You feel at home here. We like coming to the Reintjes house. The cooking points for the meat/steak always match what you ordered perfectly. Every dish is prepared with love and you can feel that the team loves their work. The service is always courteous and very attentive. Always happy to visit Haus Reintjes.

We were here last Sunday for lunch, the Reintjes offers a large and varied menu, there is something for everyone, very tasty, beautifully presented on the plate, service friendly and courteous, we can only recommend the restaurant

I've been going to Reintjes for dinner once a month for about three years as part of a group of about 20 people. The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained, with a high standard. The service is good, although I do find it annoying that people ask for a follow-up order almost immediately after you've finished your drink. When the restaurant is full, the acoustics are just about comfortable for a conversation. There's a huge selection of food, but many of the dishes are prepared using ready-made ingredients (for the sauces and vegetables). Nevertheless, the restaurant is worth a visit because the food is deliciously prepared.

The food was absolutely fantastic. The waiters were very friendly, and reordering drinks was quick. The restaurant was very busy that day, but the waiters radiated calm. They carried their full drink trays expertly through the rooms.

We're absolutely thrilled. The service was perfect, the food was amazing, and the ambiance was absolutely lovely. We sat in the back on the terrace area—highly recommended for a summer evening.

Unfortunately no fresh schnitzel, it was not tasty, they opened the bag and fried it, I paid 4€ for a stupid Coke😔 very nice service but otherwise just too expensive

Unassuming from the outside, the interior is nicely furnished, with soft chairs that won't make your legs fall asleep. The restaurant and restrooms are clean. No parking, but there are parking spaces on the street. Note for those with limited mobility: You have to climb a few steps to get into the restaurant. You can also eat there with large groups. Tables are pushed together. The food was excellent and tasty. The prices are reasonable. If you're really hungry, order the surprise platter. It's enough for a large family. :-)

First of all, the good thing...the waiter was friendly and funny, you know the nice atmosphere, but it's not the essence of a visit to a restaurant. We were disappointed. My peas/carrots were from a can with no seasoning...they didn't taste like anything, the turkey schnitzel was flattened without even a hint of salt/pepper etc., the croquettes were from a frozen package...I would expect them to be homemade at a restaurant like this, my cream sauce was a white mass thickened with a sauce thickener and also completely unseasoned...it was already forming lumps after 3 minutes. My daughter's pork fillet tasted very strictly like barn...the tomato soup was also thickened and not made from fresh tomatoes. There is not a single main course for vegetarians... I would have liked a salad with turkey strips, salmon, tuna, cheese or something similar on the menu. None...it's only available with some dishes. Everything was there once... What a shame...

I would give the ambience one more star if I could. We were completely satisfied. Huge portions and good cuisine. Service was unfortunately a bit taciturn but the rest got everything sorted out. Really recommended.

We had dinner there on Easter Sunday. Staff seemed listless and overwhelmed. The food was either overcooked and tasteless or not fresh and absolutely inedible! 3 of us got food poisoning! Quality and price performance absolutely do not match! Absolutely not recommended!!! I hope this encourages the staff to think and improve, because everyone makes mistakes in order to be better in the future!

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. We were already there. The food was always very good and tasty. You didn't have to wait long for your food and the service was attentive and friendly. Can only recommend the restaurant. Eb.

Today I had lunch at Haus Reintjes – and I was thrilled! The food was super tasty, everything freshly prepared and perfectly seasoned. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and attentive staff, who made the visit even more pleasant. A real feel-good atmosphere! We'll definitely be back. Absolutely recommended

The food was better, the soup was very small and tasted like it came from a can and the other plates were arranged very carelessly. The waiter didn't ask if you wanted mayo, ketchup or a sauce with it. All the dishes were far too dry and there wasn't enough quantity.

Very nicely decorated restaurant and friendly staff. The food was ready quickly and very tasty. However, the place to sit wasn't that comfortable as there was a lot of pressure from the entrance door into the large room. Maybe a small vestibule would be a good idea. The dessert selection was very one-sided with 90% ice cream. That was a shame. Nevertheless, the restaurant is recommended.

The food was excellent and the service was also very attentive and courteous. The food could be prepared a little better, but the taste is very good. You feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, it's just a little noisy, so you can't hear each other very well when there's a lot going on.

Have been there several times. Is a typical Yugoslavian where the classic grill plate (approx. 20) cannot be missing from the menu. The price/performance ratio is good. This means that neither the meat nor the portion size is saved. Special requests (e.g. fries rather than croquettes) are a small problem. You don't leave here hungry. The staff (classic black trousers and white shirt) is attentive and super on point. You don't have to wait long for your food. The atmosphere is bright and friendly. No problem even for larger groups. The restaurant is busy at peak times. Therefore it is better to reserve.

We go to Reintjes' house more often. The quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff are always consistently good. However, you should always reserve a table, which ultimately indicates its popularity. Thumbs up and I'm already looking forward to the next time.

When we are in Oberhausen, the Reintjes restaurant is our go-to place for lunch. There are special lunch dishes, but you can also order from the large menu. For lunch there is a cup of soup and dessert is also served. I ordered a steak from the regular menu - but I also got the soup and dessert. … and really… the rump steak was simply first class!

