Essen war sehr lecker. Die Bedienung überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Eigentümer war auch sehr freundlich. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir waren zu dritt Tapas essen und leider war keiner von uns wirklich zufrieden. Die Sauce war ziemlich gewöhnungsbedürftig – aber das ist natürlich auch Geschmackssache. Das Dessert hat dem Ganzen dann leider noch die Krone aufgesetzt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass wir es nach unserer Beschwerde nicht bezahlen mussten. Außerdem war die Bedienung sehr freundlich.

Ich finde, dass das Essen gut geschmeckt hat. Das Personal war nett und es sieht sehr gemütlich aus.

Lecker Essen , freundliches Personal. Leider war mein Tintenfisch arg verbrannt , aber der Rest war sehr lecker . Die Tapas bestellt man auf einem Extra Zettel ...das frisch gebackene Brot + Knoblauchmayonaise war sehr lecker , die Pilze auch . Wir kommen gerne wieder ..

Waren heute spontan erstmals in der "Casa del Toro" - unser Fazit fällt leider eher durchwachsen aus. Kurz zusammengefasst: Am essen nix zu meckern, der Service dagegen eine Katastrophe. Im Detail: Die bestellten Tapas waren geschmacklich hervorragend und sind preislich absolut in Ordnung. Schnitzel und Lendchen (Vorsicht, die Pfeffer-Sahne-Soße ist sehr pfeffrig...) waren ebenfalls gut! Das Tapas-Angebot ist vielfältig, Fleisch, Fisch, vegetarische Gerichte und Kartoffeliges, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei, Knoblauch zu mögen ist dabei jedoch Voraussetzung. Einzige kleine Ausnahme ein nicht durchgegartes Tortilla, welches wir zurückgehen ließen in dem Versprechen, es werde von der Rechnung abgezogen (Was es am Ende dann doch nicht wurde...) Was leider zu wünschen übrig ließ, war der Service. Das Restaurant war am entsprechenden Freitag Abend gut besucht, der Service und/oder Küche schien damit jedoch völlig überfordert. Es begann bereits mit fehlenden Tellern, die erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage gebracht wurden, während die bereits gebrachten Speisen auf dem Tisch kalt wurden. Die Tapas wurden kleckerweise gebracht, etwas ärgerlich, wenn die einen bereits genüsslich essen während die anderen doch recht lange auf ihre Bestellung warten müssen. Mehrfach waren die Bedienungen auf der Suche nach Abnehmern für Gerichte, die irgendwie doch anscheinend keiner bestellt hatte, wirkte alles etwas planlos. Besonders geärgert hat uns die Tatsache dass Bestellungen teilweise gar nicht oder nur nach mehrfachem Nachfragen gebracht wurden. Von zwei bestellten Getränken wurde eines (ein Pils) erst nach über einer Viertelstunde auf Nachfrage gebracht, mit dem Hinweis, das müsse ja erst gezapft werden. Die Kinder hatten sich zum Nachtisch eine Kugel Eis gewünscht, diese kam trotz Nachfrage auch nach über einer halben Stunde nicht an, die Reaktion: Es wäre in der Küche viel los... Verständlich, aber eine Kugel Eis für zwei Kinder sollte doch innerhalb von einer halben Stunde schnell aus der Packung gekugelt sein. Irgendwann ist der Zug dann abgefahren, also ohne Eis nach Hause, natürlich stand das Eis auf der Rechnung, wie auch das Tortilla, immerhin hab es das Geld dafür mehr oder weniger anstandslos zurück. Dennoch konnte die Bedienung einen etwas genervten Unterton nicht verbergen. Fazit: Essen Hui, Service ausbaufähig. Wir kommen wieder, versuchen es dann aber außerhalb des Wochenendes. Vielleicht wird's ja dann...

Super leckeres Essen, hier kommen echte spanische Leckereien auf den Tisch, und wer mit Tappas nicht klar kommt, kriegt auch ein leckeres klassisches Schnitzel. Das Servicepersonal super nett. Von mir gibts dafür volle Punktzahl!

Wir kannten das Casa Conchita und freuen uns, dass wir die spanischen Gerichte, von Rocio zubereitet, wieder geniessen können. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, die angebotenen Tapas über jeden Zweifel erhaben. Wer gut bürgerlich essen möchte, kann Schnitzelvarianten und Burger bestellen. Das Ambiente ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir legen sehr viel Wert auf eine gute Küche. Das wird hier geboten. Wir können das casa del toro wärmstens empfehlen. Daher von uns 5*

Wir waren mit 5 Personen essen. Von Burger bis Tapas wurde alles bestellt. Es war geschmacklich einfach nicht gut. Muss man einfach so sagen. Ambiente und Service war gut.

