area. The meat is always fresh and very tasty. The prices have gone up recently but are worth the kebab or kebab plate. Parking is only possible on the side street to the cemetery, directly at the playground. On weekends or holidays you can also park in the school parking lot, but everything is at your own risk.

I ordered a kebab with everything. Doner kebab consisted of 99% salad and 1% meat. I paid €8. Am very disappointed!!

I wanted to eat here again today after a long time (I was very disappointed by the lack of hygiene here). Despite two mature kebabs, they absolutely wanted to give me the meat from the can. I kindly asked for fresh meat straight from the spit, but the seller insisted that now only meat from a can is available. I have no problem with the fact that a kebab shop has to operate economically and that yesterday's leftovers also have to go. But for an 8 euro kebab (!) in Bonames, customers could have been given the choice on the spot whether they wanted meat fresh from the spit or from a can of no idea when. An unnecessarily overrated and overpriced store.

Here the focus is on the food or the kebab. By far one of the tastiest kebabs around with consistently good taste and freshness. Price-performance is acceptable. The only thing to complain about is...: Extra meat €1.50 is completely fine but extra sauce €2.00?! How can a bowl be more expensive than a juicy portion of extra meat... maybe you'll reconsider. I don't recommend a large mixed salad to take away for €10. Only green and 2 slices of soft cheese but the kebab is great and we come here just for that. Eating on site: We usually order a kebab plate served on a plate and a lahmacun or sandwich with kebab meat that is served in foil without a plate. We always find something inappropriate... no place to put it and I definitely don't put it on the bare table haha ​​so just add a plate... If these 1-2 points are regulated, it is really number 1. Apart from the ambience, it is not a SchickiMiki restaurant object, more of a snack bar. If you want a good, tasty kebab, you've come to the right place.

The quality of the food is always good, we go there almost every other week. But there is ONE man who also places orders when the quantity is so less. We didn't have this experience with other employees. It seems that it really matters who prepares your kebab there.

Die Nr. 1 seit Jahren für uns. Nach einem langen Tag gönne ich mir hier gerne einen Döner und es ist jedes Mal ein kulinarisches Erlebnis (ohne Übertreibung). Von mir und vieler meiner Freunde ist dieser Dönerladen die ungeschlagene Nr. 1 wenn es um einen saftigen Gute-Laune-Döner geht der geschmacklich nicht zu toppen ist. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich obwohl es manchmal stressig ist hinter der Theke. Ich empfehle den klassischen Döner mit Allem bei Bedarf mit dem salzigen Weichkäse (wers mag) und einem kalten Ayran. Vorsicht für Anfänger - der Döner macht echt süchtig!

Sehr guter Döner. Kommt sehr nah an den Döner in meiner Stadt ran. Preise sind gut , ist halt Drehspieß. Manchmal sehr voll aber es gibt desöfteren solche Phasen :) Falls ich mal in der Gegend bin komme ich gerne wieder👍🏻

Einer der schlechtesten Döner was ich in Frankfurt gegessen habe, auf Empfehlung bin ich da hin. Aber nie wieder und kann den Döner keinen weiterempfehlen.

Ich erwarte keine herzlichen Türken wie im Urlaub aber man kann bisschen freundlicher sein. Döner auch ohne Liebe gemacht. Schmeckt aber immer noch wie früher und heißt jetzt Drehspiess!

Ich würde 10 Sterne geben. Habe da noch nie gegessen, sondern für Zuhause abgeholt. Freundlich, richtig schnell wenn man da bestellt(man könnte auch anrufen, aber da bestellen geht einfach schnell genug). Sicherlich muss man da hin und wieder mal 10 oder 15 Minuten warten, das ist aber dem geschuldet, dass das Essen dort Top ist

Bester Döner in Frankfurt. Kann ich als Döner-Tester bestätigen. Seit 26 Jahren sind die schon dabei!! Das beste Fleisch gibts hier. Zweifellos

Schade schade... Früher der beste Döner weit und breit aber mittlerweile schmeckt der Döner einfach nicht mehr. Irgendwie wurde die Saucenrezeptur umgestellt.

Bester Döner den ich kenne (und ich kenne viele denn ich esse gerne Döner). Hoffentlich bleibt die Qualität wie sie ist. Börek sind mit 2€ relativ teuer und nur zwei Käse Varianten verfügbar (keine Hackfleisch oder Spinat Variante vorhanden).

Ich komme aus Hamburg bin aber alle paar Jahre in Frankfurt. Und dies ist mein absoluter Lieblings Döner, in Hamburg kommt kein Döner geschmacklich an diesen ran. Ich freue mich jedes mal wenn ich wieder in Frankfurt bin auf diesen Döner. 5/5 Geschmacklich wie von vor 10 Jahren.

Preis-Leistung zu teuer.... Döner extra scharf, war kein bisschen scharf und das Fleisch wird im Vorfeld vom Spieß geschnitten und in einem Behälter warm gehalten. Geschmacklich ist das Essen okay.

Sehr gute Döner, die über die Jahre etwas zu teuer geworden sind. Die Männer hinter der Theke, die die Bestellung entgegennehmen sind sehr ungeduldig, scheinen kaum zuzuhören und erzeugen dadurch ein starkes Gefühl des gehetzt seins und, dass man für sie eher ein Störfaktor ist. Man verlässt den Laden mit seinen Döner und ist gestresst, verärgert und hat nur noch der Hälfte des Appetits. Außerdem, wenn man mehrere verschiedene Bestellungen hat (für Familie oder Freunde), werden keine oder sehr unzureichende Notizen auf den einzelnen ansonst identischen Alu Verpackungen gemacht. Zuhause hat man dann ein Ratespiel welches das scharfe und welches der milde Döner ist... Ich esse gelegentlich sehr gerne Döner, aber die hohen Preise und die stressigen Bedingungen reduzieren stark die Motivation dort mein Geld auszugeben.

Einer der besten dönerläden in Frankfurt, das einzige was man halt merkt ist das die Mitarbeiter nicht wirklich freundlich sind auch wenn sie es vermutlich versuchen (durch den stress) trotz allem konnte ich noch nie sagen das es nicht geschmeckt hat. Für mich, Geschmack technisch der beste Döner Frankfurts, aber am besten anrufen und abholen 🤣 🧐 PS. Wenn ihr das chili pulver extra haben möchtet guckt nochmal nach, ab und zu vergessen sie's einzupacken 🤣 🫡
