Wir sind zum Abendessen da gewesen. Ein schöner Biergarten, leckere Speisen und freundliches Personal. Passt 👍

Wir waren hier zu einer Veranstaltung und haben auf diesem Wege Hallermühle kennengelernt. Freundliche Mitarbeiter, gutes Essen, wir hatten hier eine gute Zeit.

Zufällig gefunden, sehr gutes Restaurant

Liebes Team von Haller Mühle, wir haben uns bei euch sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut gespeist.....lediglich eure Zimmer haben wir nicht bewertet, aber nur weil wir nicht übernachten haben....ein großes Lob auch an den Service....wir kommen wieder wenn wir in der Nähe sind. 👍

Edit: meine Rezension folgt weiter unten unverändert. Hier aber ein Kommentar zur Antwort des Wirtes: es ist in Linie mit dem Geschäftsgebaren, das wir erleben durften. Ihre Aushilfe haben wir für ihren tollen Service gelobt und mit einem sehr ordentlichen Trinkgeld entlohnt, ich habe ihr - wie es stets unsere Art ist - äußerst höflich und ruhig, wertschätzend und zuvorkommend erklärt, was uns gestört hat. Sie hat daraufhin den verantwortlichen Kellner informiert, der alles andere als verständig reagierte. Es ist also äußerst schäbig, sie nun ihrerseits dazu zu missbrauchen, meine begründete Rezension anzugreifen und mich damit in Misskredit zu bringen. Denn auch Mitnichten werden wir etwas Bestelltes, wie ein Dessert nicht bezahlen wollen, wenn es willentlich bestellt wurde. Hier aber wurde uns ganz offensichtlich etwas untergeschoben. Ich verstehe aus ihrem Kommentar aber nun ihr Geschäftsmodell etwas besser und damit auch die damit in Einklang stehenden verschiedenen negativen Kommentare. Hier die Original Rezension: Wir waren heute in einer größeren Gruppe dort. Das Essen ist von mittlerer Qualität, die Preise dafür hoch. Die für uns zuständige Bedienung war überaus freundlich. Was wirklich störend war ist, dass man uns einen Apperitiv angedreht hat, der ohne Aufforderung aus der Küche kam. Vorbefüllte Gläser, mit geeisten Früchten. Was durchaus lecker und zuvorkommend begann, wurde dann bei der Abrechnung zur kalten Enttäuschung! Fast 7 Euro sollten wir pro Glas bezahlen, davon war nie die Rede. Nicht jedem schmeckte es und gerade bei den Kindern blieben viele Gläser halbvoll stehen. Darauf angesprochen zeigte man wenig Einsicht. Das wird genau so wieder passieren. So macht man Kohle auf dem Rücken der Kunde. So sorgt man dafür, dass die Gäste nicht mehr wieder kommen.

Essen war ok, preislich im höheren Bereich. Service lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Haben über eine halbe Stunde auf unsere Getränke gewartet.

Super Essen, kompetentes Personal, alle Gäste anl. des Geburtstages meiner Frau waren vom Essen begeistert. Immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von knapp 20 Leuten zum gemeinsamen Abendessen dort. Nettes Personal, gutes Essen und preislich fair. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Deftige deutsche Küche mit moderner Präsentation, aber ohne die Tradition aufzugeben. Der Service war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und authentisch herzlich.

Immerwieder schön in der Lokalität zu speisen

Hatten eine Familienfeier dort, war sehr schön. Personal sehr nett ubd höflich, Essen sehr lecker und schön angerichtet.

Restaurant/Eventlocation: Gemütliches Ambiente. Sehr aufmerksam, sie machen sogar glutenfrei möglich, vielen Dank! Leider fast keine veganen/wenige vegetarische Optionen.

We celebrated my milestone birthday at the Hallermühle. From the planning stage to the actual celebration, we received excellent advice and support. The food selection, the decor, the service, and the friendliness exceeded my expectations. We held our wedding reception here. The food was incredibly delicious and enjoyed by all of our guests. The service, both during the preparation and during the ceremony, left nothing to be desired, ensuring we had an unforgettable day.

Yesterday, I ate at the Hallermühle for the first time. It's incredibly cozy, stylish, and tastefully decorated. The service is excellent, and the chef is personable and very attentive to his guests. The food is first-class, with excellent quality and generous portions. I definitely recommend it!

Unfortunately, I can't leave any positive feedback here. There was no information about Wi-Fi access, no room service (no towels were changed, no sweeping, and no trash removal), and silverfish were scurrying around here and there. The kitchen noises were loud in the room, not to mention the smell. It's a shame, considering the area and the building are very rural.