Wir haben einen schönen Abend im Casa gehabt. Der Service hat deutlich mehr Sterne als diese 5 verdient! Jederzeit aufmerksames Personal. Die Tapas wirklich lecker. 🥰Das Brot war nur etwas trocken. Wir durften auch in die Bullenhalle schauen. Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich: Sitzpolster wären toll. 😆Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal. 🥳

Gestern haben wir nach dem letzten Wechsel der Betreiber und der Küche erstmals wieder in der Bullenhalle gegessen und waren begeistert. Die althergebrachten Schnitzel-Varianten haben nichts von Geschmack und Menge eingebüßt. Darüberhinaus konnten die köstlichen Tapas selbst wenig Abenteuerlustige überzeugen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke!

Guter Abend in der Bullenhalle. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Besuch. Da wir vorab reserviert hatten, haben wir auch problemlos direkt einen Tisch bekommen. Das Essen war gut, besonders die Pfeffersauce war sehr lecker und geschmacklich ein Highlight. Auch der Service war angenehm: Der Wirt und das Team sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Ambiente in der Halle ist urig, wenn auch erwartungsgemäß etwas lebhafter. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten recht hohe Erwartungen an dieses Restaurant. Positiv: freundlicher Service, das Essen wurde schnell serviert und die meisten Tapas schmeckten uns sehr gut. Einige Gerichte waren uns etwas zu groß, obwohl wir die kleineren Portionen bestellt hatten. Nicht alles war besonders geschmackvoll, und es hätte etwas Soße vertragen können (daher empfiehlt es sich, mehr zu bestellen). Leider saßen wir im Raum gegenüber der Bar. Dieser Bereich (ein ehemaliges Gästezimmer) wirkte viel einladender. Der Raum hatte keine warme Atmosphäre und war grell beleuchtet. Außerdem standen die Tische recht eng beieinander, und alle Gäste saßen in derselben Ecke. Das war uns nicht angenehm. Wer weiß, vielleicht kommen wir wieder, aber dann hoffen wir, im anderen Raum sitzen zu können!

Das Schnitzel und die Bürger waren ok, die Tapas weitgehend geschmacksneutral

Mit 9 Personen einen herrlichen Abend verbracht. Sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Tolle Service und tolle Küche. Einzig der Gastraum ist sehr unruhig und akustisch anstrengend.

Ich komme aus dem Landkreis Stade und war zu Besuch in Meschede. Mir hat es sehr gut geschmeckt, es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Chef und Personal waren aufmerksam und schnell zur Stelle. Beim nächsten Besuch komme ich definitiv wieder.

Angemessenes Ambiene, Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, die Speisen sehr lecker, Portionen angemessen, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder dorthin. Wohlfühlfaktor 1+

With the new owner, the menu has changed. Besides schnitzel and burgers, Spanish tapas are now the main focus. We were a group of eight and it was our first time there, so we needed a little introduction to the ordering process. After that, the table filled up with tapas and the fun of sampling began. Each guest can order several tapas (in large or small portions) round after round. The taste was simply excellent. Of course, you need to allow more time for multiple rounds than for "normal" plated meals... We were very satisfied and will definitely be back soon. Perhaps the noise level in the dining room could be improved a bit.

Highly recommended. Good value for money. We'll definitely come back for another meal.

A quaint, slightly dated restaurant. The food, however, is top-notch. No unnecessary frills on your plate, just what you order. And it's generous portions and very tasty. Good, home-style cooking, expertly prepared.

We visited the cozy Bullenhalle for the first time today. The burgers were delicious and large. They were served with crispy fries. Even the espresso afterwards was served hot and with water – you can tell they have experience. We'll definitely be back! 👍👍

Everything's fine. They just can't pour beer properly here. The head collapses after 30 seconds and the beer goes flat after about 5 minutes. The food, on the other hand, is excellent.

A rustic restaurant in the heart of Meschede. Good home cooking at moderate prices. The food is rich and delicious. We had sauerbraten with dumplings and red cabbage and gourmet schnitzel with broccoli and hollandaise sauce gratinated with cheese. Dogs are welcome. Only the parking situation is bad. If there is too much going on in the retail customer parking lot across the street, things get tight. The restaurant does not have a designated parking space.

I was here with my girlfriend. We are both very satisfied. For people like me who have trouble making decisions, there is the Schnitzel Parade. Three smaller schnitzels with champion, gypsy and pepper cream sauce, with fries. Highly recommended. As an alternative to schnitzel, there are burgers and salads. Also vegetarian and sometimes even vegan. Also some snacks and classics such as sauerbraten or rump steak. Drinks range from soft drinks and “homemade lemonade” to various beers, coffee variations and aperitifs. Overall, very well positioned. We'll definitely be back.

Unfortunately, the Bullenhalle cannot decide whether it is a restaurant or more of a “pub”. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is too rustic for a restaurant. And above all the “music” is a disaster. You sit right under the speakers and are wired. As I said, bearable in a pub but not in a restaurant.

