Haus Reintjes in Oberhausen

The normal card has no evidence of allergens. When I asked about it, I immediately received one where someone had entered everything by hand and unfortunately incorrectly. Many ingredients were available as individual ingredients so that one could compare at this point. The waiter was pointed out and all you got was a stupid saying. “We’ll just leave out the letters…” Actually, we should have gone to this point, but we were very hungry. And I thought I had considered everything by looking at the individual ingredients. But it didn't seem like that. I almost didn't reach my toilet. Furthermore, there are no sauces without wheat flour. This is no longer up to date and can be prevented without any problems and/or loss of taste if you make your own sauces. ?!? However, that should be the case with the prices. Dessert wasn't marked on the menu at all. A faulty allergen card can potentially mess with people's lives.

Unfortunately the price performance is no longer right. Steak plate was increased by 20 euros. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly and prices have risen in all areas. We always enjoyed eating there, but that's no longer the case. The waiter seemed annoyed and very cold. Never again Reintjes!

Excellent food and very friendly staff. An all-round feeling of well-being that you have here. Today I went to the restaurant for the first time with my grandchild (almost 1 year old) and I was happily surprised by what was on offer...everything was available, from a high chair to a changing table. Younger guests are also welcome here. I can 💯% recommend this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit there.

I had dinner here with my wife. There is a really nice atmosphere in this restaurant, the waiters were very friendly and you were served quickly. The food was also really delicious! Praise to the chef! We will definitely be happy to come back!

I've known this place for a very long time. Formerly "Haus Reintjes", dance hall with restaurant. Today “Restaurant Reintjes”. The atmosphere is very modern, bright light, glass. There is also a terrace. Food: Balkan cuisine. There is a small parking lot at the restaurant. The menus are plentiful and normal quality. There is plenty of space in the restaurant, ideal for larger celebrations or groups.

You feel at home here. We like coming to the Reintjes house. The cooking points for the meat/steak always match what you ordered perfectly. Every dish is prepared with love and you can feel that the team loves their work. The service is always courteous and very attentive. Always happy to visit Haus Reintjes.

Unfortunately the food and service were a disaster. Super unfriendly waiter, but the quality of the meat was much worse, my partner had a mixed plate, it just tasted bad, cheap, dry and like frozen food.

We have been there several times with family or friends and have always been very satisfied. We remain loyal to the restaurant and will continue to book there.

So I didn't think the food was that great and I can't understand the good reviews here either. The restaurant is quite nice, the service does its job and serves more but there is also not a lack of friendliness.

Was there at lunchtime. Menu extensive, perhaps 2-4 euros more upscale, but the daily menu with 6-8 dishes was very fair. Soup of the day and chocolate pudding came for the daily menu but also for me with cordon bleu. Overall recommended and we try to come back.

Very nice restaurant. We had the carpaccio as a starter, Pepper steak and stroganoff as main course. Very generous portions and tasty. Delicious. We had a great evening and the service was sensational. Clear recommendation for food in Oberhausen.

The restaurant is very bright and friendly. The service is also very friendly and the food (mostly meat dishes) was very good. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

I think the prices are sometimes very high. At least when the salad is thrown carelessly into the bowl and the sauce is “slapped on”. Some snack bars can do that better. The people who ate with me were very happy with their food. I don't think the waiter was happy about his job either. Polite in any case, yes, but I didn't really feel welcome. Quite the opposite to the man who greeted us at the entrance. He seemed happy that we were there. All in all okay, but I wouldn't choose the restaurant for myself.

At the lunch we had after the baptism I asked for a slice of bread with the soup, even though they said they would bring it, I asked three more times and they ignored me sullenly, it is not possible for me to give the staff high marks , who finds it difficult to bring even a slice of bread in a huge restaurant and treats me as if I had ordered Peking duck

Kinderschnitzel was better and larger than a 'normal' portion of schnitzel. The side dish was more than 1/4 of the plate and not at all edible. Barely had any fries and paid €7 more for them than the children's portion. We don't come here anymore.

It wasn't the last time we were in this location. That was about 3 weeks ago. Full 5 stars. The day before yesterday the two of us decided to have lunch. Unfortunately the key to the spice cabinet was missing. Everything didn't taste good, even the grill plate was flabby, even though "well spicy" was ordered. Seasoning with the salt and pepper available at the table didn't help. A pity. 50 € for bad food... But Haus Reintjes will still get another chance in 3 weeks.

Everything fits here - except for the external appearance. What looks small and inconspicuous from the outside is large and very friendly inside. The food is good and has a very good price. In addition, the staff was particularly friendly.

