Too expensive, food takes forever

Certainly one of the cheaper restaurants in Frankfurt Airport. Nice service when taking orders. Otherwise self-service. Tastes very good.

The food is ok, but unfortunately nothing more and it's not particularly cheap in terms of price.

If you pay €5 for a coffee, you'll want to drink it straight out of the cup, but you can't get it here!

Great option. Not located in a very visible location. It's quiet, not having continously people walking around you while having luch. Good Burger selection with multiple choices.

K18 Gate, ideal location in terminal 2. For the price (and remember we're in an airport), it's good value. I couldn't finish the serving, it's a very generous portion. I had the cheese burger on multi-grain bread and fries. Very tasty. I really liked the skins left on the fries. Adds to the flavor. There's an assortment of condiments on the table plus cutlery and napkins. Located next to the Camel Smoking room, but you do not notice a smell. Cheese burger and fries €17. Definitely recommend.

Amazing vegan chicken burger. Truffle fries also had a huge portion. This didn’t pop up when I typed “vegan” at the airport on google maps, but it’s a great place to get a nice selection of vegan burgers and side options !!! Perfect texture and taste and temperature! Soooooo delicious

Bad service and unfriendly staff When I visited this cafeteria today, I was initially completely ignored. Despite standing at the counter and making eye contact with the staff for several minutes, I was not served. When I was finally able to make myself known, I was only given a coffee to go, even though I had specifically asked to sit down. The atmosphere in the cafeteria was also very unpleasant. The tables were not clean and the entire atmosphere seemed careless and run down. Conclusion: Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this cafeteria at all. Neither the service nor the atmosphere is right here. There are much better cafes in the area! Suggestions for improvement: * Staff should be more attentive and serve guests faster. * It should be possible to sit down in the cafeteria and enjoy coffee in peace. * The atmosphere in the cafeteria should be improved. I hope this review helps you make your decision whether to visit this cafeteria or not.

Person with food intolerance will not finde anything overe there to eat, very littel restaurance or cafee shops, shops very limited - just few. I found they signs very confusing, had to ask staff for the way to the Gates, staff from lufthansa very are nice, which i cannot nessesairly say thatbabout restarunt staff, as when you would like to get some info they ignore you or quickly disapearing. Also looks like it has been blocked to be advertised. Hope that opininon will be taken in to consideration.

Subjectively speaking, little choice for vegetarians.

The ambience is good, but the quality of the food and service has declined significantly. I know the Hans im Glück at the airport very well and have been there sometimes once a week before I flew on from my business trip. This was before the pandemic. But now, after visiting it again for some time, I was quite disappointed. Unfortunately, the really fat, tasty vegi burgers with a choice of different buns are no longer available. The selection is much smaller, which would be okay. But the burgers are thinner and no longer have the complex taste.

The international gate has no food or anything to drink except a half empty set of vending machines. I couldn't believe it. After you wait 15 minutes to get through the final set of passport control and then realize you have to leave to find something to eat before a 10 hour flight. Terrible

In May 2024 we went here for dinner twice. The staff are very hospitable and serve their guests very quickly. The food (menu) is very tasty. Thank you for your very entertaining and pleasant hospitality.

Restaurants and staff are not friendly and less helpful at the airport. It was an unhappy experience having missed the flight.

Took a hamburger, was ok but a bit boring. Meet was made to "well done", was not possible to get it any other way.

We wanted to buy sandwiches, but unfortunately there were only a few pieces left, so I won't comment on them. The atmosphere is very nice, as is the observation of the service. Prices are as high as at the entire space airport.

Got delayed....wifi didn't work well, crowded bathrooms. Wish I didn't check in early, missed out on beautiful shops and coffee or food. Flight delayed and had inconsistent wi-fi and lines at bathroom.

There were four of us and we wanted to drink a draft and actually eat something. We were assigned a table with more seats and the beer came. Since we didn't have much time during the stopover and we weren't impressed by the menu, which wasn't particularly extensive, I only ordered a tartare and the others nothing. The waiter then commented, “Oh great and others are lining up to eat something.” For one thing, there were still tables available and there was really no one standing at the entrance! I found it more than cheeky!!! He later became friendlier, but that's not how you treat guests, even if they definitely won't become regulars! The tartare was pretty decent, but not something I would order there again.

Airport style..., you can't look at the price list! I was hoping for a little more overall, more space and less surcharge for sauces etc.