We were there for my brother's wedding at this fantastic venue. The staff were super friendly and very attentive. Great location and ample parking. The food was phenomenal.

We went there for dinner today. It's definitely too expensive; my cordon bleu had a mediocre flavor; the breading was dry and peeled off the meat. The atmosphere was nice, but the kids riding between the tables in their Bobby Cars (it's not loud, of course), was annoying. I felt sorry for the man with his dog, because he kept getting scared, and despite the father's repeated reprimands, it didn't get any better for the first 20 minutes. The service is great, friendly staff, good atmosphere. But I won't go there again.

Great little guesthouse with super friendly hosts. The rooms are cozy and functionally furnished. The food was delicious; we enjoyed it in the lovely beer garden. The breakfast also left nothing to be desired. I highly recommend it.

Nice scam... The food itself was okay, but the goose breast was way too salty (especially the sauce) and there was coarse salt on top of the goose breast itself. The prices for the portions were significantly overpriced. The worst part came right at the end when it came to paying and I decided to pay by card (mobile phone) or contactless. I mentioned the tip but the waiter "accidentally" entered an extra euro and held the device to the phone. The moment the transaction was successful he said "oh I entered a euro too much, would you like the receipt?" It came across as very planned and they didn't ask if I wanted the euro back, even though it was only the one euro.

Super, perfect food, good service, a really nice inn

Unfortunately far too overpriced! Food tastes good, but doesn't come close to justifying these prices. Portion size could also be larger. At least fries and the like don't cost the world, so you don't have to bother putting a few more on your plate.

Great atmosphere, but catering dishes don't taste right

I can't rate the room because we were only in the small hall for a Christmas party. One service person was a bit overwhelmed and seemed very stressed, but the others were on their toes. The food was great, as was the ambience. Unfortunately the toilets were extremely cold, both in the room and the water. Towards the end of the event it was quite drafty in the hall, so I was freezing.

Absolutely recommended!!! A great location, great service. The food is simply great. We were there with 7 people and everyone was thrilled. We'll definitely be back.

This is a very clocky place, in keeping with the surroundings. A very friendly staff that fulfills the guest's wishes. The food is highly recommended. I found it “to the point” with an entree, matching wine and a delicious dessert. Must be on your notepad.

We were thrilled! The food was great, there is a large selection of home-style cuisine, very tasty roasts etc. and seasonally adapted dishes, now some dishes with chanterelles. There is also a lot for vegetarians, there was even a vegan dish on the menu. The service was great, super friendly and fast, prices reasonable. Also high quality desserts. It's definitely not the last time we've been here and with the quiet location and beautiful outdoor area, this is an inn we'd love to come to.

Recommended in every respect! For my grandma's 90th birthday, no effort is too big for the owners. The menu discussion took place warmly, competently and very personably. We were on the way to the Summer Night Festival in Bayreuth by bus when the heavens opened and we were looking for a way to bridge the gap. The Hallermühle took us (40 people) in at short notice. On top of that, everyone got delicious food. Thank you very much, that was a rescue from necessity. In this day and age, it's anything but a given that a host and staff would face such a challenge. Thank you thank you thank you, everyone was more than satisfied. When the rain subsided, everyone was well fed and happy and was able to attend the wonderful summer night festival.

A super authentic location. We celebrated a wonderful wedding with our families and friends. Everything was fine. Any time again, even without a wedding celebration. 😉 My recommendation is to reserve well in advance.

Very good food, very good service, plenty of parking, the rooms should also be nice. Prices are ok. You also get dishes that are not run of the mill. Also suitable as an excursion destination, for example. Cycling tour. Has a large and beautiful beer garden. Absolutely clear recommendation!

Anyone expecting a knight's meal will be bitterly disappointed. There is absolutely nothing chivalrous about what is happening here; and the authentic Middle Ages feeling (as advertised on the website) is not there three times. However, if you want a fun evening with squeeze music and party games, you'll get your money's worth. The boys in Bavarian lederhosen put you in a great mood and lead you through lots of fun (especially drinking) games. The food was very good and a good quality vegetarian alternative was available upon request. Cutlery is rare and due to flying food particles you should probably leave your good, expensive clothes at home in the closet. My suggestion: leave the program as it is, but name the event something different. "Bavarian party evening" or "Bavarian Gaudischmauß" or something similar and please leave the "knight's meal" to the locations that want to do it in a medieval style.