The normal card has no evidence of allergens. When I asked about it, I immediately received one where someone had entered everything by hand and unfortunately incorrectly. Many ingredients were available as individual ingredients so that one could compare at this point. The waiter was pointed out and all you got was a stupid saying. “We’ll just leave out the letters…” Actually, we should have gone to this point, but we were very hungry. And I thought I had considered everything by looking at the individual ingredients. But it didn't seem like that. I almost didn't reach my toilet. Furthermore, there are no sauces without wheat flour. This is no longer up to date and can be prevented without any problems and/or loss of taste if you make your own sauces. ?!? However, that should be the case with the prices. Dessert wasn't marked on the menu at all. A faulty allergen card can potentially mess with people's lives.

Unfortunately the price performance is no longer right. Steak plate was increased by 20 euros. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated significantly and prices have risen in all areas. We always enjoyed eating there, but that's no longer the case. The waiter seemed annoyed and very cold. Never again Reintjes!

Excellent food and very friendly staff. An all-round feeling of well-being that you have here. Today I went to the restaurant for the first time with my grandchild (almost 1 year old) and I was happily surprised by what was on offer...everything was available, from a high chair to a changing table. Younger guests are also welcome here. I can 💯% recommend this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit there.

I've known this place for a very long time. Formerly "Haus Reintjes", dance hall with restaurant. Today “Restaurant Reintjes”. The atmosphere is very modern, bright light, glass. There is also a terrace. Food: Balkan cuisine. There is a small parking lot at the restaurant. The menus are plentiful and normal quality. There is plenty of space in the restaurant, ideal for larger celebrations or groups.

Unfortunately the food and service were a disaster. Super unfriendly waiter, but the quality of the meat was much worse, my partner had a mixed plate, it just tasted bad, cheap, dry and like frozen food.

We have been there several times with family or friends and have always been very satisfied. We remain loyal to the restaurant and will continue to book there.

So I didn't think the food was that great and I can't understand the good reviews here either. The restaurant is quite nice, the service does its job and serves more but there is also not a lack of friendliness.

Was there at lunchtime. Menu extensive, perhaps 2-4 euros more upscale, but the daily menu with 6-8 dishes was very fair. Soup of the day and chocolate pudding came for the daily menu but also for me with cordon bleu. Overall recommended and we try to come back.

I think the prices are sometimes very high. At least when the salad is thrown carelessly into the bowl and the sauce is “slapped on”. Some snack bars can do that better. The people who ate with me were very happy with their food. I don't think the waiter was happy about his job either. Polite in any case, yes, but I didn't really feel welcome. Quite the opposite to the man who greeted us at the entrance. He seemed happy that we were there. All in all okay, but I wouldn't choose the restaurant for myself.

At the lunch we had after the baptism I asked for a slice of bread with the soup, even though they said they would bring it, I asked three more times and they ignored me sullenly, it is not possible for me to give the staff high marks , who finds it difficult to bring even a slice of bread in a huge restaurant and treats me as if I had ordered Peking duck

The food was good, unfortunately there was only a very limited menu. Maybe because it was Easter? This could have been communicated to me when making the reservation.

Kinderschnitzel was better and larger than a 'normal' portion of schnitzel. The side dish was more than 1/4 of the plate and not at all edible. Barely had any fries and paid €7 more for them than the children's portion. We don't come here anymore.

It wasn't the last time we were in this location. That was about 3 weeks ago. Full 5 stars. The day before yesterday the two of us decided to have lunch. Unfortunately the key to the spice cabinet was missing. Everything didn't taste good, even the grill plate was flabby, even though "well spicy" was ordered. Seasoning with the salt and pepper available at the table didn't help. A pity. 50 € for bad food... But Haus Reintjes will still get another chance in 3 weeks.

Das Essen war lauwarm und die Kartoffeln waren meiner Meinung nicht frisch.Das Ambiente war modern ,hell und freundlich und zum guten Schluss hätte ich mir vom Keller mehr Kommunikation gewünscht und zwischendurch ein Lächeln 😃

Es ist ein sehr geschmackvolles eingerichtetes Restaurant.Sehr modern und stylisch.Unser Steak war auf den Punkt richtig gebraten und geschmacklich war alles sehr lecker.Die Kellner hatten immer ein wachsames Auge,wenn Gläser leer waren.Zusammenfassend war das nicht unser letzter Besuch.

Immer wieder eine super Location

Das Essen ist bis jetzt immer lecker gewesen. Der Service ist aber Verbesserungsfähig. Wir mussten jedes mal selbst den Kellner rufen wenn wir etwas Neues zu trinken bestellen wollten, obwohl alle unsere Gläser schon länger leer waren. Als zwei Salat Beilagen gebracht wurden wurde uns nur die Nummer von den Gerichten gesagt für diese der Salat war. Die Nummern von unseren Gerichten haben wir uns natürlich nicht gemerkt. Die Karten hatten wir auch nicht mehr, sodass wir hätten nachgucken können. Haben es dann irgendwie unter vier Personen aufgeteilt. Mayo wurde für vier Personen nur zwei kleine Mayo Packungen gebracht und erst nach nachfragen mehr. Einmal wurde tatsächlich gefragt, ob wir noch was trinken wollen aber nur mit dem Hinweis, dass in 15 Minuten zu gemacht wird :)