Short stopover in MUC until we continue. Unfortunately it was very full and took a very long time, the service was very friendly despite the stress and the food was delicious. I will stop by again on my next stopover in MUC.

In order not to dominate the language, the waitress tried hard to make sure we knew what we were ordering.

There isn't much choice in the airport! It's nice to find something so good!

Excellent, except for one airport employee at the check in who was irritating and annoying with most passengers as it was obvious he was not qualified for the position. To make matters worse he would not leave a couple travelling with a small pet dog who were carrying all the proper paperwork and adhered to all the regulations on board until his supervisor intervened and resolved the issue for him.I think their threats which l overheard of notifying the authorities of animal rights violation softened their rigidness. Finally after much delay we all went on our merry way!

Unfortunately it's still early in the morning when there are already flights and you have to wait without enjoying anything.

The only place in Munich that I like. Convenient, clean, fast. The same cannot be said about other airports.

The gourmet burgers were self-selectable, starting with side dishes and buns, and it was not a problem to leave out the onion. The versatile selection of french fries or salad as a side dish was also a positive surprise. The service was prompt and very knowledgeable and friendly. The lunch package included both soft drinks and coffee, etc., which was praised by our group. The prices were reasonable for an airport restaurant, i.e. high, but tolerable. Thank you, kind staff, we liked your restaurant. The only small minus came from the uncomfortable benches and cramped small table, it would have been more enjoyable to sit comfortably and not carry hand luggage. The puzzle could be solved easily with e.g. coat hooks or bag hooks and benches with backs.

No waiting at all for anything. Be it immigration, security, lounges, etc. Very friendly and enough signaes to reach anywhere on time.

You can satisfy your hunger, nothing more...

Don't get the coffee. They have one size, they use a machine and it only fills the cup up halfway. There has to be better options in the airport EUR $4.95

Burguer is too dry. It was way beyond well done and there was basically no sauce to help. It was expensive. I also ordered a fresh juice and I got a soda... Fries are good.

Extremely rude person in service... we left and never ordered.

The food was good, unfortunately the queue was long and the waitresses were a bit tired when allocating seats and serving. Price performance borderline!

I missed the plane because of Lutfansa no one from the airport doesn't speak Italian and it's great if you don't know how to speak German after 2 hours I managed to leave the airport. Sad but true, an Italian gentleman helped me

It has some shops for shopping and food but in general everything is very expensive. Water almost €4. Cappuccino, latte macchiato, chocolate muffin all together €15.5. Food from €10 a sandwich.

100x nicer airport than Frankfurt

We are very disappointed with the airport service or employees, especially at Lufthansa. Since we, as business people, have to fly frequently, the restaurant employees are unfortunately not friendly either

A lovely airport with a lot of duty free options in chocolates,alcohal. A very good place for breakfast made freshly in front of you, to choose from a lot of cafes, have a great bar from where you can have authentic German beer. Ideal place for a good layover.

At closing time all food was throw to garbage în front of people with kids asking to buy it. Bad experience and lack of humanity.

Unfortunately, as long as AFD supporters have shares, you cannot eat there.

This is a lovely airport with make food and drink choices. Great architecture and fun furnishings. Interesting seating areas. We really got an eye-full there. Service people are also very nice.

Everything is ok, I'm satisfied

I don't know a word of German, so I was as lost as a fart in a jacuzzi. Fortunately, the Germans provide many indicators, in English and German, and it is not excessively difficult. The cleanliness, the brightness, the seats for waiting, the toilets... all of this of exceptional quality.

I'm not sure why the airport is here as a restaurant, but I will share that this airport has many very nice looking restaurants and a great variety of options of places to eat. I will share where we ate ( Boconero) separately.

It was crowded, everything was well marked - the only complaint is the lack of boards for the flight order at the entrance - from exit 30-20 I didn't see any - only from exit 20 - until 01 they were installed, the coffee and cakes in Sturbacks are excellent, the toilet is neat and clean , there is soap and paper.

Ate goulash for a moment during a transit. Right portion and price, for being in an international airport, correct. The beer is also good. Obviously.

Since they started to ask for tip, I am really not comfortable eating in German airport canteens. It's me, and this is my feedback. Better focus needed on the food served in hard cold bread. I also find them overpriced.

Too long waiting for preparation of simple things like burgers or fries. It is airport and to wait 25+ mins when the next boarding is close is not suitable and risky.

Very nice airport. There's a small kid area to play in the terminal we were at. The business lounge was also accessible unlike the Frankfort airport!
