We never would have thought that such an exclusive restaurant was right on our doorstep in Semlin! Hasenpfeffer is a real surprise – you almost feel like "God in France." The food was simply magnificent: exceptional, sophisticated, and full of flavor. Each course had its own unique touch, yet was perfectly coordinated within the menu. You immediately noticed the love and skill with which the food is cooked. You rarely find something so unique. The service was also perfect – attentive, warm, and always there at the right moment, without ever being intrusive. You felt completely welcome and well looked after. For us, one thing is certain: Hasenpfeffer is a true gem, and we certainly won't be visiting it again. A gourmet spot that you absolutely must recommend!

Who on earth thinks it's still okay these days to dismember frogs and sell them as a "delicacy"? All that's missing is turtle soup from your own shell as a daily special and elephant trunk salad on the weekly menu. Welcome to the culinary Jurassic Park, run by morally liberated nostalgics. It's 2025. We should know better. Animals aren't accessories for the egos of amateur gourmets. And frogs belong in the pond, not on the plate. Period. I can't believe something like this is still seriously offered. As far as I'm concerned, this place is done for.

An unforgettable culinary experience – highly recommended! From the moment we entered the restaurant, it was clear that something truly special awaited us. The welcome was warm and professional, the ambiance stylish yet cozy – perfect for immediately feeling at home. But the true highlight was, of course, the food. Each course was a work of art in its own right – subtly composed, perfectly balanced, and presented with a rare attention to detail. The flavors harmonized at the highest level, and it was clear that the chefs worked with passion, skill, and high-quality ingredients.

We tried the "Hasenpfeffer" gourmet restaurant at the GolfResort Semlin hotel for the second time in two years. To put it simply: it was outstanding once again! We enjoyed an excellent meal (so a big thank you to the chef and the kitchen staff) and competent, very friendly service. Every hotel guest should experience the "Hasenpfeffer" at least once. In my opinion, the restaurant is a great addition and fits perfectly into the overall concept of the hotel and golf course.

Fine dining restaurant (for about 20 guests) with game dishes, the meat of which comes from animals that were killed by the chef himself.

I ate at Hasenpfeffer yesterday, August 22nd, and I don't think I'm going out on a limb when I say it's the best restaurant in the region. Whether it was the homemade brioche and focaccia, the exquisitely seasoned tartar with quail egg and Prunier caviar, the outstanding lobster bisque, the perfect Tournedo Rossini, or the semolina balls with the indulgent pistachio cream, they were all truly delicious. I would especially like to highlight the Tournedo Rossini, which I haven't experienced in such perfect quality before. This experience was rounded out by the attentive service, which accommodated my request for alcohol-free drinks without bitter citrus flavors, along with delicate drinks. In closing, all I can say is "Chapeau" and hope to see you again soon.

A very beautiful and stylish restaurant with professional and attentive service. Unfortunately, we just missed the Michelin star, but as we all know, that only motivates us to strive even further :) We will be back! Great food, great service!

A Christmas menu that leaves nothing to be desired. The Hasenpfeffer in the Semlin Golf Resort not only offers a very beautiful interior and a great view over the golf course, but also an outstanding taste experience. The menu courses are perfectly coordinated in terms of cuisine and also presented perfectly visually. We also received first-class and very attentive advice and service. A very big compliment to the kitchen and the crew of this exclusive restaurant. We will be happy to come back and can recommend Hasenpfeffer to anyone who is looking for something special. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the kitchen because we had already been complimented very harshly because of our dog. Our mistake: asking the wrong question on the phone a few days before about taking the dog with us. We didn't mention which restaurant we wanted to go to. It is not possible in Hasenpfeffer. But who should know that several restaurants are served by the same telephone number. So keep your eyes open, if in doubt the guest is wrong.
