I come here to eat every time and always get good service. But today was different; he argued with me about something completely irrelevant. He said he's the owner's brother. I hope he learns how to treat customers.

I was really disappointed: the meat was burnt and bitter, making the whole doner kebab barely edible.

Never again! I waited two hours for the food, and it arrived cold! It wasn't tasty. And now they don't answer when I call.

The taste, however, was really good, as you'd expect from Haus des Döner – if it had been warm, it would have been five stars. Unfortunately, I have to deduct two stars, because cold meat is a serious faux pas.

We ordered two doner kebabs. Since the veal would take another 15 minutes to cook, we chose chicken. While our food was being prepared, the employees quickly cut the last pieces off the chicken skewer to place the next skewer on the grill. After the first bite into our two doner kebabs, we noticed that not all of the pieces of meat were cooked through. We mentioned it. The three employees then argued with us rather rudely. Among other things, they were certain that we were only dissatisfied because we didn't want to wait for the veal. They insisted that the meat wasn't raw, it just wasn't grilled crispy but had already been "cooked" enough. It also wouldn't make sense to use cooked/pink meat for a doner kebab. They then accused us of having to throw it away because of us and promised to make us two new doner kebabs. After waiting for ten minutes, they finally decided to give us our money back and asked us to leave.

Every kebab shop has a different definition of "spicy." This is by far the hottest kebab ever. It was so hot, it was like biting into the hottest chili. Unfortunately, it was inedible, so I had to throw it away. What a shame.

We ordered 4 kebabs through Liferando with our work colleagues at 11 a.m. for a 12:30 p.m. break. Unfortunately there were no kebabs until the end of the break. An attempt to reach someone at the number given failed several times or you were pushed away. The kebabs finally arrived at 1:50 p.m., about 80 minutes late. Unfortunately the kebabs were cold and the topping was wrong. The sheep's cheese that was ordered was missing from two dishes, which you have to pay extra for, and one dish had hot sauce, even though no hot sauce was specified. A very poor performance and not recommended.