I ordered Balkan schnitzel and got gypsy schnitzel. Didn't taste good!

First of all: Super friendly female. Service (5 stars+) - Very attentive and very friendly host (also 5 stars). Goose dinner (price 24.90 euros) for brisket: The size of the brisket was ok for the price; The red cabbage was also ok. Regarding the point of criticism: sauce - if any - from Maggie. The whole plate was drowning in sauce. I've been to the Bullenhalle twice so far to eat pepper schnitzel. It was the same sauce for the goose breast - just without the peppercorns. Tip to the chef: go to the test dinner - e.g. at the Lindenhof in Eversberg. Ok - the goose dish is 12.50 euros more expensive than yours. Your “dining room” is unbearably loud acoustically with 20 people in the room. This is the ambience of a train station lobby (e.g. curtains could help acoustically). Pure wooden chairs without cushions - that works better in a "bull hall". So: room for improvement, work on it...

We have known the landlord for a long time through Winterberg. Glad we found him again. The food and service is top notch as we have known it from him for years. Go and try it!

What happened to the cozy bull hall? We sat in the hall. The guests' conversations were incredibly loud due to the lack of curtains. The light was also far too bright. The schnitzel was lukewarm and the freshly tapped Veltins also left a lot to be desired. Further orders were taken by the service, but were not delivered despite requests. However, the drinks that were not delivered appeared on the subsequent invoice. It doesn't work at all. One star for the great parking lot opposite.

We were there in a group of 40 people to celebrate a high school graduation anniversary. Large selection of drinks (including cocktails) and home-style cuisine (also good vegetarian alternatives!). Super friendly and attentive service, we felt very comfortable. When the weather is good you can also sit comfortably outside in front of the restaurant. On this Saturday evening the restaurant was well attended and very "lively", overall a very nice atmosphere. The only point of criticism is that, in my opinion, the prices are a bit too high (e.g. 0.5l Veltins on tap €5.50). I will definitely come back and wish the new operators all the best! A very important meeting point for the north of Meschede.

Great place. The decor is rustic and cozy. Our waitress was a great guy, very friendly and uncomplicated. The food is good, home-style and the portions are enough to fill you up. The food was delicious and the drinks were good. We have been there several times and have been able to try out different dishes. The selection of non-alcoholic cocktails is also great. Price/performance is absolutely a match.

Bullwnhallen burgers very dry, fries almost like they come from a discounter/oven. Ambience like 20 years ago, but staff very friendly and service-oriented.

The bull hall thrilled me! The food was very tasty, especially the Brauhaus Schnitzel. Although the rump steak was overcooked and the fried potatoes could use a little more crispiness, the excellent service more than made up for it. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I'd love to come back.

So the service was very friendly and quick. I was a little disappointed with the sauerbraten. Perfectly dry on the inside on the edge, the red cabbage was not edible, it tastes 100x better than the one from Lidl or Aldi and I imagine something different under sauce for sauerbraten. Portions and prices are okay. But I won't make it dependent on one dish, I'll try it out.

We actually had a completely different evening plan. Due to a last-minute concert cancellation, we looked for a good restaurant in our area that we haven't visited yet. So our way led us to the bull hall. The ambience is as you would imagine, rustic but with the necessary attention to detail (pictures, lamps, chairs, tables) that you would like. The food is good, home-style, the schnitzel was homemade and the size was impressive, the taste was also fine, and the fried potatoes were very tasty. My wife had the gnocci. For you as a vegetarian there is a very large selection, all schnitzels also as vegetarian versions, vegan burgers, etc. She was also absolutely satisfied. What should be highlighted is the outstanding service. The food came very early, our drinks were never empty before we were asked if we could have something more and the waiter was constantly on the move and took excellent care of all the guests. Conclusion: If someone is in Meschede or the surrounding area and is looking for a good, middle-class inn that can also make vegetarians happy, then I recommend the Bullenhalle. 5 stars from us.

The photos definitely do not show the current offer. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. My schnitzel was dry, tough, lukewarm. To me it tasted like convenience food. The schnitzel was very large, the breading was firm and dry (industrial product) and neither a pan nor a deep fryer had seen the inside. To me it tasted like frozen food warmed in the oven. The Camembert was placed cold on the schnitzel and served like that. Actually, this belongs again briefly under the salamander. The service was friendly, quick and attentive. Hence 3 stars. A pity.

Super delicious food, schnitzel and burgers.

Four of us were in the Bull Hall to see what it was like after the reopening and of course to eat. We were all very pleasantly surprised. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The drinks we ordered were quickly brought to the table and, even when the glass was empty, we immediately asked whether or what it should be new. After ordering the food, the food was served quickly. It was all very tasty. What we particularly liked is that mayo, ketchup, salt and pepper are provided in a wooden stand. So it is very pleasant to use it yourself. Otherwise, mayo and ketchup in particular are often served very sparingly. All in all, it was a successful and enjoyable stay in the Bullenhalle and definitely not the last.