After our last visit 3 months ago, we visited our favorite restaurant, the Hallermühle, again last night. You will always be warmly welcomed at the Hallermühle and treated as a valued guest. The food is top notch. Very high quality level of Franconian cuisine. As we are used to, it was an all-round successful evening in a beautiful atmosphere! Jörg and Christine, thank you very much for your hospitality. It was great again 👌

Unfortunately very disappointing. We were there for pretzel week and it wasn't a particularly nice or tasty visit. First the positive: The location itself is quite nice and the service is also okay. And now for the rest: The menu is very meat-heavy and there are very few vegetarian/vegan options. The food is very expensive and really not that special. Neither in terms of taste nor the portion. I ate the pasta with truffle sauce and it was some of the worst pasta I've ever eaten (although this dish doesn't actually require any great cooking skills). The noodles tasted like supermarket spaetzle. The portion was very small. I'm not coming back.

Went there for dinner several times. Still excited! Service, quality and despite the “hut being full” it was very quick to order and get the food to the table. Respect to the kitchen and the service staff! Always happy and absolutely recommended! It's a rarity to have freshly cooked food served so incredibly well without having to cook it yourself! But it's actually the order of the day here!

I've been able to see the whole thing up close for 10 years now. Weddings, family celebrations and hearty knights' dinners. Every event gets a personal touch and behind the scenes a lot of thought goes into how to adapt common concepts to the individual wishes of the hosts and personalize celebrations accordingly. There are no compromises when it comes to ingredients or preparation. Particularly noteworthy is the “special something”. Hardly any dish does not surprise with a special way of preparation or seasonal variations. And yet the recipes follow a note that is recognizable. If you don't like meat dishes, there is always a vegetarian or vegan dish on the menu. If that's not enough, you can simply ask for alternatives. If the kitchen and service are not particularly demanded by many guests on public holidays, the team is happy to conjure up an individual dish. The Hallermühle treats its guests in a special way. Visitors can expect professionalism as well as personal connection and honest dealings. Anyone who comes often will quickly become part of the Hallermühlen family and will find a world here that allows them to simply leave everyday life behind them.

Ochsenbäckchen mit Kartoffelstampf waren echt lecker. Aber eine Esslöffelgroße Portion Stampf für 18 Euro ist dann doch ziemlich wenig.

Wir hatten hier ein Ritteressen und das Entertainment war grandios. Der Service war auf zack. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Das ganze Angebot kann man sehr gut empfehlen.

Schönes Ambiente Der Raum, den wir für die Geburtstagsfeier belegten, ca. 25 Personen, war ein altes Kellergewölbe, mit Rundbögen, vielleicht auch ehemaliger Pferdestall? Jedenfalls sehr schön! Leckeres Essen und sehr angenehmes, freundliches Personal! 👍

Eintrag im Denkmal-Atlas Bayerisches Landesamt für Denkmalpflege: Ehem. Mühle, heute Gasthaus, Mühlengebäude, zweigeschossiger Satteldachbau, Erdgeschoss Sandstein, Obergeschoss Ziegel mit reicher Sandsteingliederung, bez. 1909, im Kern älter; Nebengebäude, zweigeschossiger Walmdachbau, Sandsteingewände, innen verändert, Kern 17./18. Jh., bez. 1839.

Was soll man sagen, Personal top,nett,schnell. Gutes bzw.noch besser gesagt top Ambiente. Tolles Essen. Also für mich, immer noch unschlagbar .

Ein Traditionslokal welches sich immer noch im Familienbesitz befindet. Herr Haller und seine Frau sind hochmotiviert und versuchen die Gäste im hochwertigen Bereich zufrieden zu stellen. Die Speisekarte ist ein Spiegel des Gaumenschmauses an hochwertigen und geschmackvollen Gerichten.

Wo hat dieser Wirt nur das überaus freundliche nettes zuvorkommendes Personal Bedienungen her ?? Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Biergarten sehr schön , die holzstühle mit Kissen :-) jetzt zum essen : das Auge isst ja bekanntlich mit die Teller-Schalen sehr schön der innhalt war spitze hatten wild Ragout und lendchen im Kürbiskern Mantel

Waren mit dem womo unterwegs- deswegen kann ich Zimmer nicht beurteilen. Aber die fastsstätte und der wirt- ein original 😉 lecker essen zu soliden Preisen, trotz großer Feierlichkeit platt für uns und unseren Hund, nett und zuvorkommend. 👍 Wir kommen wieder !

Die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gefallen.Die Zimmer waren ruhig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und gut. Von den Angestellten wurden wir sehr freundlich bedient und versorgt.
