The food was ok, I've eaten worse kebabs (or just as bad ones), but above all much better ones. The ambience can't really be rated, room, counter, salad bar... The service was probably the rudest I've ever had in a fast food restaurant that I was only in for five minutes. There were unkind comments about my hearing because I asked what he said. It didn't occur to him that I didn't understand him because he spoke mumbled, broken German. In addition, the guests seemed to be served based on their sympathy and not how long they waited. After it was finally their turn, the servants made themselves something to eat. I would have been able to handle all of that. But I can really do without comments on my girlfriend's good looks and innuendos about her.

If the opening hours are until midnight and you don't cut any salad before 11 p.m., then it doesn't even deserve a star. The friendliness is no longer there either. However, the icing on the cake is that you can add fries to your kebab. Let alone taking full price!

I wanted to cancel the order immediately after I placed the order. I tried to get in touch so that the men don't have to make kebabs, but unfortunately absolutely no one answers the phone. When I suddenly reached someone after calling 15 times and wanted to describe the situation, they simply hung up rudely. Please rethink your staff and the way you treat your customers. I will stay in touch with Lieferando and definitely file a complaint and definitely not pay for the order.

If the opening time is until 3:00 a.m. and I call at 2:30 a.m. to ask A) whether it is still open and B) whether kebab is still there and both are answered in the affirmative, then it cannot be that I am at 2:40 a.m o'clock and there is no sauce or vegetables left. Service just as substandard, no hello and no goodbye. Sorry guys, nobody forces you to be open until 3 a.m., but if you already offer that then you have to deliver... Very weak kebab and unfriendly employees.

The store is a complete disaster. For the first order, the food was canceled after 2 1/2 hours after a call from Lieferando itself, because the driver had probably left with the food?! Of course we didn't reach anyone by phone. Worst kebab in a long time had maybe 60 grams of meat in the kebab and more salad than anything else and then charge €7.50 for something like that

For me, Haus des Döner is the equivalent of McDonalds, only with kebabs. They are always open late, orders always come on time and, above all, quickly and the service is just great! If there is a shortage of materials, you will be called and offered alternatives and not just something else that you didn't want. The team at Haus des Döners is always very open to requests and they are usually accepted. In general the team is very friendly and I have nothing to complain about.

Tried Haus des Döner for the first time in my life on the recommendation of a friend. Actually, it's also my fault that I go out for kebab at 2 a.m. on a Saturday. Just ordered 1 big kebab and 1 normal one. Big with spicy, but without tzatziki, normal kebab without spicy and without onions! And what arrived? Exactly the opposite. And for a minced skewer, it still tastes nice and crispy and tender and is very well seasoned The only negative point is the small restaurant 😅 it could be a little bigger, if it's full you have to wait outside because you can't fit many people in there Otherwise absolutely top and recommended!

We ordered 4 kebabs through Liferando with our work colleagues at 11 a.m. for a 12:30 p.m. break. Unfortunately there were no kebabs until the end of the break. An attempt to reach someone at the number given failed several times or you were pushed away. The kebabs finally arrived at 1:50 p.m., about 80 minutes late. Unfortunately the kebabs were cold and the topping was wrong. The sheep's cheese that was ordered was missing from two dishes, which you have to pay extra for, and one dish had hot sauce, even though no hot sauce was specified. A very poor performance and not recommended.

I go there very often and have never been disappointed, the meat is very well seasoned, the sauces are delicious, spicy is really spicy and I have always received a friendly welcome. It's a lot going on, understandable but I never actually had to wait long.

No one answered the phone and the app looked like something was going to be delivered until after 10 p.m. Of course it's great if you can't even order anywhere else. Really great cinema - that means that this shop downstairs is over for me before I've even tried it once. Unbelievable, I've never experienced that before!

Geschmacklich einfach nur 5* , Musik war am Abend der Bestellung sehr laut, sodass man seine Bestellung schreien musste.... manchmal ist weniger mehr...weniger war allerdings auf dem Döner drauf, woanders ist man mehr gewohnt. Fazit: - Portionen so lala. Das Fleisch ist sehr saftig und lecker, nicht zu fettig, allerdings hatte ich leider ein Stück Knorpel im Döner, die Soßen sind alle top, Rotkohl gute süße, keine Zwiebeln, sondern Charlotten.👍 - Ambiente, alles etwas eng gestaltet, vor allem bei etwas mehr Betrieb. - Geschmack: Mega lecker!

Der Döner ist schlicht und einfach der beste in Remscheid. Gute Soßen, sehr leckeres Brot, es schmeckt einfach gut. Döner ist auch nicht klein sondern echt groß und für den Preis geht der komplett fit.

Noch nie einen besseren Döner gegessen, als bei Haus des Döner. Freundliche Bedienung und fairer Preis. Ab jetzt mein Main-Döner Spot.

Schmeckt gut aber ziemlich überbewertet und überteuert.

Bester Döner den ich seit langem gegessen habe. Da kônnen die anderen Buden einpacken. Weiches Brot, saftiges Fleisch und super leckere Soßen. Der Döner kostet 7€, dafür erhält man aber auch eine ordentliche Portion. Bei den Konkurrenten in Remscheid sind die Preise rauf und die Größe der Portionen runtergegangen. An das Team: ich hoffe ihr behält die Qualität bei, dann braucht ihr euch auch keine Sorgen um die Zukunft zu machen!

Ich hätte die Wette verloren … Rucola passt sehr gut auf die Dönerrolle … alle waren begeistert. Sowohl von der Rolle als auch vom Döner 🥙. Alles super lecker - komme gerne wieder!

Also icv würde gern noch viel mehr sterne geben....man merkt das alles jeden tag frisch ist, das personal ist sehr nett und ich werde mir immer wieder gern einen dicken Bauch anfuttern.