Very cozy, nostalgia was still alive here. It's a shame that such innkeepers have to leave because of their age. The decision-makers will find themselves at the same age sooner than they would like.

Very good German cuisine. The landlord and the cook are very friendly.

A really really good German restaurant. The food, we had five different dishes, were all excellent. There was even free ice cream for the children as dessert. The bill was also reasonable, everyone had two more drinks and we stayed under €90. We can recommend this restaurant 100 percent.

It is a tradition that we visit this beautiful place once a year. As always, we are recommended an asparagus dish and we are spot on. The warm, family-like manner in which we were “looked after” for the duration of our visit is truly unique. We will be back! ❤❤❤

Außerordentlich schöne Halle für Tierschauen! Super den Tierschutz umgesetzt

Update, leider war bei unserem zweiten Besuch (ohne Kinder) der Chef und das Essen nicht mehr so super wie beim ersten Besuch. Zum Essen: Die Portionsgröße, des ausgewählte Salat und der Thunfisch passen leider nicht zum Preis. Anstelle den Dosentunfisch ordentlich zu verteilen wurde dieser hier lieblos in großen Stücken drauf gelegt. Aber das Bullenpfänchen hat es einfach nochmal (negativ) getopt. Für den Preis von 24,90€ bekamen wir leider nur gefrorenes Buntes Gemüse (TK-Ware), Bratkartoffeln die hell und lapperig waren. Und drei dünne Scheiben Schweinefilet. Fast durch gebraten aber lecker. Kleiner Tipp am Rande, wenn man den Gast fragt wie es schmeckt. Dann muss man mit Kritik rechnen! Aber hier Schüttelte der Chef mit dem Kopf, dampfte in die Küche ab, meckerte lautstark und ist nur noch zum abkassieren raus gekommen. Rechnung gibt es hier auch nicht, es wird hier nur auf den Zettel geschrieben. Alte Rezession: Gute und vor allem leckere Deutsche Küche. Der Chef ist freundlich und auf Zack. Sieht sofort wenn das Bier leer ist und bietet einem Tagesgerichte an. Wir wurden wirklich gut bedient und alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Preis absolut günstig! Das einzigste was in die Jahre gekommen ist sind die Toiletten. Wir kommen ab nun öfters!

Wer gute bürgerliche Küche bevorzugt, ist hier goldrichtig. Das freundliche Ehepaar arbeitet Hand in Hand. Von der Köchin kann sich so manch Restaurantbesitzer eine Scheibe abschneiden. Das Essen ist jedes Mal auf dem Punkt. Man fühlt sich jedes Mal willkommen. Der Vorgarten sollte Sie nicht abschrecken. Hat Potenzial für eine wunderschöne Sitzecke. Wäre schön, wenn es mal erneuert wird. Drinnen große Räume mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Etwas in der Zeit stehen geblieben.

Ja auch hier kann ich leider mal wieder nicht meckern und jammern. Es ist leider so, ich muss mich den Tatsachen stellen auch wenn es schmerzt. Gute Gutbürgerliche Küche, es schmeckt einfach alles. Einfaches gemütliches Lokal sehr günstig, keine Probleme mit Parkplätzen. Die Wirtsleute, die ich gefühlt schon seit ca. 30 Jahren in diesem Lokal sehe, sind ausgesprochen Nett und Gastfreundlich. Wir sind 1 x Jährlich im November zum Martinsmarkt hier und bekommen dann Abends ein Buffet im Saal. - Beste Qualität, echte Hausmannskost. Rouladen ein Traum! Braten, Ochsenbacken usw. einfach super. Absolute Empfehlung von mir. Ich freue mich schon immer auf den November, wenn wir wiederkommen.

Essen und Trinken gut auch das preisleistungsverhältnis gut es ist dort sehr gemütlich ich finde keines gleichen . Wir kommen hier gerne wieder hin und empfehlen die Halle Sauerland weiter und zu den Inhaber Daumen hoch macht weiter so ich finde an euch kommt so schnell keiner ran es waren schöne Stunden bei euch danke Gruss vom Holländer

Der Umgang mit uns war sehr freundlich und das Essen hat auch geschmeckt, gerne wieder.

Alle Jahre wieder...muss es sein, unser traditionelles Gänsebratenessen. Und...Keiner kann es besser...hier schmeckt es einfach SPITZE!!! Also Essen sehr gut, Ambiente sehr gemütlich - schön adventlich geschmückt - einfach schön! Wir kommen wieder - nicht erst in einem Jahr. Die Chefin ist eine Spitzenköchin.