Last time we were no longer satisfied with the food. Cevapcici were grilled to death. Service and ambience was still good. This time the food was good again. Cevapcici were nice and juicy. Only the salad was a bit small.

Very good restaurant with great employees. Can be recommended. There is still room for improvement when it comes to food, hence only 4 stars. But it could be that it was because the restaurant was completely full. You should definitely make a reservation here.

Das Essen war lauwarm und die Kartoffeln waren meiner Meinung nicht frisch.Das Ambiente war modern ,hell und freundlich und zum guten Schluss hätte ich mir vom Keller mehr Kommunikation gewünscht und zwischendurch ein Lächeln 😃

Es ist ein sehr geschmackvolles eingerichtetes Restaurant.Sehr modern und stylisch.Unser Steak war auf den Punkt richtig gebraten und geschmacklich war alles sehr lecker.Die Kellner hatten immer ein wachsames Auge,wenn Gläser leer waren.Zusammenfassend war das nicht unser letzter Besuch.

Immer wieder eine super Location

Das Essen ist bis jetzt immer lecker gewesen. Der Service ist aber Verbesserungsfähig. Wir mussten jedes mal selbst den Kellner rufen wenn wir etwas Neues zu trinken bestellen wollten, obwohl alle unsere Gläser schon länger leer waren. Als zwei Salat Beilagen gebracht wurden wurde uns nur die Nummer von den Gerichten gesagt für diese der Salat war. Die Nummern von unseren Gerichten haben wir uns natürlich nicht gemerkt. Die Karten hatten wir auch nicht mehr, sodass wir hätten nachgucken können. Haben es dann irgendwie unter vier Personen aufgeteilt. Mayo wurde für vier Personen nur zwei kleine Mayo Packungen gebracht und erst nach nachfragen mehr. Einmal wurde tatsächlich gefragt, ob wir noch was trinken wollen aber nur mit dem Hinweis, dass in 15 Minuten zu gemacht wird :)

Wer es ein bisschen gehobener mag. Fühlt sich in diesem Hause sehr wohl. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend.

Van buitenaf lijkt het net alsof je een chique hotel binnen gaat en binnen lijkt het al net zo. De aanwezigen laten zien dat er allerlei soorten mensen komen, de locals komen hier ook. Het personeel is vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Over het eten kan ik veel zeggen, maar ook heel weinig: goed eten voor weinig geld. Schnitzel voor €18 is prima prijs toch? Bij de schnitzel komt ook een salade. Tja, dat werd nu eerst geserveerd als zijnde een vooraf. Ietwat onwennig hebben we het als voorafje gegeten. En ja, het bordje salade was lekker! Vervolgens krijg je een groot bord, met daarop een groot stuk vlees. Bij de swiebeln schnitzel komt er een toren van zo'n 10-15 cm gefrituurde uien ringen. Beetje raar gezicht als dat naar je toe gebracht wordt, maar het smaakte wel goed. Dus wie is er nu raar? Denk dat wij dan maar zijn. Wij hebben in ieder geval goed gegeten. Enige kleine minpuntje kan zijn dat we iets moeite hadden om een parkeerplek te vinden. Ach, heel klein stukje lopen maakte ook niet uit. Het was donker buiten en druk, dus geen klachten...

Das Essen war mega lecker perfekte Portion, Service war auch echt super schnelle Bedienung. Einrichtung war auch sehr schön.

Sehr nett, Preis Leistung stimmt, komme gerne wieder.

Sehr gepflegte hochwertige moderne Einrichtung. Perfekte freundliche Bedienung. Essen schmeckte sehr gut. Positiv anzumerken ist, es gibt auch Senioren Portionen. Der Grillteller ist was für den großen Hunger. Ich war zum ersten Mal dort aber werde in jedem Fall wieder dort einkehren.

Sehr gutes Essen und optisch schön serviert. Ich kann es mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen. Die Preise sind wie in jedem Restaurant angepasst aber für die Qualität gerechtfertigt. Sehr gute Bedienung.

Wir waren das erste mal im Haus Reintjes also das Ambiente ist wirklich schön und der Service war schnell,freundlich & gut. Das Essen war gut nichts außergewöhnliches. Also es war nicht schlecht aber, es war auch nicht überragend es war einfach gut. Man sollte sich einfach selbst einen Eindruck machen und dem Restaurant eine Chance geben.

Sehr schönes Speiselokal. Modernes, frisches Ambiente. Sehr freundlicher Service. Ach ja, und lecker essen kann man auch. 🙂
