Good food, great service, but good luck finding a place to sit inside. We were lucky enough that we got there at the perfect time to grab a table for 2 inside, however it quickly became apparent that not everyone was as lucky. My husband and I really enjoyed our meal. My husband ordered the chili Döner (with jalapeños and Turkish peppers) and I had the classic. Both were delicious and we both agreed to return!

Amazing doner and great pizza/pasta. All very tasty and fresh. Restaurant is small inside so it can get crowded, but well worth any wait.

Until a while ago it was by far the best kebab shop in the area, but now we're not so sure anymore. The general quality has deteriorated significantly. The prices have always been in the higher segment, while the sheer amount of food was justifiable in terms of price. But it was okay for us because the food is really tasty. Unfortunately, a lot has changed. It still tastes good, but you can tell as soon as you pick up the flatbread that it definitely won't fill you up. You don't expect tons of meat or falafel, but do you suddenly have to cut back so much on salad? Special requests are now skillfully ignored. Asking for more sauce doesn't help, extra paid cheese is sometimes missing, and deselected ingredients still come in instead. Deliveries are always very quick and the drivers are nice. However, there seems to be problems with our front door. It closes perfectly, but either the door is slammed so hard that you worry about the glass pane, or the door simply doesn't close at all. During the last delivery it was left wide open. We think it's a real shame how everything turned out. Unfortunately, ordering from Hamit is no longer any fun, which is why we will probably look for an alternative. Edit: Thanks for the answer, but just take a look at other reviews here. A lot of people criticize the amount of toppings, probably not without reason. Nobody expects a kebab that literally bursts, but more than 2 lettuce leaves wouldn't be a bad idea either. Here, too, you're welcome to look at other customers' pictures, we're not making it up.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I recently ordered from this restaurant through Lieferando, and my experience was truly exceptional! I placed my order while leaving a friend’s house, expecting the typical 20 to 45 minutes delivery window. To my surprise, the food arrived at my house in about 10 minutes! The delivery driver was not only prompt but incredibly kind. I have an ACL injury, and when he noticed, he went out of his way to help by carrying the food inside for me and even held the door open. He waited patiently for me to arrive, and his kindness really stood out—service above and beyond. Now, let’s talk about the food! The döner meat and vegetables were some of the freshest I’ve had in Europe, and the flavor was fantastic. The mango chili sauce was a delicious touch, and I ended up using it as a dip for my fries. If I had to offer any feedback, it would be that the fries could be a bit better—they were typical frozen fries, nothing special—but that’s really a minor thing compared to everything else. The food was top-notch, and the service was even better. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I’ve been coming here nearly every week since they opened back in 2021 and I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is delicious, the team is professional, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. The owner especially goes out of his way to make sure every customer has a good experience and is always working hard. I’ve tried many other kebab shops in the Kaiserslautern area and Hamit’s is hands down the best around. I am leaving Germany next month and eating a mango chili döner here every week is one of the things I will miss the most about my time here. Couldn’t recommend more!

Had a deployment to the NATO base and came across this restaurant. Rigatoni Argentina with grilled beef steak strips, mushrooms and tomato cream sauce is on a really different level - very creative and extremely tasty. If I remember correctly, I think it was overbaked too. The home-made bread was kindly provided on the house. Restaurant appears to be a family run diner and everyone is very polite. It feels like most Americans live here in Germany and I also took advantage of the opportunity to have many interesting conversations and see very stylish US cars. There are enough parking spaces.

This place is really good. Their vegetables and chicken are always fresh and tasty. They speak multiple languages which makes it welcoming and easy to order. I asked for extra meat on my “teller” and holy smokes - it was packed with meat. Pretty much made two meals! Only reason for the downgraded star is because they pack on a lot of sauce in my opinion. Again, it’s my opinion. Some may like it, I don’t. Don’t get me wrong - it tastes great. I just always have to ask for sauce on the side or else it seems like I’m eating sauce with food on the side.

Doner is easily one of the best quick foods you can get. And because of that you find numerous Doner shops in each village. Hamits shines above them all. From the best quality ingredients to a variety selection of sauces and alternate foods. My family and I have been coming back here over the last year and will continue to do so. This is, hands down, the best döner in the area. The vegetables are fresh, the meat is amazing and lean, and they have extra sauces that are available no where else. Plus the bread is delicious. And the staff is really nice. The falafel döner is also delicious and a great option for vegetarians.

These gentlemen are amazing. The food is top notch and is, by far, my favorite döner place. They are even so nice as to buy some of their salad from their supplier just for my wife and me to have. I’ll be here often.

Honestly, Hamit’s is the absolute best doner around. And I have been to WAY too many doner shops. Every time I come here, I think, “oh, it really is as amazing as I remember it being.” This is always one of the first place we bring family and friends when they come to visit us and it has been a hit ever single time. Doesn’t hurt that the service is always incredibly friendly and welcoming too.

Below average döner. Not bad, but too much sauce and the sauce wasn’t really flavored with any spices/herbs.

It stands out positively from the many “08/15” kebab snacks. Very nice atmosphere. Many sauces and the ingredients seem fresh. There is a stamp card and many employees in the store. However, the price is a little higher and the dishes could do with a little more filling. I would also like an alternative with veal.

Wir bestellen sehr gerne dort. Geschmacklich ist es sehr gut die Bowl oder der Döner nur die Pizza 🍕 könnte es mehr sein. Aber was mich am meisten stört ist das man die Bemerkung nicht beachtet,es gibt Leute die haben eine Unverträglichkeit oder mögen bestimmte Dinge nicht haben und dies wird einfach ignoriert auch das Kontaktlose Lieferung wird missachtet. Nun das öfteren nun aufgefallen das Bemerkungen und die Lieferung nicht ganz korrekt ist

Für mich der beste Dönerladen in der gesamten Saar - Pfalz Region! Vom Döner bis zum Wrap, von der Bowl bis zur Pizza, vom Tellergericht zum Salat, alles Top und nur wärmstens zu Empfehlen. Das Personal mit Hamit an der Spitze ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Gerichte werden sehr schnell und vor allem Frisch zubereitet. Das Lokal ist extrem Sauber und gepflegt, klein aber Fein. Die hohe Vielfalt an Gerichten und Saucen mit der dazugehörigen Qualität dazu mit frischster Zubereitung sind mir in dieser Region noch nicht untergekommen. Kann jedem diese Lokal mit bestem Wissen und Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Hi, I've ate here before and the food was decent. This review is mostly for the driver who couldn't find an apartment for an order. I tried helping the driver find the person who delivered but we were not successful. Instead of the driver taking the food back to the restaurant, he left it outside of our door where the person does not live. The trash remained there for over 4 days.

2x dort bestellt. 1x wurde ein Gericht komplett vergessen obwohl bezahlt. Telefonische Bestellung nicht zu empfehlen. Entweder man gewöhnt sich an die Bestellung noch einmal aufzusagen oder man hat wieder die falsche Bestellung. Es nervt…
